Order was wrong. Lady couldn't understand or hear anything. They didn't give me a receipt at the window and then had me pull up to space 1. They brought food out and it was wrong. Couldn't dispute because I didn't have receipt.

Got a Buttery Jack Cheeseburger with medium fries, large ice tea and a chocolate shake. For 19.33$ The price was a shock and although the food was fresh there was nothing special about the taste or quality. My one very large lettuce leaf helped the catsup escape the bun, glad I held the mayo =) the staff at the drive through were super nice I just wouldn't spend 20$ to go visit with them.

I’ve never been so disenchanted with a jack in the box as this one! There must be a personnel change, especially the manager! He’s running a joke of a business here! I’ve been there about 4 times now, first three times I thought it was one or two bad apples, but I’m definitely convinced it’s just a terrible location.

Walked in at 10:05 and stood at the counter for several minutes. There was other people eating in the restaurant. A man came to the counter and said we're closed, you'll have to go to the drive thru. Ridiculous! Their sign says open till midnight. So we went to the drive thru and had to repeat the order to the lady a couple times. I ordered a bacon ultimate cheeseburger. We left and drove home. I opened my burger and it was a regular ultimate cheeseburger 😡. They could of just taken 5 minutes inside and taken our order since they didn't lock the doors or put a closed sign up. Not sure I'll go back. Not the first time they've messed up.

They don’t leave the lobby open for DoorDash or Uber eats drivers. No courtesy for the people that help bring profit.

They didn’t take our full order, the building is not clean, there was multiple cars parked outside that people were living in with a screaming kid, the guy who brought our food was very dismissive and didn’t want to hear what we had to say, just staring off into the distance, when we went back through to order the vanilla milkshake again that was left out I asked about a certain sandwich, we were told we could order the sandwich but specifically only on the website, when I went onto the website, the sandwich was not there, pretty disappointing when we drove and hour 1/2 to get there for a late dinner

The young female server on 7/24/25 at 3 pm was not very nice and rude. I’m a senior with my little grandson and I took a while to order and she looked irritated. When I asked about the combo special she acted like she didn’t hear me. It’s my usual stop on the way to the redwoods. I’m never going back there again. She just sealed the deal with the homeless people around there. It was just convenient with gas too.

They were out of chicken, tacos, egg rolls, and probably other things though the first three were definitely not there.

Every time , I go and order jumbo jacks they are made very sloppy, of 15 times I order I only got once right.I call manager but seems like she with sloppy crew too because she said I get what paid . Hopely.the owner get this message and fix this problem because I'm ready call Corporate.

How hard is it to put the freaking sauces in the bag!!! I got mini tacos comes with sauce regular taco should have taco sauce paid extra for freaking sweet and sour. I DID NOT GET ANY SAUCES. This happens way too often. Do freaking better.

Ordered twice and they couldn’t get my order right I had to drive all the way back from the hotel to have it fixed, both were completely wrong. It’s fast food, it’s not rocket science. Maybe hire someone else or close the location down.

Ordered food that was cold and gross. My burger patties were in about 4 pieces torn apart. Soda didn't have any ice in it and tasted like warm syrup. They don't post their actual hours, they say 24hrs but they're closed from like 3 to 6 I believe. I hate posting reviews but try and do a better.
