Order 2 corn dogs get 1 pull back around get the second one and it's cold i mean cold in the center this sonic has always been shit...!!!! And also a cherry lime aid shouldn't it have cherries.?????? And specifically asked when I ordered it to be sure and put cherries in it from past experiences with THIS SONIC..!!!!

My husbands food was pretty good but my mozzarella sticks all the cheese was cooked out and the tots tasted like they had been sitting out for a while!! Drinks were like old dishwater mixed with cherry flavoring!!!!! I contacted sonic via text someone was supposed to get back with me but never did. This isn't the first time our food and beverages have been less than par. We won't be back again.

Horrible experience. Restroom was nasty, no soap. Burrito was pitiful with 5 little pieces of sausage. Manager refunded the order and I threw it away. Someone is going to get sick eating there. No orange justice and no ketchup. I will never be back.

Good luck getting them to answer the phone if there is an issue. We called over 10 times trying to get them to fix our order and they never answered. When we went there, the service was about as good.

Order said it was ready 15 minutes ago. I pressed the button 10minutes ago to ask if anyone was on their way. I had to get out of my car go inside to there work station and ask about my food and they couldn't even tell me where it was. I counted at least 4 workers meanwhile the (not to body shame) larger lady kept looking at me with the most disgusting look as if i was a bother meanwhile no one has offered me a refund just that its coming all the while i had to repeat my whole order for them to start on it. Wont be coming back to this location. Definitely need a manager on staff or a retraining if either of them were one

By far the worst experience I’ve ever had with any fast food place. Ordered a foot long chili cheese, Connie three Frito wraps, and two soft pretzels. The soft pretzels were hard all the chili tasted like it was old, and it was kind of black looking. And a Frito wraps Only had two or three little Fritos in each wrap and they weren’t even rolled up. They were just like bowling and half wrapped into the package.

Food is hit and miss, go in early day before school lets out. Every business in Tatum is run by children after 5 pm so you don't eat out in the town after school. Service always and always has been terrible. My food was wrong I just ordered and my wife's food was wrong again, as usual this time I decided to say something.

It’s always a disappointment. I don’t think we’ve ever been there that the service was timely and the order was fresh or right. These tater tots, for example, are so clearly fried in old oil. They’re dark brown, dried out and so gross. There has been many times they’ve gotten our order completely wrong and they take forever. It’s probably the worst Sonic in the area. Longview Sonics and Henderson Sonics have MUCH better quality of product and service. I just have nothing good to say about Tatum’s Sonic other than it is a constant disappointment, which stinks since our options here are so few! Please find some people who take pride in their job. A little effort would go a long way.

2 times last week I stopped on my way to work to get a drink to take to work. Both times the wait for my order took way to long. I almost drove off both times. This morning I left for work early to be able to a drink before work. I pulled up in the stall instead of the drive tru. I was thinking I might get better service. Nope. I pushed the button. And waited almost 15 minutes. Not one person took my order. I left and went to Dairy Queen and was in and out in seconds. I understand resturants being under staffed. But the service has been the same every time I've been there. They need to fix what's broken. I will not be back for a while thats for sure.
