I visited Bar Matto in Sesto San Giovanni in September and was pleasantly surprised. The place is very welcoming and the atmosphere is relaxed. The real strength, however, is the staff: extremely kind people who serve you with a smile and great availability, making you feel immediately at home. Highly recommended for a coffee break or an aperitif with friends!

How could I define this bar??? I think there couldn't be a more fitting name than "Caffè Matto"... The owners are two characters, one comes from the valleys with his sincerity and spontaneity, in Milan there is always the Dandy, here we have the Donda... the other arrived on the "continent" without feeling homesick for the island... he calls himself "U professore" but try asking him what 3x2 does... maybe he'll reply: "but what do I care, you do it"... the fact is that at Caffè Matto you feel like at home and now we can truly call them the "masters of the house"

How to start a great day? Exceptional croissants in a variety of flavors, and friendly, attentive staff. The aperitif was average, just right for a quick bite to eat, and the cocktails were delicious, perfect for a great evening.

...but a serious café can't buy croissants from the supermarket and resell them at the café! I'm sorry, I was too impulsive and therefore too superficial; I meant the ice cream croissants. I can't comment on your breakfasts, which I've never tried.

I hate to write this review, but truth be told, the only word to describe this bar is: RUDENESS. This is already the second time I've been in the bar and have been literally ignored and treated with arrogance. The first incident happened last week. I walked in and asked where I could find a takeout bag, and the bartender, laughing, told me to look around: zero professionalism. Today, I decided to return, thinking what happened was an isolated incident. But I was wrong; I ordered two croissants that literally didn't taste good. I always point this out to the famous male bartender, and all of a sudden I find myself face to face with him, yelling at me. I should point out that I'm a woman, and having a man yelling next to me is not nice or polite at all. I advise everyone to avoid this place because working with customers requires a COMPLETELY different attitude.
