We had a party of 6 come in on Saturday 1/27 around lunchtime from out of town. We were immediately seated and then greeted by Jaz, She was very prompt in offering to take our drink orders and offered us any appetizers. The drinks were delivered very quickly and correctly. Soon after our appetizers followed. We all were very pleased with the meals we ordered. Jaz stopped by our table many times to make sure we did not need any refills, more fries and or anything else. While seated we were we heard and witnessed Kaylin seating many parties of many different sizes, every party I heard her greet them, ask how their day was and also look at them when asking. She had a smile on her face and her attitude was very positive. You are very lucky to have such great employees at your establishment. Keep up the great work and please pass on our gratitude to these 2 specific employees.

Vanessa in the bar area was a joy as a server/ bartender. She still bubbles with joy as she does her job. Made the meal even so much better!! Loved the drinks!!

We always love the food here. Service is sometimes good and sometimes slow. This last time, the greeter, who sat us, did more than any other staff member - he was all over the place helping - wish the tip could have gone to him.

I ordered the Lava Queso Burger and got the unlimited Steak Fries(which are pretty darn good). The cheese came in some metal ring, kind of like the stuff I'd see on "YouTube." It was something different compared to other burgers I've eaten before. .P.S. Its messy, so probably use some silverware, or not... That's my review 😎

Wife and I stopped in for lunch on our day off. Vince was the server and he did a really good job, refilling our teas before they were ever empty. Food was great, I had the avocado bacon California chicken sandwich and wife had a bacon cheeseburger. Both tasted wonderful. I should have taken pics. Came in during an abnormally busy time so they had fewer staff than normal. Service was still fast and the food came out quickly and hot. Was asked numerous times to get more bottomless fries and checked frequently on our drinks. Overall great experience.

Seriously the best Red Robin experience we have ever had, from the moment we walked in. The greeter was super nice and friendly. Our waitress was amazing!! And amazing is an understatement. She was hustling. ( cant remember her name, but she was shorter and shaved sides with a design in the shave). Mangers came by the table and super friendly. Seriously best experience ever! We were out of state and they made us feel super welcome.

The server Allen was absolutely amazing even though they sat him 15 tables! and the manager sat at a booth on her computer for over 45 minutes watching this poor server, drown and only got up towards the end to help out. I think your management needs some serious retraining.

My family and I visited the other day, and I had the BEST veggie burger I've ever had! It's so nice having a restaurant close by with vegetarian options, and this place really does have a great veggie burger and veggies!! I love that they give you bottomless sides and drinks! You really get your money's worth! The staff working on Friday evening were so kind and attentive! Almost everyone who was working would ask if we needed anything, not just our waitress, and they were on top of it! Not only that, but I could also hear them being kind and helpful to each other, which was sweet! Must be a good team :D I highly recommend this location! Never had a bad experience here and been coming since the early 2000's!

Had to take a Bassracker's Doughploder and 2 magazines to my pal Creamer Pearbottom down in Turlock to his almond farm so he can finaly do away with those pesky squatters on his scratch field. Boy, that'll sure do the trick, just hope no one finds out. Creamer was so happy to get the Doughploder he hooked me up with a salad from the Red Robin Gourmet Burger Restaurant, wow a salad! I guess someone told him I've turned into one of those vegetarian things, who knows? Anyway the salad from Red Robin was amazing, it was so good I got a double cheeseburger to go. ☆☆☆☆☆

Curbside delivery. They cater. They have a bar with TVs. Clean and big size indoor dining area. Definitely recommend this location.

I went to red robins in turlock ca for my birthday and my server Allen he was so easy going very sweet to my mother and my nephew. He works hard we sat and ate at the bar area and watched the football game. My burger was bomb food came out fast for how busy it was. I would totally choose to eat at this location again for any family gathering and hope to get Allen as my server again! Went to Red Robin to get the burger special! Was treated very nicely! She asked me where I wanted to sit. I picked my spot handed me a menu. I was waited on in less than 2 minutes and my order arrived in about 4 minutes! Everything was hot! I need ketchup and handed the waiter the empty bottle and man you wouldn’t believe I had a new bottle in under 10 seconds! I asked for the manager because I enjoyed the great treatment! He came and went over a checklist of things and I let him know they had all covered! It’s was not just one person job. They all made me feel like everybody there was working for me and paid attention to my needs! I’ll be back! Upon leaving everyone said goodbye!

Red Robin....Yummmmmm! So of all things, my husband and I came here for our 9th wedding anniversary. Why? Because they offered a nine dollar and 99 cent Burger special. So that was part of our order, we also got some of their mozzarella twists that were delicious by the way. But what made this visit really special was the good atmosphere. It was a little louder, as it's more of a family restaurant. But, let me tell you, Carla was probably the best server we've ever had across all restaurants across all states across all countries any location ever.. she helped us get ordered, she was on top of refills, she made sure that I had fresh coffee, she refilled my husband's drink, was very friendly very efficient and is the best hostess we've ever had. Not only that, the manager, austin, came by to see how we were doing. He was very friendly and we expressed what a good time we had. Now while this might not be a typical anniversary dinner type place, it certainly a place we would come back to because the food was great the service was great and who doesn't love a good deal on dinner? Thank you for the good time and we will be back. Yummmm

I live very close to the Riverbank location, but may have to travel to Turlock for a red Robin from now on. Great food as always!

Red Robin is the place to go for a really good burger. They also offer fish and chips, salmon, and chicken options. I suggest trying the Bbq burger with a side of campfire sauce for your fries. They offer unlimited fry refills and if you get Waitress Anita, she's a lot of fun and super nice. She's a Great waitress, and I'm always excited when she's able to serve our family.

Never been to this location before until this past weekend. The hostess at the door was horrible, didn't seem to act or pose like she even wanted to be there at work. The server was amazing regardless of how short staffed they were. The food was consistent like most times I have ever been to one. I definitely enjoyed myself. Would have given this location 5 stars if it wasn't for the hostess.

It was very warm environment, great staff and quick service, had plenty of football and basketball games on. That being said, the food was decent, the burgers were done but a bit whiskey BBQ burger was to greasy and lacking a bit of flavor, the fries were to few to enjoy with the meal, the fried pickles were far to oily but I did like the corn meal batter they used gave it a good crunch, the blue cheese burger had far to much blue cheese to enjoy and overpowered the burger flavor

I took my 87 yr old Mother. This was the second time we dined there. The first time the waitress suggested my Mother get the child's burger. This time.I requested the same and the waiver said he could not do it. I suggested he ask his manager or we are walking out. The waiter returned and allowed my Mother to order the smaller burger. Haven't had any bad experiences at red Robin. For this visit, our waitress was atentative. Always getting us refills on water, drinks and fries. Even her back up was on point. The bar is set up nice as the main set up is a curved bar. A couple of well placed big screens and the classic old good feel makes this a great brunch spot to watch the games! First time to eat here as I was told that they have bottomless sides. That was a good thing. However, I was thinking that there would be varied options or choices. There is not much to choose from but it was still okay. We ate enough to make us full. Service was quick. Food was okay. I was happy that I have tried it but it is not something that I would crave to come back for.

I'm only giving 3 stars, because my last visit was less than stellar. For some reason, they just couldn't get my order right. I wasn't able to dine with my wife, and instead had to end up taking my order to go. There was a piece of plastic in my burger, the 1st time I sent it back. They remade the order, but this time it was rare. I don't do rare, and when I sent it back again, the manager ended up at my table, saying that it's against their policy to make burgers any more rare than the one I sent back. I had to take a pause, to try understanding what was going on...lol... I repeated (very slowly this time) "I want my burger WELL DONE" They finally got it right as my wife was finishing her meal, so I took it home. Although they discounted my meal, I feel that they should've just covered it totally, because they ruined my meal date with my wife. I'm not going to bad mouth them took bad, because I have been there many times before, with no issues at all. They have really good service, and friendly staff, but this was just one of those times. I recommend this place. Don't let my one bad experience be the reason you don't go there.

We ordered the Tuesday $10 burger. It was good. Our server Kyle was upbeat and polite. We were in and out within an hour (lunch break).

I had to give a subpar review due to the food quality. Perhaps it was our visit being an outlier, however it was disappointing to say the least. Their pizza was good however my wife picked a Caesar Salad with a side of Mac n' Cheese. What she had received was a salad too salty for the palate. Strongly soaked leaves made for a forgettable salad. Their Mac n' Cheese was very also forgettable. Unable to finish it, since the consistency of the cheese was as if it was watered down heavily. Perhaps they could do better with a thicker cheese, the shells were also too mushy. Maybe we could have done better staying home and doing this meal on our own. I don't see myself bringing anyone to this establishment.

This is the 3rd time that going to the Turlock Red Robin's was very disappointing. We going out the server was new, but the service was ridiculous even for a newbie. By the time we received our second order of bottomless fries, we had to leave. We were there for an hour and 15 minutes. The food is always good, but we left not full.

Every time I go here I get the broccoli and it is always super old. They're just taking bagged pre-cut broccoli and microwaving it. If you want fresh vegetables look elsewhere.

I would say all the services was on point. They were all very helpful and kind. The reason why it has three stars is because it's all of them. However, I don't know what happened to the fries. They are not what they use to be. And when I was done. I notice a layer of dust, right above me. Wonder why I was sneezing.

The entrance is odd. Parking in the back. Main entrance obviously in the front. Depending which way you go around will determine your experience. Went around the East end and took a tour around the dumpsters and alley cats. Place was understandably dead being it was about an hour and a half from closing on a Sunday night. You would have figured the service would be fast and easy. Wrong. Doesn't always work that way. Other than taking a long time and the food not being the greatest I would only recommend people try it if they were going on a busier night. Experience may be better than mine. Manteca Red Robin is great and had hoped this would be too. This place didn't do it for me and hence the 2 star review.

The food used to be pretty decent. Went back for the first time in awhile. The food was cold and the onion straws stringy instead of crunchy. Service was not great but they were at least friendly and I wish them the best. Got a side salad and had to wait quite a long time for just a fork. Hopefully things improve soon!

Dry burger!!! Enough with the "bottomless fries" Red Robin. They give you a half handful of fries then by the time your waitress comes back you are done with your burger and don't even feel like eating more fries. I would rather just have a nice portion to start with. I ordered the french onion burger and it was as dry as the sahara. A gourmet burger place should do better. Service was sub par. Save yourself $30 and go to In N' Out across the street.

Worst service ever. LIterally had to walk around to find our server for some utensils. He was busy doing who knows what.

Experience could have been better. The food was ok. It's definitely not what I was expecting. It was just a grade higher than Dennys. The waitress was very kind and respectful. On the other hand, my wife had to ask for a fork twice for plates that should automatics come with the plate. I dont think we should have to ask for utensils when a plate requires it.

The server seemed to have very little experience. She was friendly...but when she brought our coffees...no spoons...no napkins....never came to ask for refills. Had to ask her for a spoon. She brought a teaspoon with no napkin to set it on. When our food came....no napkins or silverware....had to ask yet another girl for it. Food was very good. Had to ask the server from across the room for more fries...she brought the wrong kind. Ok no big deal. Ate them anyway. After sitting for awhile when finished...had to ask the manager for the bill as we were paying cash....food was pretty good but the service could have been much better.

We always go here for vegetarian burgers but since last couple or three times it is not been the greatest experience. We ordered a burger with steamed broccoli to get the worst broccoli you can get, and a burger with fries that had total of 9 fries to be exact! The burning love burger is all about jalapeno and we got a whole raw jalapeno with it, barely even cooked. Catchup packets looked like they were handled with sticky hands. Worst experience at Red Robin!

The dinner started out great. We were seated and waited for a few minutes before the waitress came up to our table. She brought us a basket of fries as she came to greet us. And said sorry for taking a few minutes to get to the table. We thought that was pretty cool. She quickly took our order and then vanished. Our food was delivered by another waitress. No refills on drinks. We waited a ridiculous amount of time to get refills. Then waited for her to come by to get some additional fries. Then she vanished for like 20 more minutes. Yet another waitress came by and asked if she could take our plates. We asked her if we can we get the fries we ordered. She went and got our now stone cold fries. Finally our original waitress came by and asked if everything was ok? Which was comical at that point. All together. We probably burned an additional 45 minutes waiting to get the attention of our waitress or get some kind of service. Basically, if you don't care about your customers time. Why should we ever go back?? It is an easy decision to never come back.

Very Bad food. Saggy burgers, garlics fries were joke. Service was good. But nothing like food we taste here in Santa Clara Red robin. We were in turlock for baseball ball game. Our hopes were high,instead of bad reviews we went to this place but turned out that always trust the reviews. But service was great! So I tip good even though food was not great at all.

Sat out in patio and was basically forgotten Burgers did not come slightly pink nor flavored as ordered. Smoked & pepper burger had no pepper flavor. Sauce was forgotten. Extra fries offered and never came. When I inquired “are we getting closer” all of a sudden all burgers magically appeared . Mostly cold. And upon entering inside of restaurant it was not even half full. So why poor service outside on patio? My advice- never sit on patio. Or just don’t go there!

I remember when this was a place we could count on getting good food and service. As a family we just had our third straight poor experience. Pick up order, every burger was incorrect, sides ordered and paid for not present, less then 10 fries in the meal tray.....called no service. It sucks to pay $100+ for burgers and get what it is very apparent no one cared about preparing correctly. We are done, officially off the list.

Went to Red Robin for dinner and a couple beers during an overnight stop. Asked to sit at the bar. Host told me the bartender was on break but a server would get me started. Server did get me a beer and take my order. Bartender returned from break but never acknowledged my presence at the bar (I was the only one sitting at the bar). Finished my meal and beer and waited more than 10 minutes before the server came by to ask if I wanted another beer. The whole time the bartender was present. Tried to call the manager after I left but no one answered the phone on any of the 4 attempts I made. Corporate should look into this as this does not seem like it would meet their standards.

Our food took over an hour to get to us. We went for lunch at around noon on a Sunday. Some of the wrong food came out and it took them 45 minutes to get the right burger out to us. We had kids with us so we were hoping to at least get their food quickly and that didn't happen either. The broccoli wasn't cooked fully. We didn't get to take advantage of bottomless anything because they were taking so long. We were there about 2 hours because the service was so bad.

Asked for patio seating (empty), one in our party was having issues with the smell. They said 15 min. since bartender needed to serve bar and patio. While sitting there, they were seating people in the bar. 15 min. became 30 min. The manager came over, after we questioned the hostess, why the wait. The hostess could have easily seated us with menus. We left, and went to Chili's, just down the street and got seated immediately. Before our order was completely taken, one appetizer was delivered....thanks Chili's!

Service was almost non existent. Three tables in the bar had people. There were times when there were 3 or 4 waitresses or bartenders at the end of the bar (more staff than seated tables) and despite attempting to get their attention, no one came to ask if I wanted anything else. There was what seemed like 10-15 min when all staff had abandoned the bar completely. They took my order and thats the last time I spoke to anyone. I had planned on sitting there for a bit and ordering at least one more drink and watch the game. But wasn’t about to stay to get ignored.

Dirty dining room, food was cold and slow to come out. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. Prices are too high for food that taste like it’s been sitting in warmers. Also asked for medium and got a well done patty and the cheese wasn’t melted.

Worst service ever. Had to ask for utensils. Only brought 1/2 our drinks, had to ask for the rest. Brought the wrong shake. Never asked if we wanted drink refills nor fries for the "bottomless fries". Left dirty dishes on the table until we left. From our table, we could see 3 of the servers standing there just socializing. Guess the customers don't count. The place was half empty for obvious reasons. The locals know not to go there.

Service was terrible. Waiter served us once and didn’t check on us for the rest of the evening. Good thing the check was on a device because I doubt we would’ve got it! 0/10 save your money and go somewhere else.

Their iPad paying systems do not work and they double charged us for several things. The employees were incredibly rude during this inconvenience. Their garlic fries are a $3 upcharge and hardly have any seasoning whatsoever. Wont be returning.

I ordered a fish plate from DoorDash my mistake shut up Cole only had one packet of ketchup. The price is $45.65. I tried to contact DoorDash. They didn’t want to acknowledge nothing so give me a five dollar refund. I tried to contact the manager here he kind of told me to kick rocks.

I am from out of town. Walked in kind of looks like a Chucky cheese, nobody at the front to seat people then the guy comes said there was no tables ready do you mind sitting in the bar I said that would be fine. He handed us menu's and I walked around the corner and every table in the bar was filthy so I left. It has been a while since I have been to a red robin restaurant and now I remember why

Absolutely 100% horrible, was waiting at the door for over 15 mins, no one was hosting the front, when so.eone showed up, I asked if she was the host and got eyes rolling attitude!!! She sat us at a table and no one came?!?!. To service the table after 10 to 15 mins we just left, realizing that several other tables had been there awhile and not serviced. We left and will NOT be coming back...

I went here to get the Yumm deal that's supposed to be 9.99 per person with bottomless soda and sides. I went with my cousin and while we did get excellant service I was pretty shocked to see that my bill was $35 for two people when I anticilated to pay $30 and leave the change as a tip but instead received a bill that exceeded that. I still left a $10 tip but definetely a scam, it is not what they advertised. For that price with a tip I could have ordered a premium burger but instead what I got was somthing similar to a big mac from mcdonalds with how small the patties were vs what was advertised in the picture. I could have gone anywhere else and been more satisified for what I paid vs what I received from this horrible excuse for restaurant trying to appear to be affordable

Went in Wednesday night waitress started good took her break which is fine but never were given bring food never checked on us at all. Drinks stayed empty had to ask manager for napkins charged us for beer we didn’t get seem to be an issue when we brought it up. Tables were gross so dirty around edges and all look at them black gross. Bathrooms were dirty glad it’s not one I normally eat at!!

Had an absolute terrible experience. Went on a Friday evening about 5:00. Server was kind and took our order quickly. However the cooks and manager zero accountability. Ordered food, took 30 minutes to get a cold crispy chicken sandwich, got told the veggie burger we ordered was a beef burger, then came back and us that it was actually the veggie, but they put bacon on it by accident. Still waiting for our last burger. Manager comes out to apologize, did not seem like he cared. By this time our chicken sandwich was cold, fries cold, still have to wait on the burger and now they had to remake the veggie. We told them to forget it and pack up the burger and we’re not paying for the chicken sandwich. Manger left to take off the sandwich from our bill, waited 10 minutes, never came back. So we left cash for the burger and drinks and left. I highly recommend you don’t come here on a Friday-Saturday. Workers running around and it wasn’t even that busy as it gets on a late Friday night.

Service was very bad. When she was nearby, it was impossible to get her attention, she had no intention of looking around for people needing assistance. We got fantastic service from another server that was working a different area, she was quick and had the correct stuff. Burgers were pretty good. All four of us had issues with the fries. Whether French fries or sweet potato fries, the orders and reorders did not have a single hot fry, the were either cold and soggy, or barely warm. Food under a heat lamp stays hot, doesn't it? The $9.99 burger, side, and drink special seemed too good to be true, especially for this place, but it's true. The double burger wasn't skimpy either, it was pretty good. I was hoping this might be the place to go get dinner at once a week, it started off good and seemed promising, but by the end, not being served delicious food and having to wait so much for service keeps this place at a once in a while, when nothing else sounds that good, kind of place.

Restaurant manager did not know what tables were open for sitting while working the front. Servers standing around gossiping as kitchen manager attempted to service another tables order to me while waiting to place a drink order for 15 minutes. Kitchen manager was informed that Servers had never came by the table. After 30 minutes of no server taking my order and Just left. If you can't manage four different tables with three or less people sitting there.

Terrible Experience – Won’t Be Returning Came here for dinner with my boyfriend, and we’ll definitely never be back. The service was awful — our waitress disappeared for a long time and we were completely forgotten. My boyfriend ordered his burger well done, but it came out undercooked.Super pink & gross ! We also waited forever for our bottomless fries, and when they finally arrived, they weren’t hot. I ordered a drink, only for the waitress to come back and tell me they were out of it. To make matters worse, we were charged double for a single drink. The staff had poor communication, and after our waitress disappeared for nearly 30 minutes, someone else finally came over to help us. Overall, slow service, undercooked food, and terrible customer service. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place!
