I’ve been to this restaurant many times when it was with previous owners; I heard new management had taken over so I came by a month after opening. Solid great dimsum (I only remembered to take the picture while eating). Not the biggest menu but smaller & high quality is better than big and meh. The entrees and fried dishes were ok, but definitely below expectations. For example, the beef fried rice had a tad bit much oil & the beef was in big chunks cooked in medium, like skirt steak, which I’ve never seen done even in my many trips to China. I would’ve expected smaller chunks and nice searing on the outside. Also, it’s only been open with new ownership since Sep 1, so I understand there are many more things to iron out, but the owner, chef, and staff need to be at the restaurant at least 15-30 minutes before open time so that customers don’t have to be waiting at the door at the open time of the restaurant at 11am only for staff to walk in 5 minutes after open time. Not the best experience to have tables being set up 20 minutes after open time. Maybe open at 11:30am?
