I'm not gonna lie, I was a little upset that it was over $15 for a regular Famous Star meal and one extra soda. I said to my daughter this better be one darn good Burger for that price... The food was outstanding. Made the way it should be made every single time hot French fries great Burger would have paid more.
Fast, good solid Carl's quality. Burger and strawberry shake, both very tasty. I ordered a Famous Star, very well done on the meat, because sometimes beef upsets my stomach but, I needed the iron, for my system, so when I start to feel weak, I order a delicious burger and Carl's cooks listens to my specific order and they cook it "very well done." The shakes are creamy and they top it off with whip cream. Thank you Carl's for feeding us healthcare workers at the highest levels. God Bless all your staff and stores. I've been to this specific Carl's Jr. for 10 yrs, and they really improved their food quality and service over the years. Fries used to be cold, but now it's burning hot (in a good way). It's not too greasy or too salty; it's perfect. And the burgers, as usual, are excellent. Plus, the veggies inside are very fresh! It could be a bit pricey but definitely worth the visit. Keep it up!
Just wanted a small basic cheeseburger. Unfortunately the gentleman could not hear me at the speaker. Too much car noise from traffic. He asked for me to pull to the window. Gave him my order. Paid, and got my food. Easy peasy. It was very quick and he was very nice.
I've been to many fast food restaurants, and this by far had the best service of any Carl's Jr. Ninetthe and her crew were friendly and welcoming, almost made me feel like I was in my own home. Definitely coming back
I go to Carls Jr a lot on of my favorite spots. This one was particularly good. Wonderful service great staff, food cooked fresh and quick! Clean and well maintained restaurant! I’d say this was a 10/10!

Stopped here for their bean and cheese burrito. Walked into order take out. Larger dining area, and no line when ordering. Cashier friendly, and order was ready within 10 minutes. Used their restroom, and it was clean and in order. Would definitely stop in future for their green burrito menu items.

Good food and fairly fast service. Located in an extremely busy parking lot with several large retailers. Not about this location in general, Carl's Jr prices are going through the roof. Nearly $20 for two western bacon combos tonight.
Food is as good as any other Carls Jr., but I gave the service a 2 because they're anything but fast. In a line of 3 cars, where i was the third, it took 15 minutes to get my food from when I ordered. I'd have to guess they just don't have as many people staffed as they should. And it's not just this experience. Often, they take a long time to serve. If it is a staffing issue, I don't blame the employees. They can only work as fast as they can and they are friendly, at least.
I never do reviews but I’m hoping the manager or something sees this lol I’ve been here twice and both times the worker at the drive thru window had me playing bumper cars . She has me reverse and drive foward multiples times to get closer to the window but the concrete in the floor makes it impossible for me to get too close. I have a small car so I get having to reach but if I can reach why can’t she. Today she wasnt happy with my position until I legit scraped my tires on the little sidewalk. So please just reach over a little bit instead of having me damage my car.
The service was good. The food was good. Easy to find. Is neighborhood is good. They don't have enough parking place here. The drive-through is a long line. The table was dirty. They don't give you enough catch up here.
Might want to train your employees on how to help paying customers with the app! Saying " I don't know I don't use the app" in a rude dismissive way is unacceptable. I don't care if it's fast food or not. Customer service goes along way!

0 stars is more like it. WARNING EVERYONE! I bought 5 pieces of breaded chicken tenders here last night (11/23/2019) and as I was eating I kept feeling strings in my mouth. Turns out that I found what appears to be human hairs embedded in the batter. This totally grossed me out. This is a nasty experience and only God knows what else could’ve been in my food. Disgusting.
