Alway makes the best smoothies I love the Caribbean Passion. But be there when they make it because they will cheat you in the juice and not fill your whole cup up. I always ask for the little bit in the blender.🤷🏾♀️🤷🏾♀️😂😂😂

Any issue I have is immediately rectified which speaks volumes to me and keeps me coming back. This is the location where I first tried Jamba. The staff here is very friendly they really like to socialize with the customers & make recommendations for wherever I'm not sure of what to order. I never knew how good Peanut Butter could taste when mixed with blueberries or just about anything. I am grateful for being a jamba juice rewards member. The 3$ I earn on occasion really do help with my budget.
This store is clean and has very friendly staff. Veronica, the general manager, took my order and made my drink. She was incredibly pleasant and explained some of the options they have. She helped me decide on a new drink and made it herself. This was a great experience. I will definitely go back to this location.

Haven't ever had any problems with this place, and I always enjoy how well they make their smoothies. I tend to get the classic smoothies, which turn out amazing! The staff is very friendly and the place usually isn't overly busy or doesn't have a long wait time.
This is my favorite joint to hit when it's hot down in Florida. A great way to get a brain freeze, my last brain freeze turned my hair purple, just kidding. They are a little pricey on their beverages but they use the finest ingredients, and they are worth every penny. If you download their app you get points and discounts on purchases. Worth a visit if you've never had a JAMBA before. The flavors do a little dance on your taste buds. Jamba low- Jamba high!

Since Jamba Juice is one of my favorite smoothie places, I still try to maintain the balance of appreciating its corporate standardization efficiency while resenting its soulless capitalistic extraction - the recipes deliver! By that I mean, it's the similar deliciousness I expect from this brand, with a tasty Açai smoothie and the new herd-crusted mozerrella bites a suprising accompaniment! The service was a little brusque but kind enough, especially since he was tending to the store himself (definitely hire more staff and give them a raise!)! Interesting that it was in a mall, one that presents itself as a strip mall, which does contribute to detrimental automotive-focused urban design - especially being surrounded by impervious paving and vehicular circulatory areas and parking in what should be contributing to a denser, walkable, multi-modal environment. All in all, this is a Jamba Juice you can trust.

I placed an order online and showed up at the exact ESTIMATED time and my order wasn't prepared as of yet. I wasn't upset at all because you could clearly see how hard they were working. Veronica got my order out to me just 4 minutes after I arrived. She upgraded my small to a large for this very very very small inconvenience if you'd even call it that. She was very kind and so quick. The whole staff there is just incredible, it may be a bit pricier than some of the local places but you're paying for quality food and service 😌

My first impression of this mini mall was very underwhelming. I didn't really know what to expect so I got bored very quickly. I can understand it's convenience if you needed to go in for something specific. But not really a place to pass the day at.
Theyve got such attitude as if you are bothering them. They Used to be so welcoming and nice. In The One young lady is too pretty and too young to be as bitter as she is. Its unfortunate and makes me not want to walk in much less purchase anything from her
They messed up my order by giving me the wrong item even though I specifically told them something. But the item was good, so I still gave him three stars. They also managed to mess up the order of the person behind me as well. One time is a accident, two times is a pattern

Took them an HOUR just to start making my online order. Which I received an hour and a half after placing. I was even able to call and find out that they “were not busy at all.” But kept the delivery driver waiting while they made an order that is usually at my door within 20 mins. They should have had it ready considering it was placed 40 mins before he even arrived.

I tasted the drinks and all 3 of them tasted the same, like passion fruit. I went back into the store, I said to him that thats the reason he was laughing, because he knew he prepared the drinks wrong. I proceeded to tell him that it was unacceptable to treat his clients like that. His answer to me was " I dont care" I said to him, you will care once I call the cops if you dont refund my money back. He said, thats fine ill refund you, but because of a new update you might not get a receipt. I said thats fine, ill take a screenshot. By far this guy deserved employee of the year awards, for the worst kind of employee in any industry. Im still in awe that these kind of people can work in customer service. Please beware of what you drink in these places. Ill leave the pictures here for your safety.
Came to location at 8:58 pm door was open and Open sign was on was told by gentlemen on this day they were closed. He was clearly just being lazy and did not want to do any further work for the day. I wonder if the company wants to continue his employment if they new he was turning down money during business hours.
After finishing the smoothie I noticed an object in the bottom of the cup. It was a piece of black plastic about 1/2 an inch long. My best guess is it was part of a mixing spoon or blender lid. I also then noticed many tiny pieces of plastic, some the size of a grain of rice some the size of a seed. Obviously some of the plastic was blended up in the smoothie. I have no idea how much plastic I consumed, but I obviously consumed some plastic. I contacted Jamba through an online form and called the store directly to tell them. I called the health department which payed them a visit and filed a BBB complaint. They ignored the BBB and have not reached out to me. Totally unacceptable and nasty.

Very Rude, wont accommodate special requests. Items not freshly juiced but mixed concentrates used from bottles in the back. Would Not recommend.

Normally when I come I am greeted as soon as I walked through the door . When I walked up to the register a girl name yasenia took my order and didn’t say anything to me I stood there for some time waiting for her to say something. After waiting for a while she took my order. I got my drink and left . I was not satisfied with my drink at all. Which sucks because I went out of my way today to go here. I called the store and yasenia told me there’s no way I can get a refund on it . I paid $7 for a drink and unpleasant service.
Horrible service. After telling them that I had a free small smoothie, I was informed when I scanned my card that the small smoothie did not scan so I was charged and couldn’t cancel. After that I waited for a long time to get my order. 3 other orders went before mine although the store was not crowded. Will not come back to this location
Denied access to a restroom. Too many employees are denying access to a restroom because they do not want to clean it. Where is the compassion for humanity. I don't understand why people can not walk in someone else's shoes. What if you had to go really bad and you get there and staff tells you it'd not available. Please teach your employees the Golden Rule.
Used to like this place but the rude unaccomodating guy that made my poor excuse for a bowl made me never want to go back. It was literally water and I asked him nicely to fix it which was pulling teeth. WASTE OF $$$$. I bought a smoothie maker after that. Lol

I went here few days ago and I ordered a açaí bowl but all the fruit tasted really bad. They were old, I’m so disappointed. I would not recommend this place.
Walked to this store at 8:40PM, and they were already cleaning up but there’s still enough time to attend to customers; instead, chick decided to walk away while sipping a smoothie and turned off the lights. I asked “is there anyone to help?” The other woman that was washing didn’t even look to address the situation. There were other customers that asked me, ‘why are they closing when it’s not 9 yet?’ But I was too annoyed to respond.
So about a month ago I was in my car, I made a online order but wasn't sure if it went threw on my card, so I went in and just ordered my drink, a few weeks goes by and I noticed in my email that my order did go threw and I was charged. So I didn't call my bank to dispute it I simply thought I'd go in and show the receipt and just get the drink that I paid for and never received. I go there at least three times a week always have been treated very nicely, so I explain the situation to the young man at the register then which he calls over the manager I explain myself to the manager that I wasn't sure if my order actually went through but as I was going through my emails I saw that I actually was charge for it I'm not looking for refined just simply give me the drink that I paid for, his response was did I order it online or use an app, which I said at the time I wasn't sure he then proceeded to talk to me while clapping his hands saying that I needed to know if it was online or the app my response was I don't know but I have the order on my phone can you just look at my phone and maybe you will be able to tell his response was NO VERY RUDELY, then shouted at me we can stand here all day and I'm not going to help you so I said now you are pissing me off then he said he was going to call security on me and I said for what???I'm just trying to get you the person that is in charge to help me, I have never been so mistreated by a manager in my life, I literally hade the order number confirmation time and date the location of the store he would even look at my phone to help me I'm hoping a manager does see this and contact me because the way I was treated I don't think I will ever be going back there and like I said I frequently visited there a few times a week... very unprofessional customer service
HORRIBLE! This woman who is the “manager” Is very rude! I called in an order and when I got there she Had me wait in line to tell me that she never took the order. I gave them a second shot and got my order WRONG. She even put my Large Drink in a Medium cup. When I asked her why she said she’s the manager and that’s how it’s supposed to be.... ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. ZERO CONSIDERATION. The rest of the staff is fine. They’ve gotten my order right before. THIS “lady” NEEDS A DEMOTION AND A REALITY CHECK.
Worst experience. None of the employees that were on the clock could answer the question of if they could sell me a fruit cup with strawberries and blueberries instead of the kids blast so they asked an off the clock employee that was just coming through on her day off and she said they couldn’t because there wasn’t a button for a fruit cup. All this while I’m standing there with my one year who just wanted some fresh fruit and not the yogurt or the frozen drink. All I needed was 10 blueberries and a cut up strawberry. Blows my mind. She also said that the reason they couldn’t do that is if they did it there and I went to a different one, they wouldn’t be able to do it. Well don’t worry not only will I not be going to another one, I won’t ever go to this one….EVER!
The girl on the register who worked the evening on 8/6 needs an attitude check. She was unreasonably rude to both my friend and another woman inside, completely unprovoked. My friend wanted water, and the rest of us were going to order from the menu but we didn't even stay after talking to her
I was in the store with my pregnant fiancé and the unbelievable heat inside was ridiculous! I asked the worker if it was really hot and they told me the air is broken. In Fl that’s no condition anyone needs to be working in! The workers faces were all so red, they looked really dehydrated. My fiancé couldn’t even stay in the store long enough for our smoothies to be made. It was cooler outside! I love this store and it’s my favorite one by far but I can’t come back with that kind of heat
Hello, I would like to report an incident that happened today at your Jamba Juice location. I stopped to buy a juice and something to eat, and the employee at the counter refused to assist me. When I tried to place my order, he looked at me, closed his mouth, and would not speak or take my order. He even smiled and continued to ignore me while I was trying to talk to him. I was shocked by the way I was treated. I felt completely disrespected, and the employee’s behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable. I did nothing except try to order my food, and I was left standing there without any service. I would appreciate if management could look into this situation. No customer should be treated this way. Thank you.
The WORST protein shake I've ever had in my life. I ordered a banana/strawberry with 2 scoops of whey protein and 2% milk. My usual order I do every day at the gym. Well what a shock I was in for. It tasted SO SOUR I went back into the store and asked them to check the date on the milk. I needed the protein so I drank about half of it, but it was beyond terrible.
The service started out nice however, the person didn’t know how to make the protein shake, he forgot to put the chocolate whey in and then it just didn’t taste good at all! The other employee tried to tell me that it’s power whey not a syrup as though I don’t know how to make a shake or never been to a Jamba Juice before! Then they forgot to make my friends drink until she ask and his response was “oh, I thought I made it”! And that shake was awful tasting too! It was just a terrible and disappointing for 4 medium drinks for $40 that were not made right! I think they need help to teach the employees the right way to make their drinks!
Poor customer service. They act like they didn’t know what they were doing. I came in with enough time to order and call my Uber. When I ask him how much longer they looked confused and discussing they didn’t know what was made. I had to rush out of the store to get my Uber with you drink and without a refund.

Walked to this store at 8:40PM, and they were already cleaning up but there’s still enough time to attend to customers; instead, chick decided to walk away while sipping a smoothie and turned off the lights. I asked “is there anyone to help?” The other woman that was washing didn’t even look to address the situation. There were other customers that asked me, ‘why are they closing when it’s not 9 yet?’ But I was too annoyed to respond.
