Very nice and clean place, worker are friendly and provide service with a smile; not to mention very patient as you count your money for your purchase. I purchased the two burgers, fries and a drink special, it was delicious and filling. I will be revisiting there soon.

I hadn't walked into a Burger King in years, expecting it to be the same as Wendy's or McDonald's, but I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in recently and found that their menu was creative and well curated. The quality of the food was far better than I was expecting and it honestly turned me into more of a burger King guy than a McDonald's guy. Whoppers were made with genuine meat, tomatoes, lettuce, cheese, etc. 2 whoppers for 6 dollars is a great deal, would definitely recommend.

The usual burger food but what made this place was the wonderful young lady working there. Super friendly making this a very pleasant breakfast trip.

Went there to order a bunch of items from the app, received them relatively quickly and enjoyed the feeling of getting my money’s worth, would go there again!

This burger king is great but i wont go there until they get rid of the drunk woman that they allow to panhandle at the front door. Shes annoying and rude. The staff wont hamdle this so i wont return. Great five star place if you dont want to enjoy your night. Terrible!

Nice place. Clean and not too crowded. Tried their spicy chicken sandwich today. Not bad, but could be better. Not sure if it was the bun or the butter, but for me it didn't quite go with the spice on the chicken.

There food is usually great. They were a bit busy but the order was correct, hot and ready to be devoured! Everything was perfectly prepared and staff offers great customer service.

Tasty fast food that is reasonably priced. At some point during the night they translation from dine-in to drive thru only. I believe delivery may still be available after the dining room closes.

Great location! If you're stuck in traffic right before entering/exiting Holland Tunnel, this is likely the only parking place you can have while you eat food in Jersey City.

The food is good, but the dining room is often dirty. Last visit, there was so much trash on the booth tables, that we had to sit at the high top tables just to have a clean area with which to consume our food. But if you're picking up to go food, the drive thru is fine.

First of all, I must say that this is the cleanest Burger king I have ever been to. The bathroom is spotless. Secondly, the impossible whoppers, chicken sandwich, crosswich, milkshake are my favorites....I love the fresh tomatoes on the whoppers ....and the whoppers are delicious. Give me BK any day over McDonalds. My only problem with this BK is the hours. Why advertise open 24 hours and the doors are locked? But overall, I love this BK.

Much improved.... especially with the renovation. Came for lunch and got the Bacon Whopper. Came out quick and was hot. Onion rings also fresh. Before the renovation this place was a dump and a hangout for the homeless. So way to go. They even put in USB outlets so you can charge your device while eating.

The quality of food and it being fresh has gone down. Fries are stale and cold. I hate when fast food joints mix old and new fries. Sandwiches are not fresh and cold as well. Only saving grace is the friendly staff.

However, it Seems the Manager, Jakira, is Not very Observant, as they allow Homeless people inside, that are with Soiled clothes, and odor is Unbearable, please address this issue When I told Manager, she said Owner wants Homeless people inside, to give them free food, Not Recommend this Burger King, unless it's sanitary in the eating Area, and How can it be clean, when bums with feces on their clothes and hands, are seated at a few table?? The food seemed a little stale. Make sure you let the employees know and they will change it for you. Friendly service, nice place to sit and relax for a couple hours.

Burger was good but fries were sad and going cold, ice chute at soda fountain didn't look clean, there was a small patch of green/algae discoloration so I had my drink sans ice. Scary customer stole drinks by asking for a cup of water then helping themselves several times from the soda fountain machine with no intervention from management. Not the nicest location I didn't feel 100% safe.

Asked for a small cup of water. Only water they had was a bottle you had to pay for. A cup of water is a small request and easy to accommodate.

*Not 100% 24/7 Burger King” Stopped by twice last night to get some early morning food (ordered online) around 4 and 4:30. No response from the drive through, other than a groggy “we’re closed” from a worker clearly sleeping. No explanation, no help, no food, just frustration. We personally witnessed 5 different cars go through the drive through, get no response, and take their business to McDonald’s. In the morning, the daytime staff was awesome and made my order free of charge.

Myself and two other people were standing in line for the bathroom.. one of the guys knocked on the door and the person inside started yelling and cursing.. when they came out they slam the door open and proceeded to the back Office of the the restaurant and was shouting something but couldn't understand because the music was too loud.. ask staff who was he because he was out of uniform.. they wouldn't say anything.. if he's a manager he needs to be fired for talking to customers like...

Interesting experience here. Super long drive through line. Employee felt the need to share his political views and also bragged about being fired 11 times. 2 stars because it was actually mildly entertaining.

All the burgers was burnt. They tried to tell me that I had already gotten my drinks. I even had to ask for my debit card back. I understand that they may have been busy but I had to ask for my debit card back! Maybe the staff needs to be retrained or replaced.

I ordered online from the parking lot and my # was 68. When I walked over to the pick up area I saw the woman place a bag in the pickup area behind the counter. The employee ignored me and started working on another order. She yells out 67 and takes care of that customer. I am standing there but she ignores me and starts on another order 69 then 70 and then 71. I have been ther for a while now and I know I'm not invisible but I am the only black man in the place. After 71 I say excuse me can I have my order I'm 68 and she grabs the bag that she had placed on the counter. An immigrant making minimum wage is treating me like I an 8th generation American am trash.

This used to b a good location but the service quality has dropped considerably. It recent weeks most of my visits have resulted in me just plain leaving without ordering. Most recent visit was told had to wait 15 mins just to order. Drove away and went to competitor. Another time got my food, drove away, took a bite from burger to realize it was barely warm.

Worst Burger King ever!! Don’t come here! No stars! The staff gives you attitude, curse at each other, on their personal phone while taking your order and then rushes your order. The ice cream machine is always broken and there is no soda after 9pm. Only water or orange juice is available. If there are not willing to work then is best they close at 10pm. It’s not worth a payroll for staff that are not willing to work.

So this 5:38am just right now my boyfriend and I went to this burger King before work thinking it would be open since it's "open24hr". Why is it when we pulled up to its drive thru to place an order and the Lady on the microphone told us they were closed. This is the 3x this happened to us at this Burger King and I'm not one to write mean comments but this literally has happened 3x ..... guess I learned my lesson this time ......

I just pulled up to the drive thru and somebody told me they are not accepting anything other than Uber eats and online orders. That is unacceptable. I came here from nyc and was hoping to grab something for a homeless lady near by. Air go: update your hours with the correct times and maybe you wouldn’t be having so many mixed reviews. I pulled up to the drive thru at 3AM sharp I went to the ordering screen and tried to order but no answer so I waited 15 mins drove around the burger King and saw a heavy set girl hiding in the back. So moving forward I won't be returning to this location because employee's at this burger King like to play hide and seek while on the clock.

Terrible experience today March 18, 2021 at 10:02 am. The soda was hot no ice, I asked for salt no salt. Than I check my bag to make sure everything is in there, no cookies. I sat there knocked on the window honk my horn no answer for about a few minutes. Finally she notices she didn’t give me the cookies put them in a bag and apologize. The drive-through line at this restaurant was impossibly slow, taking about 15 minutes. When I got to the food pickup window I was told that they were out of food item I had ordered 15 minutes earlier. Frustrated, I told him to cancel my order. In spite of that fact my credit card was still charged. I phoned the restaurant several times over the next few days do you have the charges reversed but was never able to get through to anyone at the restaurant. I tried taking up the matter directly with Burger King corporate, which was completely unhelpful, telling me I needed to resolve it with the restaurant. I finally had the charges reversed by going directly through my credit card company. Attempting to do business with this restaurant was a major hassle. I recommend going ANYWHERE else for food.

This place says 24 hours my boyfriend does uber eats everytime he gets an order from here 5 or 6 am theres people inside but noone takes care of orders they just talking and laughing inside but noone is working plz take care of this matter because lots of people be ordering from this place alot of times and they have to get canceled if it says 24 hours well it should be 24 hours essentially if you have people in there just fooling around.

Be careful with the night manager. They don't tell you in advance that they don't have any cup holders, so they think you can hold all 4 cups when you are alone in the car. When the manager gets told, he tells his employee "tell her to put the cups on her head ". When he was confronted with his actions, he didnt even bat an eye. I will not go back to this establishment if this is how customers are treated.

If I could give negative I would. 20 min in the drive thru for 3 burgers and a fry. Only 2 cars ahead of me. Cashier was more worried about what text message was on her phone than helping customers. Completely disappointed!

I only had a small cup of hot chocolate all day because I didn't have the time to go to an actual place to get food until 2am so I was pretty hungry by then. Because it was so late at night, it was not busy at all. My boyfriend and I only ordered three thing yet they STILL managed to completely forget my order. How them messing up that easily is beyond me. Useless.

I really hope whoever owns this location sees this. At a certain time the overnight workers pretend that the restaurant is closed so they dont have to take any orders. They won’t answer the drive thru and I literally saw workers tip toeing out to smoke. Dont waste your time here.

Drive through service wasn't nice. The employees don't wear gloves when they touch the food (French Fries is food too). The patties are small and super thin (ordered the King Box) the onion wasn't ripe. Even for the small price I wasn't happy.

While I placed my order of 8 orders of 10 peices chicken nuggets the person taking my order had alot of difficulty comprehending the amount. Repeated myself and confirmed it roughly 6 times. UBER EATS DRIVERS AND CUSTOMERS WHO ORDER ONLINE LISTEN UP‼️ THIS BK IS NOT 24/7. Uber refuses to do anything about this and I’m tired. I’m an Uber eats driver and I’ve been sent here to pick up orders at 3-4-5AM. More than 8 TIMES I’ve arrived there just to be told the restaurant is closed and they cant give me the order. Uber tells me to cancel the order and they only pay $3, NOT THE AMOUNT I WOULD’VE MADE‼️ Uber says it BK fault and BK says its Uber’s fault. I don’t know who’s fault it is but THEH ARE PLAYING WITH OUR TIME, GAS AND MONEY. I wouldn’t even take any orders past 12AM. If you would’ve earned $10, uber ONLY COMPENSATES $3 AND INCONVENIENCES CUSTOMERS. BE CAREFUL WHAT TIME YOU ORDER CUZ YOU MIGHT NOT GET YOUR ORDER‼️‼️

Whoever the manager is for this BK or at this time has a nasty attitude, make sure your employees send the right order out when we get delivery from the app! Then for us to keep calling to get in contact with ya about a wrong order and not picking up. Then for you to say Burger King “ain’t all that, just get the refund” when we go to get our order in person. Maybe the manager needs to get another job if it ain’t all that. People pay for delivery and are working at a factory where the only fast food restaurant around for us is Burger King. The manager needs to be better. The fact that you’re telling us your franchise ain’t all that is losing customers for the company and I would fire you if you were my manger at any of my locations. That’s why you have this comment looking bad, as if being around the rats ain’t enough at this location.

There’s a oversized male with glasses taking the orders for Drive Thru at midnight huffing and puffing as if he was the big bad wolf. I actually concerned question to the huffing and puffing EVERYTIME I requested to an item off the burger. I then was informed I should looked at the picture on the display as if you can view everything and also told I have I ever ordered such burger my answer is no. Let me just say that he was very foul and lack of customer service experience.

This location is the worst! This is supposed to be a 24 hour location but at 5am they’re closed. Sat in the drive thru no one came to tell me until I pulled around to the window (this had happened on numerous occasions). Went through the drive thru late night and ordered 2 (8) pc of the firery spicy nuggets which are my favorite, which I really had a taste for and desired. Got home and I had (2) orders of regular nuggets. Week later went through the drive thru for breakfast and ordered 2 for 5 breakfast sandwiches and specifically asked for ham, egg croissant. When I got to work I had 1 ham, egg and 1 sausage, egg croissant. I don’t like BK sausage it makes me sick. So I only ended up with one croissant sandwich. Trying to get through to the district manager is a nightmare, something has got to change about this location especially being high traffic near the holland tunnel. Who wants to get home or work and not have the correct order and if it’s late and the inside is closed you’re screwed.

I ordered a hot cup of coffee with cream and sugar. They gave me lukewarm and told me that you can’t have a hot cup of coffee if it has cream. Also, the lines for the bathroom is crazy.

The food was cold and the service extremely poor. The young African-American girl was great though. She intervened each time to redeem the other inattentive staff members. Kudos to her for exceptional effort and customer service skills. They also want you to buy the sauces. I think this is a bad idea for stores! If they need to recoup the cost of the sauces or prevent abuse, they should rather factor the cost in the final price. Ironically, we would be willing to pay. Just don't let the customers know or break down the price for it on the receipt.

I usually never leave bad reviews for anything (that’s for the weak). However this food made me weak - temporarily. I’ve lived in war zones, slept peacefully in active battlefields. But nothing could prepare me for what I experienced last night when I ate the food I ordered. I felt like one of those people caught at the airport in “to catch a smuggler” whose balloons exploded in their colon. This is what you’re getting here. May god have mercy on your souls.

I usually come acroos this burgerking and service is so slow. I ordered a coffee on the app and waited 5 min for drive theu service. There was nobody else on line. Only me. She asked me 5 mins later. After i told her my online order she told me to pull up. At the window, she informed me that “ We dont sell coffee after 8 PM, ill make just for this time, but dont order after 8 PM again” It was 8:23. If im not able to order why there is an option for coffee and its not showing “ This item is not available in selected location”. Maybe u should close from your settings after 8 PM instead of informing. She was nice but this place is horribly slow and has management problems for sure.

While I was in the area, I was looking for a place to grab a quick lunch, and options were pretty limited especially when it came to fast or ready-made meals. Because of that, I reluctantly stopped at Burger King, even though I’ve always been skeptical about the quality of their burgers based my experience . I usually prefer Wendy’s, as their burgers tend to look and taste the way a proper burger should. Despite holing to get a freshly made burger as advertised on the poster on the same restaurant wall, what I received was far below expectations. The burger looked extremely unappetizing and nothing close to fresh. As shown in the attached photos, it was clearly poorly reheated, likely from frozen patties, and lacked any sign of being freshly prepared.

I walked in at 10 pm and asked if they were still open. The woman (Latina?) at the counter was staring down at the register and didn’t respond. I waited for a moment and asked again, but she continued to ignore me. When I asked a third time and cheerfully said “Hello?”, she finally looked up and snapped at me: “Can’t you see I’m busy?” I was shocked — I’ve never experienced such rude customer service. We simply turned around and left immediately. I will never set foot in this place again.

Only the drive thru is 24 hours, a fact not indicated online. I went through the drive through on my bike after the car in front of me. Waited, but no one took my order, so i went around the side. Turns out, the one person who seemed to working there just ignored me because a bike isn't a vehicle, apparently. Even though i have to obey the say traffic laws as a car. She didn't seem interested in taking my order until i pulled my phone out. Oddly, when she gave me my burgers, they were already cold and the cheese not melted. Are they microwaving already made burgers, I wonder?

Although the map indicated 24-hour service, I arrived at the store at 10 PM to find the door locked. Only a small window for the service driver remained open, with five or six people waiting outside the window and no one inside – it seemed like only one person was working in the kitchen. I left without ordering anything.

As she entered, a young child politely held the door open for her. Suddenly, a female staff member—an African American woman—ran from behind the counter and aggressively told my wife she couldn't use the bathroom unless she made a purchase. My wife calmly explained that we *were* placing an order. Instead of showing understanding, the staff member refused to listen, dismissing the situation entirely. When my wife pointed out she was pregnant, the worker callously responded, "I don't care." Then, without provocation, she accused my wife of being racist. Let me be clear: my wife is not Caucasian—she is brown—and even if she were, that would not justify this kind of treatment. Her appearance shouldn’t trigger anyone’s assumptions. This encounter was offensive, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. We are disgusted by the behavior at this location. No one—especially a pregnant woman—should be treated this way. I will continue to report this issue and leave reviews until we receive a formal apology from Burger King.

I placed an order through the app (which went through), but was greeted with a hand-written "closed" sign. No idea how to get a refund. Meanwhile there's a big "open 24/7" sign in the window. Just be honest and list the hours you're actually open.
