Noble Pies Bakery and Cafe Warwick Reviews
Noble Pie is the kind of place people talk about with a little reverence—because the pies are that good. 🥧 ✨ What makes Noble Pie special isn’t just the flavor (though that’s a huge part of it). It’s the feeling that every pie is made with care. Being a family-owned establishment there’s a personal touch in everything—from Ingredients. The Pies 🥧 come out perfectly crisp on the outside and soft inside, acting as the foundation for layers of bold, savory ingredients. Each pie feels indulgent and satisfying, like comfort food elevated to something almost divine. Their pies 🥧 are often described as rich, hearty, and unapologetically flavorful. The vegetables are vibrant, arrives at the table, steaming and aromatic, it’s the kind of pie that makes everyone pause for a moment before diving in. Part of the magic is the family spirit behind the kitchen. You can taste the pride in the recipes and the consistency that comes from people who truly care about what they serve. That warmth turns a simple meal into an experience—friends sharing pie, laughter around the table, and the comforting sense that you’re eating something made with heart.( My favorite pie 🥧 Blueberry 🫐 ) In short, Noble Pie isn’t just pie 🥧 it’s handcrafted, family-driven comfort food that feels almost heavenly in every bite. 😋🥧
I’ve been a loyal customer for years , both sweet and savory- and they are ALL delicious! I most recently bought the Bad Bunny pie , based on a classic Puerto Rican dish, Asopoa- it was fantastic. A close friend’s grandmother used to cook for us every time anyone would visit and it brought me back to those flavors that I love . I love to see how Noble Pies has grown as a local business and there’s truly a flavor for everyone there- Please Do “ Turn Back For Pie” if you haven’t, it will make your day !!
One of my absolute favorite local businesses. They have AMAZING pies, quiches and cookies!! You can’t go wrong with a chicken pot pie and the other day I had a slice of one of their special pies during a meeting on site for lunch- a bad bunny inspired pie, it was so delicious that the next day I went back to buy a whole one to share with the family. Thank you noble pies for the yumminess! But PLEASE sell more lemon lavender cookies- they’re like sunshine and my absolute favorite!
I love Noble Pies and have been a customer of theirs since they were a road side stand. Each sweet & each savory pie has been absolutely DELICIOUS. Some standouts for me have been their mixed berry, strawberry Rhubarb & chicken pot pies. Always baked to perfection and a crowd pleaser. They are definitely a premium pie with fresh, ingredients and are priced accordingly but you will not be disappointed if you appreciate quality.I highly recommend!
One time my friend was in there picking up a pie and saw there was a left over gluten free cherry pie that someone had not picked up. They only do their GF pies made to order. I'm not generally a pie person and I don't even really like cherries. It was the best damn pie I have ever had. I can't even imagine how good her regular pies are.
One of my favorite places for food in Warwick! We host friends from the city and abroad at our house all the time and I usually pick up a pie from here to share. I actually grew up in the UK and the savory meat pies remind me of what I used to eat as a kid in England, so very nostalgic. I also love that they regularly rotate in some seasonal flavors, especially with fruit pies, so I can always try something new. P.S. Don’t sleep on the other sweet treats they have in store 😋
Great pies! We’ve been coming to Noble Pies for delicious pies for years. The savory Thanksgiving pie is my husband’s favorite. I love the cherry. The new location in the village is very convenient. Love this place!
Best pies ever! I’ve tried almost every flavor and every one has been amazing. Last week I bought three as gifts and they brought huge smiles to the recipients’ faces. They make the perfect treat to share.
I recently ordered a key lime pie for my husband's birthday - he'd rather have pie than cake any day - and it was the best, as usual! My favorites are anything in the fridge that day! The new location in Warwick is so comfy and cozy and perfect for catching up with friends over pie, sweet or savory. Noble Pies has always been a must visit when friends are in town and will always be a destination for our family.
I love having Noble Pies in Warwick. They’re the kind of small business that reminds you what a real community is all about. Beyond their generosity and support of local causes, their staff are always genuinely kind and welcoming. And the creativity coming out of that kitchen is incredible—constantly introducing new flavors that keep things fun and fresh. This is the kind of business every town hopes for and every business should aspire to be.
Noble Pies is a wonderful family-owned and operated small business based in Warwick nY but with stores in several other Hudson Vslley locations. Their pies are made-from-scratch and all versions I’ve tried are delicious! So excited to see they’ve added a Bad Bunny pie in honor of the most streamed Super Bowl halftime show ever! ❤️❤️❤️
Love getting pies from Noble Pies. The pies are always fresh and delicious. The key lime pie is my favorite but I love that they come up with new flavors all the time. This is my go to dessert when I have family gatherings.
I am so glad Noble Pies opened their shop closer to the center of town. Not only are the owners and staff the sweetest people you could ask to work with, but the ambiance is cozy and pies themselves are uniformly mouthwatering. I recommend the Breakfast Pies for a fast, wholesome, and delicious start of the day or, if you're lingering for lunch or dinner, chow down on the Buffalo Chicken or Cottage Pie.
I love this place! The pie is outstanding! My favorite cherry pie of all time! It never lasts long in my house. Staff is always super nice and shop is cute with lots of seating. Best pie crust ever in my opinion.
What a cute place! We got slices of the cherry, blueberry, and chocolate cream. All of them were delicious but the cherry won for me!
We stopped at Noble Pies because we wanted a meal that felt "different" from what we normally eat, and we are so grateful we did. Nestled in a gorgeous Victorian home, Noble Pies has 3 sitting rooms mixed with antique furniture and unique art pieces. The service was exceptional -- shoutout to the 2 women working who provided us with a lovely dining experience AND extra pies as a treat! The vegetable curry, scalloped potato and bacon, and chocolate berry pies were perfectly seasoned with complex layers of flavor and clearly made with high quality ingredients. Our pies were SO good, we had to buy more to go. We 100% will return.
This location is the biggest out of the three that I have visited. They also have plenty of seating in their cafe area as well. The staff are super nice and patient considering I was a bit overwhelmed with all of the options and kept on grabbing more. I bought the key lime pie, mixed berry pie, and a couple of cookies to go. Pure crack. I hated that they all tasted so good, because I’m trying to watch what I eat. Can’t wait to go back.
I came across the Noble Pies booth at the Columbus Avenue Sunday Greenmarket yesterday morning - everything looked so good I treated myself to a slice of the regular apple pie. In my experience most NYC Greenmarket pies taste like they had been sitting on a rack for weeks, but my slice from Noble Pies tasted like it was baked fresh the night before. Lots of apple slices and just the right amount of natural sweetness and the crust flaky and buttery. The best apple pie I’ve tasted in memory - I had to have another slice, this time with the crumble topping and it was even better - the topping was crunchy and not too sweet. I took home two savory pies: the Philadelphia cheesesteak and the garden quiche, and both were fantastic and most importantly, seasoned just right and NOT SALTY - most other savory pies I’ve tried elsewhere have way too much salt. The fellows running the booth were very helpful and cheerful even with a crowd of customers - one of whom told me “You gotta try the Marry Me cherry pie!” I’m already looking forward to next Sunday!
A cute little house that serves the most delicious, seasonal pies! I got a slice of their pumpkin pie and cherry pie and my God I cannot explain all the sweet goodness I experienced!!! The staff were friendly and helpful and its such a cute spot right on the main street! If you're a dessert lover it's a must try in warwick
What a find! I stopped into Noble Pies Bakery & Café on a whim and ended up staying longer than planned — it’s just that kind of place. The smell of fresh pies hits you the second you walk in, and suddenly you’re torn between flavors you didn’t even know you wanted. Choosing one is the real challenge, but honestly, it doesn’t matter — they’re all fantastic. I went with the blueberry old-fashioned pie, and it was everything you hope pie can be — buttery crust, juicy filling, not too sweet, just perfect. The coffee was awesome too — smooth and strong, the kind that makes you sigh a little after the first sip. What really sets this place apart, though, are the different rooms you can choose to sit in. Each one has its own little vibe, so whether you’re with friends, family, or just grabbing a quiet corner for yourself, you’ll find a cozy spot to enjoy the moment. The host was super warm and friendly, which made the whole experience feel personal and relaxed — like visiting someone’s home, but with way better pie. If you’re anywhere near here, do yourself a favor and stop in. Grab a slice, sip your coffee, and just enjoy being there. You’ll definitely want to come back.
I am not a pie lover by any means but had a deal for a pie so I decided to give it a shot. Noble pies you might have convinced me! I got the mixed berry pie and it was incredible. To start off I got the pie at around 12pm and when I got home around 4pm it was still pretty cold. Bless the cold weather (I’m visiting family but I’m from FL) because it stayed intact. After dinner my bf and I threw in the oven for 30-35 min but we left it a little longer so the top got nice and golden brown at 350 degrees. As recommended we had it with vanilla ice cream. We were able to share with a total of 5 of us. The crust was so buttery and savory. The berries tasted fresh and vibrant, with the perfect balance of sweet and tart. It wasn’t overly sugary, letting the natural flavors of the berries shine through. It was just so comforting. I might have to come back before I leave to snag another pie because this was just a great treat. Whether you’re a pie lover or not, this one will win you over. Noble Pie definitely lives up to its name—this is pie royalty! Can’t wait to go back for more!
I don't normally like pie. We stopped by this place while visiting my inlaw. I have to say I have found the best pie shop. We ordered blueberries pie, chocolate pie and pecan pie. Everything is unique and delicious. I can't believe pies can be this delicious. This Noble pie had changed my mind about pies!!
YES! You need to try this bakery! I decided to give this place a try after seeing the reviews and the hour drive there was beyond worth it. The place itself is very cozy inside and you smell pies right as you walk in. I decided to try a slice of their Apple Crumb Pie and after I devoured it in 2 seconds, I came running back for another slice. It is easily the BEST Apple Pie I have had in my life. The Whipped Cream just takes it to another level. Get an extra scoop if u can! The crust, crumb topping and apples were the perfect combo! The service here is so friendly plus they let me sample other pies. On top of that the owner Ms.Noble herself let me bring back a Chicken Pot Pie home for my friends to try. (No surprise there it was the best Chicken Pot Pie I’ve had) I left this place with the biggest smile on my face. Thank you!
The holiday season is soon approaching us. Looking for those epicurean components that adorn your holiday table and make your family and friends anticipate a culinary adventure. So let me tell you about Noble Pies. While surfing the cable tv wastelands I came across QVC. They were highlighting Noble Pies. Zac and his family have a special story. When their family farm was in peril his Mom baked pies. Her kids opened a roadside stand and guess what? Pies sold within hours and their new venture turned into a business in Warwick, NY. I liked his story and tracked down their store only to find out every Sunday they are at the Ramsey Farmers Market. We had ordered 4 mini pies; apple, marry me cherry, very blueberry and seasonal plum online and they were to be at their stand in Ramsey. This is where we met Zac himself. A very friendly person who takes pride in their family bakery. We talked about finding that perfect apple pie. They came pretty close with all natural ingredients with fruit, seasonal and savory pies. The 4 mini pies were all good with my favorite pie being the marry me cherry pie. As we spoke Zac invited us to Warwick and see the operation and kitchen. This is something we will do. Btw, his gave us a free chicken pot pie to try. All we delicious. This is a place to try.
Cute charming store with an uplifting story behind, which is what made us stop there. Always trying to support small local biz which are trying to make a living and an impact. We got a cherry pie, filling is great, the crust is a 7+ too thick for my taste but that’s alright.
Tasty savoury and sweet pies with the option to add ice cream, cookies and other treats to compliment. You can have the pies cold or hot. There is seating inside available and a bathroom at the back of the store. Very friendly helpful staff with a good knowledge of the options available to order. You can purchase Pies from the store to takeout as smaller individual pies or you can purchase by the slice. Easy parking out front.
Overall, I really like Noble Pies. I’ve visited both old and new Warwick locations many times, the staff is lovely, the atmosphere in the new location is awesome, and the food and drink I’ve had have been great. I had a friend visiting a few weeks ago and wanted to bring him here, since I had been raving about the place to him. We ordered a warmed fruit pie slice to share, and he ordered a hot black coffee. Our slice tasted good but was pretty cold in the middle, and he said his coffee was extremely bitter and just tasted off, ‘one of the worst he’s ever had’. He can be quite a harsh critic on coffee but I do tend to trust his opinion. We both figured it might have just been a fluke with a new hire, but suffice to say, he wants to go elsewhere the next time he visits. I bought a small pumpkin pie on my last visit to bring to a pre-Thanksgiving family gathering where we have a pumpkin pie-off every year for a laugh. I stored it just as recommended for a few days and we broke it out tonight, amongst everything from grocery store brands to more specialty pies such as mine. I will note here that this was the most expensive pie by a wide margin, even while being the smallest of the bunch. Unfortunately, it was unanimously voted on the very bottom by all, including myself. The crust was extremely hard to cut through, and its intense buttery, almost savory flavor clashed hard with the pumpkin filling, which I can most accurately describe in taste and texture as eating a spoonful of pumpkin purée. Today is a very sad day for me as I do not know if I will be returning.
I tried again, ONLY because they had the type of pie a friend of mine likes, it was for her birthday. After all these years they just don't know how to make a pie crust? If you're going to specialize in pies you really need to master an edible, flavorful crust. C'mon
Do we really live in a day and age where a single peach pie costs $34?! Save yourself $6 - $14 by visiting other local establishments and still enjoy a fresh, homemade pie made with local ingredients. One popular farm nearby, which actually grows its own fruit, offers peach pies for $20. Another spot, owned by a Culinary Institute graduate, sells theirs for $28. Both deliver on quality without the inflated price tag. When I questioned the pricing, I was told I was welcome to shop elsewhere. Thank you, I will - as I’m sure others will too. How Noble is it to price out your neighbors for something as simple as a pie?
