One of the greatest Chick-fil-a locations in all of riverside county in my opinion. Every time i visit this location, I am provided the highest quality version of the food this franchise serves. The amazing staff always make me feel welcome, some even know me by name (further adding to my comfort). Using the mobile app here is great too because the owner of this location often will give rewards to its loyal members.

Chick-fil-A is my go-to spot. It's always clean, efficient, and the team is incredibly friendly. The food isn’t just flavorful—it has a clean, fresh taste that keeps me coming back.

Always enjoy those waffle fries. I have their chicken nuggets for the first time today and I didn't really care for them I thought they were super dry. I would rather stick to the spicy chicken sandwich or even better is their breakfast.

You can't beat this place for a chicken sandwich, but the true worth of this place lies in its employees. I don't know what they're like outside those four walls, but when they are behind the counter wearing those uniforms, each employee is a slice of America. They are trained to be polite, friendly, and helpful to a fault. It's obvious that their Christian ownership bleeds through into their corporate makeup. I would happily go to a restaurant like this anytime even if I wasn't Christian because the morals and practices that go along with them are synonymous with excellence in business.

Great customer service! Their chicken tenders are good, but the service is what makes this place stand out! We have only ever eaten inside and the wait has never been long to get out food. The drive through always looks horrible, but since I haven't tried it, I can't really say how fast it goes. I love their kids meal options and that there is a kids playground.

We've been coming here for years, and we were SO disappointed tonight. The young man taking our order kept stopping to help a coworker that was having issues with his order. He did apologize, but it was very frustrating/rude regardless of the apology. These guys are usually not like this. We were finally able to complete our order, only to find what looked like dirt on our sandwiches. My husband bit into his sandwich & said it was gritty. Like it had dirt/sand in it. My lettuce had gritty on it. I'm not sure what happened, but I hope it doesn't happen again. Very disappointed.

This location has very friendly staff. Even if you see a line, they go through it quickly. I'm probably ruffling some feathers here, but it is way better than the Raising Canes down the street. My favorite order is a Spicy Chicken Deluxe with Bacon, Fries, and a Cookies and Cream Shake. Extra Sauce!!

I Love Chick -Fil- A ! I like it because the chicken is good value for your dollar, great tasting food, the chicken texture tastes like real chicken, not a processed patty. The serving size is good..other fast food choices sometimes serve flat processed chicken Pattie’s that are over breaded and hard or dry..not Chick-Fil-A , it’s plump juicy and crispy! I just tried the spicy chicken biscuit (plain..I should have gotten a sauce, but it was excellent even without a sauce). The biscuit was buttery and fluffy, the chicken plump flavorful and juicy. My go to is usually a grilled chicken deluxe combo and sometimes I get the spicy chicken when I want a little heat. Their milkshakes are great, as well as their lemonades. My 3 yr old loves their waffle fries. Specifically this location is nice for younger kids because they do have a play place and again my 3 yr old likes it…I would recommend not going during a busy time if you have younger ones and wanting to experience the play place since it does get busy and loud. Their customer service is excellent too! All employees always friendly, and checking in on us. I’ve always had a positive experience at all Chick-Fil-A’s I’ve been too. It’s nice to have a family friendly place to take our kids, and friends to.

Went to this location at 830 Saturday morning. Several employees welcomed us with good morning! It’s the small things that matter! A warm welcome and very clean environment. A five star Lunch Experience!?! Fri. Jan. 20th. It's cold and wet. Rain coming down and the wind is blowing. I was met half way on my way in by a friendly staff member in a bright red jacket and umbrella. The place was super busy. Food came out quick! Hot and cooked just right. Bus staff also super friendly calling you by name. Filling your drink clearing your table.?. Totally not what I was expecting on a day like this. 😃

This Chik-Fila was so clean and efficient (especially during dinner time rush). Employees were all smiling and happy. We sat outside at the table area very clean outside as well. What really was a surprise to me is that this location has diapers and wipes in the women's restroom. That small gesture speaks so many volumes. It really shows that they care . You have no idea what someone is going through, whether they were in a rush to get out of the house and forget or someone babysitting that forgot. Having that readily available for their customers can really change someone's day.

we got Chick-fil-A catered for us and it was an absolute success! We went for chicken sandwiches, chips and cookies, and everyone loved it! Not only do they have amazing serving bags to keep the sandwiches warm but we got a cute little cow plushie! Shout out to Stacey and her team for making our weekend!

Obviously Chick-fil-A is always a good choice to go and eat but this place by far has been the best location. The customer service was great and the food as always bomb. But the customer service is the real reason I gave it all 5 stars. They treated you with kindness and attentive to whatever you needed.

Everything was clean - various employees were constantly going around cleaning each table and even the seats. The bathrooms were clean + stocked and I saw they had diapers in the changing stall which was sweet - I also noticed they had a small activity and sanitizing wipe on the toddler booster seats. There was an employee I think his tag said Shawn who was really going beyond and asking customers if they needed refills, and we were passing him on our way out and he even offered to toss our trash which was super nice of him and unexpected. Everyone loves Chick-fil-A and I would love to give Chick-fil-A five stars but there's just so much waste every time I go to Chick-fil-A I say I'm not going back because everything is in bags and extra bags and extra bags and they still use Styrofoam cups and plastic. It makes me so sad that they are so busy all the time and I cannot imagine how many tons of waste as being produced just from Chick-fil-A. Love the food, quality and always good service at every one but please cut back on the waste and offer on-site recycling.

The recent upgrade they did with their drive thru is amazing. It was fast quick and easy. The reason I'm giving this a four star though is because they did not give me my whole order and then had to look for the rest of it which took 1 minute EXACTLY. It makes sense though because there is at least 30-40 workers in the kitchen which is insane. Also there are a lot of people at the drive thru which could have made it difficult for them to keep track of every order. Other than that little mess up my experience was fast and yummy!

This chick-Fil-a has been on a struggle bus as of late with the shakes and certain salads not being available due to lack of supply. All the employees have been great and really accommodating. Overall, I’m just mad they didn’t have my southwest salad when I went there last night. They typically do an outstanding job.

IMO Chick-fil-A has one of the best customer service in the fast food industry. Today I just needed a $30 gift card. The gentlemen in drive-thru was friendly and pleasant. The girl at the window gave me the GC was equally pleasant. Side note: they have the best chicken nuggets in fast food.

The food tastes great, like most fast food though it's overpriced, and I wouldn't eat here consistently. You can feel it in your stomach it's more processed than say In N Out, which btw is cheaper. I also feel bad for the workers being forced to say "My pleasure" every time, it doesn't come off as genuine and I don't blame the workers one bit, which is a shame because they are mostly nice and genuine until they have to say the culty catchphrase! Haha

Chick-fil-A was a pleasant experience overall. The store felt a bit dated, but the staff made up for it with their friendly and fast service. Located in a convenient plaza, access was easy and hassle-free. Despite the appearance, the great customer service made the visit enjoyable. I’d definitely return!

Husband got a chicken wrap, not much chicken at all. It was more like a salad wrap. It wasn't busy, and he asked for his fries to be well done, and the worker said they couldn't do that. My chicken sandwich was good. A lady came around refilling drinks, so that was nice. The most disappointing part was the wrap.

This is a newer location in Northern Murrieta. Since opening it has been one of the best Chick-fil-As in the region. My partner is gluten intolerant and cow's dairy allergic, so when we want a fun take out, Chick-fil-A is one of our top options.

Im only making this review in hopes that we can get this store back the way it was. We love the food here! Always on point as it was today. The restaurant staff however was chaotic. Instead of multiple registers and organized staff there were only two registers and the friendly demeanor Chick fil A is known for was gone. No pleasantries, the staff was confused and unhappy. This store can use some attention . Good luck.

This location used to be great and careful.Although they are still nice with their costumers as Chick-fil-a is, because of the large crowd of people that is constantly there, they have started undercooking their chicken, and forgetting sauces. I am really not one to complain almost ever, but this has happened to many times in a row the past few visits and I just wanted to let everyone know, if there’s a line of more that 10 cars, don’t bother going because it’s too much for them to handle. I have a picture for proof but I don’t think I can post it in the review.

They need to SLOW DOWN w/ no distraction when packing orders... their accuracy needs to be worked on!! I was a first time customer. **Attached is my receipt** So, the Market Salad was great (I recommend). However, after driving back home to eat, I realize they forgot to give me my Lemonade. The 8 pc grilled nuggets had only 7 pcs. They gave me 4 Ranch dressings instead of 2 Honey Mustard/2 Ranch. And their Waffle fries had at least 6-8 regular french fries in with ("french fries" are NOT on their menu, which I found odd). So even though they were "pumping out orders" to cars before they drove up to the window, (which was impressive to watch), the integrity of Customer's can easily be compromised in the process!!!

I'm sure I've driven by this place, but honestly I've never eaten there, so I can't rate my experience because I've never been there.

First time dine in, I ordered the chicken club sandwich and I didn't like the size of the bun (small) and it was a yellow like crusty bread that crumbles when you bite it...

Good food. They are always busy which is good for them and due to that I understand slower service. I went in for an online order, gave them the name and waited 20 minutes. I asked an employee just to confirm my order was there and being worked on. I watched her ask a manager and the manager just laughed and no one answered my question. Trying to be understanding I gave them 5 more minutes. I finally asked the manager directly because I wanted to make sure I wasn't wasting my time. I know she sensed my disappointment in my voice. She said it was being worked on and I had it 2 minutes later.

Tried this place multiple times and I have disliked it every time… it is way too overrated and I just don’t like the chicken. The last time I went was last Thursday with my boyfriend because of a gift-card that was given to me and I must say that I will never spend my own money there unless it is for someone else. It is just not for me. There’s so many other places that are so much better and much more affordable.

I'm typically a fan of the brand, but had a very poor experience at this franchise. I pre ordered on the app, waited an additional 20 minutes upon arriving, was not acknowledged at the pickup window for at least 10 minutes while the employees were chatting, then i received the wrong items, left the restaurant, and had to backtrack 15 minutes to get the correct items. While chick-fil-a would be a go-to food stop for my regular travel from so-cal to the Colorado river, I don't see me stopping here again.

Place was pretty busy, but again its Saturday. They messed up on our order, totally forgot one meal. We re-ordered and them they forgot the dressing to the salad. Sandwiches were a little cold and the salad my sister ordered sucked. Dont know if I'll be going back again. Spent too much money for food that was just ok. :(

i ordered a grilled chicken sandwich on a multigrain bun. when we got our order, it didn't look like two sandwiches so we returned it and said it wasnt for us. we wait 10+ mins then the manager asks to see my receipt. he checks my receipt and insists the original bag/order was ours. he gives me an extra order of fries for our long wait. i got home to find that i have a deconstructed sandwich and was given individually packaged gluten free bread. the rest of the sandwich ingredients are in a separate bowl/container. lettuce soggy, cheese a mush both the multigrain brioche bun and pepperjack cheese are extra $ and yet 🤷🏻‍♀️

Literally so slow. The app asked me if I’d gotten my food yet and prompted them and it still took another five minutes or so after that. Also the first FIVE rows of parking are taken up with the drive through and pickup spots so walking kids from the back of the parking lot is horrible with cars flying around. 2 stars just for being the only one around with a playground.

It's my pleasure to write a review. For very tasty slightly overpriced chicken chick-fil-a has you covered. The staff are required to be friendly. I personally like the not spicy spicy chicken sandwich and any one of the 6 doping sauces with the crosscut fries. Clean but often very busy.

Today 12/24/2024 was the WORST service ever. Went inside to order (take out) and waited 30 minutes for our food. I finally asked the manager how much lower for my food cause 4 other guest that ordered after me where getting there orders, even an officer had came in 15 minutes after me and still got his food before me. Then the manager finally handed me my order and didn't even apologize for the long wait. Absolutely the worst day.

It’s not easy for me to leave a negative review for a place I genuinely like, but my recent experience at the Chick-fil-A drive-thru in Temecula on May 6, 2025, around 9:45 PM, was disappointing. While placing our order, we politely asked for the sauce on the side to avoid the sandwich becoming soggy or cold. However, after we completed the order, the employee—still on a live microphone—made an inappropriate side comment, referring to us as “mean.” Is being specific about an order really the same as being difficult or mean? That comment was unnecessary and unprofessional, and if the employee felt compelled to say something like that, the very least they could do was ensure the microphone was off. When we pulled up to the payment window and expressed our concern, the employee did not identify herself as the manager until we specifically asked to speak to one.

I ordered a grilled chicken club sandwich and the chicken was cold and the bun was on the dry side breaking apart at the edges. Very disappointed at the fact I paid 11.30 total for just ONE sandwich and it was putting it nicely… terrible! Sorry Chick-fil-A but do better.

Literally served me rotten bacon on a chicken club, then gave me a new sandwich but downgraded it to a regular chicken sandwich even though I paid more for a club. On top of that, I got food poisoning the very next day. Literally will never eat here again.

I LOVE Chick-fil-A... Just NOT this location. They are a hot mess! We waited over 20 minutes (per our receipt time) for food only to find out that they forgot we were dining in and bagged it. Once they found it, it was luke warm but we were starving. There was no offer to remake it for the mistake. The fries were literally half empty (see picture). As we sat and ate, the girl working the floor (that should have been the one handing us out food) "wiped" a lie down with a napkin. (It was very dirty from a table of kids) After she was done, food was still all over the place. At the end of the meal, I went back up for a refill (since we had drank most of our drinks waiting for our food) and stood at the register waiting. Employees would look at me, turn around and talk to someone else, walk over near the exit door, come back, and never acknowledge that I was there. One was literally getting drinks for the other cashier! I won't be back to this location... Staving or not, Raising Cane's is literally right across the street.

Place hits ready for pick up when the foods 10 mins away from actually being ready and then when you say something about it they act like you're the problem. Absolutely ridiculous way to operate and 100% opposite of the murrieta store.

Most disappointing drive thru experience. No line. Drove up and ordered 2 grilled sandwiches, 1 order of fries, and 2 drinks. Paid at 1:12pm. Received drinks and then was told to park out front. There were only 3 cars behind us. We sat in our car until 1:24 before food was finally brought out. 12 minutes with no other cars around waiting! Chicken sandwiches were barely warm and only half a box of fries. We have never had any problems at Chick-fil-A before, so didn't check before leaving. I think you can do better than this, especially when the place was not busy!! And for $32, it was not worth it.

Waited in the drive thru for over 10 minutes because the car in front of me was waiting nuggets? Why not have the person park out front to wait instead of having everyone else wait in the drive thru? No apologies given when I pulled up. I love Chick Fil A but I feel service at this location is sub-par. Management needs to pay attention to what’s going on in this store.

I often come to this restaurant to eat, and all the other waiters are very nice, except for one old man with white hair who makes me feel like I won't come here to eat again. Not only does he have a haughty attitude, but I also sense malice towards the Asian community from him.I can only see him displaying his unique smile service when dealing with young women.
