Love the decor of the place. Both times I have eaten here I had the taco salad with grilled chicken. It is delicious and very fresh. Couple that with a great friendly staff and you have yourself a winning combination.

Love there food! Fresh! Taco bell is across the street and I can't even believe I ever went there now that we have this. Added benefit shares a building with very well known coffee place. Same building opposite sides. The drive through is dedicated to the coffee place.

Manager Lori is FANTASTIC! One of the Doordash delivery drivers left my food on a random street corner and she took time to call them and get my food redelivered. She kept me updated the entire time so I knew what was going on. I thank her from the bottom of my heart.

I love TJ food. I have been going to this store (St. Cloud) just about once a week for 6 weeks now. Our orders are accurate and delivered quickly. The store is clean, the bathrooms are clean! The service is excellent, very attentive and helpful, not to me that super pleasant attitudes! This is a great place for food!

This is now my favorite place to go grab a bite. I suffer from food allergies; too many to mention here. They wrote down all of my allergies and created a special meal just for little old me. The food was delicious, service was above and beyond my expectations and everyone had a smile on their faces. What a great team! Also, bathroom was clean and the patio spacious. That was a bonus!

The staff here is awesome! Always friendly and welcoming. Food is fresh and tasty, be sure to check out there hot sauce bar. This location gets super busy in the later evening hours, but service is still fast.

Staff is super nice and inviting. Staff suggested the Taco Tuesday special, which I ordered. Food was delivered to the table and my drinks were refilled. Food was great. Atmosphere was packed with people which tends to be a crowd favorite place to eat at.

This restaurant has become one of our favorites for fast food Mexican. We like the freshness of the items and the large number of hot sauces that are in the restaurant. The server also comes around and refills are drinks as needed. Overall good food quality and a good value for the money keeps us coming back.

Everyone that works here is awesome they're so nice and cheerful and helpful and the food is always good. Love their tacos and taco salad. My family members have tried other things on their menu and of all raved about how good they are as well. If you want to walk full it's the place to go for tacos

I love this restaurant for many reasons! The food is always great! The atmosphere is always food and family friendly. The service really depends because it is a very Mexican restaurant if you talk Spanish it helps but I have good with my English speaking friends and they love it and they enjoy learning the culture and the food! I have been to this Tijuana before and did not have a great experience, however I decided to give them a second chance and I am glad I did. Charley was AWESOME!!! I couldn't decide what kind of chicken I wanted on my bowl and he let me sample both ( which no one has ever done before). He was friendly, patient, courteous and what ever restaurant needs. We don’t come here often but when we do, the atmosphere is great. The staff are friendly and always making sure we are doing ok or needing something but there is this young lady name Ada who has always goes way beyond!! She is always so attentive, helpful and super friendly. Her vibe is the absolute best and always smiling!! She makes sure everyone is doing fine and always checking up on them. She is the definition of great customer service and wish there where more of her!! Because of her is why we come and definitely will be back!! You can customize your order to avoid jalapenos or not, you just have to ask. Good portions, tasty, and friendly staff. Sit indoors in AC or outside under an umbrella, they bring your food to you. Refills on soft drinks were free for us.

I can't speak to their dine in service, but we love to order for delivery. Great tacos, chimichangas, and their fried cookie dough flauta dessert dipped in chocolate sauce is heavenly.

Delicious & fresh!!!!! We tried this place vs our usual Chipotle stop on the road & were so happy we did!! You order at the counter, but then they bring it to you & bus it. We loved the hot sauce bar, the crunchy chips, the tasty guacamole, & tender chicken. Thanks to the helpful staff & thanks for the previous positive reviews -- it is vibrant & colorful inside! I'm giving a premature review..... I have not had this one yet and haven't ate at one in a few years cause I live in Texas now. When I came to Florida 2 years ago I learned that there was many now!!! I have been around since the first and only one was around and you had to actually sign a waiver for on of the hot sauces. I had to hide that from my son cause his friends didn't believe him and a few drinks and that not good lol. So only under supervision!!! It is my favorite place. I have no complaints about the food, or the taste, and much less about the service. They are very professional, but if there is a suggestion, the children's menu should be considered. Today I ordered some chicken nugget for my daughter and the appearance was not the best. It had some sauce for them that wasn't spicy and a lot of nachos and without any kind of dip they have to rebuild the menu because their food is so good.

The food at Tijuana is always great. Everything is always fresh. It does seem like since Rona, the service isn’t what it used to be. Don’t get me wrong, everyone is always friendly, but you have to ask or go get your own refill now. They used to just do this for you, and seem to be very in tune with serving but not so much anymore. No big deal, I just don’t leave a tip anymore.

Great experience. They were really busy, but my food was right and good. I ordered online and it was not ready until 5-6 minutes after it should have been, but every employee was working their butts off. I was offered a complimentary drink due to the wait. I purposefully didn't go when they first opened so they could work out the glitches. I think the place is a bit too small, and they might need a couple more employees, but I was treated kindly, promptly and my food was AWESOME!!! You will see this face again for sure!

The atmosphere is so fun and unique. We enjoy the bright colors and lights. It is a great place for friends and family. My daughters love the chicken nuggets and chips meal especially since the kid meals come with a small candy/dessert and a fun tattoo. The workers are friendly and come around to check on you often. I also like the fact that you can grab a draft beer for a great price during their happy hour!

At first I thought the 2 taco serving wouldn't have been enough to appease my fairly large appetite but I was wrong. The steak tacos were big and the quality of the steak was very good. Besides the food being obviously good, the main thing that really stuck out at me about this place was the courteous staff. Extremely polite people I've ever come across. Manager also speaks in sign language which was a very pleasant surprise for my hearing impaired sisters. Will 100% come again when I'm in town.

Always love a good taco Tuesday! This Tijuana Flats doesn’t have a ton of seating, which makes it a bit intimidating when it is busy. But the hot sauce bar is great! They have to go cups for the hot sauce bar as well, so don’t forget to take advantage of that when you order take out!

The new queso crunch burrito is quite delicious! It took somewhat of a long time to get our order out to us, but the service was great. Burrito: you definitely get your money's worth. That burrito is loaded with cheese, refried beans and "strips of chips" for crunch. Served with a ramekin of queso, and some hot salsa. Didn't care much for the salsa but the queso was good. Service: We opted to eat outside for better social distancing, despite some rain little in the day (so the tables were partially wet and the outside dining terrace wasn't being used). But just because we were outside, the server came back with napkins, checked in on us and made us feel cared for. Another table even came and sat outside too, following our lead. Will definitely come back again.

lt was my first time and the staff were so helpful and accommodating. The vegetarian got just what she needed, the steak eater too, as well as the one who only eats chicken. Large portions, good prices, and great food make this a place I can't wait to return too.

Haven't been to this location ... ever!! I'm glad we came.. Friendly staff.... Great value and Tuesday has a taco special!! I had the street tacos and they were delicious!! Hubby had the taco special and they were big chilling and yummy!! My street tacos were so good that I ordered more.. Their sauce bar has a flavor for everyone... I really enjoyed my meal!! Definitely recommend it.

I really enjoyed this restaurant. The decor is beautiful, full of details that reflect Mexican culture and create a very pleasant atmosphere. The service was excellent, with friendly and attentive staff. The food is good, although it has a slightly Americanized touch, but still enjoyable. Definitely a place I’d visit again.

I got the garlic shrimp rice bowl, without corn. Not sure if keeping the corn might've made a difference, but it tasted pretty basic. It reminded me of a healthy menu option from Hello Fresh or something. I tried adding a sauce or 2, but couldn't find the zing I thought it would have. Maybe it needed more garlic? And lime? My partner got cheesy beef flautas, which turned out more fried than I thought they'd be. I don't think flautas are fried this way in Mexico. Anyhow... THOSE were delicious. I didn't get to dip it in cheese, but still good. True comfort food without the heavy greasy feeling. I love that both our dishes came with a little side of nachos and salsa. The nachos looked and tasted homemade. We finished with dessert: the Oreo flautas with chocolate sauce (I think that's what they were?). Those were pretty good too. The filling was a simple, sweet banana, I think, without a heavy banana flavor. We wondered what they would taste like with caramel (hint, hint). Overall, my partner would not go back, but I would to try something different. The staff were nice, helpful, and cleanly.

Don't get the kids meal nuggets, they're very hard and unappetizing. However, the rest of the food is awesome! Wait time is normal, what you'd expect for fresh cooked food. Lots of flavor as well - except the guacamole. The guacamole was basically mashed avocado with a bit of tomato, beyond bland. Save your $2 and skip it. Overall, good food for good value

I don't eat here much at all, but my son happens to love the casadillas from the kids menu. So this is what we usually pick up when we come here once every few weeks or so. They are always friendly and generally fast.

Good food ! Fast service and good prices! Shout out to the two girls at the cash register. My order I placed online was not showing up on their system, but they checked in the back and surely my order was ready to be picked up. I also placed another order that I decided to add on and they were very kind and patient with me they even offered me water, rather than just giving me attitude.

Looks like a new location. Other than the inside of the restaurant being a little small the food and staff were great. I always love the consistency of Tijuana Flats. The food tastes almost always the same, which is good, and the vibes and staff are great.

Food quality is still good, but not what it used to be! Customer service has changed a bit. It used to be that they would check on you throughout your meal and even offer refills on your beverages. The last few times my family and I have dined there there has been no follow-up and definitely no offers of refills. This location has a nice comfortable outside seating area for those gorgeous days!

Always great food however when you order through the app, there's no connection with the restaurant as far as timing. They had TWO people working Valentine's day so they were severely backed up but the app still tells you the standard 22 minute meal prep time. They were doing the best they could but there was a ton of people waiting. Felt bad for them 😩

I ordered online for carryout, was a few minutes late the food was ready on the front racks but the drinks were not filled. food was basically good asked for no onions or jalopenos there was a few of each on one of the tacos, so that was my first bite. Onions make me sick so I avoid them.

My husband and I eat here on occasion. The food has been good each time. If you like variety in sauces, this is a good place to experiment. They have an assortment of heat levels. Service has always been good and the food is what I expect it to be for a quick serve establishment. We tried the jalapeno lime wings today and the flavor was good. We will have them again. My favorite meal is the chicken tinga chimi.

This is the first time I have ordered from this restaurant. I got the family taco pack and I was really happy with the amount of food I received at a pretty fair price. My only issue was the ground beef was extremely greasy. Major greasiness. Other then that it was really good and I will definitely return.

I haven’t had Tijuana in few months and we decided to go today and my meal was just terrible . The hard tacos were stale , the chips were stale . No tomatoes on my tacos like before , it was supposed to have cheese no cheese uh I was really looking forward to eating here today . Definitely waste of money . We live 10 minutes from here shouldn’t be stale by the time I got home .

This place was my go-to throughout my last pregnancy (smokey chipotle chicken burrito) and the crunchy chicken tacos are the bees-knees. Unfortunately, the quality of our last few orders have been so poor. Anywhere from cold food and/or soggy inedible tacos to hair in the food. I haven't said anything until yesterday when we got the hair, that's when I finally called and said something. Laurie handled our refund quickly and professionally. Unfortunately due to the last few orders, we won't likely be ordering from there again. Perhaps if we are in the area since my daughter is obsessed with her "favorite taco ever".

Had a situation where we ordered food online and picked it up. When we got home we realized that the sides were missing and one of the ordered was made incorrect. I called the store and spoke to John the manager and he was very courteous and helped us resolve the issue.

Food was good. Tipping is important. But not sure why to tip at full rates as regular restaurants. When your not getting the whole service. I absolute feel like i over tipped without a doubt. Nobody asked if we needed refills or if the food was right. They just drop the food and leave. The restaurant wasn't busy. No manager came to greet us.

Not a bad Tijuana Flats. Price is reasonable, Food is decent, just suffers from being a little bland, just like every other Flats anymore. Did not care for the changes made to the flautas, no longer is served with any toppings.. Service is good, friendly, always asking if we need anything. Usually not very busy. We Use to eat at Flats every couple of weeks, but probably will cut that back, the chain as a whole has gone down a little in taste and choices. Kinda disappointed. Update: 10/24 Went for lunch again, and was pleasantly surprised that the food was much better than before, not sure if it is a one off or not. We still did receive some stail, under cooked chips,. So keeping the rating the same for now, because of the chips.

I have had good and bad experiences here at this location but almost everytime I visit the wait time for food is insanely long. Earlier today I had to wait 30 for a simple 1 item order I understood the maybe 15 minute wait time as their were other in line but once I got the food back to my house I noticed that the extra steak I ordered was not on my food so I was very disappointed with this visit. It was unacceptable and hopefully some better training could help rectify this issue so it doesn’t occur to other customers in the future

Usually very good. There is one specific server there that is very sarcastic. Have had issues with her in the past but never have complained. Today spoke to the manager to no avail, just as sarcastic as her. So sorry they have changed the management that was there before. Will miss the food but will not be back.

Hate to say it but this place could be a lot better. Loved my hunters creek TJ, this one does not compare in the slightest. Some sort of problem nearly every time we do takeout, most times it’s little things but it really adds up over the few years we’ve gone to this location since moving. From hair in food, to missing items, to wrong toppings, to actual quality of food. We’ve brought issues to them with decent resolution, but it’s very frustrating that there are issues at all (again, nearly every time). This is going to sound petty but i’ve been pushed to my limits today- i always always ask for NO jalapeño, and at least the last 10 times there has been chunks found in my burrito. I can tolerate heat no problem but it’s the jalepeno flavor that absolutely *disgusts* me. Ruins my whole meal. After experiencing this often here, i’m pretty thorough in checking each bite… but this time i managed to get a full bite of one. The straw that breaks this camels back. They are always always found only at one end, not throughout- it’s almost feels like it’s put there on purpose! It’s a cool place, and has my favorite smack sweet sauce but I don’t think i’ll be a patron again any time soon. Used to be one of our favorite places we would take people to, but after our guests experiencing issues too, it’s been embarrassing! Disappointed in this location.

BEWARE!!!! I read the reviews and had a fair warning!!! HORRIBLE! No other word to describe our one and only experience. I wish google would not make you give a star! Food was cold with a long wait and I ordered a steak burrito and that was the only steak I had on the entire burrito! It was so bad my husband, stopped eating and went to Taco Bell to get me a burrito. Tijuana Flats St. Cloud, DO BETTER!!!

I’m a regular at this location and have never had an issue. However, my most recent visit my order had no shredded cheese and little to no chicken. Very disappointed overall

This restaurant is absolutely terrible. Every time we have came it’s been awful. A huge waste of money. This kids meal chicken nuggets were terrible. Cold, chewy, and very hard. My child couldn’t even eat a few pieces because of how hard they were. That meal went to the trash, and it was a huge waste of money. My Mother who got a bowl with rice, beans, beef, and cheese, was cold and the meat was very chewy. My meal, the flatus were cold, I was missing my side of rice and beans, and the cheese and guacamole that comes with the flatus were half full, the cheese was cold, and the guacamole was warm. I spent $30 for food that went to the trash, and i wasted $30 of my money when I could of gone somewhere else and have gotten good meals with no issues. Absolutely frustrated. I will never be back at this location. There’s always an issue every time we come.

Order a order for curbside pickup, waited for 30 mins in curbside parking for someone to tell us the order would be out in a minute. After another 10 mins went into the store and a server gave us food and said that it was ready. Only received 1/3 of our order. Came home to a very hungry toddler with no dinner. Worst experience. Will not be returning. I am also still waiting for a refund.

Update 2026: well we figured we would try it one more time since we stopped coming here. Disappointed once again , I specifically read off the dinner order to the girl and she still got the one dinner wrong. How??? She even asked " is that all you want in it " and I repeated it to her. How hard is it to get a simple dinner right? Time to call corporate and stop going here until they hire competent people. BTW one person didn't eat because of their screw up. 3 years ago: Got the order wrong once again! Why can't people read the ticket? Had to go back and get it made again because kids working here are too busy talking instead of checking the order. Not even an apology for making me drive back 6 miles to get the right food. Poor customer service, and not the first time they got it wrong.

Saint Cloud location. This location is always such a hit and miss and it's super frustrating. But tonight was by far my worst experience and I most certainly won't be returning. I paid $33 for full meals yet all the sizes of my sides were all wrong. Everything was smaller. But, to top it all off after we ate through half a bag of tortilla chips we found a fkn long hair in the bag! My daughter was immediately sick to her stomach. Beyond disgusting and disappointing; it's not that difficult to ensure all employees handling the food have their hair properly wrapped up. I will not be returning.

Hair in cheese (didn’t pay for DNA). Yet another wrong on-line order. All on top of the worst service ever. 5/28 at 6:25 girl in blue shirt just now with black hair. I have never been spoken to so rudely in my life. This place has really taken a swan dive into an empty pool. 5 stars 3+ years ago now it’s an absolute disaster. Previous review: Absolutely love this place and the people. But I’ve had issue with every single online order I have ever placed here... 10+ times in the last year...

From my the middle of my 40 minute wait for a Mobile order that was supposed to be ready when I got there: 3 Stars Staff is over worked, understaffed. So mobile orders get backed up and then people make a scene infront of the people who are eating like feet from them. It’s too small a building for how big the mobile order operation is. There’s 10-12 people standing waiting for the pick up rn. Awkward environment After eating: 0 Stars The item containers are labeled but don’t have the right items in them, no biggie. New corn on the cob doesn’t actually fit in the container they put it in so it just made a huge mess in the bag. Gave us 2 tacos that weren’t what we ordered and then didn’t get one of our tacos at all. I understand every business is struggling cause workers are in demand yet they refuse to pay enough for people to show up. 40 minutes I stood in the restaurant after the 20 minutes I waited at home. I checked the app in the store and it doesn’t update to show a wait so the orders stacked up to like 20 on the screen and the app says 20 mins. They tell people coming to sit in the restaurant there is an hour wait and the place is empty. 1 table of people, 10 people standing and upset. Shame on the staff for not addressing each customer when the walk in explain what’s going on. A few customers kept briefing people at the door so they didn’t have to slow down the staff asking questions. I saw a total of 4 employees in the 4 minutes I was standing there. This meal for 3 people was around 50$ and the best part was, deciding to eat in the car, the food was served cold. I had company and couldn’t make a scene but I have never been so genuinely disappointed by a food experience like this.

Watched the woman behind the counter clean tables, then throw all items in trash can. Immediately went in the kitchen and started prepping food. Refused the food and asked for a refund. Will never return to this location. Disgusting behavior like this shows how poorly the staff are trained.

I’m not sure what is the problems with this restaurant and since it’s the closest to me I keep wanting to give them a try. Again for the second time my meet is clumped up and raw. It isn’t cooked, this is ground beef that is unsafe to eat. This is a lawsuit waiting to happen if someone gets ill from eating uncooked ground beef. I’m not sure what the issue is in making sure you give customers cooked meat. I don’t ever have issues with Taco Bell cooking their beef not sure why they seem to not thoroughly cook their meat. They seemed to have fixed the issue after I first complained but it just happened again. This is gross and who knows if people check their food enough to notice. I’ve eaten at other Tijuana Flats and I have never had an issue with any other restaurant just the one in St. Cloud Fl.

It says it’s closes at 10 I went to order at around 9:48-50 and it was all off and no cars in the lot, overall really bad experience!

Let me start by saying that I NEVER leave bad reviews. I have better things to do. If I’ve had a bad experience at your business I just never go back. But, I feel like this place is a GOOD business with GOOD food, but REALLY bad management and attention to detail from the employees. If these issues were fixed everything would be fine. Let me explain: I have eaten at this Tijuana Flats location 7 times since they opened. Yes, I remember how many times I’ve eaten there and there’s a reason for that. EVERY TIME we have eaten at this location our order has been messed up or sides are completely left out. I love the food and always wanna give the business the benefit of the doubt…we’re human and we all make mistakes, but this is a chronic problem that never seems to be remedied. When this location first opened we ordered delivery. When we got our order it was wrong and the sides were left out. I was annoyed, but too lazy to drive up to the place to get it corrected. Several months later we ordered delivery again and the SAME THING. I went on Yelp and left a review and was graciously reached out to by the manager and offered a free meal. I wasn’t angling for free food when I left the review, but thought the gesture was nice. We went to eat-in one day to redeem the free meal. The place wasn’t even busy and they messed up the order AGAIN. We ate in the store a few more times and every time we had to keep reminding them that they left something off our order. At that point I stopped going to this location for a LONG time. Recently, I decided to give this location another chance. We ordered a pickup order and I foolishly didn’t check to make sure the order was correct and had everything. When we got home, sure enough, no sides for the entrees we ordered. Today was the last straw for me. I stopped in to place an order to go for my son. The place was EMPTY, maybe one couple sitting in the back. We ordered an entree as a meal and chips and queso, a very small, simple order. Our order came out very quickly and before I left I stopped to check and make sure everything was in the bag. NOPE… no sides for the meal! I even second-guessed myself and thought maybe I didn’t tell the cashier that I wanted a meal, but the sticker on the container clearly showed that I ordered a meal. I was just dumbfounded. No one is even HERE and you still cannot get the order right??! The problem isn’t the quality of the food at this location, it’s the employees. NOTHING that leaves their kitchen is double checked to make sure it is correct and that everything is there. It’s sheer laziness, plain and simple. I was so happy when St. Cloud got a Tijuana Flats because my family loves eating there, but I will gladly drive to the Lake Nona location when I need a taco fix because it’s evident that the St. Cloud location just CANNOT fix a chronic problem that has been there since it opened. If this simple step of double checking the order was corrected everything would be great. Please fix this so I can score great tacos closer to home!!

The taste of the food was excellent, but the portion sizes are now small. Apparently the sizes of the chimichangas decreased. On the other hand, when ordering, my son got the wrong food and the cashier was upset and had a bad attitude. He asked her to remove her mask to understand him. I continued with my order because it was a family outing, but I feel like the cashier was rude in taking the order. I will not go anymore. My visit was on 06/15/2021, time 7 pm

Updated online app dosent work at all, you cant place an order whatsoever. Restaurant says they are aware. Chipotle, who happens to be across the street has a working app. People dont want to spend half of their lunch break waiting for food to cook. Do better

TF started to go downhill a few years ago. Then when they headed toward bankruptcy, things hit rock bottom. I was hoping for a comeback, started to go back here and there. St. Cloud location always friendly staff, but dirty, dated and like all locations mediocre food at best. To top it off, I had over 500 points and they did away with the ability to keep them long term and they removed my points. I used to rack up over 1000 points and then use them here and there. TF you can have my points, good luck in BK and hopefully you can get rid of new ownership and make a comeback…doubt it, but I am pulling for you given your original UCF/Orlando ties.

Just had the weirdest experience with a blonde lady who works there. Waited a while for my food which was fine, as the lady walks over to the mobile orders section I see a large cup in her hand and since I placed my order online, before she gets to the station, I said ‘for Jay?’ She looks down and says yes and then immediately looks over to another gentleman who was also waiting and pauses for a moment, almost as if she is allowing him to contest the order as his before handing it to me. Then, she takes my cup and heads over to the drink station. I selected lemonade on my order, I also selected no ice. I say to her ‘no ice’ she says ‘yeah, I can see that on the order’ I then said ‘strawberry lemonade please’ she then snatches the cup of the machine to inform me that there’s an additional cost for strawberry lemonade and that it can only be served in a different cup and it’s not available in large. Basically eliminating the option for me to get any as I had already paid for a large cup. I asked her politely when did you begin implementing that rule, she said six months ago. I then explained I have been ordering almost every week from Tijuana flats for the past two months. And no one has ever explained that, I proceeded to say but thank you. And then she proceeded to just walk off. I understand people have bad days, I always am extra polite to service workers as I’m aware they deal with all kinds of personalities. I didn’t even order through her to have developed any rapport previously to be treated that way. I’m writing the review because experiences like that really ruin someone’s desire to be a patron at a restaurant. There was only two tables seated when I arrived granted one was bigger.. I normally don’t write reviews but it really put a bad taste in my mouth.

The young lady running the register around 4:30pm on august 20 needs some lessons in customer service. When youre charging 15 dollars for miniscule portions the least you can do is smile and say please and thank you. Sitting like a cranky bulldog behind a register attracts no one.

Dear Tijuana Flats...count your days because if this is the portions of everything you give now in a "megajuana bowl", rectangle bowl; from a circular bowl from which you used to serve...we're better going to Chipotle. I ordered a megajuana bowl but I got a mini?! While writing this, I finished the bowl mid second sentence... stingy or being conservative with your indgrients...fine...but never again...
