Burgers could be fresher. I stop after work sometimes. Tacos are always crispy. The burgers don't see very fresh which is off because they make you wait long enough they could have made a fresh burger. Service is slow.

We waited so long I started questioning my life choices. I assumed the food would be cold, but no—apparently they cook to order, possibly starting with the chicken still alive. If I wanted this kind of wait, I would’ve booked a table at a restaurant. This is FAST FOOD, not a culinary pilgrimage.
The dining area was dirty. Service was slow. When we were finally acknowledged by staff, we were told we needed to use the kiosk to order. It wasn't obvious that the kiosk screen was the way to order, unless you read the fine print on the bottom of scrolling ads. And other patrons had their orders taken by staff, so whatevs.
I've been coming here since 2015. The food is great. Just make sure you give yourself plenty of time if you're going through the drive-thru. Takes 10 to 20 minutes. Slow slow slow. This is a shame since I love Jack in the Box menu. It has been this way at this location for years. Why can't they just hire an extra person to help make this location competitive with other fast food in the area?
Waited 40 mins in the drive though (maybe 4 cars in front of me), got to the box to order & sat for 10 mins, finally ordered. I ordered a #9 combo & an order of bacon cheddar wedges no ranch. I get home, my food is cold and there’s no bacon. The staff is unfriendly & service has gone down hill so much. This used to be my favorite fast food place and now it’s mediocre at best. The woman at the window was drinking her drink while holding MY food bag be the open drive through window waiting for my wedges, which is probably why it was cold. Jack in the Box on Dave Lyle Blvd would never & I’ll never purchase from this specific location again.

Ordered a hot mess double cheeseburger and this is the item they gave me. A so called burger on not toasted bread, one patty and missing everything but some cheese. Is it that difficult to do your job putting a burger together?
Worst experience ever. You have to place your own order. Then they take forever. Then when it comes it's wrong or missing something. Every single person the 50 minutes we were there had some kind of issue. And the people in the dive thru were told to park around from the drive thru. They would wait for 10 minutes or more before coming in to get there food from the drive thru 😂 Plus when we went to get drinks, every single machine was out but sprite. Thank God for the sprite other wise it would have been a total waste of 65 bucks. We later got Texas Roadhouse for $50. Don't waste your time or money at this place. We also told a few families to run as we waited.
This location should not even be open. The crew struggled to get my order out. When they finally did, they gave it piece by piece. There was no urgency and we had to remind them what we had ordered and what was still missing. Half of the things we ordered were out of stock, but they didn’t tell us. They tried to give me a jimmy rigged sourdough jack without the sourdough or tomatoes. They also could not make a milkshake and wanted to substitute it for something else on the menu. Most of the sodas were out as well. Everything in the bathrooms were pretty dilapidated, but clean. They can have the 1 star for cleanliness.
They should close the place down. You sit at the drive thru for 15 to 30 minutes and you still have to wait on your order for another 15 to 20 minutes. I will never go back there again.
Worst experience by far. Drive thru took 1 hr to get into and out of...only one car in front of us and one behind..we were trapped so couldn't just leave...volleyball weekend and the kids needed to eat something though so we sacrificed even more time just to feed them after playing all day. I'll NEVER go back to this location again. Young Hispanic guy was rude in drive thru as well. They all need to get their crap together..whoever owns this place, clearly doesn't keep up with their establishment. I recall hearing the same issues last year around this time from other volleyball parents. Food was good though, or maybe we was just desperately hungry at that point and couldn't tell the difference...

$40 IN FOOD GONE TO WASTE. ALL 4 SANDWICHES WERE MADE INCORRECTLY AND WITH THE INCORRECT INGREDIENTS. SINCE WHEN DOES THE BREAKFAST SANDWICH COME WITH SCRAMBLED EGGS AND SHREDDED CHEESE? HOW DO YOU HAVE 1 PERSON RUNNING THE ENTIRE RESTAURANT? THIS IS THE WORST JACK IN THE BOX AND UNFORTUNATELY THE ONLY WITHIN 20 MILES OF MY HOUSE. PLEASE JUST CLOSE THIS PLACE DOWN. THE FOOD IS TERRIBLE AND SERVICE IS A JOKE.
We went through the drive thru and waited over 20 minutes to get our food with only 1 car ahead of us. The food was less than exceptable. The order was wrong. The service was not exceptable. Definitely not worth the time and money to go there.
Nobody is working the front they just have the register turned toward the customer side so that you self order... which isn't horrible but all the tables were dirty and they didnt even have napkins to self wipe off. Waited 20 minutes for food which the person didnt seem to believe i ordered. Then took my receipt and seemed angry to actually give me my order. Then when I finally got it. It was wrong. And double jack was just meat and cheese for some reason. Gremlins meal. No air freshener. Missing fries. This place is horrible
Came in excited to try Jack in the Box for the first time. Big mistake. The male employee mumbled that we had to use the kiosk and shrugged when asked about the sweet tea. I paid cash, stood there 15 minutes holding my money before he realized he’d given my order to someone else. The manager fussed at him about “not wasting food” while I still hadn’t paid. A kind female employee finally remade my order, took my payment, and gave me my drink, but the food was wrong anyway. When I spoke to the manager, she got defensive and blamed me for not paying sooner, even though her employee admitted to giving my food away. Then I heard her badmouthing me to the staff. Completely unprofessional, disorganized, and rude. Never again.
Ok I know people make mistakes sometimes but I ordered a jumbo jack get charges 5.00 and get a jr cheeseburger I have to get back in line and this time they give me a regular hamburger with no sauce. I don't know what to else to say 😕 very disappointed
Told they were busy and I was the only one in the store and 1 car in drive through that I had to use the kiosk if I wanted anything... I don't work here that's why I'm in there is for service...customer service has really really gone down hill and that's every where....we pay their salaries what don't they get ?without us they don't have a place to go and make money....what's next we have to go and cook our food too??? Bring back the days when customer service was a priority not a we'll get to you when you do half our job for us
Food was given to another customer who opened it. It was about to be placed in the window again! Took 25 minutes to come out. Order was placed on kiosk as no one was at register. Another customer came in and order was taken by a cashier and it came out in 10 minutes. Drink machine broken down. Door Dash came in after me and I was told they had to take care of that order first. I was told the order was being made fresh. It was not fresh and had to toss as if was cold and potato wedges hard and cold too! Completed survey with no response.
Slowest service ever but not the fault of the one employee trying to manage both the dining room and the drive thru. Management needs to support their staff by ensuring adequate staffing. Honestly felt bad for the employee being left to handle all that.
I just moved here. Gave this place 3 chances, all different times of the day, and never again. Way too slow. Especially after the last time I was told “it’s going to be while” because I didn’t place a mobile order and I saw the employees outside smoking. Should not be having to wait 30+ minutes in the drive thru. The store needs a complete overhaul, starting with the management team because it is extremely mismanaged.
First I would like to say that I have never been an individual to complain or leave bad reviews, but this place is terrible. Myself and coworkers have given this place another chance over and over at least once a week for the last year or so (im blue collar so myself and coworkers stop for lunch here) and everytime we try they are out of something, the order is incorrect, it takes at least 45 minutes to get food (even if there's no cars in front of us) and on top of that we get a bad attitude, and some days its all of that combined. I didnt even want to write this review because I dont like to trash fast food places but after receiving bad attitude today 9/4, a 45 min wait (only 2 cars ahead of me), and cold, soggy, fryer oil-tasting fries this review is necessary and this place needs serious corporate intervention 👎
I pulled into the drive through at about 11:30 pm The line had about maybe 4 cars in front of me I then waited till about 12am and placed an order at 12:05 am I proceeded to get to the speaker at 12:10 and was told that they were only doing mobile orders and door dash, luckily I had already placed an order and was told to pull around. I get to the window and I did not get my food until 12:55 am. This location is extremely unprofessional and there is no reason for the wait or food to take that long at a “fast food” establishment if I could give this store a negative rating I would.
We pulled up in the drive-thru and a lady rudely said “doordash or mobile orders only” due to staffing supposedly. Well we place a mobile order and pull up to the window…the lady said they were out of any tea so we told her what we wanted instead. She only gave us two of the three drinks we ordered slammed the window shut. We waited a while for her to finally notice we were still there and we told her we were missing one drink. Without a word she abruptly turned around and walked away to go check her screen. Then she stormed back over and asked what we wanted. Basic human kindness has escaped this location. It’s not that hard. Just be kind.
