That was my first time to try it. I loved the coffee there and the donuts. The cashier was so nice, and extremely friendly. He helped us so much.

I do not understand how this chain is not all over the US, a home town staple in Western NY they put Dunkin Donuts to shame. They have some of the best breakfast sandwiches, my favorite is the Bagel BELT, a BLT and egg on your choice of bagel. My favorite is the Everything Bagel....I think I just made myself hungry......

Hubby and I met friends here yesterday. The restaurant is beautifully clean, the staff is friendly and efficient and the turkey club sandwich I had was refreshing and fresh. We will definitely return there for a quick lunch or donuts and coffee.

We had a very brief stop, and with all the vehicles in the parking lot, expected a lengthy wait. To our surprise, we were in & out very quickly. Ordered coffee with a couple of pastries. Very hot and delicious!

They were busy as to be expected with this place. Great coffee and the steak pannini was pretty good. The cashier was a bit lost and forgot to give us the donuts we ordered but he got it right away when we asked.

Consistently the same average coffee and still always a line. The food is gross at all of them unless you are desperate and starving or homeless and can’t make your own food or find an actual restaurant. Coffee is great though.

Food is great, although service is still running a little slow due to understaffing. Staff members were apologetic for any delays, and we don't mind waiting a little while for the freshly made, hot breakfast sandwiches.

We recently visited Tim Hortons and absolutely loved everything about this place! The food is really good, and the staff was very patient while taking our order. The doughnuts and muffins were particularly yummy and made our visit even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend stopping by for a treat.🙂

Service is always pretty 'meh'. The parking lot and drive thru areas can be a nightmare to navigate when it's busy. Lots of seating and reasonably clean inside, so there's that. If coffee and donuts are your thing, this is about the only spot in town.

I always get the same thing. I get a medium vanilla iced coffee 4x4. So it should taste the same everytime right? WRONG.. sometimes its perfect.. other times it's lacking a little.. and other times just taste straight disgusting.. I'm sick of having to take it back to fix it

Typically I do not go in to any food establishment, but the drive through had a huge slow moving line so I went in. I couldn't hear what the cashier was saying, she was wearing a mask and simply not talking loud, slow and clear to prevent misunderstanding with background chatter. I said assorted doughnuts but she kept asking me to pick them out. Then got annoyed when I wasn't doing that because I had no idea what she was saying. Typically assorted means give me a mix. That was awkward and a little embarrassing.

Tim Horton's has pretty decent coffee, donuts, etc. But as for this Springville location, their is room for improvement. Service is usually slow. After you receive your order and find a napkin to wipe the sticky of the outside of your cup, start your search for the only trash receptacle. Navigate across the store, excuse your way through the line and toss your trash. Also, the counter has a few used napkins layered about leaving no room for the cup insallators. Because everyone knows how damn hot the coffee is. Finally the patrons who throw their previous coffee cups out in the drive through turn are discussing asses. Stop this!

I wish there was some type of limit to the amount of items that can be ordered in the drive thru, especially during morning rush hours. Because once your in line you can't get out and a big order ahead of you will make you late to your destination! 😞

This location is definitely improving at getting your food to you. If you go early in the morning, you will have no trouble getting your food fast. However, as the morning progresses, the wait time increases. As I earlier mentioned, they are improving from the half hour wait for a muffin, which was standard about a year ago.

Understaffed and overworked so they get a bit snarky with people. Waited for 5 minutes inside at the counter… no one acknowledged me. So I walked out. Yes the drive thru was 8 cars deep and that seems like the only way to get service. I get it. But if you’re understaffed, either close early, close the dining room and go to 2020 times with drive thru only or just cut back on hours. Eventually something will happen and you’ll have to make a hard choice.

They're so hit and miss... sometimes, even with a long line, I'm through the drive thru pretty quickly in the mornings... other days with almost no line it seems to take forever. Quality is pretty consistent, though it seems a little expensive for what it is. If I have any chance of being late due to a delay and if they look busy, I just bypass it and end up getting something at Country Fair or Crosby's where I can run in, grab what I want, and pay pretty quickly... I have less and less patience for Tim Horton's.

The gal that took my order on thurs Oct 23rd late morning was a real snip. I was asking about the price of a breakfast sandwich w /a drink and all she kept saying was what kind of sandwich do you want?I again asked the price and she just wasn’t into answering my question. After we ordered I asked if we got the special and she said yes. Got the receipt and of course didn’t get it. Just ate and left. Just wasn’t cut out for counter work dealing with customers. Disappointed

The hot coffee tastes good, but the last 2 times there, it was lukewarm. Since I purchased it at the drive thru, I didn't know until it was too late. Didn't even drink it. That being said, the staff is always friendly and cheerful. I guess I need to request hot coffee... Truth be told, my husband loves the old fashioned plain donuts and I always get him his 2 donuts. We have to keep the husband happy...

It's was very busy the service was slow but the girl waiting on us very friendly..I also request that you sell hash browns all day not just till 11:00... My daughter has many allergies hash browns is the one thing she can eat.. Plus when you order a breakfast meal to should able to have a hash brown with not beagle to just because it's after 11am.. thank

Long lines. Asked for a box of assorted Timbits,got 10 glazed. Went there a second time, explained that I had gotten 10 of the same Timbits. And that I wanted 10 assorted. Got 9 glazed and one with sprinkles. Your best bet would be to go in

Been to better Timmy Ho's; dirty tables, plenty of files inside, indifferent staff. One of the machines alarms beeped loudly almost the entire visit (which is hard to tune out (unless you work there, apparently)).

Foods pretty good, when they actually get my order correct. Which is about maybe, 50% of the time. Dunkin' donuts in Springville, is better by far!

Just got home after order a 40 pack of tim bits to share with my family kids don't like plain ordered them with no plain and no plain glazed got home over half of them are plain smh large double double taste burnt but of well live 30mins away they got me again just a reminder of why I don't go to this location should be good for 3 more years until I give em a try again and see what happens

They served me (hot ) tea that was ice cold. Workers were super snippy about masks to the point of very rude to everyone about it. Tables were not clean, bathrooms were a mess as well. No one was friendly at all.

Quick and decent people. Edit: A lot has changed in 2 years! Took over 30 minutes for 4 drinks and a dozen doughnuts. After receiving the first drink it was wrong. I'll leave this as a last resort.

Went through the drive thru. My unsweetened iced tea tasted like coffee. Perhaps someone started putting coffee in the cup and thought I wouldn't notice. On the positive my muffin was good.

Went through the drive thru and wasn't greeted with a hello or have a nice day. The woman took my gift card gave it back and didn't say a word to me. She was so busy talking with her co-workers that she forgot she was in a customer service position.

Stay away from this Tim Hortons. I had the worst experience at a coffee shop here. Both their registers were broken, making me wait 10 minutes just to take my order even though I was the only customer there. I ordered an iced latte and they me a hot latte, when I politely asked them if they could remake it, they had such an attitude and just poured the same hot latte into a cup of ice, watering it down. I would never recommend.

The drive-through wait time is absolutely horrible! The most I have waited was just short of 20 minutes. Then when you get up to order they’re out of every doughnut I’ve always selected. Including vanilla dip, vanilla cream, and chocolate dip! Never fails 3 days in a row and not to mention my coffee I get 3 cream has tastes extremely watered down but with a kick kinda like it was filled while it was in mid brew. I’ve also tried to order the potato wedges in place of the doughnuts they were out of and surprise they were out of those also. At first I thought maybe it was just the time of day then having 3 days in a row the same I realized it is not. I love Tim Hortons but honestly this one is a hit or miss. So to me if you have 15-20 min worth of your time to wait on a coffee in the drive threw then you will be good. I understand running out of things happens but it’s been a Major reoccurring thing and most of the staff at the window is not apologetic one bit and pretty rude about it so I just decided that no matter how excited I am about the role the rim to win I’m giving up for a while till maybe they get their stuff together. This is not something new either because I live in the area and it’s been like this for the last few years that I can remember but only getting worse 🤦‍♀️

Be prepared to wait for very long periods in the drive thru. Their attitude isn't always the best either but MOST of the time they get the orders right. Some employees make ordering harder than it needs to be. They got that big brain 200 IQ. Online ordering is a waste of time Why do you do online ording if it's the exact same experience as drive thru or walk in? I thought online ordering was supposed to be an in and out experience for the customer. Nothing has changed.

The men's room had no paper towels to open the door with, no seat covers for toilet,and the toilet paper was empty and a role of toilet paper was balanced on top of the toilet.... Gross, I paid 4 something for a cup of coffee and the kids working there are grabbing a dirty bathroom door with no paper towels then going back to work... Oh and your coffee is as bad as McDonald's jittery , and probably full of mold spores, just like Starbucks coffee

Dreadful...more flies in this place than my old cow barn.. Setting a new standard in extraordinarily slow service at the register and making the food...amazing really and there wasn't anyone ahead of us. Now people are backing up big time. I had to give it 2 stars because it is Tim Hortons which is normally a 5 star in our book

You would think waiting twenty minutes in the drive-thru with only four cars ahead of you would mean the workers are being meticulous, carefully preparing the orders to please their customers who ultimately pay their wages. Unfortunately, that couldn't be further from the truth and it happens every single day. The reality is, after 11am the drive-thru times are not recorded, thus the competition for the fastest time among the other locations stops and the service takes a steep dive as a consequence. If you don't believe me just go into the store at 10:55 and observe so you can see it for yourself. At 11:00am sharp, the "managers" and supervisors will immediately walk to the office in the back and have a seat (virtually for the rest of their shift) leaving only the kids to work the floor who honestly couldn't care less, they work so they can get paid then go home, they don't work to work. The managers will complain to the worker when they see one not doing his or her job right (if they are even paying attention) but the poor kid turns around and sees the bosses sitting on their butts, it's not very motivating. That's the culture of the Springville store in particular, not all locations. The picture I provided is of the two donuts I waited fifteen minutes for today.

They did not have steep tea. Individual small milk caps were also not available. Their promotion of free ice cap was misleading. The promotion stated complete survey after purchase and then receive free ice cap. I made purchase and paid, and then was told purchase had to be more than $5. There was nothing stated about minimum purchase even in the fine print.The manager refused to honour the cap.

It's always dirty and they got rid of the sugar free vanilla....Diabetics are already limited...First you got rid of the sugar free caramel and now vanilla. Time to switch to Dunkin AND they don't charge for their shots either!

Stopped here driving through, ordered a large iced coffee with sugar free vanilla and cream. I literally couldn't even sip this drink, it was like 3/4 flavoring syrup, 1/4 cream, no dang coffee. Very unimpressed.

If you use the mobile app forget it they can never find your order plus they won't have what you ordered. No refunds on a mobile app . Update I called the 800 number said the district manager would call. It's been a week and no call..

They’re never properly stocked with products or they’re not willing to fully do changeover so that way they are fully stocked with products instead, they tell you that they don’t have an item and then when you go back through 10 minutes later at miraculously just shows up

A joke. Out of things AFTER charged for them. Employees smoking out by drive thru lane watching the line grow. Not 1 hi, thank you, please or any recognition that you need ME to get paid. Shameful 15 minute wait to be treated like a bother. Done with Hortons permanently.

For 1 month I have observed the Mobile pick up sign at the counter, it is covered in fly "specs" directly over hanging the food serving area. Under the sign to the left are bagels, biscuits etc. The food is exposed to the open air, & is not covered. How many fly "specs" are on those open air bagels, biscuits etc. I wondered. When I brought this to the attention of employee, they said "oh thats ok we are remodeling soon" ...What does that matter. Yeah.....the sign over your food serving area... same sign which is staring your counter customers in the face every morning. What else is goin on there that we dont see. I wont be back. They obviously dont care about the cleanliness of their facility. Where all all those flies coming from any way???????

i hate tim hortons, their machines never work and they cant even refund you(online or offline, and when i got my muffin it was stale. Horrible service, cant even get simple food without there being a problem. Every time i have ever went there something was wrong, whether it being a drink or the food itself.

The ONLY reason I gave this a star is because I HAD to in order to write this. This location is TERRIBLE. We waited 15 minutes in the drive thru, there were only 3 cars in front of us, and THEN my simple dark roast with one splenda had friggin CREAM in it! Also, my turkey breakfast sandwich (which is turkey sausage, mozzarella cheese, egg WHITES, and spinach on an english muffin) was TOTALLY wrong too. It was regular egg, american cheese and NO spinach. So I hand THAT back after getting my corrected coffee and all they do is splap spinach on it. Um, hello, what about the wrong egg and wrong cheese!?!?! Totally ridiculous!

Says they're still serving food, but then changes their minds, maybe they shouldn't show their menus that include food, because their too lazy to make a simple wrap. Totally and utterly disappointed, it's no wonder their losing money

Ordered a black berry mint refresher, well it wasn't the right drink. So I walked back in cause went thru the drive thru first to let the girls know. Now I have been getting this drink since they've come out. Needless to say they said they would get me a new one but when they gave it to me it looked just like the first one, not right hmm did I get my old drink served back to me. Well I thru it out. Was not happy girl was rude!

Horrible experience. 4 out of the 3 of us had the wrong iteam. My grandma's order got switched with my mom's order. I ordered a chicken Tuscon sandwich and got a chicken bacon sandwich. Very disappointing I returned to buffalo after being away for 3 yrs and I used to love Tim Hortons.

After my girlfriend and I placed an order for 2 lunch combos, we received our drinks. Twnety minutes have past, someone asked if I was taken care of and explained that we haven't received our food. He replied "the other guy didn't make it?" They gave us our sandwiches but without the sides, and once again I had to ask for the rest of our food. Plus the wait time was long because the cashier was making the food for each order before taking the next one and the guys in line behind us even left because they were sick of waiting.

The workers are absolutely rude, they're slow to take care of drive through and if you go in to beat drive through good luck! They will look at you 40 times and not even acknowledge you then when drive through is done they'll go in the back and then finally decide to take care of you.. I wouldn't recommend going here go to dunkin down the street they actually care about their customers!

Drive thru is slow all the time. At least a 15 minute wait. Also we have been going there every morning before work and the coffee taste horrible. It is starting to put a bad taste in my mouth about the organization.

I used to go to Tim hortons religiously every day. And then I moved to springville. The restaurant cleanliness is sub par. However the service is absolutely atrocious. I have tried numerous times to wait in line at this place and each time I stand there for about 15 minutes before just walking out in total frustration. I get it’s one of the busiest places in town, and everyone has to wait their turn, but there is absolutely no excuse for the way this place is ran!

It's a 50/50 chance of your order being right, but I continue to go everyday. However, tonight I went through the drive through, ordered 3 drinks and a 20 pack of ASSORTED tim bits.... 2 of 3 drinks were wrong and there may have been 12 timbits in the box, 90% of them were plain. I didn't notice until I got home and gave my kids the box. To top it off my coffee and my son's hot chocolate tasted like water. This is not the first time for that to happen. Such a waste of money. I'll be in tomorrow morning to talk to a manager.

This is the worst Tim Hortons ever! Every time you go there they are ALWAYS out of something and then they want to argue about your order. The reason they are out of everythinf js because they are short staffed. I get that every place is short staffed, but that doesn't mean you still don't have to do your job!

1/1-24 The lights are on, the menu is lit, the doors are open , the “hours open” on the door says 5:00 am….. I go in, why, of course! . Staff look at me as if I’m the confused one!!! Is it at all possible for “management” to remove an obsolete “hours open” sign?! It’s a no brainer!!!!! Hope in the new year!!!!

I wish I could rate this Tim Hortons negative stars. I frequent this establishment often and I could count on one hand the number of times they got my order right. Yesterday I ordered an xl dd after a 20 minute wait in line and they handed me what looked and smelled like a one cream pumpkin shot coffee. Upon calling the guy who made my coffee over and telling him it was wrong he grabbed it and very angrily asked what I wanted. 10 minutes later he came back and handed me a medium dd after which I had to talk to a manager to get the right coffee.

I arrived at 11:45 July 8th 2018 waited at the counter 10 min to place my order there was no other customers ahead or behind me. I finally asked if anyone was working the counter. After another minute or 2 finally someone took my order ( extra large double double ) at which time i gave the girl $5.40 for a $2.38 cup of coffee. She never gave me my $3.02 change due me. She did give me my coffee but set it at the back of the counter away from me so i had to reach across the counter to retrieve my coffee. The service at that store is well below my expectations, i never got my $3.02 change. I will never stop at the Springville NY store again. They were more interested in cleaning tjan serving counter customers.

Literally sitting outside the store that’s suppose to open at 5 am to use the dining room and the app to order timbits and donuts from this location and the staff are looking at me from the window. And every time I click any item on the app it says they don’t have it. But I literally see it in the display case. It is 5:13am as I’m writing this. They lost not just my business but as I sat out there 3 other people left also after asking me if the dining room is open. Horrible. Especially for customers who have been on the road and need a restroom

3rd day in a row order was wrong. Coffee literally went out the window. This location needs to be shut down, or taken over by new management! It's a waste of your time and money. 15+ minute wait times for 2 coffees, with zero cars ahead of you. Don't know how they're still in business. The issue seems to be the ever-changing staff. **UPDATE** : Wait times are EVEN WORSE than they were months ago when o first wrote this!!!! Insane!

I ordered two egg cheese and bacon biscuits. I got two egg and sausage sandwiches on English muffins. I had to turn around, waitin line again toget the right sandwiches. These sandwiches had very undercooked bacon , cold eggs, unmelted cheese… and no napkins in the bag. Thanks.

Cashier did not scan my app.So I lost out on points. The bacon egg and cheese sandwich on an english muffin was cold and stale as if they had made it prior and left it sitting out. Had I not had to drive and drop off my vehicle I would have brought it back.

Horrible. Response to this review is a generic useless response, they were contacted and nothing was done. They completely botched our order. Upon filing a complaint through ALL the proper channels, including the "response from owner" nothing was fixed nor made right. Every time we go to this location, the order is not done correctly. We are Always polite and considerate, there is no plausible reason for the treatment we receive here. Overcharged and given the wrong things. It's almost like the employees are skimming the registers. Looked like one of em pocketing cash the other day. This is a bad run extension of tim Hortons and needs a complete overhaul. Horrible horrible experience.

Service was terrible. Stood in line for a good 8 minutes. Only 2 people ahead of me and one only got coffee. All the focus was getting the drive in customers taken care of. There was no effort by management to run the business efficiently and smoothly. Next time I will choose Dunkin Donuts !

Pretty terrible experience. We ordered a take twelve bucket of coffee & it literally took over 20 minutes. Apparently there is not a system in place to pour the coffee in the take out box & they didn't have a funnel. Unbelievable. Plus I asked for cream in my iced coffee & I didn't get it. Finally they forgot about the muffin I ordered.

Went in to get a wrap, coke and a snack pack of Tim Bits - there were 5 employees that I could see, one customer that had been taken care of before I got to the counter - we waited 15 minutes and never got our wrap - we ended up having to get our money back. There was no reason for this...there wasn’t a crowd of customers ahead - just us with a simple simple order! Unbelievable! Very disappointed. Honestly happens each time I’ve ever been in a Tim Hortons. Last straw - won’t be back!

How much do they make an hour? I ordered alittle cream in a coffee & it had as much cream in it like a double-double! Plus the girl taking my money let the $5 fly out of her hand! I was so stupid to expect good service here!

May 12, 2023. I stopped by to get 2 bagels and 2 hot lattes at approximately 3pm. The young girl who took my order had such a nasty attitute and was extremely RUDE. The bagel has cream cheese when i asked for butter and both lattees were cold. Always check your order prior to leaving. This location and ellicotville location has a history for regular errors and UNFRIENDLY service. My order #334.

Super slow service! I was the 3rd person in line, took 20 minutes to order 2 SEC bagels. Waited another 20 minutes to get the order. This is the slowest restaurant that I've been in for the past decade. This is also the first time I've ever given a business a one-star rating, but boy did they deserve it! Won't be back...

Drive thru 9:30 am. Biscuit egg bacon. Worst ever. Second try. Biscuit was previously grilled. Yuk. Egg hard and old. And bacon raw. Wasn’t even warm. Done with Tim’s.

This is the worst Tim Hortons in the area. Plan on waiting 10 minutes in the drive thru line. I appreciate the drive thou attendants enthusiasm however, he needs to cut it short and take orders. The employee who handed me my coffee and hash brown had DIRTY HANDS!! This is the slowest service I have every experienced at a Tim Hortons. Management needs to put more employees on the schedule to operate efficiently. To top it off I received the most disgustingly sweet coffee. I asked for 1 and 1 and got IMO 6 sugars. Please train your employees better. Coffee making isn't rocket science and the good people of Springville deserve better!

We all make mistakes but... not only was my drink wrong, but my sandwich biscuit top was a pile of crumbs, what a mess! I told the worker at the drive through the drink was wrong, just to be told its right and quickly have the window shut on me. I wanted a refund, contacted corporate five times just to be blown off.

Constantly mess up my order, and it is not complicated. Med DD ice coffee nothing fancy, and they never get it right ever stopped going. 17-20$ an hour, and they can not make a simple coffee

We have gone to Springville NY Tim Hortons 3 different days and time 7:40, 8:15, 9:05. Every time it was the same thing. We were told they aren’t serving food only donuts and drinks. And when asked when the closed they said 10. This makes no sense. Not serving food over 2hrs before closing.

Worst service in Tim hortons Usa. Canadian franchises do much better. Supervisor on cash. Takes orders and fulfills order. Slow. Took 15-20 minutes for 4 orders. Riddiculous. Will not return to this location. 🤯🇨🇦😤

Grandma behind the counter was nasty with her attitude when I entered the store after receiving the wrong coffee going through the drive thru. She was all like "is there something wrong with that? well I dont want it back" I had not even put the straw in my iced cap yet, all I wanted was for them to put the whipped cream and syrup on the top that they had forgotten, there was no reason for me to throw away that coffee, it could easily have been fixed as I had not drank from it yet. Instead I had to stand there waiting for a new one to be made. This location is notorious for being rude, many people complain about the staff at this location, I wonder why the owner or corporate doesn't do something about it. No wonder why Dunkin Donuts in Springville does so well, it's because even though Tim Hortons has a superior product it's not worth dealing with their rude unprofessional staff.

Honestly. I don't think I have ever been treated with such disrespect. Chunky girl with a rock shirt on. Soooo rude. Didn't give my husband a total just held her hand out, same when she handed change back. Not a word, just a look of absolute disgust. someone didn't stir the coffee's AT ALL. Gave 1 straw for 2 drinks and then had yet more attitude when he asked for another straw. He asked for no plain glazed tim bits and got nearly all plain glazed tim bits. Literally no kindness from this girl. Not a hello, thnak you, your welcome, just "WhAt CaN i GiT yA" If looks could kill she'd have struck my husband dead! She even went as far as to let out an exacerbated breath when my husband didn't grab his 2nd drink from her fast enough because he was stirring the 1st one. Never going back there again, hopefully that'll give her something to smile about. Not worth the disrespect.

BEWARE; Just paid for an ice cap for the second time this week and the popped off. The first time I said nothing, but when it happened again all over my sister brand new car, I was pissed. I called and told the supervisor what happened and she said “sorry we have been getting wonky kids from the factory . I said shouldn’t you test them or at least tell your customers, she said well it’s not every one and hung up.

Response to this review is generic and useless. Absolutely horrible. Morning shift Wednesday June 7th 2023, asked for a French vanilla cappuccino with a shot of expresso and a little bit of milk, got this. Not even cappuccino. No French vanilla. Plain coffee. Also ordered a 3x3 ice coffee that was NOT right at all. No idea what they did. I was extra nice, extra polite, no reason for this. Horrible horrible experience and a rip off. (Not to mention it's absolutely disgusting in there🤢🗑️🗑️🤢) I paid for something I DID NOT get and I paid Quite a bit extra. This is a bad run Bad extension of the business. _______ UPDATE- The response posted to this review is generic, nothing was resolved nor "made right". The number was called. The complaint was filed. That's it. Again, horrible experience here every time we go here. Over and over. Highly suggest another location for your coffee, donuts, or whatever else you may want.
