My chicken was fantastic, the atmosphere was great, employees were nice and friendly will be back to this location.

This is a great location. Their drive-through is fast and the dine inexperience is even better great food great service very clean store. We really appreciate this business and will definitely come back.

If I'm nitpicking the floors were a tiny bit sticky. My order was wrong and the lady, I'm assuming the mod made it right. All employees were friendly. Come here!

Stopped by because i was craving fried chicken. Hadn't gone to a kfc in close to 5 years due to bad experiences at multiple locations in the past. Im glad i stopped here. Food tasted great was served quickly. Reminded me of the ol KFC quality. Glad some locations like this one still live up to the ol standard.

The reviews doesn't seem to the the restaurant justice. I did drive through around 4:30pm, I did not have to wait long. The chicken and fries were hot but weren't fresh, but to be expected. The chicken was juicy and cooked all the way through but there was still raw flour. The fries had gone through a couple rounds in the fryer but otherwise good.

Ok. So we went on opening day just because we like KFC. Things were a little confused but they did get our orders right. We have been back several times since and things are improving. Food is always good, and staff have always been friendly. Keep things in perspective. It's KFC, nor a fine restaurant. Check your order before you leave and they will be happy to make it right if they have made a mistake.

Nice taff, but unfortunately, I had to wait for biscuits, which was no big deal, but when I got home with the order, we did not get what we ordered.. we were supposed to have extra crispy thighs and legs only.. Instead, we got the regular recipe and bucket with breasts, wings thighs, and legs.. But at least the chicken was still good, just not what we ordered...

Went to drive through. Under the crust it was gummy and just did not taste as I expect kfc to taste. Just not good. Kroger deli fried chicken is much better!

Store says it closes at 11. Their lobby was closed at 9:14 while they claim their lobby closed at 10. Their mobile app won’t take orders at 9:32pm. KFC is a mess, but that’s all of Yum Brand. Chicken was just ok, I think I got the last of what they cooked up

Everything I come here it takes 5 to 6 minutes for them to even acknowledge you. Then when they do it's rude. Lobby is always messy. Food is good. From now on I will just use the drive thru

Got the famous bowl and pretty disappointed. I only got five pieces of small chicken in my bowl. Taste good but lacking chicken

I ordered Coslow on my way from church only to see they packed Mashed potatoes for me. I am allergic to dairy products so I had to throw the whole thing into the trash .. Imagine in these difficult times. To make matters worse they do not puck up their phone calls.

If I could leave zero stars I would. This is the worst KFC that I have ever been to!!! They do not honor the prices that they have listed. I ordered (1) chicken breast it cost me just under $4. I feel like he just made up something. The chicken was horrendous. Hard and cooked with old grease! They are rude. I don't think they are following the company's rules of operation nor the food prep. The breast had been sitting out under a lamp maybe and not fresh at all. Never again. This place is probably 5 mins away. I will be driving to Lewisville (Hebron) and Carrollton (Josey) from now on. Such a bummer and waste of money.

Cannot recommend. On two occasions I have ordered food from here and it has been terrible. It’s really sad to see because it is the closest KFC to me. The staff should really aim to do better

The KFC in the DFW area…. Got a day old Chicken Pot Pie which was dried out in the inside…. The tea canister isn’t clean daily and no sense of urgency…SMDH

Pulled into the drive thru at 10pm (closes at 11) to order food. The worker said they didn’t have essentially anything. No fries, no mash potatoes, no chicken nuggets. Because I was attempting to order the bowl that contains those three ingredients and he said they’re “out of it”. He offered no alternatives (we have mash potatoes, no fries, etc) simply that they didn’t have it. This makes no sense. We went to the Popeyes just down from it instead and it was great!

The server greeted me wearing a chicken hood over his head. The chicken he served me must have been under the heat lamp since noon. My visit was @3:15 pm biscuit was hard as a brick. Miniature chicken which was dried out. I called the location to report issue. Phone was never answered. 2/12/24 shame on the server, serving this chicken to anyone!

This place is horrible. The whole staff is so unprofessional and they don’t seem to know what they are doing or doesn’t seem to care about their customer. Went there for the first time and I specifically ordered fries no salt. They told me about 4 minutes wait and seconds later brought out the fries. I asked them if there is salt and the gal taking my order said “I don’t know”. It turned out to he regular fries and tone to wait for a few minutes. They forgot my fries and I had to walk up to the register to ask multiple times. They finally gave me my fries after 15 min. By that time we already finished our meal. Will never come here again.

I visited this KFC today and was very disappointed. I ordered original and the chicken was hard and had been refried. I love KFC and was ecstatic when we finally got one in The Colony. However, if the chicken is going to be refried, cold and hard, I’d rather drive to the Preston location in Frisco. Come on! This is a new location. The food shouldn’t be horrible so soon!!!

This kfc is horrible nobody can speak english well they messes up my entire order then i watched them put fries back in with the other fries all the chicken back in the warmer. Absolutely Disgusting. I will never be back

Terrible place. I order a family meal with 3 sides and then ordered an extra side. Got home with 2 side one was wrong so I go up there and they acted like I wanted free stuff when I just wanted what I paid for. While I was waiting another 2 people came in with wrong orders. By the time I get what I ordered and get home my food was cold. They didn’t even apologize. Never will I go back there.

If I could give this location a 0 rate I would, tonight my husband and I came to this location, we went inside, and I told my husband to order some food for us while I used the restroom. I came out of the restroom and my husband just stood at the front counter nobody even tried to help him. So, My husband and I tried to wait and wait if anybody wanted to ask us what we would like to order but no one came to the register and help us. Oh, by the way, these KFC employees are just right there looking at us walking around trying to be busy but the thing is no customers inside but us, and no customers at the drive-thru either. There were 5 employees inside but no one could even tell us “Will be right there” We felt like we were invisible to them so we left because we waited for a little longer just standing there. This location has very bad customer service. Bad employees who don't want to help customers. The Manager in this location needs some training so he/she can help the employees on how to have good customer service skills.

I’m giving 1 star for the ability to post. Horrible experience here this evening. I ordered a CHICKEN pot pie and there was absolutely no chicken inside of the pie. However, there was paper of some sort inside the filling. Tried calling back several times to make them aware… NO ANSWER!!! I will not be going back. Ever.

My pot pie is burnt Looking and my Dr Pepper was water downed, he didn’t give me a receipt and I’ve been calling to complain and I’m not getting an answer at all. I need to someone at this location to fix these issues. I’m so disappointed and disgusted

There was a bunch of kids working. Never a good sign when going to a restaurant. The skin on chicken was falling off. The wings were small. The food took forever and still wasn't fresh. Not only will I not being going to THIS location, I'm done with KFC as a whole. I had to go to this location because the one on Main/Memorial couldn't figure out how to add a gift card. The "manager" could even construct a full sentence in English. Don't get me started on that. It was a bad experience all the way around. I will NOT be eating chicken here again. To many other options.

Yet my order was wrong I received coleslaw instead of mash potatoes. Service was blah and when I asked for butter and honey I was told they didn't have any. How can you have biscuits without honey??? Will definitely travel a little farther to get better service and quality.

Just absolute trash in every category. I went here once and they missed items and felt I will give them a second chance and they missed items again. Fire every one of these airhead workers or let the robots do it.

I had the worst experience with the staff today. I placed an online order for pick up and when I got to the restaurant, they took an hour to give me my food! The female cashier started arguing with one of the cooks and was being super disrespectful and cussing at him for not wanting to take her cashier spot. I asked her to check for my pick up order since I had a notification that it was ready and she disregarded me and kept cussing loudly and arguing with the one of the cooks. She then grabbed her personal belongings and left. I waiting for another staff member to help me and also mentioned my food wasn’t ready and continued to serve other people. I was standing in line for over 20 minutes to see that my food was ready but was never placed in a to go box. The staff member kept telling me that it wasn’t ready so I had to show him my order confirmation. It wasn’t until he saw it that he went to the back to put my food together.

I had an awkward exchange putting in my order for 3 piece big box combo. I pull around and continue to wait behind the vehicle I originally met up with. About another 10 minutes go by, and the gentleman opens the window to tell me they are out of extra crispy breasts and only have original thighs. I politely declined and left. It was 12:15PM sir. No cars in the parking lot and I'm the only person in drive-thru. How do you not have any of your signature chicken that KFC is known for and makes in relatively sized batches in pressure cookers? LOL like what?!?! They were polite and all but how can I do business if the business isn't ready for a crowd of ONE. :D I went a few miles north to Popeyes and no problems getting my order filled.

I get home to some BS that pissed my entire family off. I never leave reviews, good or bad, but this right here was just wrong! They had to get those from Walmart frozen food section. Pissed me off I wasted $40.
