This Arby's is only drive thru at this time and has no dine in access. I love this Arby's. They are courteous, food is fresh, they are fast and efficient. They offer a nice variety on their menu and the food has always been good. Prices are comparable to area, but there is always a special weekly deal or happy hour Prices for sliders. I give this Arby's 5 stars.

The new dining room design far surpasses the old layout in beauty and functionality, including booths, elevated cafe tables and stools, plus tables for wheelchair access. The gyros are awesome.

First time we've visited this Arby's. In fact, it has been so many years since I have enjoyed a roast beef sandwich with cheddar sauce that my 3 youngest children aged 6, 8 & 10 have never eaten Arby's! So we ordered everyone the same roast beef on sesame seed buns some wanted cheddar sauce others Arby's BBQ sauce. Needless to say we were through the drive thru in a quick minute and had all of our food and drinks correct. Everyone enjoyed their meals for lunch! We will certainly not wait so long next time before we shall return for a visit!

This restaurant has been completely remodeled. Staff was very helpful. Arby's has a number of menu items not found in many other fast food joints, from the Market Fresh turkey sandwiches to sliced roast beef sandwiches and Reubens, and horseradish sauce to Jamaica shakes. I appreciate having non-traditional choices.

Great drive thru. I got there about 15 minutes before closing, I just got off work and was starving. Food was hot and staff were very professional right before closing. That says a lot about the integrity and professionalism of the staff and management. Keep up the great job. I will be back for sure.

The other day my daughter and I stopped to grab an Arby's original sandwich and a jamocha shake to share . Much to our surprise, the people in front of us had paid for our meal. The employee at the window said that the car before them had paid for their food and the car before that one had done the same as well. Love this place, the customers, and the people who work there!

As soon as I walked in i was greated by the employees behind the counter. I ordered my Ruben and took my seat. It is a very comfortable atmosphere . since I usually have a work truck, it is nice that I can keep an eye on it from almost any seat in the house. My order was up in no time. The food was nice and hot. I enjoyed my Curly fries , sometimes curly fries can be nasty but not at this location. And my Ruben sandwich was very good it hit the spot.

A bit pricey for Fast Food and we were given curly fries instead of regular fries and apple turnovers instead of cherry...but the French Dip was EXCELLENT and so was the Beef and Cheddar. Also, the doors were locked. I think the issues were caused by not having enough employees...like 90% of other eating establishments. Still, I highly recommend the food: tasty!!

This Arby’s is very clean, the staff is very pleasant and especially the general manager Jason who is always there. I swear he never takes a day off. My food was hot to go!!! I like that they have several specials to pick from. I definitely recommend the roast beef sandwich or the Greek gyro. yum!!

The associate was very attentive and well congenial. Responded to our questions about the list of of menus. Which made it easier to decide what I want to eat. Orders were done in a timely manner and delivered to the table. The food was very delicious and done properly. I had the roast beef, onion rings (huge n delicious) and a drink. We left satisfied and planning to go back this weekend. I'm sorry but will not share the food I ordered. It's that delicious.😄

I deliver food for favor and this place was quick and friendly. There are places that have complications on completing separate orders for one car load and these employees handled it well, was kind, patient and efficient. I wanted the mint chocolate shake and apparently they were out. Luckily I hadn't enjoyed a jamocha shake in a minute, or this review could had gone differently.

Best experience I have ever had at an Arby’s !! It was clean, food was delicious and hot , the table tops were clean, service was the best possible in New Braunfels period ..The people working today deserve a raise!!

Let me start of by saying that the drive thru line was one of the slowest ones I had been through in a while. I'm not sure if they were short staffed or if they were in training, but the line moved incredibly slow. However, I am thankful that the order was correct and it was nice and hot. The food tasted great. I hadn't eaten at an Arby's in a while. The lady at the window was also courteous. Even though the line was slow moving, I will be back, but not on a weekday.

Really enjoyed the BOGO sandwich offer and we used it for a fried turkey club sandwich and a bacon swiss chicken sandwich. Very good sandwiches with nice thick slices of turkey, crispy bacon and lettuce and tomato etc. Great service. We took it to go but we're looking forward to going back soon to try the steak bites and the chicken tenders. Good price for the food. Really appreciate being able to redeem offers in the restaurant or drive thru. We'll be back soon.

I haven't been to Arby's in YEARS. I stopped in at this location and first and foremost, it was clean. The food was fantastic. Better than I remember. The menu has great options. The service was quick and Aedia was very friendly when taking my order. All the staff were joking around, laughing and seemed to be having fun together and that's a really nice change from typical fast food service. It brightened up the environment. Thanks to the kitchen staff! The unsung heroes who made my tasty food. I ate my food before I thought about submitting a review, sorry no pics.

I had a guy named Erin (hope i pronounced it right) take my order. Great service, lets you know if food is hot or takes a while and will get your food as soon as he can. I have had not so great experience before with other employees there but this guy turns around the place. Give him a promotion

The food is really good, and the customer service is great. Selena and the managers are very welcoming and accommodating. The sodas taste like they keep up on the cleaning of the inner lines of the dispenser, and filter the water. Really like this location!

Best dinner with family ever! Just got off a Loooooong family car trip and kids were hungry. Did not want the standard kid burger joints...had them too much and burned out. So we had inspiration hit us and went to Arby's! Best choice ever! So we got two meals out of a single purchase becauseof the goodnportion size! You can't beat that. The staff was excellent! Food was fresh and delicious! My kids loved the change up and we will have to come back to catch the deal while it is still occuring. Full recommend coming here if you get the chance. Currently I used the 5 dollar deal and got a drink, slider and fries. Good quick fill up.

Restarting overall was clean and they were friendly. You can tell this Arby’s gets a little busy. The fries, slider and chicken wrap were all fresh and good. Wait time was a little long but not bad at all. Use the app you will save some money and time.

4 of us went in and each ordered a different item. Food service was speedy even at the lunch hour. Each of us enjoyed our meals. The only difficulty was seating. Two of us require a booth and our group had to wait. Our food was ready before a booth opened up.

The double meat's the way to go but in my opinion that's the way the single meat should be... It's advertised that way and it's sad that you're forced to pay more. The service was great this time and I was offered everything, like cheese with my fries! My beef n cheddar was hot and fresh with extra red ranch sauce. If you have never tried red ranch sauce , ask for a little container. Yum.

Very nice place. I had the pecan chicken salad. Not one pecan but plenty of grapes & apples. I had onion rings, they were delicious! For 9.00 for the chicken salad, you'd think I could get a pecan, lol! The classic double was good. I tried some of my friends. The employees were nice. The place was very clean. When you leave, if you enjoyed your meal you doing the bell at the door.

Drive thru only. Didn't provide condiments requested. We were on a roadtrip for a funeral service and really wanted to be able to sit down. It was very frustrating to not be able to do so. Not providing requested condiments, and a messed uo drink on the order was just the icing on a not very good cake. I usually like Arby's a lot. It was a disappointing experience for sure.

I normally have a positive experience at this Arby's however tonight I ordered a hawaiian fish sandwich and after getting home realized there was no fish on the sandwich. I drove back and was extremely disappointed when I was told that I can get a fresh fish sandwich but no refund. Customer service is everything. If your customer gets a sandwich without the primary ingredient and then they have to drive back to recieve what they should have been given initially, the least you can do is refund them for that inconvenience. You can have the sandwich that has no fish back.. I was very disappointed that your policy doesn't hold you accountable for a mistake.

Menu is sometimes confusing as far as the snack shakes on the dollar menu. Print says hours available in very small fonts so you don't realize it until you've ordered. Love their chocolate shakes and their mozzarella sticks.

Understaffed and staff seemed inexperienced although polite. It took about 32 minutes and I was the fifth car in line. I wasn't given a napkin and had to ask for ketchup and sauce; the cashier at the window had to go pull a handful of napkins from the front counter, so apparently that station was not set up to give out napkins. The crinkle cut fries were not very warm, were slightly underdone, and were dry and tasteless and coated with annoying amounts of rough-feeling potato flour. I think the product or the method of preparation is at fault. My sandwiches were also not very warm. The pork sandwich needed more onion and sauce; it was a bit dry. Some lettuce or some dressing-free coleslaw would have been delicious and would have given a better crunch and mouthfeel.

It took a while to get my food, luckily I wasn't in a hurry. Tables needed to be cleaned and drink station too. I tried their new burger, very good and potatoes cakes too, milk shakes were very tasty too.

It’s it our miss here,I love the buffalo chicken wrap, it can be good or bad depending on who makes it. My biggest problem is that there is never enough buffalo sauce and they don’t cut the wrap you can tell it’s just thrown together ,also they get my order wrong by making the club. They need to get it together other Arbys they cut the wrap and give you more sauce.

Maybe other Arby's restaurants are better than our local one, but ours is mediocre at best. We were very hungry and didn't have the time to go anywhere else to get some gas in the tank. The food was good, but semi warm, but the Crinkle fries were awesome!

Curly fries were burnt to a crisp, beef was good even though I ordered a beef & CHEDDAR, service was fast. DOUBLE CHECK your order everytime before you leave, almost every time we order a #1 selection they don't put the cheddar on it. This has been an issue for a long time with this location.

Manager is outside smoking a cigarette just talking away with someone in the parking lot. She explains to me the dining room isn't open because her staff isn't trained enough. After ordering and getting my food when I leave she's still smoking and talking. No wonder their not trained.

This is a sad representation of an Arby's. We were the only customers in the building. Our order was delivered quite quickly but sadly it appeared to be heated up fries and an overcooked burger. The staff were very young and did not have much "presence". I would not recommend this establishment for a meal.

There was a 10-15 min wait for beef and the drive-thru has one lane that cannot be exited once entered. Instead of asking customers to pull forward and parking to wait for their order they had us wait in the lane. I didn’t order beef but I still had to sit in the drive-thru line and wait for all the people in front of me.

The couple in front of us had some kind of issue with their order being keyed in wrong by the cashier. The manager came up to fix things and for whatever reason, refunded the entire ticket and then charged everything back instead of fixing the one item with an issue. Just seems like she was way over complicating things. Food was ok but would not recommend the Prime Rib Cheese Steak. The meat tasted like it was just some pre-frozen steak-ems or something.

They definitely need to retrain all their staff. I went in and ordered a French dip sandwich. When I came to pick up my order. They handed me a cup of sauce and said That was all I had ordered," when I asked where my sandwich was. The young girl even pointed and said. Look, you only ordered sauce. Before, a manager had to come over and correct her that I had a sandwich with my dip. It doesn't seem like the employees know what their menu consists of. Aside from the one manager I saw.

When this location 1st opened it was amazing. Not so much anymore. The dining room isn't open so it is drive thru only. I ordered the French dip sub that came with ice cold sauce. I asked them just to microwave it and they got a attitude.

Done trying to go to this Arby's. 2 different times I was served Coke that was just carbonated water. After the 1st time, I immediately started to check the drinks. The 2nd time I went back through the line just for the drive thru people to argue with me instead of just replacing the syrup for the coke or giving me a Dr. Pepper like I had asked for, 4 different times. I finally had enough at my last visit when they closed the lobby early, but kept the drive thru open to "stick to company hours," just to tell customers, "They were out of product..." WHAT?! And AS THEY WERE SITTING ON THE COUNTER TOPS EATING! Eating ARBY'S food. Out of product.... as in NO food... yet EATING it. I went off. This absolutely upset me. And the fact that their butts were all on the counter top where they serve food. Nope. Never going here again. Phoned in to inform management and was told no managers were available until next Tuesday. This was on a Wednesday at the beginning of the month. Again, WHAT?! Ridiculous.

Its 9:40pm.. online says they are open until 11pm, when through the drive thru and machine told me they were closed and to come back during normal store hours. There were at least 3 people inside when I drove by the window, I tried to call to ask about store hours, no answer. I never go to Arby's but the one chance I take and they disappoint.

Manager is quite possibly the most dense and counter productive over-complicator I've had the misfortune to have to interact with. I love Arby's. Do not misconstrued my review as a dig at Arby's, this is entirely a criticism of the staff and this location specifically. We ordered the new peach and strawberry lemonade, obviously new girl rings us up. As SOON as we paid and she calls back the order a manager or shift supervisor or otherwise bumbling staunch by-the-booker comes tearing through the kitchen saying she needs to cancel, refund, and recharge our order because she only charged us large drinks and not the speciality drinks. I've been a manager of a competitor store, and we would have just ate the 119 cents just not have to deal with the hassle of it, and use it as a teaching moment for the new hire. 'Hey, that's a specialty item, not a large drink, keep that in mind,' and moved on. This manager, as stated, tore through, berated her, and took hold of the cashier station to refund and redo the order. Unprofessional. Irresponsible. And overall disgusting behavior. On morality and ethics alone, spare yourself. NOW THE STORE ITSELF; filthy, tattered, damaged walls, and generally unkempt. The food, as is Arby's way, was fine. The managerial staff? Horrid.

It's hard to find the words for how hard this Arby's location sucks today. Let me try. They're out of the Mac & Cheese they're advertising. They're out of something for the fish sandwiches. They're out of onion rings. They shorted us a sandwich, we weren't charged for it, but no idea why it was removed from the order. No horsey sauce. No straw. On top of all of this we had to pull around and wait 5 more minutes for a craptastic order. I won't visit this location again anytime soon.

First off we Just went through the drive thru and the manager in charge is very rude and unprofessional. When got home We found that did not get two drinks for the kids meals and the sauce we asked for was not there. The sandwiches are super cold chicken and extremely dried out like the had them just left over in the back. This place has been very good in the past with great service but today the female manager at the window was the worst. Please replace her!!

We dined in at this location and will not return. We ordered two sandwiches & mozzarella sticks. We sat down and as we were waiting for our food the girl running the front was playing on her phone and was not handing out orders. So we observed and she began eating at the front counter. After 35 minutes she brought our sandwiches and not our mozzarella sticks and she said she would be right back with our mozzarella sticks and we waited an additional 20 minutes for them. The lobby was dirty, trash over flowing. This location is just a complete mess.

I ordered two of the new promotional meals that were being offered. Burger, fries, shake. Only to arrive and discover the shake machine is "broken" and then to be offered an apple turnover to solve the problem? I can't drink an apple turnover. I need the $4.00+ per meal refunded. My meal is no longer valued at 14 dollars when you eliminate 1/3 of the entire reason I ordered from you in the first place. This promotion started on the 13th. Seems like you should have systems in place to avoid butchering your newest rollout. I chose to ignore previous negative reviews in regards to the staff and overall experience at this location but I won't be making that mistake again. I cannot wait to receive the generic copy paste response to this review to help me feel better about my negative experience.

Purchased and roast beef combo, Arby’s melt, and a 6 piece mozzarella sticks. I didn’t check my bag till we got home. Forgot to give me my mozzarella sticks. I tried calling back, and the employees kept hanging up the phone. The first time the phone rang like 8 times, then i got hung up on. Called back rang 4 times, and was hung up again. Kept calling back cause now I’m upset they were hanging up on me. Same thing. Kept hanging up the phone. I was going to leave a bad review but I saw the other reviews and saw the owner apologizing and asked people to fill out the online survey and someone would contact me. That was a week ago and still no one got back with me. Now I filled out the review and I want to see if the owner responds or he just send the automated response to fill out the survey and someone will contact me?

The drive through was slow. I decided to go in, where one poor lady was by her self and trying her best taking orders and ringing people up, just slow going. Then the tables were dirty. Next got the food it was cold. For the price for the meal it should at least be warm yall .

One star. There was a young woman passed out in the dining room. I let the apparent boss, he said “it’s just an employee “. Wow. The food was cold and the workers out cold. No wonder I don’t go to Arby’s anymore. They are awful.

MIRANDA! Was the best employee I've seen in a long time! In total the staff was great! Being told that a side of cheddar, that I have been ordering for 30 years, is now $1.07 because of the owners was highway robbery! I inquired if pay increased for workers since the owners were making more on nickel and dime schemes. They are not. Not even a wage for a single adult living in a 1 bedroom without a car. 15 stars for the staff! 0 for the fatcats that own it.

I used to enjoy Arby's until to night.got one of their chicken wraps. Halfway through I found raw chicken. And the lady working the front Register had like no emotions didn't no how to return the money on my wife's card she had to go ask someone else the Restrooms where disgusting, saying sorry to a customer can go a long way !! She acted like nothing was wrong with the food. The worst customer service I ever had since i been on New braunfels I have visited this Arby's more then one time . Never seen it this disgusting 🫣

Arby's is just declining all together. The meat portions are getting smaller and the taste is not there anymore. Look at all that bread. I think Arby's will be scratched from a place to get food from my list.

This place is nasty. My son got Ecoli from the food served there and almost died. After 3 trips to the hospital he is finally beginning to recover. The so called young manager has a long beard and it is not covered. Apparently they don’t wash their hands either and don’t use gloves. We will never eat there again.

I went through the drive thru. I purchased the 7.99 3 box with the fish sandwich. I opened my sandwich, it was dry no tater sauce in it. The lettuce was brown and nasty. I called this location. All they said we'll check the lettuce. I didn't get an I'm sorry or would like another one, Nothing.

I don’t eat at Arby’s that often, but I just saw they had a new ‘Italian Beef Dip’ sandwich that had peppers on it. I figured I’d give it a try. So my son and I went through the drive thru and ordered 2 buffalo chicken sliders, an order of curly fries and the Italian Beef Dip sandwich. The lady at the window was super polite. She hands us the bag and off we go. We make it to the parking lot when we realized the only thing in the bag was the Italian beef sandwich. How could they mess up such an easy order. At this point I’m not happy. It’s not very hard to fulfill a $22 order. I go in and explain that I’m missing half my order. I said that “it’s not that hard to make sure an order is complete.” I shouldn’t have to drive off missing most of my food. Ethen, who I’m guessing is the manager, starts arguing with me and says “we have new employees.” “They’ve only been here for two days.” First off, I don’t need to know that. Second, why are you arguing with a customer when you know you’re in the wrong. And last, if they are that new and inexperienced, why aren’t you checking their work? This isn’t my fault. Own up to it. Ethen is clearly out of his league as a manager. Very disappointing. And if that wasn’t enough, when I get home, I open my Italian beef sandwich only to find out it’s just a roast beef sandwich with a small amount of meat and non melted cheese. It looks nothing like the picture. It didn’t even have the peppers on it. I paid $8.00 for this thing. Look at my pictures of what I ordered vs what I got. This store needs some help and Ethan needs to learn customer service.

Why do employees act like the Arby’s sauce comes out of their paycheck. I’ll order multiple meals for family. Ask them to please put Arby’s sauce in the bag. Third time in a row. No Arby’s sauce. And I always end up having to pull around and wait. So I asked the guy did you get the Arby’s sauce. Oh yes it’s in the bag. Is what he said.

Hellooooo every one, Arby's is the worst place as a fast food place I have ever been to. Let me tell you why. I never do drive in order because it has never been my thing and I'm just too nervous to order. I would rather order via doordash, or GrubHub or something similar. In this case I should have gone inside maybe it would have been different. Anyways, only reason why I went to Arby's was order my little brother some food so he could eat at school and not feel left out. Other parents bring their children food to the school so they could enjoy so why not him just this once in passing. So me driving in to the drive thru lady says take your time and let us know when you're ready to order, which I truly appreciated and it gave me time to look at the menu. I ordered a hamburger and curly fries as a meal with the new meat that Arby's which now has and it's not worth ordering at ALL that also came as a meal. The woman then asked me to go to the second window which I did, that's where I paid and handed me the two drinks, then asked me to go park in the parking lot which I did. Then I sat there in my car for a good 15-20 minutes waiting. Mind you this is at 9 am and the place is not packed and there's barely anybody there to be that busy. McDonald's is wayyyy busier than them and I still get my good fairly quickly despite being packed. To top it all, what frustrated me even more was the customer service. If she had said thank and I apologize for the wait time I wouldn't have been angry. But noooo she looked angry and handed me my food and the other lady just stared me down as if I had a problem with her. It baffled me how people are. As in you have a job why don't you treat others right. At the end of the day, make what you are doing something that you enjoy otherwise find yourself another job instead of being miserable at it and the atmosphere around you is also miserable.

Little miss metal face that worked sept 28 late night had a huge attitude for no reason. I was simply picking up a DoorDash order and she said there was no order and just ran to the back. She comes back and says “what’s the problem here” because I was still @ the window on the phone with my customer telling her the situation.

Most Backwards IRRITATING policy i have ever experienced. I was the only vehicle the drive through, and after I paid, they asked me to circle to the front which I disagreed with, because two prior two visits to this location The staff took excessive time to walk my food out, and in some instances, even got it wrong. So being the only car right in the drive through, I was wondering why I was being directed to pull forward, and the shift manager said something to the extent of we are being monitored. On time frames, which I thought it was pretty ridiculous. Because the manager and/or owner should care more about customer satisfaction, then irritating, they're customers. It made no sense because I was the only car in the drive through. And they should just gave me my food quickly through the window, instead of having me drive down. To the parking lot and excessively, wait for my food

Well first the guy at window told me he was charging $50 dollars per straw and sauce packet in order to make tips. All fun and jokes but when you don't put the au jus is the bag so my order was not in the bag correctly. But you are saying you need to be tipped more. Doesn't really make sense does it? This is the second time recently that I try to give this Arby's a chance. If zero stars was an option, I would have selected it. This is embarrassing to serve up. I ordered the 3pc fish strip meal and this was their catch of the day. It appears they must have been fishing in a 5 gallon aquarium when they caught this. This meal was not even edible. The fries were just as bad. This meal was $10+ and the price isn't the issue it's the Fish tots you receive for that price. These can't be called strips. They are not just fish crumbles but they are not even good. Trust me when I say this tastes the way it looks. It's more like fish flavored batter. Not returning for sure!
