I always use the app to place my orders, it's quick and easy to use. Haven't had any problems and it's great to get a free pizza with the rewards program.

Domino's makes one of the best keepers around. I remember back in the day if they were 30 minutes late used to get a free pizza. So glad to see that there is a Domino's in Arleta.

My experience with this location was great. My pies came out fantastic! I'll definitely be back again.

They’re good. Most of the time the pizzas are good, but always are low on sauce . They put more sauce towards the end instead of the whole pizza. It’s like I’m paying for bread and cheese with toppings I hate that I always pay for extra but it’s always the same. I like dominos but sometimes they need to do a little better This issue is with every pizza parlor tho I don’t blame them

Had no problem getting to him. I told EDWIN the GM , what happened. He HEARD my complaints , he was kind calm and easy to fix my issue. He gave me a full free replacement . AND I added a different change to it, which he honored . And got an extra I wanted BUT I did pay for the last item I got. because I’m not a scummy person to take advantage ! Edwin, I know the food service can be harsh sometimes but THANK YOU 🙏 For giving me a great experience AND the new order I picked up today with you , WAS DELICIOUS AND SO PERFECT 👍 I’ll be asking when you’re in man so I can keep ordering lol No complaints sir, thank you.

There should be more people working. There was one girl taking all the orders. I felt bad for her. You could just see her rushing to get these orders out. That could explain why my order was incorrect when I picked up and instead of getting a deluxe medium pizza with pineapple, I only got pineapple on my pizza.

6/10/21 Have to update my review: I just wanted to add that the recently 2 of my orders were wrong and when I called to let them know my orders were wrong I was told they were sorry and would issue me a credit so the next time I would have to call to claim my credit but when I called to use the credit I was told they didn't have any notes and weren't aware of the credit and wouldn't honor my credits. It got me pretty upset since I'm a loyal customer and a regular. Gonna start looking for something else since this has happened a couple times now. I should have had a 3 pizza credit. Have to update my review: I'm changing my 1 star rating to 4 since they started offering the $5.99 mix & match again. Below is why I had given them a 1 star. The service is good. My food is always right on point. My issue with this location now is the coupons. I would always get the $5.99 mix & match but when I was trying to order the location no longer offers the deal even though it shows it as a national coupon. I would always order 4 pizzas, 3 wings plus other things but now its gonna cost me like $100. Looks like we will have to say goodbye to Domino's..

No spinach or feta in my cheesy bread only mozzarella. Waited 19 minutes to get my food after they send me a message saying it was ready. If i pay for something I expect it to be correct. I always leave a cash tip so they share with cooks but NOT today!!! Have pictures to prove it.

Called and ordered for pick up and they said pizza and wings would be ready in 25-30 mins. I ran late and got there 40 mins after my call, and still no pizza ready! When I asked her for my order she said sorry sir your order is not here, we're making your pizza it'll be 20 mins. I wasn't the only one with that problem, this other lady had been waiting there too for the same story. That location should hire atleast high school grads.

Well every Tuesday i buy wings from a different restaurant, and pizza from My local domino’s. But i really HATE going to this location. Now the only reason I continue coming here is because it’s the only pizza my wife likes. I would prefer Pizza Hut. The parking is very limited and most spaces are taken by the delivery drivers. On top of that, they don’t park right and or park on the Handicap parking spot. Then when i walk in, it always takes more than 5 minutes to be helped. I would understand if all associates are busy. Instead the manager stays seated in the office and has an associate help me out after waiting 5 + minutes. In addition I would understand if she was doing paperwork or work related, but NOoo she os just relaxin in her seat.

I had been craving pizza in a while and they disappointed me so bad. My sause tasted like ketchup and my jalapeños tasted like they had been in tap water. Also they got my order wrong. I hate throwing away good or sending food back so I just shared it with my co workers

I ordered a pizza for delivery and 45 minutes later i decide to call only to find out they made a mistake and placed it for carryout. The employee never gave me an apology and acted as if this was my fault. On top of that she refused to let me speak with a manager and she refused to give her name or the managers name. Now i have to wait another 25-35 for delivery of a cold pizza. horrible customer service!!!

I just ordered two pizzas. Both were hawaian and sausage. I made the mistake of not checking them and when f Got home they were only sausage, called them and told them the issue and both the attendant and manager said i was lying. I just wanted my order done right but they assumed i wanted something for free well i dont, some of us just want to eat what we want not what they decide to serve you. If i would have ordered and if order was taken correctly it wood been normal service. The problem i find with these people is, their lack of problem solving. Terrible customer service ! Do NOT order from this location, the staff is extremely rude. Wait time is ridiculous. An employee buy the name of Jocelyn could have been nicer and not raised her voice at me when I asked for the wait time. Plus I got a cold pizza ..

I tried to un-selct every cheese included in the pacific veggie i ordered. I thought I was pretty thorough in how many cheeses i deselected but it seems there were and additional two i missed and when I called to explain this i was told there was nothing they cold do.

The employees employees were slow to help anyone and were non talk talking amongst themselves in the back about non work related things loudly to the point that the cashier was incapable of hearing the customers. Never going there again wasted over 20 minutes to pick up my order

Worst Dominos in the valley. Ordered through phone. Went to pick up after about 40 minutes. Paid and then was told 1 pizza was still in proccess. Went to liquor came back and was told that 1 pizza hadn't been made. Had to wait another 15 minutes.

Ordered two pizzas dessert and coke for mother and brother. They delivered to the wrong address and they would not take responsibility for it. Spoke with girl in charge and was rude and was add if I was talking to a robot. Take your business somewhere else.

I ordered two pizzas and an order of bread for carry out. They made me wait over 20 minutes and when I got back home, one of the pizzas was cold and they gave me chicken wings instead of bread. I called and asked for a refund for the bread but they said no, but offered a credit. I said no thanks because I never going back to that store.

Three times in a row that I’ve ordered Online waited for about 45min -1 hour for the website to tell me that the pizza is boxed and ready to go and then I arrive 10 min after, for them to tell me it’s additional 30 min. Don’t know whether to be mad at the tracker or mad at the attitude given by the staff. Used to buy once a week from here you lost a customer with me 100%.

Melissa the "store manager" needs more training in customer service. Order took 35 min to get made and then another 38 for delivery. They put in their computer that they delivered at 2pm when in reality my order got delivered right now at 2:42. The food was wrong and they forgot my sauce and the food wasnt hot. I want my money back. They can come back for this order

I LOVE pizza from Domino's and have bought it from Arleta location for 10+ years it is sad to say that many times in over a year or so they are not organized enough to quality check because nothing is more annoying to feel hungry and expect your order be complete this time then frustrated over an order that was made wrong, given someone else's order or wings being to dry. We give this place many chances not only because we live near it, but because some employees are nice. Lately it has been a mess a big frustrating mess. I hope one day that place gets their act together so I can give a better rating.

I ordered 2 medium pizzas one full pepperoni the other pepperoni, olive, mushroom and jalapeno with 2 orders of wings and one 2 liter sprite. Upon my delivery arriving i only received the works pizza and 2 wing orders. My kids were not able to eat happily. Taking things off of the pizza. I have never posted on here but im so upset because while the very young delivery girl was so kind, the manager on the phone hung up on me and when i called to try and reorder a pizza the same boy than told me it was a 3 hour delivery wait and hung up on me. People wonder why they have the job they have.

I told her I wanted confirmation that my payment went through and she kept saying it was on the box. I told her again and she said so you want me to reprint? I said yes I want proof I paid. She looked upset and printed my receipt and then left. Wow! 😡😠

Not just once but multiple times I've had horrible experiences at this store. I always oder online every weekend. Multiple times they had left me waiting. Not even a call, or send a email to notify me that my order has been canceled. If they don't forget to deliver. They make you feel like you did. Lazy staff and very unprofessional store manager. Always delivery time it's a hour wait. What happened to if we don't deliver within 30 mins it's free.

Just had a bad experience with this place, ordered a delivery and the lady took the order as carry out, an hour after I called and the same lady answered and said that didn't know who had taken the order when I literally recognized her voice, she noticed that I was upset and just cause she wanted she sent it half an hour later so the pizza was delivered over one hour and half, pizza was very cold by the time it delivered. I don't understand why people like her work in those place, very bad service.

I had a very frustrating experience with this Domino’s location. The customer service over the phone was terrible. The person taking the order kept creating unnecessary problems instead of simply taking my order. It felt like they were unwilling to help and made the process much more complicated than it needed to be. What surprised me the most is that after this experience, I checked the reviews and noticed that many other customers are also unhappy with the poor service and have given this location very low ratings. Clearly, this isn’t an an isolated issue. Honestly, with so many complaints about the poor customer service, this location really needs to be looked into or inspected by management. Customer service should be a priority, but unfortunately that doesn’t seem to be the case here.

How can one branch make you buy regularly and go to a branch that’s open during thanksgiving and experience the worst tasting pizzas you’ve ever eaten. I would not take their pizza even if it’s free. Corporate needs to close this branch.
