Five stars for Faith at Denny's in Chino! Her service was excellent and she was so pleasant. Today was 'Burger Day' and the burgers were huge and fantastic—perfect for sharing. We also loved being able to get a soup and the seasonal pancakes on the side. We'll definitely be back soon!

This place is the best. It stays open 24 hours a day seven days a week. The food is always good and enjoyable. The place is usually very clean and has very nice restrooms. The staff here work very hard and work very quickly to bring people their food and it is always prepared nicely. I love coming here and getting pancakes or a slam. The Dennys slams are the best. I love all the food here. It's very tasty.

Our server was a bit rude and very short every interaction was less than a few moments. Sadly she was rushing off. My food was ok but not others in our table . One was a plain burger and she brought it with lettuce pickles tomatoes onions. Not actually plain. Sadly a t bone steak and eggs that was supposed to be rare was fully cooked and as one said it tasted like beef jerky. I will wait some time before returning to see if things improve. Very disappointing visit when we had 3 tables of people after our morning football game. Rhonda on the other hand who wasn't our server was extremely helpful when ours wasn't around. Appreciate your hard work and dedication to the job. Thank you.

This is there worst experience I’ve had here. I called to place an order and was placed on hold for like 15 min. Then decided to come over and ordered a “large waffle” and i got this??? I wonder what a small waffle is. This is ridiculous. And then the host Tina has the nerve to say yes that’s the large one. Tina you gotta work on that customer service. We got here on my birthday to have a late night meal. Unfortunately one of the girls that works there was being sassy and combative with the very nice gentleman who seated us. She was barking at him about not seating us in that area because the floor is wet, and although a mop was nearby, it was no longer wet. We said we were fine there but when we heard her continuing to yell at him I asked if we could be changed to someone else’s section. We moved to another area but we could hear her from the kitchen still nagging him and she was making nasty face as us for having moved. We decided to leave without ordering because it was just toxic and unnecessary.
