The food was cold and then they still took 20 mins to hand me my food, pretty disappointed because most of the time they always have a good service and good quality food. The third time this happens, never again honestly

35 minute wait for overpriced, overcooked, and given less shrimp than usual. If I would’ve asked for it to be fixed, I would’ve have to wait another 35 minutes probably. Pass.

Came here to get a late dinner for myself and got home and after a few bites instant regrets set in. The Orange Chicken was Superdry and seemed to have been left out under a hot light. The Fried Rice was terrible. The teriyaki chicken was very dry. I had to throw it away i wouldn't even feed this mess to my dogs!!! I'll no longer be eating at Panda. Express, it has gotten super terrible. The last few years. Smh The services has always been good but the cooks and food has become terrible.!!!!!!!!!!!

Ordered here many times. They only get it right if you're inside watching. Order delivery through an app and your screwed. Order a large orange chicken and you're luck if you get a small because sometimes they just don't give it to you at all.

Panda is beyond stingy with this one. If you want good portions go to the one on bear valley, you will find that they are better in every-way.

Food is great !!!! so fresh so tasty. !!! Atmosphere is wonderful!!!! Very clean place. !!!!! But service is getting too Bad. !!! Too bad , too bad. !!!!!! They serve the plates less and less and less !!!! This is ridiculous. !!!!! They put the rice , Chow men and the items you choose the way the your plate looks full !!!!! But is actually half plate or 3/4 plate amount off food !!!! I understand everything is soo experience. !!! but us a customer, we paid more money for less food. !!!!!!!

Was really hungry went to the drive thur thinking yumm food i get home No egg rolls, burnt left over orange chicken with peppers in it, steak was left over over cooked. Not fresh my 3rd item no sauce for my teriyaki chicken in bag. so half a burnt dinner a bigger plate $13 dollars. NOT WORTH YOUR TIME GO SOME WHERE ELSE WHERE THEY CARE WHAT THE GIVE YOU. When I got my beef and broccoli bowl home, I counted 3 small pieces of beef is all they gave me. They skimp on the meat and annoyingly ask twice for donations while paying! Ugh! Disappointed! How about you donate more beef to my bowl?!!

Rude drive thru service provided to me by ‘Rosemarie D’. I asked if they had eggplant tofu (I usually order this entree at other Panda Express locations). Her response was very impolite - not sure if she was having a bad day or is always this way- anyways apparently this Panda Express never ever has had tofu on their menu and they never serve eggplant. I told her okay i will choose something different from the menu but i was very put off by her unfriendly demeanor. I don’t recommend visiting this location. Also - I ended up ordering the firecracker shrimp - which cost an extra $1.25 on top of the entree price. It came with small 5 pieces of shrimp. Not sure if the lady that served me just didn’t like my voice or if this is how much they serve anyone- the amount paid did not reflect what I received.
