Well, one of the 2 pizzas was decent. Not sure what happened to this one, it should have been double bacon but, as you can see there’s hardly any. It’s also unusually greasy. Great prices and friendly service, just disappointed in this order.

It's not bad, its dominos so you're not expecting top pizza, but guys please just up the quality a little bit. Read the orders - Well done ordered pizza should be well done, and stop forgetting the garlic butter sauce.

We have repeatedly had issues with our deliveries being 20-30 minutes late when ordering from this particular Dominoes. When we call to inquire, we are always told the same thing, “Your order is on its way. It should be there in about 10 minutes.” Well, the store is about 10 minutes away, so I’m not sure if they forget to deliver our pizza until we call or what happens. The app always says it has been delivered right around the latest time we were given when ordering. Very frustrating. Then our pizza is cold when it does arrive. The food quality and taste has improved in recent months, that is why they get two stars instead of one. We miss our Dominoes store in Irvine!

Pretty bad experience just now. I ordered two pizzas, 32 piece bread bites, and cheese bread. After 20 minutes the tracker said my food was ready. When I went in they said there was one still in the oven. 15 minutes later I asked for an update and they said there was one in the oven. I finally asked if they just forgot, they said yes, and I said I would just pay for what was ready. Pizza was pretty dried out for some reason and gave me 16 piece bread bite instead of 32. When I went back in to get the other 16 I was pretty surprised when they took my open box to the back and threw 16 more in there with some parmesan and sauce on top and handed it back. Most interestingly nobody there seemed too concerned. This isn't the first time the experience was like this so I figured I would share. In general the food is usually pretty good there and it's usually 20 minutes later than the app says so just be prepared (or about double the promised time) so just make sure you have the right expectations.

Had a horrible experience today. I ordered delivery. After an hour and hungry kids, delivery no where in sight. I called the store and was told delivery was attempted but the delivery man encountered a dog barking. We don't have a dog, and I was working at my desk, right in front of the door. Minutes later, pizza delivered, cold and absolutely horrible. I had to cut off the edges and reheat just to make it edible. I called to speak to the manager, all I got was a nasty man who claimed to be the Manager named Govianni. He was so rude, unprofessional and kept interrupting me when I tried to speak. I have been a continued repeat customer, but unfortunately I am chalking this joint off.

To be honest they can't even pick up the phone I've been calling them for up to 5 mins it's sad

We ordered four pizzas, they were are terrible. One of them had no sauce on it and the other three had little to none. The toppings were so sparce that it was hard to tell what pizza was what. I tried calling the store and was put on hold, tried getting help from Dominos corporate they will not help. Do yourself a favor and order from somewhere else.

This restaurant has turned bad so quickly. This used to be a good store making decent pizza and get to you quickly. The last few times I've ordered from this restaurant, it has been nothing but problems. Either the food is cold, it takes over an hour to get, or both. The latest time, I didnt even recieve the food at all and when I called the restaurant to ask about it, I got nothing but attitude and was told that the food would be here in less than five minutes. Took another 30 minutes. Ion't mind giving the driver their tip, but forcing people to pay $6 for this is absolutely ridiculous.

We went to pickup in person and they wouldn’t even come to the door. Everyone is hiding behind covid and not following any covid protocols. Nobody in the store was wearing masks properly or at all but asked me to put on on in the parking lot. Manager told me they don’t care. Sad. We never gave attitude or we’re disrespectful. Just asked to get our good we paid for. Everything was cold and poorly cut.

As if I have to pay for his poor performance. I asked her to take the charge off my credit card and she wouldn’t. Have called the credit card company to dispute.

Keep in mind I ordered a half cheese half pepperoni. Nothing that crazy. It’s usually the same two dudes working in the front they both seem like they barely have a clue of what’s going on around them. Order at any other location.

It should be $8.99 but store manually raised price so as to not honor the discount charging 12.92 instead of $8.99. Pizza said it was $24 - $12 (with tax) with promo included. Food is good but this is bad acting by the franchise owner.
