So my mother & I have gone to this Subway twice in the past few weeks & both times it was great! The girl that was there tonight was the sweetest girl ever! I felt bad cuz she was there by herself but she was so prompt & patient with me when I kept having to call my mom & ask about toppings & then forgot my card in the car & she is what customer service is all about! & The food was so good! I got the chicken bacon ranch & mom got the cheese steak & they were both so delicious! I would definitely recommend this location, both times we've gone the people were so nice & the food was so good!

I passed by multiple Subway options along my drive and we decided to stop at the one closest to home. I'm so glad we did! Kiona was absolutely fantastic. I haven't experienced such beyond phenomenal customer service before. She was sweet, kind, funny, and really knew how to make a sandwich. I never had my subway taste so good before. It was like I could taste the love and care put into each bite. She even made sure to separate my boyfriend's chicken sandwich apart from my veggie sandwich and changed her gloves after finishing his and starting mine. Small things like that are super appreciated and I didn't have to mention a thing, she knows what she's doing! I really hope that she gets a raise, bonus, appreciation reward, or a promotion. She's a superstar and deserves so much, I can only hope they're treating her as well as she treats others. I wanted to write this as genuinely as I can because it's not often that I get delicious, well prepared food with such amazing service and it's extremely rare to find someone like Kiona. (P.s. I really hope I spelled her name correctly)

The young man working on this day around 5pm was such a delight. Amazing customer service, gave me info without making me feel dumb and the place was clean and food was great. The young man working was top notch customer service. We will always go out of our way for this location.

The lady sue helped us and was really really kind, she had great customer service, and she was really fast. Went again today, and still super satisfied. Went again today, and the lady that was there fed us even though she was supposed 5 minutes after I entered the store. Super friendly and helpful.

I ordered two sandwiches online and they came out perfectly. They were done before I got the store making my host short an concise. There were only two people working to help customers but they seemed to be doing just fine and they greeted me with a smile, which is always nice! The store itself seemed pretty clean. Overall a great experience.

I placed an online order on my lunch break to be ready at 1:40pm. When I went to go pick it up at 1:42pm, the lady said that I did not have an order and was questioning me, in not a very friendly manner, if I placed the order to the right store and saying it probably didn’t go through on my card. I showed her my confirmation that it was this store and that it did indeed go through on my card. She had said someone came in and took my order saying they were me, she said this has happened many times at this store. The worker I had been speaking to made me a new sandwich free of charge, which I really appreciated. But she was not very welcoming or friendly. But I do think they need to do a better job making sure the online orders go to the right people.

Horrible customer service, we waiting five minutes to have our order taken. The place was dirty, there wasn't any lids. And there were no customers except us so there no excuse for it to be that way.

The lady who helped us was very kind and helpful. She did an amazing job making our sandwiches and was very patient. We had a very large order and I felt so bad that she was all on her own working there! It was later evening and she said she had been alone since 2:00 pm that day! As I was waiting for my sandwiches, more people came in and were waiting while computers were beeping and she was getting all my sandwiches made, other sandwiches out of the oven and people were there waiting for their pickup orders. Could management please send her more help? Could another be hired to help this kind, overworked lady?

Refused to put more than 2 pieces of bacon on a BLT and then tried to charge me $3.30 for two more pieces. Didn't give me the extra meat I ordered, and charged me for a Footlong when I ordered a 6 inch. This may be mostly due to having an employee that couldn't figure out how to use the computer or make the sandwiches. I get it's customizable, and I appreciate that, but I shouldn't have to hold the employee's hand through making a sandwich. Find a different subway. They're great.

I went here for dinner, i had 5 sandwich i need to get and the employee that was there it was only one did his best with what he had, he also didnt have any food prepped because he had no one to help him. I really appreciate him even if he was stressed because of being by his self. This restaurant should have more then one person working at a time. Because if he got hurt no one was there to help him. Management need to schedule more people at a time.

I ordered online, pick up said 6. I ordered around 5:45, got to the restaurant at 6. It wasn’t ready, the employee didn’t even realize he had TWO orders just sitting on the printer. Said he didn’t realize, there weren’t any other customers in the building. To top it off, the subs I got were cold when I got them toasted. It seems like the guy did not know what he was doing. Severely disappointed and will not be coming back.

Genuinely the worst Subway I’ve been to. I went last week on Friday to get some subs, and my husband and I were completely ignored for over 10 minutes when we decided to leave because the worker was more focused on making a mobile order than helping the customers in line. Figured it was a one off, so my husband and I went again today. Once again, we were ignored for a while and then had to continuously repeat ourselves to the employee. I’m assuming he was probably the same employee from another review that was maybe high because it was quite the experience with him. Besides rude employees, the place is not the cleanest so I would recommend going elsewhere if you’re wanting Subway!

Rude staff. My husband and I are on a low budget but were traveling through Utah as a special occasion. We had a coupon to use at this location which my husband was holding the entire time while ordering. When he got to the counter, he showed the coupon and the worker told him he could redeem it. Then they both realized he had been charged the full amount. Instead of fixing it, the manager came to the counter and said we would just have to use the coupon next time. We are traveling through. We already hit the redeem button, so we can’t use it again anyway. Plus we didn’t even get the receipt. I’m upset and very disappointed in how this was resolved.

Went in to pick up my online order with my husband. And the worker was so nice to express her displeasure with how I ordered my sandwich. Not only once, not only twice. But the whole time we were there waiting for her to finish up. That’s all she talked about, she say “ew and that my order was gross”. First of all everyone orders their food differently. She was totally out of line embarrassing me in front of another person in the restaurant. I am currently 36 weeks pregnant and just wanted my food and to go home after a long day. I felt like I had to use my pregnancy as an excuse for how I ordered my food. Totally unprofessional and super embarrassing that she felt she needed to do and say what she did. Someone could be having a really hard time and doesn’t need anything extra. I will make sure this gets to a supervisor. Oh and the best part was her running out of pickles at the counter. And instead of just running back and grabbing more. She took a cookie bag to the back and filled it with pickles and put it in our bag. A big f you especially after making me the end of a joke our entire experience.
