I drive across town just to go to this KFC. Hands down best location in town and the staff is always amazing. Monique, James, Adam, and Taylor are always so helpful and have such a great attitude when I come in. Whoever runs this KFC is doing it right.
It's about time the Kernel brought back the hot wings! ALSO, this time with reasonable pricing! HECK YEAH!!! They had lost my business to Popeyes when they stopped selling hot wings a couple of years ago. But now I'm back, baby. Also, I noticed the wings are back to the size they originally were before when they first introduced them almost 2 decades ago. Then, over time, the wings got smaller and smaller and with less flavor. I was bummed out, to say the least, when they were discontinued. Now that you've reintroduced them to this generation, KFC, PLEASE KEEP THE PORTION SIZES THE SAME AND DO NOT RAISE THE PRICES ON THIS ITEM. 8 hot wings for $4.99 is the BOMB!!! But we all know what is going to happen when they become popular. KFC will probably raise the pricing or drop the number from 8 to 6 Hot Wings for the same price that it is currently running at or worse keep the same price or raise it and drop the quantity you can get. I'm almost certain about this. So in a year or 2 remember I told you so. But if they want to keep customers and not lose them, like when I defected to POPEYES, they should stay put on flavor, portions and price. Or I'm out again! You hear me KFC?
R hostess was so sweet & helpful. Sad 2 c the buffet was gone. Food was delicious. Got a bowl & the only thing missing was the cheese. Didn't mention it while I was there because I didn't remember that detail till I had left.
KFC isn't the same after COVID its hard to find people who care. Extra crispy chicken is more greasy than crispy. The biscuits aren't fluffy but a little greasy. And our order was wrong. However. The manager was great and handled things professionally and courteously,we really appreciate her effort.
I went through the drive-thru. Ordered their delicious pot pie. It's the best! The crust is always flaky and there's plenty of chicken and carrots - reminds me of homemade. And the pot pies are always great on a cold fall day.
This was a great atop for us. We travel a lot and love kfc. But sadly like all other fast food chains a lot of them have went downhill BAD. This place, however, was great. Food was actually fresh, they were actually polite. Glad not all have went down
Hands down best service i have had in a long time. Thank you to the employee named Mike. Food was hot and tasty. He was respectful and polite, with a smile the entire time. Service was 100%. Definitely will come back. This is how food service should be, I know its not easy and gets stressful really fast. So thank you KFC for the employee and employees you have working this building.
PIAGET! That's all you need to know. That's it. One word. PIAGET! What a blessing this lady is. KFC is lucky beyond lucky to have her and for her to be the first face and person you meet when you walk in. My daughter and I walked in to grab dinner and truly felt like we were all family by the time we walked out. She was super engaging and the ray of sunshine anyone would want to encounter. Yes, the food was good as was the environment, but the service? YOU. WILL. NOT. BEAT. PIAGET! My daughter is still talking about her 2 hours later. Such a positive experience!
Today the woman at the window was the best soul. She was kind and sweet and very prompt.
Stop in this KFC because I hadn't been there for quite some time. They had a couple different musics playing. They had the corporate mousic plan, and I believe was a radio and I would have much rather listened to the music on the radio that the crew had playing than the music that was coming over the corporate radio because I couldn't tolerate the music that was playing so I would recommend that you need to. Do something different because the corporate radio sucks.
I just had the pleasure of coming through the drive thru and experiencing Piaget’s (I hope I spelled that correctly) wonderful personality and smile. Honestly. Not only was she fast and accurate, but she was kind. I needed her brightness in my life today. I’ll keep coming back because she was lovely.
I ordered through the drive through and the lady working the window (name starts with a P) was so so sweet to me and very welcoming. I loved her energy. My food was out extremely fast. It was all fresh and so good!
When Piaget is working, all is great. I came back to this store reluctantly and was surprised at how great the service was now that she is there. She's a keeper! Food was hot, fresh and served quickly.
Today we stopped in and forgot to ask for extra crispy, totally my fault. However the service was so amazing it made me forget. The employee was so fantastic in servicing us that we could not complain. Food was on point and lady working for you even checked on us and seemed to really care and helped us so much. Service like this is a list art and we will definitely be back because of this wonderful lady.
Our food was served quicker than we could fill up our drinks. Hot, fresh, and delicious. The biscuits in particular were very tasty. I commented this to the manager when she came around to check on us and she said she adds extra butter to the batter "because that's how I like it and she wants to feed people like she likes to be fed." I'd say the visit was well above and beyond especially for a fast food spot.
There is a wonderful woman who works there who is always so friendly. I had never been a customer but decided to try it so went through the drive thru. This woman was so pleasant and helpful that it made me want to go back. I am now a pretty frequent customer and she is always as nice as can be. I am writing this in the hopes someone sees it and knows how lucky they are to have her working there. She is truly a kind, genuine person who is wonderful at her job.
Food was great. Service was excellent. The gal up front was the most upbeat and positive person I’ve met in a while. Her name was Kleah-Jay (sorry for spelling). Food was fire and she offered several dipping sauces and was just overall very nice. Made me happy to be there. Keep it up! We need more people like her in the world.
The service was...subpar, felt very rushed and eager to be gotten rid of. I haven't been to a KFC in YEARS, so I was blown away by all the options they have have. They have so many items kids love and it doesn't go to waste because it's not a huge helping of food. We got 2 thinks that should have came with forks but they didn't send them so I'm glad we were eating at home and not on the go. My chicken was AMAZINGLY crispy and it was significantly cheaper than Lee's down the road
Went through the drive thru and ordered a dinner for 2 that we had a coupon . After we paid for the order, we were asked to pull around to the 2nd door and someone would bring our order to us. It was only a couple of miles before an employee brought an order out. Had it not been for his comment about the "chicken strips just coming out of the fryer" that we would not have realized that we were given the wrong order. We pulled around to the drive thru speaker and told the guy who answered what had happened. He asked us to come inside. There, were told that they couldn't take the food back, so they told us to keep that and the correct order as well. As we were leaving, we heard someone (who looked like a management person) say something like "well, there's another mistake that will affect our food cost.
Rounding up here. Id give it a 3.5 because the seats were kinda messed up and held together by tape, but the service was good and quick, and the chicken was crispy and juicy just as its meant to be. Nothin terrible nothin spectacular either, just a KFC
Good chicken, well worth the massive blowouts I have the next day. Service was good but for some reason they were out of pop which I've never heard of before. Oh well still good chicken and sides. Not something I can eat all the time cause of the previously mentioned blowouts but good food overall.
The manager on duty Needs to have some authority to comp a customer with a valid issue!! I stood for 15 minutes while they tried to sort out his issue! A second register should have been opened to take care of customers standing there waiting for the issue to get resolved! Unsatisfactorily by the way ... The customer had to make a trip back the next day to talk to the head manager.
Very friendly staff and very fast service I waited less than 5 minutes in the line and that was during dinner rush

I really like there 5 dollar fill up, but when I go there to get a chicken tender 5 dollar fill up and two of my tenders are shorter than my thumb and they count that as two of the three tenders, I'm sorry but that is in no way going to fill me up and I don't think it would fill anybody up. The person that put two 1 inch tenders and a regular size tender in that box had to know that it wasn't right and did it anyway, that my friends is sad and sorry, so KFC gets a 3 star from me for this trip.
I went thru the drive thru mid-afternoon. I ordered the 3 piece tenders combo. I ate it in my car almost immediately after purchase. The tenders and fries were at best lukewarm. The biscuit was stale . No butter or honey. I was not asked a choice of dipping sauce but was given 2 ranch cups . Monday 21 2022
5 pieces of LITTLE chicken in my famous bowl??? What the hell Colonel Sanders would be very disappointed. The food was very mediocre as well. Going to Popeyes next time KFC was a waste of my money
Purchased the 3-piece chicken tenders box meal. Box includes 3 tenders, dipping sauce, fries, biscuit, cookie and drink for $6.99. Tenders were whole breast meat strips, hot and juicy inside with a tasty crispy coating. Very good with the honey-mustard sauce. The biscuit and soft chocolate chip cookie were not bad, but not really anything of note. However, the seasoned fries were tasteless and very greasy snd messy - simply the worst fries I've eaten in quite some time. And I had greasy crumbs with no flavor all over my fingers. Thank goodness I had asked for napkins. All told, my meal was a filling, but unexciting lunch option from KFC. At least the drive-thru experience was positive... Friendly staff and efficient service. Barely three stars and a prayer that KFC rethinks this menu option...
Food horribly overpriced ($9 for a 2-pc combo meal) and portions very tiny, especially the bone-in chicken of which I was able to consume my tiny drumstick in only two bites. (Food size is a corporate issue, not an individual establishment issue, so I don't blame the workers for that). It was still delicious, so no problems there. It felt funny to be the only people dining in there...but we blame it on the signs of the times (online ordering/pickup). We probably won't be back to any KFC establishment due to overblown prices and very, very tiny portions.
My wife and I stopped there, placed our order of a 4 piece dinner and she had Mac n cheese plus a small order of corn. She took one bite of corn that was as cold as coming out of the fridge. The Mac n cheese was Luke warm. She took it back to the counter to get a fresh serving. 5 minutes later she got a piping hot large bowl with an apology. My chicken was greasy but I ate anyway. I would imagine the kid in the back couldn't wait to get out there so he served up what every he had. Very disappointed in KFC I'd have to think about going back. If they're going to charge these prices we should expect better food
I eat here every week. Today the price went up on a #2 meal but had the old price on the drive-thru menu. Plus I always order a leg, wing and a breast. Today was the first time I knew it was a dollar more for having a breast in a 3 piece with two of the smallest pieces of the chicken. Service is always good but I am disappointed about the surprise price at the window.
Didn't care for the food. All 3 of us ordered the Chicken Pot Pies. We all found them bland, extremely dry, & hollow. It was like 4/5 of the filling had spilled out. I had one piece of chicken and a minute piece of celery, 3 very small peas, 3 pieces of potato, and about a tablespoon of gravy. That was everything under the crust. The other 2 were about the same, except for the 1 that didn't have a single piece of chicken. Pictures really deceptive. We won't buy them again.
Honestly not the best the last time we ordered. We got a family combo. The fries were pretty cold, stips were small, biscuits were hard. I remember them being better at one time but seems a year or so after COVID, they have went down in quality a bit.

Thought it would be a decent option for a meal while moving, but we must have get the last of what was available because everything was bone dry. The people were nice enough but there are definitely better options.

2 stars because the secret recipe fries are amazing. My own fault for always coming back, never had a correct order, at least one food item is not fresh. One time I was going through the drive thru and I said they forgot my drink. The lady legit found a fountain drink with the straw already in it and said, "here's one." Probably belonged to an employee.
Ordered 2 2pc meals, one with green beans and one with Mac n cheese. Ordered an extra individual side of corn. Got green beans and mashed potatoes, no corn or Mac n cheese. Called number on receipt and the one on Google maps several times. No answer. Chicken was good. Tossed the mashed because they're nasty.
Went in yesterday. Very dirty. No spoons. Could not feed kids. There was a line due to waiter on way and the manager would not open register which put the cashier, in a bad position. It's a buffet and no chicken up. I had to keep asking what I needed. Mac and cheese hard. Buffet not kept up with but yet I'm paying for it. Disappointing. And, there were only a couple people in there.
I've been there multiple times over the past 6 months with the same disappointing experience; incorrect order fills, poor packaging and really crabby/unfriendly people. Understandable, as the local Pizza Hut owns this unit and the similar poor management and culture become very evident. For the staff to exchange pleasantries with customers costs nothing. If they don't, it will eventually become very expensive. Worth the extra 1.5 miles due west to another chicken joint that usually appreciates the business.
Was about 5:30-6pm. Drove up to place order. Said "3 piece meal & would like 1 of the pieces to b the breast please." he answered ok. Drove around to pay & pickup. Noticed a note taped to the pickup window stating - We are good at getting orders correct so don't come back with yr order. I did not quote this because I might not have the exact words but they are really close. As I was waiting for my order I was thinking "Well ok! U better be right" as I chuckled to myself. Then thinking, "I can't believe they had the nerve to post that as it's pretty tacky!" The girl at the window was very very nice as she & I talked a few minutes & we laughed about something I was inquiring about. No buffet any longer. I noticed the whole dining room was pitch black like maybe the people can't dine in anymore. This surprised me. She handed me my order & I drove home. Sat down to eat & just shook my head. There was a leg & 2 thighs! No white meat breast!!! I told my husband about that note then what I got. We both laughed & just couldn't believe it! I told him I should take it back but was afraid I might cause the manager to have a fit!! Come on Manager!!! If u got the nerve to post that u never make mistakes, then DON'T MAKE MISTAKES!! Today I've been telling myself "you should have taken it back as cocky as that note was!!" So...DON'T leave the place without checking your meal out!! They do make mistakes!!! PS. They food was ok but the biscuit was as hard as a rock! I showed my husband how hard it was by hitting it on the table!! Again, we just laughed because of the note on their window.
Drive through voice sounded like he didn’t know what food they have and what they’re out of. I could hear staff in the background correcting him as he was talking to me. I pull up to the window and there is a bunch of fried chicken and biscuits just laying there as if somebody dropped it and drove away. Disgusting mess with other food and napkins and stuff laying all around also. Looks like it happened a while ago and there was no one confident enough inside to scoop up the disgusting mess… not a good look… When the guy came up, I told him: looks like somebody dropped their dinner, and he just said: yeah, like he has known about it for days…. As I waited and observed the staff, and the overall visual attitude… It kinda matched what was on the ground… I was definitely questioning this dining decision. Hopefully the food tastes good and we don’t get sick. Update, after I saw that anonymous “store owner” response: I literally chuckled as I read that phony response. It was about as sarcastic and honest as your care about your restaurant. Trust me, it completes the picture. The appearance, the employees, and your response… everything is about as appetizing as an overflowing garbage can
Was a little late, the last couple hours of being open so there was a 20-minute wait on the chicken. Upon getting the chicken it was literally dripping with grease and pooling in the bottom and we think we might have gotten somebody else's because there was a individual side of mac and cheese that we didn't order in the bag
This is the last time we go to KFC! My Father went through the drive thru and brought back extra crispy tenders. I have a few kitties. I thought I would share a small portion. So I gave a piece of the tender to my 3 kitties. I am a Christian woman and I am not exaggerating when I tell you 2 pieces are still on the floor as my animals would not eat them. They tasted like they had been cooked YESTERDAY! Dry, hard, chewy, very skimpy! NOT WORTH IT ANYMORE! I will update you if I get ill from what I did eat. YUCK!
Make sure you check that you have everything BEFORE you leave. Every single time I go here they either forget parts of my order or forget sides. Ordered a 16 pc meal and a famous bowl. Get home, no famous bowl. Last time I ordered the same thing and was missing 2 sides. Time before that I got the 16 piece meal, 2 chicken Littles, and a famous bowl. Get home and missing 1 side and both chicken little sandwiches. They sure don't forget to charge you for the stuff though. Also be prepared to hardly anything being in the sides. I dont think they even give 1 full scoop of Mac and cheese because it's only 1/4 of the way full. When you call and complain you get a attitude and hung up on
Asked for a famous bowl and a biscuit. Was asked if I wanted to sub cookie for biscuit but declined offer and asked for it just be added on. After driving 15 mins home I find no biscuit nor cookie. I called ahead to make sure it was okay to come get said items, I get there and the guy that made the mistake starts laughing as he recognizes me and someone else helped me. Not a fan of this location at all. Very poor customer service. Wasn't even offered an apology.
Well not sure why we keep giving them a try, for a year now this location has gone down hill. Cutting costs I get, but to the extreme that your employees complain, there's no food on buffet or it's scorched and caked into pans you can't get anything, and restaurant is dirty. They're lucky to get even one star. They're overpriced and disgusting. This has officially become my last visit.
The chicken is good, just like it always has been. So is the coleslaw and the iced tea. But it's not the same buffet that it used to be. Just a few months ago there were peaches on the buffet. Not anymore. There used to be macaroni and cheese on the buffet. Not anymore. There used to be cake, two flavors of cake, on the buffet. Not anymore. You used to be able to get your own sweetener, jelly, and new refull plates refills by yourself. Not anymore. Now you have to wait in line with everybody else placing their orders so that you can beg for a new plate. So the selection, the service, and the value are horrible. We won't be back.
Not coming to this place again.. The stopped the buffet which is the only thing that made it worth coming here..They still have the buffet table. Even Pizza Hut started their buffet back up after the covid pandemic. Half the time we drive by this place is empty. might get more business of they had the buffet again. The owners dont care about what the customers want. They cant even bother to fix the entrance door,someone had to force it open jist to let people in.
Sunday evening, full staffed so they can’t use that and Covid as an excuse. Raw doughy biscuits, no sauce on my sons Nashville chicken, my bowl had literally 4 crumb size pieces of chicken in it. Our 3 piece meal chicken was not fully cooked (and so greasy and breading falling off) it saturated the box and fell on the floor leaving us with one person not fed. Called to notify them and was met with hostility and a very poor attitude from young male who claimed he is the manager and had been there “cooking all day”...then was put on hold mid sentence and no one came back on the phone. 5:30 pm Sunday evening drive though on Dupont Road. I don’t even want my money back but we will never go back. This place needs shut down.
visited this location on 2/19/19 at around 8:50pm. The chicken was cold, dried out and just looked like it had been sitting around for a bit. The mashed potatoes were cold. We did not get any forks or napkins. No butter, honey or even jelly for the biscuts. One girl was cleaning where food was being prepared as she dumped the hot water into the area they were cleaning it splashed up on the food that was being prepared. One girl did not wear gloves as she was preparing the food. The staff had their cell phones visible while listening to music that was playing from their ear buds. Was not greeted with Welcome to KFC. Overall I have been eating at KFC for over 35 years and this was by far the worst service and food that I have ever had. Very disappointed. Called to speak to a manager today and she blew us off. Said she would bring it up to a manager, however did not bother to get our name or phone number. Also filled out the online survey and let them know how dissatisfied we were with this location.
Unfortunately, this trip was awful. My family and I had the buffet and it was not taken care of very well at all. The chicken was dry and tough and tasted like it was cooked in old oil that needed to be changed, my coleslaw had a funny taste that made it unappetizing, and other sides available appeared to have been there well past their prime. We were forced to ask for played and given dirty looks as though we were unwelcome and when we requested fresher chicken, I found it to be just as unappealing. I am always willing to pay good money for good food but I feel like my family's $60 could have been better spent elsewhere and we probably won't be returning anytime soon.
Ordered mashed potatoes NO gravy. They had gravy. Went back in fo new. Got home and there were no fries the biscuits looked and tasted disgusting as well as the chicken breast. Will not return here. For $20. Nothing even edible hardly
Drive-thru worker can't understand you when ordering even after you slow down and make sure they repeat it back. Then I didn't get my whole order or the cheese I paid for. I made the mistake of not double checking my order when I got served but when I called to talk about it with someone in charge once I said out loud I wasn't coming back for a refund he just hung up on me. Come on bro?!?
Stopped in an hour before closing. To my surprise they were already closed.. well the doors were unlocked and the lights were on.. but they were out of most items and the employees were too busy packing up anything they weren't out of to acknowledge the only customer in the store.. so I left and got chicken from the Kroger deli.. (pretty much just as good at half the price).. Pros if you work there you're out the door at 10..
Went to their Buffet and everything was almost out and dried out. We asked if they could bring out some fresh stuff they said they would but they never did. Biscuits were hard. When customers aren't in the restaurant they shouldn't be stirred frequently and covered up to prevent drying out. Worst KFC I've ever been to In My Life.
Went through the drive through and was only allowed to buy 3 legs. Gave me a limit on how much I could buy. Then told me it would be 10 min wait. Ok 20 mins later an employee walks out and has no idea why 2 cars are waiting around back for food.
We went to order carry out and no one helped us at the counter for at least 5-10 minutes, and once we got helped i saw at least 3 drive through orders come in to complain that something was missing. When we got our food they messed it up twice after a long wait. The management seemed poor and they were very understaffed I feel bad for the workers.
Showed up at 745 to get dinner.. I ordered the 5$ check finger meal. Something simple and easy, I pulled up to the window to get my food and was informed they had no mashed potatoes, which was really the only reason I went there, but no big deal. I then was informed they were closing at 8.. I asked to get potatoes wedges instead they made it happen I had order a side of Cole slaw with my order. I got home to eat and they gave me 3 chicken nugget sized pieces of chicken, I thought whatever I have coleslaw I will be okay. I looked at my coleslaw cup that had one spoon full in it. What the heck!! I will not be back I tried calling to talk to the manager no one answers i paid full price for my dinner and got less than 1/3 of the qauntity that it's worth.
Although we enjoyed our food. The workers were very unprofessional and loud. I explained my order 3 times and i was still charged for more than I wanted. While we were eating, the made fun of the people coming thru the drive thru and yelled to each other about who has to do what jobs.
Went there to the drive-through at the Dupont Road location around 700pm on Saturday night, January 7. Asked if I could order only chicken. The girl said, "We only have 4 pieces of chicken left...But I can get you tenders..." The place closes at 930pm. I said, you sell chicken but you are out of chicken? Drove away. Went down the road to Lee's. Better service, better chicken, less greasy. No more KFC.
This is my 3rd time in a row that I’m missing food from the drive thru order. I came in today 03/31/19 at around 1 o’clock. The guy at the window was very rude, we said hello and he didn’t say anything. He didn’t put any honey, napkins, or even sauce for our food in the bag. We had biscuits with our meal that also were not in the bag. It’s always a miss here, will not be going to this location anymore due to bad service. Find employees that like their job or maybe train them better.
Came through the drive through when ordering I was told 3 times about 3 different items that they did not have. First I order a 3 piece combo to which they don’t have dark meat only white. I order it with baked beans to which I am told they don’t have any. Then when we get to the window we are told they have no extra crispy chicken only original. I am amazed at how unprepared they were.
The chicken was almost black in color and was dry and had terrible taste. Bisquits were hard and dry. Definitely over priced and not edible! Will never eat at KFC again. If this is the best you can do then you should not stay in business!!
Took over 30 minutes to get my food they I ordered 15 minutes ahead of time with me being the only person there I side. Poor management poor customer service I don't normally leave bad reviews but this is just bad clearly understaffed and not the employees fault
Never ordering from here again. The fries were cold and soggy , I got a cold Soggy biscuit that wasn't a part of my order chicken strips were okay but also cold and soggy. The drink was saposed to be a large Dr pepper. I asked for chipotle ranch and honey BBQ strips , got regular plain strips and only two ranches ... Good thing I'm getting a refund because you guys suck
Came here tonight to order a simple five-piece chicken tender meal. There was nobody in line ahead of us. They weren't busy and it was a couple hours before closing. They explained they would need 7 minutes to cook the tenders if we wanted them. I said that's no problem. We pull forward to pay. They had a hard drinks and said drive around front by the door and wait and there we sat for 25 minutes with no updates or response from them. I then go inside. Now I have to wait in line and once I finally got to the front I asked him about it and the The guy rudely said I told you it would be a while and I said you told me 7 minutes. It's been almost 30. Quite a difference there. He said well it takes time to heat things up. He then goes in the back and realized the food has been done and it's been sitting there. They just never boxed it up or packaged it. Extremely unfriendly staff. Obviously they don't like their job nor are good at it. This used to be a decent KFC. Obviously it's fallen well into the ground. I highly advise to avoid it.

We used the drive-thru, ordered an 8 piece family meal, pot pie, and eight piece hot wings at approximately 5:30pm. Received only one breast and the remaining was thighs and wings in the family meal. Only one flat in the hot wings. The pot pie had very little filling. All of the food appeared to be sitting in the warmer for too long, very dry. Tasted like it was cooked in very old oil. We did not receive a receipt or order summary. Don't eat here! We won't again!
Would give zero stars if I could. Food and customer service were horrible! I was told to pull to the back door to get my food and it took forever on top of me being the only person in line (I see why). Today was my first, last, and only time purchasing from this KFC.
Pulled up to drive through. Told them I had 2 orders to place. Was told to pull up to window. Got to the window and service was trash. Was told I can’t order at the window if I wanted fresh chicken and had to come inside to place my order because of the 22min wait. I have never been told that any other time I been to this kfc. The person at the window had a nasty attitude because I wanted fresh chicken. I will never return to this business after today.
We took our wheelchair adult child for lunch about 12:30 Sunday. Outside walk and handicap ramp had not been shoveled. The handicap access area not only still had snow but an advertising sign was plopped in the middle of it. We purchased a small Bundt cake for dessert and were told they “ didn’t carry knives anymore” so could slice it for three of us to share. An incoming visitor had to help my husband get our daughter out the door to our car since I’m still recovering from shoulder replacement and couldn’t help through the snow. Will never go back!
Waited 30 mins after my pick up time. Order wasn't even right .. I ordered corn as a side got 2 orders of fries instead.. asked for a side of gravey.. didn't get it. Ordered extra crispy chicken got original. Staff was joking around and not work. Horrible horrible..
Forgot to bring our food out. Went through drive up and had to go in to get our food. Poor service
I ordered the famous bowl meal. I got the meal. Opened up the bowl and the bowl was at least 40% gravy. Had no cheese and barely any chicken or corn. I couldn't even eat the mashed potatoes because there was hardly any of that and whatever potatoes there was, dripped right through the fork due to them being absolutely drenched in gravy. Gravy is not a substitute to lack of other ingredients. Quality control was done with absolutely no respect to the customer. I have had no issues with this location prior to today but that is sheer laziness to cheat the customer out of product and money because they don't want to work to make the other items. Absolutely disappointed.
The chicken was tough and the mashed potatoes and gravy were a joke.
Went to KFC on Dupont tonight and ordered 3 famous bowls and a side of popcorn chicken(because we all know they give u like 5 pieces and the rest mashed potatoes). Got all the way home with the food and everything was good upon opening my bag. Opened the first to bowls and added some of the extra chicken i got. After my husband and i had finished eating i went to put the third bowl in the fridge and decided to open the lid to just check how much chicken the put on this bowl, i open the lid to find 3 of the smallest pieces of chicken iv ever seen. I know damn well they did that on purpose because i ordered and extra side of popcorn chicken!! And for the first two bowls i pulled out to have a decent amount of chicken on them and magically the last one has none 🤔
Can't even be curious enough to post online & on their Markee that they are going to be closed due to resealing the parking lot how rude like people have nothing better to do but waste their time & gas in this Economy! All other places have their lots resealed after they close for the evening or Sunday after they close Not KFC they obviously DO NOT CARE about the customers who keep them in business in the first place.
Coleslaw tasted expired, chicken was hard and dry, son got sore stomach!!! They said they was going to give refund but never. The place is so dirty, never going back. Be careful people.
I stopped over at KFC on my way home Wednesday April 13 ordered the 3 piece chx original 2 sidesfolks kid u not this is whit I got 2 piece 1/2 fries like some one ate half of them and this is how they give me my food woooo ya look at pic I own my own business and if any of my employees would serve this garbage I would get rid of them or business will suffer the girl on the front desk did not know what she was doing. I should have checked the bag but I did not I trusted I was dealing with professionals haaa what a joke. I will never come back again. For $9.99 +tax at least give me what I paid for. I was not comfortable to even eat what was in bag in the garbage it went $9.99 worth of garbage.
I make the mistake of going here once every six months or so, and every time, I am reminded why I do not frequent this location. I have almost never received a correct order here and have, on multiple occasions, waited 20+ minutes for a single meal. The last couple visits, the food has not been cooked fully including the biscuits.
BEWARE THIEVES WORKING AT DUPONT LOCATION. I drove through the drive through and asked for a famous bowl. They did not tell me the price. Just go to the drive through. When I got there I was told $11.00, I gave him a $20 and he short changed me. Not only he short changed me twice the price was 6.49 + tax, not the 11:00. Also there was no receipt. They are stealing there.
Worst experience so far buffet was old and dried out trying to get a 2nd plate was a nightmare since you have to go up and ask for them at the time there was one kid up there running around doing it all himself tried 3x to get a plate only had one run at buffet. Used to really enjoy visiting this location would it kill you to put some original chicken legs on table once in awhile both times I had to practically beg
This particular location is always a disappointment. Extremely slow service and not very friendly. I ordered the 8 piece original meal . They gave me chicken strips and the wrong sides. I didn't realize it until I got home. I tried to call the restaurant several times and got no answer. I keep going back because I love the original recipe fried chicken. I think eventually they'll get it right but it hasn't happened lately. It's the only location close to me
Ordered my 1 combo strip meal at 505pm....paid and received my drink(no receipt). Was told to pull around to end of store by the back doors. I was the only car waiting there. After waiting for 15min someone started bringing out food for the cars that had accumulated behind me. I asked her about my meal and she said she would check. She brought out more meals and said she'd be bringing mine out next....Waited another 15min. Was told again she should have it out soon when I asked after she had brought 7 other vehicles their food. She brought out another cars food after that. At which point it was over 30min of waiting and I was now late so I had to leave without my food and out the $14 I paid for my combo. There was only 1 car in the line in front of me and they received their large order before I had even paid for mine.
Service was very poor, I waited for 15 minutes for my food. I ordered 8 tenders no drink and no fries and was charged for a 8 piece tender meal,I went back in and asked for them to adjust the price and they said that was the accurate price for an 8 piece with no fries or a drink. I ended up returning my food and wasted my time. Note that ordering 2 4 piece meals with a drink and a side would have been cheaper than ordering 2 4 piece meals with no sides.
This KFC is the most disorganized, unprofessionally ran restaurant I think I've ever visited. Very poor management. On multiple visits I've returned home from ordering from the drive-thru with not having what I've ordered. I've also ordered through the drive-thru only to be told they were out of chicken.. come on your a chicken restaurant, might as well close shop and send everyone home! If this were my restaurant I would clean house here and find a staff that is compassionate about offering to service customers not run them away.
Cody at drive thru window was rude with no people skills. Got 8 piece original chicken- No sides $17+ dollars. Chicken is sitting in about 1/2 inch of yellow grease in bottom of bucket. Gross! Chicken tastes like old used oil... wasted $17+ dollars !! Go any where else to eat ... save your money!
The worst experience I've had in years came from this restaurant. I ordered food online for pick up and I left with no food, no refund and the worst customer service I've ever experienced from the manager of this place. She refused my food when the online order said it was ready and wouldn't give me a refund.
Horrible customer service! And from the manager working on 02/04/2026 @ 5:10 p.m. . Very smart mouth about everything and made the whole process of trying to get food we ordered difficult!
Food order was incorrect after verify with her multiple times. Food was extremely cold and it tasted like it had been sitting all day long. Very disappointing…
Worst place I’ve ever been! Inedible chicken and even burnt and they lock the doors and refuse to answer phone! Employees were gross looking and could care less about anything, stay away!!!!!!
If I could give zero Stars I would. This is without a doubt the worst KFC ever! The manager will lie to you and then act like he did nothing wrong. They show zero compassion for anybody. They're heartless and cruel. They only care about the money they make and nothing else matters
3 times in a row my order has been wrong, realized it after I got home. Missing coleslaw, chicken wings were to dried out to eat. No butter or hot sauce that I asked for when ordered. Folks here don't know the difference between a chicken breast and a thigh. I paid for all white and had no breasts, only thighs... called store and turned around and drove back for them to screw it up again. Also they will not give you a printed receipt. Asked for one my last 3 visits to receive the same answer that they can not give me one that it's broken. Only thing this store has going for them is the nice blk women that works there. She is a true jem! So with all this being said, they have completely lost my business and ill go to Lee's instead. Also I've lived here over a year now and probably got carry out about 8 times. First few were fine, last many visits were definitely not good.
I just really don’t know what happened to not only the company but this location. I’ve tried three times on separate visits to just get the food I order. I’m always missing something. You have to repeat yourself multiple times on what you want and then just not receive it. The famous bowl was missing the cheese and tasted like it had been sitting in the warmer for 2 hours. Gravy was hardened on the sides. It’s just not good anymore and it’s a shame. Won’t be back to any location ever again.
This store is so petty! I was there several months ago and ordered the 8 piece meal. Got home and it contained 5 wings and two thighs! So my daughter didn’t even eat because she likes the legs. I called and they said they would put my name on a list for a replacement. Went back a month later and they wouldn’t honor it so I left and got Lee’s instead. Write an email to corporate and they sent me a voucher for HALF the cost of the meal. Went back and used it tonight. When I have the woman at the register the voucher she was all questioning me about where it came from and did I complain about their store (DuPont Rd). I said yes. Got home and started unpacking the food…. They didn’t put any lids on it…. The lids were there but not on the containers closed down. The gravy for one was spilled all over the bag, the other gravy was in tact but only filled 1/3 full. Now I got the 8 piece meal with 2 extra sides, my bill was $47. The voucher was $15. I know they were pissed about me calling on their store so they wanted to be so petty and ruin this meal??? Never again will I eat at KFC! So Disgusted!
we went and got this food a hour and a half before they closed. mind you, i was the only one in the drive through line, he did say that there was a 25 min wait on BONE IN chicken but that’s not what we wanted to order. he did say that everything would be atleast warm enough to eat but when we got home (3 minute drive) we looked at the food and found that the “kids meal chicken” were not fully cooked and stale at the same time, the fries were soggy and not well done either. we went back to try and get something fresh after calling 3 times with no answer, and was told that the fryers were turned off and could not get anything fresh, and was told to come back in the morning time to get a dinner meal remade fresh. very disappointed, unhappy, and frustrated.
Long list of disappointment, is there a zero or negativeratingi can leave??? .dupont road... I am sooooooo done with KFC... spent $35 for chicken meal, and the chicken was overcooked, dry, cold, breading tasted like fish on the very few pieces that looked like possibly they might be decent. Gravy was extremely watery, and had chunks in bottoms of the containers as if it wasn't stirred. Biscuits were cold and had a funny taste. Mac n cheese was crusted over.... sign says no refunds, they will fix your order but last time I gave them a chance it was not fixed.
