The most incredible people!! I was feeling absolutely exhausted, so came to get a little pick me up. I had already had missed the turn into the store, so I parked in the Chili’s and walked over. When I closed my door, I realized I had locked myself out of my truck! The staff was so wonderful and Josh was able to help me safely get back into my vehicle! I would’ve been stuck for at least an hour if not for his help. On top of that, they gave me my venti drink on the house which was just the kindest thing to do since I was already having quite the evening. They truly went above and beyond for me!
I’m from Minnesota and visited Stephenville for work 4 different weeks this summer. This Starbucks was the highlight of my day. The staff were all so welcoming and friendly, and the drinks were perfect! In particular, Brenda made this Starbucks special. She remembered my name and drink order each week I returned this summer. It made me feel so welcome and was the perfect start to my work day!
This was our first time at this location; staff was very professional, yet friendly and courteous. Very efficient and well-organized, we ordered and received our beverages in minimal time.
I placed an order at the wrong location and they were so kind and helpful! They made my drinks, even though it wasn’t their store. Amazing customer service!!
They were extremely busy, I had no idea when I initially placed my mobile order. But they got me in and out as quick as they could and did an amazing job. Would go again any time.
This is one of the only Starbucks locations I’m okay going to. Starbucks isn’t my first choice of coffee shops but this location has never messed up my order and has always been very friendly. The staff and the atmosphere are both very welcoming.
I stopped by to try the new Cinnamon Caramel Cream Cold Brew and had a great experience in the drive-thru. Even though there was a line it moving quickly. Customer service was great and they were very friendly. The drink was delicious!!
I've been here x4 and the Cookie crumbles are always good. The staff that has worked with me seem very polite. Ill probably come every weekend for next 1 1/2 years.
Kids loved getting there favorite drinks that o have a hard time ordering. Great Friendly service, cake pops were bomb! They didn't have my favorite go to, the blue berry scone...

I like Starbucks because of the wide range of menu items, and their drinks are really good! Kinda pricey, but they have sales often. But do not get their black coffee… it just tases burned to me. Overall, good store!
Sitting outside enjoying my starbucks cold brew after a LONG day at work! I couldn't get my app to add my new debit card, update my address, and then pay! The lady behind the counter was super nice and did not make me feel rushed at all. Then she suggested their cold brew after I told her about my long day and the fact I had a long drive back to Dallas. Their new nitro cold brew minus the sweet cream is super smooth, strong, and delicious. I definitely will be sipping it slow and easy as I can tell it has a lot of caffeine and it is strong!!
Ordered a peppermint mocha and it was 1/4 of the way empty. Also tasted kind of burnt.
Regular Starbucks. Stopped here on a road trip. The order was made perfect. Bathrooms were not that neat, papers everywhere.
Parking lot is very difficult to navigate—impossible if u drive a truck. Drinks & service are normal Starbucks standard. They have new Covid hours though
Took almost 15 minutes in drive thru to get our drinks. On top of that, the fraps tasted like pumpkin spice was made and they didn’t clean out the mixing cup. Very disappointing for such a renowned product.
My service here was horrible. My drink was made wrong (I asked for a venti iced coffee, no classic, with 4 pumps white mocha and sweet cream. The drink they made was 3/4 sweet cream and no white mocha), they overfilled the cup and didn’t wipe the cup off when it was handed to me so it became a sticky mess.They took awhile considering it was a little busy so it took most of my lunch break to get through the drive through so I couldn’t go back and have it remade. I was not given a receipt and when I said thank you I was ignored completely. No one in the facility was wearing gloves and no one was wearing their masks correctly that I could see.
Today's interaction with that female manager was something else. RUDEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Hateful!
honestly these baristas don’t know how to make the drinks. anytime you get a drink, they forget the sugar... like..... i didn’t ask for a bitter caramel frappe. and there’s always flies in there during the summer 🤧 mcdonald’s makes better iced frappes anyways (even if they’re a bit sugary, the whipped cream is more richer, the one here is as thin as water😖) also their hours are def wack, due to being understaffed which i get. literally one day i wanted something from here the staff was having some sort of party but the drive through was open?? like idk... maybe make a note on the door that the lobby is closed? ridiculous honestly. and the prices aren’t worth the quality of the drink. the refreshers are the only thing i actually like.
