Mall location. Great quality food for fast food. Good option for parties and events. Meatballs are delicious as well as options for pizza. They are willing to also make a custom order as well. Tons of memories when we used to walk the malls on the weekends.
Excellent Last Minute Service for Large Group! After disappointing experiences at two other local pizzerias, we turned to Sbarro's inside the First Colony Mall. They went above and beyond to accommodate our 6 NY XL pizzas order of whole pizzas and did it with a smile, right at the end of their cut-off for ordering!! Our order was fulfilled perfectly, and the kids all loved it - every one of them had at least 2 slices, and most had more than that. (That has honestly NEVER happened any other time I've had pizza at my kid's parties!) It was, of course, piping hot and absolutely excellent for "mall pizza" - I wish I could have hugged them all for helping me in a jam! Excellent service and excellent pizza - Sbarro's saved our party!!!!!
I had a most delicious pizza roll at Sbarro's this past week and the staff serving it were so friendly! Absolutely mouthwatering. :P I ate it with fork and knife and served with marinara sauce. All very clean, hot 'n fresh!

For two slices, two drinks, a salad and a spaghetti I paid about $18.00

For 20$ you can get a 2 topping XL pizza in NY style, just ask to cut in 6 slices instead of normal count of 8. On the downside, when they are busy on thanks giving or other holiday, or 30 minutes to closure, they can disappoint and make a sloppy pizza, undercooked, or cut it wrong. Just don't order on such times and you'll be golden. On a good note, Thanks, Sbarro team, you are the best, guys!

I frequent this location often due to working closely by. The pizza is always hot and fresh, but the older cashier lady who always checks people out is always soooo rude. There are lots of food choices in this mall and this is one of my favorites, but I will have to reconsider because she is always rude, shrugs you off, mad because I asked for cheese and peppers and this isn’t a one time thing it’s the past 3 times I visited this location.

most okay-est food ive had lol i've never been a huge fan of the pizza, but I used to love the sauce and meatballs for the spaghetti, and when I was there earlier in the summer, I got a Stromboli and it tasted terrible so I wrote into customer service and after literally probably six weeks of back-and-forth and not getting anyone to answer my emails, they tried to send me coupons that wouldn't work so either a owner or CEO or whoever she was was nice enough to get back to me and Ended up emailing me written out coupons instead of a traditional coupon so it said to call her if there was a problem and I could have whatever item so it took the manager at the location a minute to call this woman and confirm that my coupons were valid because they originally tried to send me normal coupons but even the person that emailed me back said she had trouble using them occasionally so I don't understand why the entire website tries to give you rewards and coupons that are not Useable. but they validated my coupons today and I got a free spaghetti with meatballs and a cheese pizza, they were nice and made it how I asked, crispy extra sauce and cheese but overall it just doesn't taste good. It's like New York style Chuck E. Cheese pizza lol just doesn't have a great flavor to the sauce or crust or cheese and the meatballs used to be incredible but they had pretty much no flavor and same thing with the spaghetti itself and the sauce just very bland basic food probably wouldn't go back and I only got it today because it was free but it's a shame because I loved it growing up.

THIS place was garbage the cheese pizza had NO tomato sauce and it was just chese and bread i threw up in the rr This garbage it took 30 min for trash? dont buy here please
Had a horrible experience here! Such racist staff! They kept asking us to buy a whole pizza when we asked for just a slice. They kept repeating that until we were super annoyed. They knew we were hijabis still didn’t tell us that the pizza contained Ham. We’ve been to many places and they respect their hijabi and Muslim customers and tell them when a thing had Ham in it or not. When we came back all the way and told them about it they didn’t give us a refund and were only giving us a pack of Lays as a compensation. We asked for a little drink with it. They should give us 2 drinks and 2 packs of chips as they charged us 5.40 in total. No courtesy at all. They’ve been rolling eyes all the time!! Never ever coming back to this place. Very unprofessional, rude and zero customer service staff. I would recommend no one should come there. Really really really DISAPPOINTED!!!!
Today during tax free weekend at First Colony Mall me and my kids stopped by Sbarros Pizza to grab pizza slices for them. The lady behind the counter had a hard time separating the pizzas with the spatula. So she made the choice to put her fingers on my kids pizza to pull it apart. I also noticed NO ONE had gloves on. I promptly told her “ no I do not want that slice you put your hands on”. She did get me another slice that she had not touched but she waved me off afterwards. With COVID and Monkeypox on the rise, why would Sbarros Pizza not require their works to use gloves if they are going to have to touch peoples food. I was very disappointed on how I was handled and the fact they still served people pizza that they continued to touch and use their bare hands to pull the pizzas apart with!!!
Usually this pizza is good. I asked if it was fresh lady just lied to me and said it just came out. I gave her benefit of the doubt. Pizza tasted old and stale with no flavor no sauce practically wasted my money to eat dough

Next time I'm here I'll be getting a sub at Charleys like I usually do because my experience at this place definitely wasn't good.
