The hamburger meat is bland and very dry. They barely put any vegetables on it. The fries are good. However, I'm sorry, the hamburgers didn't impress me; they were like cardboard.

They take ages to prepare things, and ordering in advance is useless because they're never punctual or responsible. They make every order however they feel like it, not according to priority or order of arrival. They never follow instructions and prepare the food however they want. The taste of the burgers depends a lot on who makes them. The flavor is mediocre; some things are good. Since they're the only option in the area, they have an advantage and neglect the service. The only acceptable things are the prices and that they're usually friendly. I hope they can improve their organization and time management because many people don't buy from them precisely because it takes them more than half an hour to prepare your order. If you're in a hurry, forget about buying here. As suggestions: it would be a great attraction and plus if they offered home delivery, at least in the surrounding areas. Changing their hours would also be beneficial; they open very late and lose a lot of customers.

The burgers used to be good for years; it's a shame they switched to low-quality, processed, frozen beef. They went from good burgers to bad ones. They should have raised the price instead of doing that.

Tenía muchas expectativas del lugar, cada que pasaba el olor atraía... Sin embargo: 1. Orden de alitas impresentable... Pedí en un termino específico y llegaron crudas. 2. Hamburguesas. Envueltas de forma tal que, si pides para llevar, llegan remojadas. Literalmente envueltas con una bolsa. 3. Papas a la francesa. Resecas, aguadas... Mal. No vuelvo ni recomiendo.

I came today for some burgers. I always pay by bank transfer. I placed my order, waited about 50 minutes because they're very slow, and when they were about to deliver it, they told me they couldn't accept bank transfers today. Can't they mention beforehand that they can't accept bank transfers at the moment? It's simple customer service.

The hamburger was tasteless; the meat wasn't fully cooked. The fries were bland, the cheese they put on them tasted like nothing—I think it's poor quality—it had no salt, and the ketchup seemed watered down and tasteless. The BBQ wings were served cold; they seemed to have been frozen and weren't cooked through. Honestly, it's not worth eating here. I hope they take my feedback into account and improve.
