Been coming in since day one! However it seemed longer for the food to come out than usual. I know that servers and kitchen staff get hot, but it was 40 degrees outside and the air was still on inside, a little uncomfortable. Food is always amazing! One of the highlights was meeting a new server, Aly. It was nice to welcome a fellow PA’er to FL. Aly was very attentive and apologized often for the delay in changing a beer keg. This place caught my eye while walking down the street with its vibrant and cozy atmosphere. I decided to give it a try for my birthday and it exceeded every single one of my expectations! Derv, our server, was so friendly and attentive. He made us feel comfortable and welcome from the start. Everything we ordered came out fresh and hot, which is definitely a must when it comes to pasta. Food and drinks were delicious, service was excellent, and the entire experience was amazing. I can’t wait to come back!

Josh was our server this evening (Friday night) and let me tell you, his service was up to par! He checked on us every 10 minutes and made sure our table was constantly clean plus refills. This restaurant has very good quality food and the taste itself is indescribable. I have been coming here since they opened and I will continue to come here. All staff are very polite! Drinks are fantastic too!

This is one of our go to places that has a large covered patio. We usual come once a month. The drinks are great. We love that there is a a variety of food such as salmon. Our go-to are the pizzas, mussels, and the most of the pasta dishes. Staff are friendly and we love seeing our favorite server Josh who is always welcome and extremely helpful.

Went on a whim after a recommendation from my boss and F&D didn't disappoint! Kept it simple after some great recommendations form our server, Josh. He was incredibly professional, cordial, l and honest with his recommendations as we tried the brussel sprouts, chicken fettuccine alfredo and chicken marsala. My wife and I were looking for something different for dinner on Friday, and I found F&D on Google Maps. The other reviews we found online were already great, and we jumped in the car to try to beat the dinner rush. I have one complaint only: their parking lot is crowded. It is probably capping their turnover. We sat outside, and the service was great. Our appetizer came quickly, and it was incredible - the best garlic bread I think we have ever had. The salad was unique and tasty. We had the trio (Chicken, Spaghetti with meatball, and Lasagna), and it was hot, fresh, and really delicious. Completely recommend. We will try Pizza next time! I almost forgot - our server was Ricky, and he was great!

This is one of most delicious and affordable Italian options in the City. Their quality is off the charts. And the pricing is unbelievable. They could charge 50% more and still have a line out the door. It’s a go-to spot for me and any visitor we host. The pricing I noted includes wine, appetizer, entree, and dessert. The service is fantastic. Love it!

Incredible food with cute outdoor patio area. We started with a the seasonal watermelon burrata - the bread was so tasty that I saved it for the marinara sauce. You can’t go wrong with any pasta dish here. Loved that there was a parking lot on site so we didn’t have to stress parking

This restaurant was AMAZING for food allergies. I have severe allergies to shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, mushrooms, and gluten. They very happily accommodated me with gluten free garlic knots (which were 10/10), gluten free pasta, and great service. Josh took amazing care of us and he understands allergies. Definitely coming back

Pizza is always 10/10, super fresh and light airy crust. This is our second time here and the food, ambience, and quality are worth coming back again and again!

After driving around the block to find parking, I lucked out on a spot 15 feet from the front door. The parking lot was packed and it wasn't even 6 PM. A busy restaurant in the beginnings of dinner service, is always a good sign. As soon as I opened the door and entered, I was greeted by the wonderful aroma of Italian food. My hunger was ignited. Our server was Amanda and she was attentive and professional. A bonus these days is when the server prebusses the table, even when they are busy, and Amanda did just that. Please request her when you decide to visit. Yhw hostess and all the waitstaff were friendly and nicely dressed. The ambiance was relaxing and not intimidating. The patio seating looked comfortable as well, but it was way too hot to sit outside. It also proved to be a good choice to sit inside because a torrential rainstorm ensued near the end our our dinner. If you arrive before 6:00 PM, bottles of wine are 25% off. That might be why they were out of several of them. I'm not sure if that's a special every day or just on Tuesdays. We settled on a nice Pinot Noir from Willamette Valley, Oregon and it did not disappoint. My dinner companion and I chose the Tuesday special. It's a choice of chicken parmesan or picatta, with either a caesar salad or green salad, and focaccia bread for $18. We both chose the chicken parmesan and I had the caesar salad while my companion had the green salad. They serve the dressing on the side, which is nice because a lot of restaurants either over or under do it. The chicken parmesan comes with spaghetti, but our request for angel hair was easily accommodated. The chicken was perfectly cooked as well as the pasta, which came out piping hot and had the right amount of sauce. I did feel that it lacked a bit of seasoning though. I just added extra parmesan, which was already on the table so I could add at my leisure. We finished the experience with a shared serving of Tiramisu that absolutely melted in my mouth. It was garnished with a sweet slice of strawberry on top of whip cream. The only thing not necessary on top, was the mini semi sweet chips. I felt it took away from the dessert, which was amazing on its own. All in all, a very enjoyable experience. I'll definitely be returning.

had an incredible experience at F&D Italian, thanks to our server, Josh. From the moment we sat down, he was attentive, friendly, and genuinely made us feel welcome. He knew the menu inside and out, gave great recommendations, and timed everything perfectly — never rushed, never slow. What really stood out was how personable he was — he checked in just the right amount, made sure our drinks stayed full, and even remembered small details about our order without needing to be reminded. That level of service makes such a difference. The food was fantastic as always, but Josh really took the whole experience to another level. You can tell he takes pride in what he does and truly cares about his guests. Definitely one of the best servers I’ve had in a long time.

Solid service and excellent food as always. One of our favorite spots. My husban and I dine here at least once a week and there’s nothing on the menu we don’t like! Food was great (exquisite, actually), pricing was very fair, outside seating had a relaxing feel. The menu had quite a reasonable selection, and the drink menu had some fun options. Our food arrived before the appetizer (pizza cooks faster, it seems), but that was the only hiccup we encountered. Maybe a heads up from the server might have been helpful, but overall it was much of an issue. Despite being a holiday, a weekend, and a steady flow of online/pickup orders - we never felt neglected. It was busy, but our server was not giving us the impression she was overwhelmed. There was a lot of teamwork, apparent if paid attention, and each team member seemed happy to be there. Overall a very good experience.

Nice dinner and nice outdoor setting! We loved the mocktail and Italian job drinks! We asked for bread and olive oil, but the server brought us the garlic bread which we didn’t order but we ended up eating it anyway. The mussels were presented in a very unique way, steamed and on a very hot pan - very good! Pizzas were ok, liked the crust even if it was too light in color and I couldn’t taste the mozzarella, but overall 6/10. Our waitress was super nice. We’ll be back to try some other dishes. Bear in mind it’s an Italian American restaurant, not pure authentic Italian as I thought.

We came in on a Wednesday and lucked out with their special on the Margherita pizza — it was perfectly crisp, fresh, and bursting with flavor. You could taste the quality in every bite. We also tried the shrimp scampi and burrata salad, and both were absolutely delicious. The shrimp were cooked perfectly and the salad was creamy, fresh, and beautifully presented. Everything from the ambiance to the service made for a perfect dining experience. Paula was exceptional. Highly recommend for a date night, dinner with friends, or just because you deserve great Italian food!

My family went for my birthday, first time customer’s. The place was very chill, we went around 3 on a Saturday. We got in right before the rush. Our waiter was amazing, I don’t remember her name (black lady high top fade with locs) recommended Tuscan margarita. It was good but could’ve been stronger. Food was very good. Only complaint we had was the meatball. It could’ve had more flavor. All in an all it was a very nice experience, great food, at a surprisingly good price per person. We will be back.

The food is absolutely phenomenal! We got the meatballs as well as the pepperoni/sausage pizza last night. We’ve also had the garlic bread, the lasagna and a few other dishes. Service has continuously been spot on. It can be difficult to find parking, especially on a Friday or Saturday night. But it is well worth it. I strongly recommend making reservations.

I’d like to start off with saying the atmosphere is nothing short of decorative homey and very clean the staff is around the clock constantly tending to people being very attentive to everyone’s needs ESPECIALLY AMANDA she made a 19th birthday dinner for my brother really feel like a celebration with her wine recommendations as well as food suggestions and arguably the best cake i ever. Had the food was very fresh clean and a lot of the notes blended well together with nothing over powering another i got the chicken piccata with Caesar salad (special) the salad is amazing it’s a must have especially the dip and fresh croutons and the pasta was phenomenal the chicken perfectly cooked and retained moisture while being smooth and NOT stringy at all and the cake was so light and very subtle with the lemon flavor which in most desserts are overpowering but not here had a great consistency and moisture paired with their strawberry whip cream and thin sliced lemon I’ll be going again for my graduation thank you so much amazing for your service i don’t think this night would have been as good as it was without you.

We have been here a few times before. However, tonight our waiter Josh made some great recommendations for appetizers, entree and a good wine pairing. For cocktails I would highly recommend The Italian Job. The appetizer meatballs were very tender and the velvety texture melted away in your mouth. The steak and mushroom risotto had me asking for a spoon to enjoy every drop. The special treat at the end of the meal was the recommendation of the pistachio cream cannolis

We had a lovely anniversary date night tonight and had great service from Rickey . He was very attentive and helpful with the menu . He recommended the pork dinner meal which my husband loved! Gave us refills when needed and we enjoyed a lovely 3 course meal! He also Checked on us the perfect amount. Overall we had a great Night.

Such a fantastic spot! They are popular and busy for a valid reason. We had a wonderful experience, and our server Josh was exceptional. He made us feel welcomed, and frequently checked in on us. He offered recommendations, and they were all spot on! Their brussel sprouts were phenomenal — a great balance of savory and slightly sweet (with tomato jam). The crust of their margherita was perfect. The stars of the night were their steak and mushroom risotto and veal marsala (the polenta was especially delicious!). Return visits are in order!

Came here while on a trip with friends ! So happy we found this awesome place . Service : great ! Our server Josh, was training Brie . Both were amazing and were very attentive and super friendly . Checked on us and made sure we were all good. Food: two people in my party ordered the trip and both loved it . Each piece is not overwhelmingly big. Just perfect . The other ordered the chicken Parm and crushed it . I ordered the wood fire salmon and when I say it was my favorite thing I’ve eaten on this trip, it was !!!! It comes with arugula , sliced apples on top as a slight garnish , and the salmon was perfect , juicy but so crispy . For drinks we got beer , the limoncello and the Britt’s famous sangria ! All were great . Literally I have zero complaints . Parking: packed , but found parking right on the side ! And to top the night off , few people kept coming up to the table next to me , only to find it was momma Kelce !! lol all in all, great place . I highly recommend .

What an incredible dinner we had last at the Wood Fired Italian Kitchen. The Queen Bee Pizza is a must the steak and Risotto so yummy. Our server Josh was amazing and all his recommendations were great as was his service. I give everyone and all the food here 5 Stars.

Our second time to this fine restaraunt was an even better experience. It was a very busy Friday night, but Alyssa went above and beyond to ensure that we had an incredible dining experience. The find, as always, was terrific and the entire F&D team bent over backwards to make sure our evening was special. Cannot recommend the restaraunt and the staff, especially Alyssa, was superb. Great evening! This was our first time dining here and we absolutely will be returning. The food, atmosphere and the service all added up to an incredible family dining experience. Despite being busy, Amanda took exceptional care of us, made us feel very welcome and provided a wonderful evening for us. She went above and beyond to make sure we had a terrific dinner and was a great representative of what the restaraunt strives to be. Highly recommend this great restaraunt.

The staff seemed friendly until we had an issue with the salad and the outcome was eventually taken care more dressing since it had very little. The dinners were better. Given a choice I would look for better Italian.

We just got takeout, so I can't speak for service, but it wasn't as good as reviews led me to believe. The queen bee pizza was very good, but everything else was just ok. The pasta was unfortunately overcooked, and I really don't get the hype around their mushroom pappardelle. Prices were reasonable. We probably won't be coming back.

I made a reservation for 4 on Feb 19 at 6 pm and everything was great l have been to this restaurant many times and generally recommend it. Tonight l sat at the inside bar at 5pm , just wanted a cocktail and was going to place a to go order. The bartender ignored me, so l left. What a difference 2 days make.

Cute place. Sauce on the pizza was extremely salty but good pizza. Pasta was good.

I placed a pickup order. It doesn’t seem like there is a notification for when your order is ready to be picked up. I went inside at the pickup time. There was a sign at the host stand that said “Pick up orders here”. The host was busy selling a gift card, so I waited several minutes for him to compete that transaction. Despite them not being busy and numerous employees socializing, no one else acknowledged me. Another pickup order came in a few minutes after me and went straight to the bar and was given there order before I was spoken to. Maybe they had ordered before and knew better. The food had good flavor, but was not very hot when I picked it up (checked in the car before heading home). The interior of the restaurant had a nice ambiance. Food quality and taste overall was good, despite seeming to have sat for a while. If I order a pick up order again, I’ll go before the pick up time and speak to the bartender as soon as I arrive.

This was my 4th visit. The food is excellent. Top notch Italian cuisine. The service is solid. The atmosphere is not stuffy, but the music is too loud, and they would not turn it down despite several requests. A patron brought their dog onto the patio and completely ignored that the dog was vomiting and ignored people telling him - shouting at him. When the staff finally addressed it, they swept the chunks but did not sanitize the concrete. This is just 6 feet from people eating dinner.

Our waitress was so sweet and kind! I believe her name was something like Jen — an expectant mother who worked so hard to cater to our table. So grateful for her! The food and atmosphere were great, too! But the other staff members who came to our table made us feel like we were an inconvenience the whole time. That was very uncomfortable, as we were celebrating a birthday. That’s why I rated service 3 stars, not at all reflecting our wonderful waitress.

The Chicken Parmesan was decent, nicely crisp breading served over a bed of spaghetti. The only downside is the portion size, which felt smaller than expected for the price. Service: Excellent. Attentive, friendly, and efficient throughout the meal. Atmosphere: Cool, lively vibe with no real complaints. It’s worth noting we dined on a Monday night around 7 p.m. and still had about an hour wait for a table, so reservations are highly recommended. The verdict: Solid Italian spot with good flavors, great service, and a nice atmosphere. Worth visiting, but plan ahead for wait times and don’t expect oversized portions.

I enjoyed dining on the outdoor patio. Our server Josh very attentive. The appetizers, specifically the brussels sprouts and stuffed mushrooms were fantastic. I ordered chicken parm and it was crispy and well seasoned. The pasta that came with it was a tad too flavorless for me. My aperol spritz was not the right ratio and tasted mostly like tonic water. The desserts were good- we tried the lemon olive oil cake, Tiramisu, the chocolate mousse and the cannolis. All were excellent, but it was a little strange that they were served with cool whip- I think I would’ve preferred regular whipped cream.

The interior of the restaurant is very nice, there’s no issue with that. However, the food service time is unfortunately very long. We go to other restaurants as well, and even with similar orders, we usually don’t wait this long. I can’t comment on other aspects, but the kitchen is really slow. After placing your order, be prepared to wait a long time for your food.

Our server started off STRONG! We left malnourished by total experience; based off how packed the place always is & menu prices we expect more. The food was good but doesn't live up to the high prices. I the trio plate you see in images was just good(not the best). Overall I was going to give this place 3 stars but them having a vegan menu is why they got the extra star(the plate in the photo with the spinach is vegan & good(not great) 4 being vegan). Although the cappuccino was very small(about 5oz w/ mostly foam) I think based off taste the $5 for it was fair. It was made perfectly & taste really great. I enjoyed the art work around the place.

Excellent pizza, but the service is terrible. The drinks were good, but not worth repeating. We had to catch the waitress because they forgot about us. Other tables came, ate, left and we were there waiting. The oysters were very good, but the calamari was small and the bread that was the first thing we ordered when it finally appeared was good. Those receipts for us were not printed at the bar or kitchen 🤣😂🤣. I thought it was the manager, she came to the table and apologized for the delay and gave us two desserts. It's good that I took them home because there were 6 of us and the desserts were so small that they only served 1 person and I didn't like them. Honestly, I won't go back.

I've dined-in twice now and both times have been fantastic. Takeout once, fantastic. I can't say enough about how good the food is. And service, both times, was fantastic. I'll give a big shout-out to our server, Ember, for making this last visit great. She was patient, helpful, and knowledgeable. The place would get 5 stars if it weren't for the parking. There's simply not enough of it. One of our party was left circling the lot/neighborhood looking for a place to park. For this reason alone they fall short of 5 stars. I shouldn't have to stress over parking when I'm at the restaurant 15 minutes prior to my reservation.

Great food but our server Josh was extremely rude. We had an 8pm reservation (they close at 9) and had a normal length dining experience. We ordered a bottle of wine, appetizers, and entrees. However the kitchen messed up one order delaying it by 15 minutes after the other dishes were served. The corrected plate was brought out around 915 - and at 925 our server was rushing us to finish. Picking up plates from our table while we were still eating, and even said to us “people are trying to go home”. That only gave the person less than 10 minutes to eat their dish, before being chastised and making her feel embarrassed to finish the meal we paid for. Mind you - they also had even later 830 reservations available. How is someone seated at 830 expected to be out by 9? Either don’t take late reservations, or expect they will be there after 9. For the prices you charge - To treat a paying customer like this to their face is extremely unprofessional. We spent $250 for a dinner for 3 people and it hough the food was good - I left with a really bad taste in my mouth. I’ve been here before with good experiences, but this wasn’t it and will make me think twice about returning.

So disappointed from the time we walked in. The hostess looked shocked to see us. From what I gather, there were lots of locals patronizing the restaurant, but that was no reason to make us feel unwelcome or to have to wait over ten minutes to be greeted by our server. Another server came over and said our intended server wasn't as fast as her, but she'd pour us a glass of water while we waited for our server. We ordered mussels to start. While they were fresh, the butter sauce was not tasty. One of my companions orders the pepperoni overload pizza; he said it was very salty but the dough was good. My other companion ordered the shrimp scampi. She felt it was just ok, but said it was not worth the price. I ordered calamari, which was good, and a side salad. It was a sad little salad with bland dressing, wilted lettuce, and too much Parmesan. The best part of the dinner were the mussels and Arnold Palmer. It's such a shame that despite the cute atmosphere, we didn't feel appreciated as patrons, so we will not return.

Welp, they ruined our New Year’s Eve. We just discovered this place two weeks ago and loved it. It’s close to us, we can walk, and we think the food is amazing. Loved it so much we decided to have our NYE date there - it’s the night we got engaged many years ago and it means a lot to us. We didn’t want to celebrate there, just have a nice dinner with drinks, dessert, before walking home. Went online, made a reservation for 9:15. Walked in and told them we had a reservation. We sat. Server comes over and tells us they close at 9:30 and the kitchen is closing. We thought that was odd to accept reservations at 9:15 - but said no problem and ordered our drinks, apps, and dinner. Before our food arrived the lights came on. We started laughing, but also had so many full tables around us we figured it was fine. All our food basically comes out at the same time (bread, apps, meal)… again, we figure the kitchen is closing we can have a full table. Server never asks if we want another drink although our cocktails are empty , brings boxes while I’m having a bite, stands over us while we pack up, and puts check on the table. The check is wrong (includes a more expensive entree they were out of), we tell him and ask to add another round of drinks (still other tables at the restaurant), we are told everything is closed and we can’t add drinks. We felt very very rushed. Our total time there was 45 min. I can’t have dinner at home that quickly. We left obviously - but our “relaxed” dinner date for NYE was ridiculous and instead turned into a speed date. We have two full boxes of left overs … and we left pretty frustrated. We are all for taking care of your employees on NYE, but then change your last seating so that your last guest has the same experience as your first guest that comes in for dinner. Your restaurant is too nice to make such a basic service error at our expense. That was a lot of money to spend to feel unwelcome. We did not just walk in, we had a reservation. If that slot was a mistake - a phone call could have fixed that.

I ordered 2 “Carni Pizzas” via Uber Eats. Trying this place out for the first time. What was advertised was a respectable amount of meat on a pizza for the size of the pizza. I effectively received 2 lack luster pepperoni pizzas… not worth the price. I was completely ripped off.
