Everything was perfect, the vegan options are incredible. They have their own vegan menu, the staff is amazing. The Chef Angel and Ricardo and Abraham were incredible. 1000% recommend.

Ein wunderschönes Hotel mit einer tollen Beach Bar. Tolle aufmerksame Mitarbeiter (Carlos ist der Beste). Das Essen war sehr frisch und vielseitig. Die Getränke waren super lecker ( Pina -Cola, Mezgal).

Tolles Restaurant! Das Essen war köstlich. Die Zutaten alle frisch und hervorragend zubereitet. Die Preise sind für Tulum Verhältnisse eher im unteren Bereich:) Wenn man von der Strasse kommt, sieht es ein wenig so aus, als wäre es geschlossen. Getraut euch allerdings herein, alleine der Weg zum Restaurant ist schon bezaubernd. Würde aufjedenfall wieder kommen.

Absolument tout était parfait au Dune ! On est tombés en amour pour ce beach club. Nous avions 3 jours à passer à Tulum pour souffler après un long voyage à travers le Yucatán, et nous sommes littéralement revenus TOUS LES JOURS qu’ils nous restaient sans le moindre regret : 1/ le cadre est sublime : l’hôtel semble offrir des logements magnifiques et un cadre apaisant. Ça sent bon, la musique y est zen, les douches et la piscine sont particulièrement appréciables avec les enfants. Mais c’était en même temps très romantique comme lieu. 2/ la nourriture est délicieuse ; le tataki au thon était sublime, le ceviche fondant, les burgers au top, les cocktails très réussis ! 3/ notre serveur préféré Abraham a largement contribué à ce qu’on se sente bien, chaleureux, aux petits soins, on a apprécié la Happy Hour Vraiment 10/10 ! Super Beach Club mit angemessenen Preisen! Wir hatten einen perfekten Tag im Beach Club des Hotel Dune. Wenn man nicht Gast des Hotels ist, darf man gegen einen Mindestverzehr von 500 Pesos die Liegen/ Sonnenbetten nutzen. Neben einem super Service und Essen bekommt man sogar noch Handtücher gestellt. Als Lunch hatten wir den Thunfisch Burger, welcher sehr zu empfehlen ist! Auch die Happy Hour von 4-6 haben wir ausgenutzt. :)

Pasamos un día espectacular en Dune Beach Club en Tulum y la experiencia fue de 10. Desde la llegada, el ambiente es relajado y exclusivo, perfecto para desconectar y disfrutar del Caribe en un entorno cuidado y elegante. Éramos seis personas y optamos por el buffet. El precio fue de 500 pesos por persona, totalmente consumibles en alimentos y bebidas, lo cual nos pareció una excelente relación calidad-precio considerando el entorno, el servicio y la calidad de la comida. Pudimos disfrutar con tranquilidad, probando diferentes opciones y acompañándolo con bebidas y cócteles. La playa es simplemente impresionante, con arena blanca y agua turquesa. Las camas y hamacas son muy cómodas y están bien distribuidas, ofreciendo privacidad. Todo estaba limpio y perfectamente mantenido. La comida fue variada y bien presentada, con opciones frescas y sabrosas. Los cócteles estaban muy bien preparados y fueron el complemento ideal para el día de sol. El servicio fue atento y profesional en todo momento, siempre pendientes sin ser invasivos, lo que hizo que la experiencia fuera aún más agradable. Sin duda, es un beach club totalmente recomendable en Tulum si buscas pasar un día de playa con buena gastronomía y un ambiente cuidado. Volveríamos sin dudarlo. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great restaurant in the hotel zone, recommended. We stopped in for a later dinner and had a very nice experience on the beach. The queso was amazing so was the crusted tuna filet. My partner is celiac and had the tacos. Very reasonable prices and good food. Service was very friendly and attentive as well.

What an incredible vegan menu! There are at least 10 vegan options for lunch and 4-5 for breakfast. Stuff is so sweet. We left with a very warm feeling and very deliciously fed.

Vinimos 5 días seguidos ya que nos encantó la comida, el ambiente, la playa pero sobre todo la excelente atención de Abraham, Silvino y Carlos, nos hicieron sentir muy cómodos y mimados. El ambiente es muy tranquilo, buscábamos eso, ya que la mayoría de los beach clubs tienen la música demasiado fuerte y la idea era disfrutar del mar sin tanto ruido. Gracias por todo!!! The dune beach club is a great place to spend a day from the morning to evening. Beautiful atmosphere and comfy beach beds. The beach beds were free with condition that we will spend 1000 pesos which is very reasonable. The food was great and service as well. There is also free parking in front of the Dune hotel. The service and staff were really friendly and attentive. However the first day when we came just for lunch and didnt give a tip, the server came back to us asking why we didnt pay for service. This behaviour was not very friendly but overall experience was good. The other day everything was completely fine. I recommend this beach bar to visit in Tulum.

Excellent experience at the beach bar of Dune! Abraham was amazing and his customer service was top level. We ate there several days and I need to say that the shrimp tacos, the arrachera (tacos and fillet) and the guacamole that we tried were delicious! Nice music, not too loud, and very nice cocteils, honemade lemonades, and great vubes,with everyone being very attentive. Absolutely recommend the place and will defenetly come back.

We had the best fish tacos and fajitas in Mexico here at Dune. Everyone is super nice and helpful, drinks are incredible, and the best happy hour you’ll find. We also loved loved breakfast. Plus, you’re sitting right on the beach. Kinda perfect.

Our extended family of 10 people stayed at the hotel for several days. The fruit plate and granola at breakfast is delicious and the restaurant’s views are amazing. Nice vibe and great service - perfect if you want to get away from the noisy clubs nearby. We also had dinner and lunch there a few times - good options for vegetarians (the lunchtime vegetarian burger is brilliant if you want to proper vegetables rather than the fake meat patties). Thank you to the lovely team for looking after us - Abraham, Silvano, Arturn, Chef Isaias, Angel, Lizzbet and Carlos.

Nice, relaxed beach club with good drinks prices & right next to the busier beach clubs so you can hear the music from there too which is good. My original waiter Frank was amazing as were as the rest of the staff, but when it came to paying my bill one of the other waiters complained that I didn't leave a big enough tip? Found it very rude as you don't know the position someone is in financially to be complaining about a tip. Aside from that I'd highly recommend it to all but I think certain staff members shouldn't question when someone doesn't leave a big enough tip.

Das Essen war optisch ansprechend und wurde ansprechend präsentiert. Geschmacklich war es in Ordnung, jedoch etwas fad und hätte mehr Würze oder Salz vertragen können. Eine kleine Anpassung in der Zubereitung könnte den Genuss deutlich steigern. Der Strandbereich ist wunderschön und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Allerdings ist die Dune recht klein, sodass nur wenige Liegen zur Verfügung stehen. Wer einen Platz sichern möchte, sollte früh dort sein, da es ansonsten schwierig sein kann, eine Liege zu ergattern.

El día que fuimos estaba muy tranquilo, el personal fue amable aprovechamos la hora feliz de 4 a 7 p.m 2x1 bebidas clásicas. Yo calculo que por persona si te andas gastando $800 mínimo (1bebida y platillo)

Playa bonita. No te cobran por entrar; solo pagas lo que consumes. De 4 a 6pm hay hora feliz.

Estuvimos en el club del Dune al cual me parece que dependiendo del día puedes acceder con diferentes opciones de precio. En nuestro caso, en fin de semana, estaba la opción de estar en el restaurante sin pagar un “cover”, solo tu consumo; o la opción de pagar el uso de camastros ($1,000 pesos) o una cama para parejas ($2,000 pesos) cuyo costo es 100% reembolsable en consumo lo cual nos pareció bastante bien. Al inicio el servicio muy lento pero cuando Roberto empezó a atendernos, este mejoró considerablemente. Nos tocó mucho sargazo en esta temporada pero fuera de esto su área de playa es muy agradable. El restaurante ofrece muchas opciones de coctelería, destilados y vinos también. Sí nos gustó y definitivamente seria un club al cual regresaríamos.

Service and Location are really good. Just the seaweed took some of the beauty away, but that's not the restaurants fault. Had some eggs for breakfast there. Food was good, but the portion size is a little small. Considering the portion size the price was okay for a location directly on the beach.

I've never had such a bad service! The drinks took at least 20 minutes, after that no one ever came again to ask if we need anything else. We stayed there for 4 hours! You pay for the view and the sunbeds, not for the service. Atmosphere is great though as you can hear some music from the clubs around which is not too loud. Food also was very good and looked great!

Avoid the happy hour snack buffet. It’s sad, so dad every serve you in styrofoam plates. That was our first warning . Not worth it Drinks we’re Good , but the bad food left a bad taste in our mouth so we moved to next beach club

Ehhhhhh nothing was bad about Dune but it doesn't stand out to be to recommend to others or visit again. We walked up from the beach and seemed to get more "crummy" seats than the hotel goers. It took us 25 minutes to get 2 margaritas and were just about to leave before they arrived. The music was very chill beach club so it was a good vibe. I think if you chilled here all day Dune would be great but as a causal beach club hopper this one was not our favorite.

Wooooow I love love love that they have awesome vegan options but the pricing is crazy. $25usd for brownie sundae?! $21 for vegan burger?! Phew it’s lovely but not worth the money sadly.

I cannot recommend lunch or drink at Dune. First, it is all EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE. The drinks are good, so do that during happy hour only - else it is a rip off. We had tacos here that were awful. Very unauthentic, not well made, not fresh nor had any flavor to them really awful tacos in Tulum. Skip this place.

Great place for relaxing as there is no loud music playing, and nice chairs. The food is good tooz Service, however, is horrible. Have to ask twice for your orders and they bring you the wrong ones - twice in a row. You have to wait 45 minutes for food and drinks. Happy hour runs from 4-6pm (2 for 1), but because the service takes long you only have time for 1 or 2 orders. Shocking.

The Happy Hour was a scam. We ordered 4 Mojitos and none of them had any alcohol in them. It also took a very long time until we were served.

The facility is nice however they try to trap the people. We went there as a family, with 8 year old kid. They told us that we are allowed to use the pool but when we paid the entrance fee they started to complain and said that it is just limited for 10 minutes. Another point is once we were there, the waiter told us 15% service fee is not included in the entrance fee. I asked if the service fee is a fixed price then he said no, it can also be 10%. And I asked what about 0? He said it is also fine which gave me the impression that they try to trap me. And he tried to get the service fee in the beginning and thanks to god I said I will pay at the end. The waiters are always steering you to push to drink or eat sth which definetely creates discomfort. Bottom line, I don’t recommend this place at all!

Cómo te van viendo es como cobran el buffet (nacional o extranjero); nos atrajo una promoción donde el buffet estaba en 350 pesos mexicanos y en el lugar lo querían cobrar en 500 pesos. Un buffet muy básico y nada recomendable (como postre tenían solo un panqué comprado en alguna tienda de conveniencia). Pagué por un shot de tequila 300 pesos mexicanos y por un brownie (celebraba un cumpleaños) 350 pesos, es una locura los precios

Beware of scammers! The room looked nothing like the pictures. They agreed to cancel the reservation, and then? Silence. They ignore calls and messages, not only mine but also those from Booking. A good hotel shows its quality in difficult situations – this one failed completely. All they care about is money, and they’ll do anything to keep a few extra pesos. The result is disgust and huge disappointment. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel – think three times before booking it. I will definitely not let this go.
