I placed an order through Didi Food, and the delivery driver was already out picking up my order, but then he disappeared. I placed the order at 3:20 PM, and then it said it wouldn't arrive until 4:44 PM because there were no drivers available. I had to cancel my order and I'm waiting for a refund. Why did I have to wait?
Yesterday I had a bad experience... It took almost an hour to give me my order, and it turns out it was already saved and they never called me; the worst part is that then, before giving me the pizza, the server dropped it and they gave it to me like that without any apology. I will never go to this branch again.
