Falafel Stop Sunnyvale Reviews
Wow, what a value. Fresh food made to order that tastes great, big portions and is very reasonably priced, how can you go wrong. We did humus, falafel pita and a grilled chicken pita. All were excellent. It does have a little quirky aspect with it's ordering and pickup structure. One line to order with online, seperate vegetarian or grilled food lines for pickup. The first time thru can be confusing, but you'll adapt quickly. Especially with food this great. BTW, here's another Check Please Bay Area restaurant.
Really good shwarma and kebobs, comes with a large variety of vegetables that makes the meal feel that much healthier Got the classic vegetarian hummus plate, not as much variety as the other options but still a solid meal. The sabich vegetarian hummus plate is more in line with my expectations of what the plate should be like, a diverse mix of different vegetables and fillings. The eggplant nuggets were a little bitter for some reason, it detracted from the experience a bit.
My favorite place in Sunnyvale so far. We come here all the time 😍 the schnitzel plate is my favorite! So crispy and crunchy! Love that the meat comes out hot and fresh all the time. Only downside is that this place is soooo popular that there's usually a decent wait time to order and to get your food. Tip for people that have never ordered here: vegetarian dishes and meat dishes are picked up at two different counters.
If you love Mediterranean food, you can’t miss this place. I am not exaggerating- this is THE BEST Mediterranean place in the Bay Area. I am a vegetarian, and I always go for the Falafel Bowl. It’s healthy, protein packed, clean, delicious, flavorful with way more ingredients than any other place, and $cheap.
CANT WAIT TO GO BACK! Found this local stop after an outing with friends. So glad we checked it out. 5/5 Awesome menu with meat and vegetarian options 5/5. SHABANG! Out of this world tasty!!! And the portions were HUGE! Lots of tasty condiments to accompany the already tasty meats. The marinated grilled chicken was ooooh la la. Falafel was mmmmmm good. 5/5 Service was OUTSTANDING. Loved the friendly lady who gave me extra pickled veggies to enjoy. She was the seeetest! 3/5 Its a roadside place. low key. could be a little cleaner You could always do take out unless you want yo sit on the moderate benches to eat. YUM!
One of my friends had ordered food for a party and I absolutely relished it then. I gave it another try and went to this place on a Sunday. The place wasn't too crowded but it wasn't empty either. Hands down, they are authentically Mediterranean and quantity of the food is great as well. Their kebabs are a must try!
This place literally blew me away! I had no idea that this little establishment would have such large amount of unique flavor, especially when talking about a type of food I'd had dozens of times previous. They even had outdoor seating that was covered from any possibility of rain, oh and Heat! This place has so much character, and it seems the owners make sure they put as much love and carrot into each and every dish as if every person eating there was a food critic. Great fast service, wonderfully fresh tasting food... It's hard not to want to come back again and again and again!
Been going here a lot for lunch since I moved to SV. Consistently delicious, friendly staff, and so much flavor. If you're thinking about going here, stop thinking and just go. Go now!
The best place to get Mediterranean food in town. I went there almost at closing time, but there were still many people dining inside, which speaks volumes about the quality of the food. The falafel plate and the shawarma plate are must-tries. They come with a salad, hummus, pita bread, and your choice of falafel or shawarma. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for delicious and authentic Mediterranean food.
Delicious, fresh, super tasty food, great service, nice patio with plenty of tables. Our first time yesterday and absolutely blown away by how great the food was.
Best shawarma I’ve ever had in America, couldn’t stop talking about it on my drive back south. Highly recommend chicken shawarma in pita with all toppings, I got no spicy.
For last 20 plus years (can’t really remember when exactly I started) this place amazes me. Food is always good, tasty and fresh. Keeping consistency for so many decades is not joke but they keep it. Not sure if they are under same management or not. Plenty of parking and informal casual seating but very functional- for the last 6/8 years they have covered the outdoor like seating with plastic, which makes it a bit cozy and a bit less noisy from the street traffic. But their food is so good that you will forget the rest. They used to have only vegetarian option but now they have meat choices - kept two separate areas and that tells that they care fir their customers. My favorite is Jerusalem mix, pergiot chicken and almost everything else. Their falafel is so yum. It’s a must visit for all South Bay people l.
Service is always super friendly - it can be a bit daunting ordering your first time. You order at a counter and then wait for your number to be called to then go tell them which toppings you want (think Chipotle style). It can take a little bit for your number to be called, but the food is delicious and portions are huge so it’s worth the wait! Theres a separate window for vegetarian ordering.
I live in San Francisco but when ever I'm down in san Jose I always make this my lunch spot! The plates are huge, the hummus is smokey and when the pitas are fresh and hot.. oh man! Forget about! Enough said. Just stop in, get a plate with your choice of whatevea'.. chicken or lamb..or vegetarian! Whatever floats your boat! Just order it with everything and you'll see what this place is all about and why I love it so much!
Falafel Stop is hands-down one of the best spots for fresh, flavorful Mediterranean food in the Bay Area. The falafel here is always crispy on the outside, warm and soft on the inside—clearly made fresh to order and seasoned perfectly. The pita is warm and fluffy, the hummus is smooth and rich, and the pickled vegetables give every bite a satisfying tang. What really sets this place apart is how fast and efficient the service is, even when the line is long (and it often is). They move quickly without sacrificing quality, and everything feels fresh and thoughtfully prepared. The portions are generous, and the prices are incredibly reasonable for the quality. Whether you go for a falafel plate, pita wrap, or shawarma, you really can’t go wrong. The outdoor seating area is casual but comfortable, and the entire experience feels like a hidden gem—laid-back, satisfying, and reliably delicious. This is the kind of place you find yourself craving again and again. Falafel Stop doesn’t try to be fancy—it just nails what it does best: great food, fast. An easy 5 stars.
Great service! I ordered online and got here a bit early, the staff gave me 2 pieces of free falafel while I waited for my order! Will definitely be coming back :)
TL;DR Food: 5/5 🍗 Service: 4/5 👨🏼🍳 What we got Chicken Shawarma on a Plate ☆☆☆☆☆ A healthy scrumptious plate of chicken shawarma. Incredible mix of flavors and the hummus tops it all off. The pita bread pairs extremely well here as well! Fries are also a surprisingly good addition Falafel Balls ☆☆☆☆☆ Delicious with the hummus we got with the other items we ordered Grilled Kebab on a Plate ☆☆☆☆ This dish was pretty good as well but i recommend the chicken shawarma over the grilled kebab in this case Overall, great food and great service - highly recommend
It's my favorite and only meatless sandwich Iime to eat. They don't mind building it the way I like to eat it. I don't mind the service as long as it taste good or the atmosphere. Which by the way scenic on the huge covered patio. Not many it gets busy around lunch time.
Best Greek food on the planet or at least in the Bay Area. The falafel is fantssic. It is absolutely the best falafel I have ever had. The chicken swawarma is amazing. All of food here is fresh and made daily. All of the people work here are great. Jonathan, the owner is the nicest guy you will ever meet. You gotta come check it out. I promise you that yku are gonna love it.
A neighborhood hidden gem in Sunnyvale specialized in Israeli and Mediterranean fast food that is very reasonably priced. The friendly owner is frequently spotted there and often offers complimentary falafel or majadra rice. Their Jerusalem mix (marinated chicken stir fried with onions) on hummus or majadra rice is a favorite of ours. They made fresh, pillowy pita breads on site. On the hummus plate, we like all the vegetables, pickles, coleslaw, and sauces they offer. The two spicy sauces (green and red) really accentuate the dish if you like spicy food. Their falafels and other meats are delicious as well. Overall this is a great quick stop place for both vegetarians and omnivores who are in the mood for some healthy and delicious Mediterranean food.
We came with the kids family dinner Friday. The service was good, the food was good with excellent falafel chicken Kabab. Pargiot shnitzel
The layout can be a little confusing if it's your first visit. If you ordered ahead then go to the middle window to pickup. If you're eating there then there are 2 sides: meat and vegetarian but you order in the middle where the register is for either side. If you're ordering vegetarian then take your receipt to that window right away and give them your choices. If you ordered meat then they'll call your number and you can also ask for your choice of veg and sides. The pickled veg compliments the meat well. Falafel are much better enjoyed there rather than to go because they're crispy right out of the fryer. Plenty of picnic style tables and overhead heaters for those cold nights
This place is great! Feels like authentic Israeli street food. The prices are very reasonable with good portion sizes. The food tastes so fresh and really delicious. We had the shawarma hummus plate, shnitzel pita, falafel, and fries. All were delicious and I'd recommend! The best of the bunch of definitely the shnitzel pita. The only down side is it's all semi-outdoor picnic seating, however they have heaters up so it's not too cold to sit and enjoy your meal.
I've been here a few times and haven't had anything but great food, fast & friendly service. It can be busy so I'd recommend just one person in line per party, stay alert if they call your number (or just stay around). Plenty of seating if people sit when they have their food. Parking can be difficult. Healthy sided servings. If you eat meat the Jerusalem mix is yummy.
Had a chicken shawarma hummus plate with pita which was super yummy! I also tried the falafel which was nice and warm with a crunchy outside. Pretty efficient establishment with fresh ingredients and the ability to customize your order. Separate windows for vegetarian and meat orders as well.
Everything was full of flavor. There are a lot of toppings, so it actually made it hard to taste everything that was in my plate. Their pita is some of the best I have ever had.
I truly feel at home every time I come here. The food is absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care and love. You can tell the team takes pride in what they do. The owner and staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and hardworking, which makes the experience even better. On top of that, the portions are generous and always satisfying. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for great food and an even better atmosphere.
The only real-deal food in Sunnyvale! No corporate vibes here—just a professional scratch kitchen serving up perfection. You can taste the love in every herb, spice and scratch made hot sauces. Best vibes in town!
Falafel stop at Sunnyvale is an awesome option for Pitta, Humus, kababs, Falafel and Salads. Great taste, Customer friendly Service. If you propose to opt the takeaway option, it is best to place order online prior to proceeding to shop, particularly the time involved in making the slow cooked Kebabs. This will help to reduce your wait time. Miss not outlet when in and around Sunnyvale
I’ve been coming here for over 10 years and it’s still goated. This spot is my go-to when I want food that’s quick but better than fast food. I usually get the falafel salad and get it spicy. The hummus is creamy, the babaganoush is amazing, and the falafel is always crispy. The portions are generous and consistent. The place has an outdoor patio for seating. Service is always friendly and quick. The only downside is parking, the space is very limited and can get full if crowded.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Falafel Stop is truly exceptional. I can say with complete sincerity that this is the best food I have ever had in my life. The flavors are vibrant, fresh, and unforgettable—every dish is prepared with care and it shows in every bite. What stood out just as much as the food was the service. The team here provided the warmest and most attentive hospitality I’ve ever experienced in Silicon Valley. They make you feel valued the moment you walk in, and that level of genuine service is rare to come by. I highly recommend it to anyone in the area.
As a first timer; what began with the most amazing personalized service, turned into an Israeli flavor explosion. We enjoyed it all; Jerusalem mix, shawarma, steak, falafel, hummus, cauliflower, and baklava. All was incredibly flavorful and fresh. The accompanying salads were the most wonderful mix of spicy, sour, and sweet, and had the most delectable crunch! Enjoyed by all, even the hungry teenagers couldn’t get enough! We can’t wait to return and bring the grandparents! Thank you, Jonathan!
For affordable, delicious Middle Eastern food, Falafel Stop is a must-visit. Their falafel is fresh and crispy, and their chicken shawarma is tasty and substantial. The meal speaks for itself, despite the modest outside environment. Unbeatable prices, swift service, and delicious quantities! Great spot for a quick and casual hang out.
I tried Falafel Stop for the first time at a catered party, and I was seriously impressed! We had both chicken and beef kebabs – they were juicy and flavorful – but the real standout was the fried cauliflower. Absolutely delicious. Be prepared for generous portions. After you choose your meat, you get to load up on sauces and fresh vegetables. Everything tasted incredibly fresh, and the hot homemade sauce added a perfect kick. The fresh pita bread was soft and warm – a great touch. The owner was there during our visit, and his positive energy really stood out. He was handing out samples and chatting with customers – you could tell he genuinely cares. The whole team seemed happy and welcoming, which made the experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back!
Excellent food in a down to earth building. Chicken is cooked in hearths with a choice of many sauces and spicy vegetables. Food came out fast with a pleasant person at the food assembly counter. You can choose among plates which come with rice, lentil beans vegetables and herbs. Or in a pita bread which with hummus etc. a lot of food and very filling.
I recently tried the chicken shawarma plate at Falafel Stop, and it was a delightful surprise. Even though Mediterranean and Middle Eastern spots often use similar ingredients—like tabbouleh, falafel, and peppers—their version stood out with subtle, distinct flavors. It’s no wonder they’ve garnered over 6,000 glowing reviews. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!
This place is the bomb! Great location and food. We tried the schnitzel and falafel. Both were top class. The grill master makes it then and there, it’s a joy to see it being made before you. If you like spice, ask for it and they’ll make it spicy!! We also tried the Bavarian cream dessert with chocolate on top and boy was it good! Just $5 and it tasted similar to a cheesecake with chocolate syrup :) The half falafel pita is also just $5 and great for a small meal or a snack. I initially felt the hummus plate was a bit expensive, but the quality makes up for it! The place has ample parking and great transparent screen protecting you from the street but still giving you an open street food vibe.

Terrific everything. I got falafal and chicken shwarma platter. Everything was terrific! Would definitely recommend and stop here again.
The best fast casual Mediterranean place in the Bay that is worth all the confusing ordering process. First of all, you must order the Jerusalem mix as protein; so juicy and perfectly seasoned chicken. The slaws and the hot sauce here is icing on the cake. We came here after the 49ers game and they were two people ahead of us. We ordered and received no direction on what to do so we figured to wait for our number. No one called. There’s also two sections where you are supposed to get your food. We ordered both items with meat but one of us were instructed to go to the meat line while another at the vegetarian line. Very frustrating but overall worth it.
The falafel and pita bread is a must-try. Made with freshly ground chickpeas and a blend of Middle Eastern spices, it is crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. The shawarma is also a crowd-pleaser, with tender, juicy meat that is perfectly seasoned and roasted to perfection. Both are served with a generous helping of tahini sauce, which adds a creamy and slightly nutty flavor to the dish. The restaurant also has a variety of vegetarian options, including a delicious falafel pita wrap and salad. The portions are generous, and the prices are reasonable. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and they are happy to answer any questions you may have about the menu.
Good food and quick service most of the time. Their food has less spices than other Mediterranean restaurants, but still quite flavorful. We really like the chicken shawarma & hummus here. The falafel are light (and tiny), a favorite of some of our friends. I am not so keen on their grilled chicken, it tastes like a mild version of teriyaki.
I like the casualness of this place and the out door/covered seating, but isn't super clean and the tables are all at a slant, but you don't go here for the atmosphere. The chicken plate was yummy and it's a lot of food. The pita bread is light and fluffy and all the varsities of salads are delicious. The staff is friendly and accommodating. I will definitely be back.
Here is well known for falafel, freshly baked pita bread which is awesome. Chicken shawarma is served cooked right in front of me. Salad is so refreshing. Tahini, hummus are so authentic! The reason i love to eat pita is because there is a lot of ingredients and dimensions providing many different types of flavor and taste, textures! Best!
Overall very flavorful and good portion size for the price! Not sure if I was supposed to get garlic sauce with it but it didn't come with any. The seasoning on the chicken wasn't traditional shawarma seasoning, as it had a lot of curry powder in there, but still tasty. The pita was hella soft and springy, which was great, however it had a noticeable yeast taste, meaning too much yeast was put into it.
Ratings are accurate. The food is really good, excelente majadra and chicken shawarma (although the chicken when served was cold). The service could improve a little and facilities could be a little cleaner. Location is great, easy access from the street and parking available. Hard to miss if you're driving by.
Shawarma w/ Hummus 5 chicken & veggie Jerusalem Mix w/ Hummus 5 grilled chicken, tender, flavorful Grilled Kebab w/ Hummus 4 beef, 4pc, juicy, medium flavorful Sabich 3 two deep fried eggplant nuggets, smooshed hard boiled egg, hummus, cold mixed veggies Falafel Ball 3 small Bavarian Cream 5 milky, nuts, not too sweet, chocolate syrup on top
Delicious authentic food! The hummus was really creamy and I loved it. Portion size was big and very filling. Lots of different toppings to choose from, but I got all :) Service was fast and the chefs were really kind. Highly recommend this place if you’re down for a yummy meal!!
Really enjoyed the food here! It was cool to choose exactly what you wanted and seeing them making your food right in front of you. I had the chicken shawarma in the pita, and it was delicious; I especially liked the hummus inside the pita. The fries were nice and crispy, but they got dry and hard a little too quickly, which is my only gripe. The staff were excellent and served us quickly.
Sitting outside under the airy orange awning, the ambience at Falafel stop is convivial, especially if you're in a group. Service is slow, so you have to be patient. The food tastes great- we ordered a falafel salad and chicken hummus pita, and the ingredients are fresh. They assemble it before your eyes. But, like I said, you have to be patient.
Good place grab a quick bite after a short hike. The food was delicious, a little sour dominant though. We ordered a half falafel vegetarian pita and Sabich in pita. The Pita was amazing, soft and pillowy texture. The falafel was juicy and flavorful. We absolutely loved their dessert Bavarian Cream (dessert was 5/5) Lots of parking and seating available as well. Service is quick and convenient.
As a first timer, the food felt exceptionally fresh and delicious. Chicken schwarma was really good. The plate comes with everything. Portion sizes were gargantuan- especially with the veggie toppings. Floor near ordering was a little crowded and wet near service hallway, but otherwise fine.
If you’re craving a falafel pita done right, this is the spot! 🥙 The pita is freshly made in-house—soft, warm, and just perfect. The falafels are always fried to order, super crunchy on the outside and moist (not the heavy, dense kind!) on the inside. The toppings are fresh and loaded with flavor, and what I really love is that they keep veg and non-veg counters separate—makes it so easy for everyone. Plenty of seating too, so it’s great for hanging out. Only heads up: if you come during rush hour, be ready for a line. But don’t worry—it moves fast, and honestly, the food is worth every minute of the wait.
A friend recommended Falafel Stop, and so we decided to give it a try — and we’re glad we did! It’s a great place for a quick and tasty street-food-style meal. The café has plenty of parking and is easy to access, which is always a plus. We ordered the Jerusalem Mix plate, which came with a generous portion — more than enough for two people to share. The dish included flavorful roasted chicken mixed with grilled onions, served with rice and lentils, pickles, sweet beets, baba ghanoush, diced tomatoes, tahini sauce, cucumbers, and cabbage. Everything was fresh and delicious! Baklava was very tasty as well! Our order arrived quickly. There are two seating areas: inside, where you can watch the lively Main Street, or outside under the bright yellow umbrellas to enjoy the fresh air. On warm days the outdoor area feels perfect, and I noticed that each table has hanging heaters for cooler weather — a thoughtful touch. The wooden tables with benches instead of chairs give it a casual, friendly vibe. Overall, Falafel Stop is a charming, satisfying place worth adding to your list!
Falafel Stop is as casual as it gets—outdoor tables only, order at the counter, and your food comes out fast. Perfect for a quick, low-key bite. I went for the eggplant nuggets and loved them. They come with a generous cucumber and tomato salad, plenty of tahini, and a warm, freshly baked pita that was fluffy and delicious. Felt like a healthy, satisfying plate. I also added a few of the tiny falafels on the side—crispy outside, tender inside, exactly how falafel should be. Everything on my plate was solid.
Nothing extraordinary, but can't complain for the reasonable price, quality, and generous portions. Nothing was salty. Ordered via their website and order was ready in 30 mins. No line on a Sunday at 7 pm. It's an order at the counter then pick up type of place. Open seating. They have indoor and outdoor seating. Medium sized shared parking lot. Kebab hummus $14.20 - decent. I thought they were going to be skewer kebab meat but it was actually more like meatballs. Not bad though. 4 big pieces on a generous layer of hummus. Hummus was a bit thin. I prefer a thicker consistency. Bits of chopped vegetables were included Falafel $0.78 - decent. Small, crispy, moist. Not the best I had. Nice of them to give me 2 when I ordered just 1 Extra Jerusalem mix $6.42 - good. Very flavorful ground chicken mix. I would get this again Pita bread (included) - good. Fresh, good quality and texture

Not so good. But can try out. If you want good shawarma there are other places like Falafel bite which you can try. Here the shawarma served only in a Pita bread which is so thick since it doesn’t tastes good. Also the environment is not so family friendly comfy. Instead the walls its just covered by the screens. Parking is also little tight. Overall ok.
Everything was fresh, even the breads. The food was good but not to my expectations. I ordered one of their veggie plates.
Went in with a lot of expectations after reading reviews on reddit. The falafel pita was good but not great. Sauces are disappointing.
Really delicious falafel! I must say, I enjoy that they prepare them as smaller balls. Makes the texture more crispy and the inside less dough-like. I definitely recommend trying the falafel. I'd come back just for this. I got a Shawarma Hummus Plate recently and this was not terrible. I like that this doesn't have rice, so the plate is completely hummus, veggies, and chicken. No frills. The portions are generous, but the shawarma quality was just okay. Not super flavorful and the texture was a bit dry. Overall, not my favorite - but still a decent lunch.
Overwhelmingly crowded. No parking. Even during "off" meal hours. 1st time there at 2p Sun, ordered shawarma and plate with hummus. Had to take it to go. No space to sit. As for food, it's was underwhelming at least for me as a non-Mediterranean food connoisseur. I prefer the simplicity of chicken shawarma wrap or plate with garlic sauce from Falafel Bites
I was recommended this place by multiple people. I was very disappointed as soon as I had the first bite. I was raised in the Middle East and it was just disappointing for me to eat falafel with almost no taste. The quality just wasn’t there. Eating the sandwich tasted like eating a very heavy food, without the satisfaction of eating anything of quality. I hope someday I return and find the flavors I am hoping for. The shawarma was the same unfortunately. Maybe salt was missing? Idk.
Shawarma pita was really good The meat was well cooked and spices was well balanced. We ordered the spicy one. Shawarma majadera was very average. Long waiting hours as it’s crowded.
Confusing set up. You’ll order in a separate room. Or there might be two places to order, depending on whether you want vegetarian or grilled meat. It’s unclear. There’s a sign labeled for pick up—but that’s not actually where you’ll pick up your food. They’ll give you a receipt with a number on it. Ignore this order number; they will not call it. Instead you’ll need to deliver the receipt to the line cook, because the orders are not automatically given to him. Everyone will congregate instead of forming lines, so you’ll never really be sure if you’re in the right spot.
Gee, I'm not sure what to do with this review. I remember my time in Brussels where the bar for falafel pita bread sandwich was set. Possibly too high. Hole in the wall places with nice enough tables and decorations so as to not make you feel like you're eating off an old truck tire. And the pita bread sandwich would never be dry nor dripping wet. Just the right balance and you would very much look forward to the end of the sandwich for the best is still to come: lick the juice off your fingers. And the falafel were fried just enough that it would be soft and yummy inside, and crispy enough on the outside to give you that feeling you crave to plant in your teeth in solid food. And, you know, you'd pay then get your food, and you'd not have to go to this counter for that, then go to another counter were a ticket is required. Okay, folks, you catch my drift. I'm going to stop here. I'll probably come again and do like everyone else: not stay there. The food can scratch an itch for a falafel sandwich but you will be reminded of the good ones you've had in another life.
I saw the review and price of 2 weeks back and found they already increased the price. For example plate price increased to 16.95 from 15.58 in 2 weeks just because there is some hype. I tried ordering plate but they ran out of rice. So I ordered pita with Jerusalem mix. Food quality average. Sitting area ok. Pita bread became soggy half way.
I love falafel stop, they have the best falafel ever!!\nYet, you can easily wait 25 minutes on some days/hours, especially Saturday around 7pm.\nDon't come here if you have a time limit.
I picked up two falafel salads today. The hummus I don’t believe was fully made. It also had zero salt and unfortunately zero taste. Unsure if I’m going back again
This place has definitely fallen on bad days! The falafels are still good, but the food is horrible otherwise! The babaghanouj we got can only be described as watery flavorless eggplant mush. There didn’t seem to be any tahini in it. The place had a desolate look with just 4 other diners at 7 pm! The man who took our order was polite but couldn’t answer any of our questions about the food. Don’t bother going here anymore!
Short story: I got food poisoning here 02/22 that lasted for over 2 days. Long story: This is such a shame. I went on a Friday night when the owner was there and it was truly one of the best meals I’ve had in this town. Very kind owner, gave us a free small dish and the people building the plates didn’t skimp on anything (even the chicken). However, I went back two days later on Sunday afternoon. The owner wasn’t there and the entire place was different. The service was no longer great, I had to keep asking for more and gave me half of the protein I got paying the same thing two days before. They wouldn’t give me more than 2 peppers and my plate weighed about 70% of the Friday plate. I then suffered from food poisoning for over two days. I know it was from here because I took some of my plate to go and got it again when I ate it (I couldn’t believe it was from this place!) Such a shame
7 health department violations so no thanks. We want a place that's clean and follows health code measures.
Food is excellent.\n\nUnfortunately I stopped in the afternoon. I don't look bilingual, but I am. As I waited, the employees were shouting profanities and other offensive remarks at one another in …

Overhyped, mediocre place. We ordered chicken shawarma and falafel sandwich, lack of flavor, we had to look for chicken and nothing really extraordinary about the food and place Watch your receipt, they roundup your charge by one cent, it’s not much but it’s not correct practice to charge up. Ordering is chaotic, just ok.
