Celebrar nuestra boda en el Gallery fue la mejor decisión, sin duda! Gracias a Sofía por una organización impecable y a todo el staff del hotel que hicieron de nuestra celebración y estadía, un día inolvidable tanto para nosotros como para nuestros invitados. Acabamos de celebrar una fiesta post-boda en el Hotel y hemos quedado muy satisfechos del servicio recibido, tanto por la profesionalidad de Marina, Cristina y Sofia del Departamento de Eventos como por la alta calidad de la comida y la atención en sala con especial mención a el Maitre y al Sr Mauro que se esforzaron en satisfacer todas nuestras peticiones con amabilidad y diligencia.

Gran hotel donde aflojarse, buena ubicación, personal super amable y simpático, habitación amplia y muy cómoda, desayuno variado y de calidad.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, cerca de de la avenida mas comercial y concurrida. El servicio de todo el personal es muy bueno. Las habitaciones a mi consideración son algo pequeñas. El Gimnasio dotado de caminadoras pero no de aparatos, solo mancuernas. Muy recomendable

11 years ago I used to spend my days here, I practically finished my master thesis in this place 😊 every time I visit Barcelona, Alsur is my first and last stop of my trip. Today Christmas Day with my husband we divided to spend it in our favorite cafe, that has great food amazing staff and tasty food!! Very cozy environment with seating by the windows was great! Eggs Benedict with salmon was excellent. The homemade brioche bread was a nice touch. Good coffee too. Excellent service.

Great choice of dishes. Everything was delicious. Wehad a great dinner. I recommend Menu del Dia (menu/dish of the day). It was so good that we decided next day to have a breakfast there too. Also the day after :-)

I visited Alsur Café and had a good experience overall. I ordered the empanadas, avocado toast, and a lotus cookie latte. The latte was excellent and definitely the highlight of the meal. I also appreciated that they offer non-dairy milk options, which is great for someone like me who is dairy intolerant. The avocado toast was a bit basic in flavor, though the pomegranate on top was a nice touch, and the empanadas were tasty and satisfying. The staff were friendly and welcoming. It was quite busy when I visited, so the servers didn’t check in often, but that was understandable given the crowd and not something to complain about. The atmosphere was relaxed and inviting, making it a nice spot to enjoy a casual meal or coffee break. Overall, Alsur Café is a charming café with good food, great drinks, and a comfortable vibe.

The barista is 🔥 - what an artist. Loved our meal and drinks. Came back 2 days in a row. Server from Canada was so sweet. Highly recommend for a low-key, solid meal and drinks.

A cute cafe with a serene atmosphere. The cafe has plenty of indoor seating and some tables outside as well. The staff was very friendly but the cafe was understaffed that day. The menu is great and the smoothie bowl and coffee I ordered were wonderful. Although, I found it odd they don't have a simple yogurt bowl which is usually present in Spanish brunch spots.

Cozy little spot with fantastic drinks (turmeric latte with an espresso shot added was a delight), and wonderful food. Beautifully decorated interior, and very pleasant staff. Thankfully we are staying at the hotel a few doors down, so will be back regularly on our trip!

A pleasant and highly recommended place to have brunch in Barcelona. We went on a busy Saturday without a reservation for six people... but they were able to seat us pretty quickly. I ordered estrellados de jamon... delicious! The latte is one of the best in Barcelona. Excellent place and atmosphere!! Favorite brunch spot by far!!

Coffee was very delicious, which is not common in Barcelona unfortunately. The staff were lovely and helpful. Scrambled egg with Spanish ham was extremely tasty. Mixed berries smoothie bowl was also good. It is a little bit pricey compared to other places but was worthy.

We visited Alsur Café yesterday and had a fantastic time. Despite the place being full due to the Sant Jordi celebration nearby, our food was served relatively quickly. We ordered guacamole with banana chips, chicken waffle, chicken burger, and tequeños. Everything was absolutely delicious! This place is also pet-friendly; we came with our dog.

We came here on a busy morning with no reservations for six. The place was fairly busy but they were able to seat us pretty quickly. Our son, who is on the autism spectrum instantly had some issues and was very unhappy. The staff were very kind and patient. They took very good care of us. The food is fantastic and the service excellent. I only rate the atmosphere a four because the music downstairs was quite loud. Regardless, this place was amazing. The food was delicious and the service amazing. Highly recommended.

A very nice brunch place! We came for late breakfast around 2pm, and they were still serving breakfast food ! I ordered the avocado toast with egg on, super nice. Also they have both almond and oat milk which is a big plus.

This cafe serve very nice and beautiful decorated food. The service was excellent. They were very busy and yet kept the professional and friendly service. All the food was beautifully decorated. You can tell they take pride in preparing the food. Server Esquire was always smiley and helpful. He delight all his customers. A cafe you hv to visit. We went back 3 times during our 9 days stay in Barcelona. Great job guys.

Celebramos una boda en la sala de la planta-1 con una esplendida atención del personal y fue una velada única donde no falto comida y bebida

Celebramos la comida de Navidad, correcto menú típico de la fecha, escudella, canelones, pollo relleno, etc.

Todo el personal es muy amable, las habitaciones son pequeñas pero muy limpias y bien equipadas. Está relativamente céntrico entre la Rambla y Paseo de Gracia.

Looking for a place to have breakfast in Barcelona this is one of the good places. Good food, friendly service and good value for money. We had the zaatar egg, scrambled eggs with pesto and some fish juice.

Great service and good food. I had a Buddha bowl which was yummy but could’ve used a dressing, we also ordered the egg scramble with Iberian ham which was super delicious, a waffle ham and cheese “sandwich” which was also tasty and crunchy, eggs florentine which was yummy and lastly a banana “French toast” which is more of cake and less of a toast or French 😉

Hotel con Magia!! Dejas dinero en la cartera en tu habitación y desaparece!!! Pura magia luego nadie sabe nada.

Ayer a las 19:15h fui a la cafetería del hotel acompañada de una mujer de raza negra,ambas somos mujeres. La cafetería -restaurante estaba ocupada menos de un cuarto de su capacidad.El servicio en lugar de ofrecernos la primera mesa disponible a esa hora y de acuerdo con las normas horarias del establecimiento nos fue negando la acogida en mesas sucesivas hasta que por descarte nos permitió sentarnos en una mesa de la zona próxima a la puerta. Éste tipo de atención es lo opuesto al mensaje que desde la ciudadanía y los poderes públicos se ofrece de Barcelona como ciudad cosmopolita y de acogida. Les sugiero formen a su personal en las formas y normas básicas de hospitalidad.

Terrible service. There was a waitress that had 0 customer service skills. I arrived, I sat down to a table. I had to ask her to come to take my order. The first thing she says is that I have to change to another table since the one I’m sitting is big. However, there were other tables available with the same size. First strike. Then I ordered a soft drink, and while I’m drinking she comes again and tells me that I can’t eat a little snack that I had, even though I had ordered a drink at the place. Second strike. Next, I went to the toilet, it was out of order and the smell was disgusting. Third strike. I believe I had never received such a disappointing service or had such a bad experience in a café. Won’t come back again and I will never recommend it to anyone.
