El diseño del interior muy acogedor, con una luz muy adecuada. Los entrantes riquísimos, el tartar, las croquetas divinas y el carpaccio también. Los segundos pa' flipar, el chuletón especial y con la piedra para terminar la cocción a tu gusto. De postres pedimos uno diferente cada uno y todos buenísimos. Y la atención inmejorable, el recibimiento de Ángel, su explicación de los platos, su atención continúa y discreta y hasta se dio cuenta que celebrábamos un cumpleaños sin decirlo, por un regalo que le entregamos al cumpleañero y nos obsequiaron champagne. Felicidades a todos y repetiremos seguro.
Espectacular! La comida estuvo increíble, pedimos el entrecot madurado de 500gr para 2 personas que estaba muy sabrosa. De entrantes croquetas de carrileras, empanada de carne madurada y steak tartar. Para finalizar una tarta de queso vasca que estaba súper buena. En cuanto al servicio, Joselyn fue súper amable y atenta, cuidando los detalles como por ejemplo estaba pendiente de cambiar la piedra para que pudiésemos seguir disfrutando de la carne. 💯 recomendado! Sin duda al volver a Barcelona, volveremos a comer aquí ☺️
Sitio muy recomendado y la verdad que cumple las expectativas que llevábamos. Comida muy buena, servicio rápido y camareros súper atentos y amables. La decoración tambien es muy bonita y la verdad que no hay bullicio de gente para como estaba de lleno el comedor. Repetiremos seguro!
La atención de Benny ha sido espectacular, muy atento a todo en cada momento. Su compañera Yissela también ha sido muy amable en los momentos que nos ha atendido. La comida estaba muy buena. Un 10 tanto en atención como en comida
Bonito y curioso local en el corazón del Guinardó. La decoración sorprende al entrar porque desde la calle ni se imagina, parece que entras en una selva tropical. Llaman la atención unos asientos colgantes, a modo de columpio y un espejo cuyo marco está hecho con hormas de zapatos. La comida es excelente. Nos pusimos, literalmente, en manos de la camarera (una chica muy simpática, creo que se llama Yoselin) y seguimos totalmente sus recomendaciones. Para compartir tomamos un carpaccio de solomillo de ternera trufado con parmesano, servido con un pan muy fino, la mezcla estaba deliciosa. También probamos las croquetas de carrillera, muy cremosas, y el pan de coca caliente, que lo sirven con el aceite y el tomate aparte. Como plato principal escogimos el chuletón de vaca frisona, muy tierno. Lo sirven fileteado y le das tu punto en la pizarra que te dejan en la mesa. Son piezas de 1k, que sin el hueso queda en unos 750g. De postre compartimos un cremoso de pistacho que nos costó terminar porque estábamos bastante llenos y tomamos un café. Para beber pedimos cerveza, clara y una copa de Rioja Salceda Crianza. Como estábamos de cumple nos pusieron una velita en el postre y nos obsequiaron con 2 copas de cava. El servicio atento y amable pero sin cargar, cercano. El ambiente tranquilo, aunque había mucha gente, se escuchaba música de fondo y todo y que se oían las conversaciones de las mesas de al lado, no había que subir la voz para mantener la conversación. Por cierto, admiten mascotas, en dos mesas cercanas había perros, que se portaron muy bien. En resumen, un sitio muy recomendable para una ocasión especial. Gracias por vuestra atención.
De los mejores restaurantes de Barcelona! A mi pareja y a mi nos encanta disfrutar de una buena carne y La Madurada fue todo un acierto para nosotros 😍 Nos pedimos croquetas de carrilleras, steak tartar, chuletón Simmental y el Wagyu, y estaba todo para chuparse los dedos. Nos atendió Adri el Vikingo y nos explicó todo al detalle. También estuvo pendiente de que pasásemos una buena experiencia en todo momento. Super recomendable 😍💛
Hemos comido las croquetas, la empanada y la escalivada con romesco y estaba todo buenísimo! De carne hemos probado la picaña y el entrecot que te puedes terminar al punto que quieras con una piedra y así te comes toda la pieza caliente, las dos carnes buenísimas. De postre el pastel de queso muy cremoso y el sabor muy bueno y el Ferrero estaba bien. La atención de Benny genial todo el rato pendiente de que faltaba. También te invitan a un chupito. Repetiremos!
Comida súper mega excelente, nos gusta mucho la carne y es uno de los mejores sitios que hemos probado. Somos un grupo de 6 personas y hemos pedimos: croquetas de carrillera, Hamburguesa de vaca madurada con jamón de bellota y crema de trufa, Picaña, Chuletón de vaca Simmental y Wagyu. Muy buen trato trato de María y Ninoska. Volveremos a sin duda. 😀
Solo puedo describir mi experiencia como increíble. Me enamoró tanto el ambiente del local, con una decoración cuidada, bonita y llena de detalles, como la calidad de su comida, que superó todas mis expectativas. Sin duda, merece un 10. Mención especial para Antonio, el camarero, por su trato atento y su amabilidad, que hicieron la visita aún más agradable. ATT: sus chicos del vino😍
Sin palabras! El sitio es precioso, la comida es brutal, muy buena calidad, todo exquisito. Pedimos croquetas de carrilleras, empanada de carne y un chuletón para dos, te traen tú piedra para que termines de hacerte la carne que por cierto se deshacía en la boca. Pero lo más destacable es el trato. Torres y Daisy fueron nuestros camareros, atentos en todo momento, simpáticos y además me cantaron cumpleaños feliz con una vela en mi postre. Muchísimas gracias! Fué llegar y la recepción fué estupenda a la mano de Valentina. Yo tuve un error en la reserva y ella rápido lo solucionó y me dió una respuesta y mesa. En mesa nos atendió Joselyn y nos explicó detenidamente la carta y nos hizo una venta basada en la recomendación y degustación personal. Solo hace falta unas fotos para ver lo bien que comimos y nos lo pasamos. Recomendaría 100% la experiencia. Volveremos 🫶
Hemos estado muy a gusto, una experiencia muy agradable y aconsejable, la carne estaba exquisita, pedimos vacío, entraña, asado y secreto ibérico. Y de entrantes croquetas y empanadas. Sorpresa muy grata en barrio de Sant Andreu! Ambiente genial, servicio muy cercano. Azucena estuvo muy atenta a todo que necesitábamos y nos sugirió la picaña argentina que estaba buenísima! Pedimos croquetas de carrillera, empanada de carne, chorizo criollo, picaña argentina y entrecote de vaca madurada con un final dulce de uno de sus postres caseros: el ferrero. Buena oferta de vinos y precio acorde con la experiencia.
La comida espectacular. Y aunque sea el postre, la mejor tarta de queso que he probado. La única pequeña pega que pondria es que te retiren los platos cuando aun estas acabando de comer. Parece que tengan prisa por despacharte y no genera comodidad... Pero aun así, 10 de 10.
El sitio es precioso, nos encantó la decoración. Las croquetas de carrillera brutales, las empanadillas también buenísimas, con un sabor increíble, el chuletón espectacular y el solomillo súper jugoso. Los postres riquísimos. El servicio de diez, súper amables y atentos, y encima nos invitaron a unos chupitos para acabar. Recomiendo muchísimo venir aquí, sin duda repetiremos!
Superó mis expectativas. Para empezar, el restaurante en sí es muy bonito, la decoración, las mesas, todo. El personal fantásticos todos los que nos atendieron, muy simpáticos y atentos en todo momento. La comida buenísima, mucho sabor y bien presentado. Lo recomiendo al 100%, sin duda volvería a ir. No dejéis de probar las croquetas, espectaculares!
8.5/10. Great meat cuts in a reasonable price for the quality of the meat and ingredients used. The meat is cooked a bit on the outside and you have a hot plate at the table to continue the grilling yourself. We had the dry aged and the sirloin, both excellent. The carpaccio was also great. The fried potatoes were a little irrelevant and lacked salt, maybe some grilled vegetables and baked or mashed potatoes would have been better. As for the service it could have been better. It felt cold and the waiters did not speak good English. It surprised me that we tried to change our order 1min after we had given it and they denied it. Also when we ordered the burrata salad the waiter insisted on pointing out that the salad had no onions just tomatoes and burrata, the salad in fact had a great amount of pickled onions on it. For us it was not a big deal as we hadn’t asked in the first place but it made the service look sloppy. For the level of the food the service should level up too.
Excellent food. Our server Angel and Andres explained the food menu so well and gave us good recommendation of the food. My daughter does not like too rare meat so the hot metal plate comes very handy. The quality of the meat is excellent, and price is reasonable. Highly recommended!
Mr Angel was an absolute angel host. Fun, involved, prompt, charismatic and very knowledgeable of the menu. He made us amazing recommendations that he said he had tried before, all 10 out of 10. We shared jokes and a bit of conversation and the mood with him serving us was perfect. The food was top and overall we had an amazing experience. It’s lovely to eat local food, in a nice setting and be served by someone who seems to enjoy their job rather than just serve you cause they had to.

We had the most wonderful Christmas Eve Dinner at La Madurada! The restaurant is beautiful and the food is absolutely DELICIOUS!! We had the croquettes and octopus as appetizer and the meat (which you cooked in your table and was a highlight of the dinner!) was INCREDIBLE. For dessert we had the cheesecake and the Ferrero and wow!! Thank you Daisy our amazing server for all these recommendations! Merry Christmas!
My friend and I randomly stumbled upon this place, and let me tell you, wow. This place is truly amazing, the atmosphere was amazing, the interior is kind of like an old-school newyorker style movie with the ventilation pibes visible and the walls of bricks with a dimmed lightning. We were lucky enough to have Torres & Ninoska as our servers and I haven’t seen this level of service anywhere else, they knew exactly when to leave us alone and when to approach! Very professional. The food was out of this world amazing, we both ordered the steak 350g and they were amazingly seasoned. I got the beef tartar and I must say it’s the best I’ve had in Barcelona. This is definitely NOT the last time I’m visiting! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
The food was absolutely delicious, one of the best restaurants we’ve ever visited. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the staff. The service is exceptional, and the team provides excellent recommendations with genuine care. A special shout out to Angel and Yissela, who made our experience outstanding. Highly recommended.
The experience was excellent! This restaurant is a perfect choice for meat lovers, but they also offer delicious fish dishes, so there’s something for everyone. I’d especially like to praise our servers Saul and Yissel for their outstanding professionalism and friendly service – they truly made our visit exceptional. We’ll definitely be coming back soon!
The food was great very tasty I would recommend to go for sure. Prices were very good too for the quality of the food. Ninoska and Andres were very helpful and professional people. If I’ll come back to Barcelona I would revisit it 100%
Amazing place! The restaurant has an elegant and cozy atmosphere. The service is excellent. Joselyn is friendly, enthusiastic, and attentive. I highly recommend the empanadas as well as the aged meat, which is absolutely delicious 😛
Daysi and Torres provided excellent service. I traveled to Spain and tried a few steakhouses, and this one is the best! 💕 The quality of the steak is great. I would definitely recommend it and will come back next time.
The first dinner we had in Barcelona Spain was this place. We had the 45 day aged Rib Eye and they brought it out to show before they cooked it. They seared the edges and brought out the hot stones for us to complete the rest. Felt like I was in a Spanish Korean BBQ - the steak was great, the steak Carpaccio also leaned in to get us started properly. The perfect start to our Spain visit.
An absolute must visit whether you're visiting Barcelona or living her. The food is excellent. We had the empanadas and the croquetas to start and then the chimichurri flank and the pichana. All incredible The service was great and Saul and Betsy made sure we were looked after and gave us advice with the menu. Also the wine 'cuando el Rio sueña' was amazing, recommend this too. Will visit again!!
Yes, they kindly ask you for a review. But it is not hard to give it, given the quality of the service. The coctails are awesome, the meat is perfect. You can prepare it at your table, it is real experience. The place is very nice, beautiful interior, professional staff. Daysi and Maria were our servers, nice, professional, helpful. :)
Tucked away from Barcelona’s busy streets and bustling city center, I think La Madurada really serves up very good meals and the service was also exceptional. Shoutout to Betsy for making our time there really comfortable and enjoyable. The steaks were really delicious and I would personally recommend the Monkfish if you have yet to try it. A must do if you are visiting - order the cheesecake even if you are full. Trust me!!
Great Restaurant! We came as a group of 5 and everyone loved it. The food is fantastic. We had the croquettes, the beef carpaccio, the burrata salad, the 45 day aged steak, the caramel cream and 2 bottles of Rioja. The others in our group also got the empanadas, both bread options and the bigger aged steak. Everyone absolutely loved their food - the standout items were the beef carpaccio and the empanadas. Obviously the steaks were fantastic but in my opinion the beef carpaccio was the star of the dinner - it was the best I’ve ever had. The server, Daysi, was lovely! She was very attentive and kind however as she does not speak English and we do not speak Spanish, she was assisted by Andres. Both servers were great and really made sure we had a fantastic dinner. The decor is 10/10 and very nicely put together. This is really a great spot.
My husband and I traveled to Barcelona for the first time and were recommended this restaurant by a friend. The food was absolutely amazing with perfect portion sizes. Daysi our server was so kind and recommend the cheesecake which I didn’t get a picture of but tasted heavenly. I wish we had an extra day in Barcelona so we could come back and try other items on the menu.
We are a group of 3 Canadian tourists, one of us is Spanish speaking. Miki and Miguel gave us English menus and were very nice and helpful. This is one of the best quality meat and best quality services we have had since the beginning of our trip in Spain. We reserved for 8:30pm and the dining time was 1.5 hours, we finished a bit before 10pm. Very nice restaurant, very high quality food, very efficient and friendly service. We are considering coming back one more time before the end of our trip.
Para comer buena carne en Barcelona no siempre hay que ir al centro, y La Madurada es una prueba de ello, aunque la experiencia completa tiene matices que conviene saber. Fuimos un domingo a las 15:30 y, aunque la comida dejó buen sabor de boca, el entorno y la logística complicaron la visita. 🟢 Lo mejor: La carne y las croquetas La materia prima es el punto fuerte. Pedimos picaña y entrecot madurado; un acierto que te traigan la pieza marcada para que tú mismo acabes de darle el punto en la piedra en la mesa. Las guarniciones de patata, boniato y pimientos del padrón cumplen perfectamente. Mención obligatoria: Las croquetas de galta. Extremadamente melosas y jugosas, aunque la ración de dos unidades se queda muy corta en cuanto las pruebas. 🟡 El servicio y los postres El equipo es rápido y muy atento, no hay queja alguna sobre el trato. En cuanto a los postres, se nota que son caseros, aunque el precio es algo elevado. Si hay que elegir, el tiramisú es muy superior al de Ferrero. 🔴 Los puntos críticos: El ambiente y el coche Logística: Si vas en coche, prepárate para sufrir. El aparcamiento en Horta un domingo es un horror; parkings llenos y la calle imposible. Mejor venir en transporte público. Comodidad: El local es acogedor, pero las mesas están excesivamente pegadas. Además, nos tocó un turno muy ruidoso, con gente viendo vídeos en el móvil a todo volumen al lado, lo que hacía muy difícil conversar. Es un detalle que resta puntos a una comida que, por lo demás, estuvo bien. ⚖️ Conclusión Precios en la línea de los restaurantes de carne de la ciudad (algo más caros que si sales de Barcelona). Se come muy bien, pero el agobio del espacio y el ruido hacen que la experiencia no sea redonda.
Fuimos un sábado para comer con reserva previa. El servicio fue muy atento. Lo mejor y los platos que recomendaria sin duda serian el carpaccio de picaña madurada y la picaña argentina. El entrecot madurado estaba bueno. El steak tartar, a pesar de estar rico, no es el mejor que me he comido. Igual que las croquetas. Pero no quita que en general fuera una buena experiencia. Salí lleno y feliz. Y de eso de trata, no?
Buen sitio para comer carne. No es barato pero tampoco extremadamente caro. Muy buenas las croquetas y las empanadas. Lo que peor estuvo fue el servicio. Para nada en consonancia con el precio que pagamos y nos echaron para el siguiente turno sin avisar. Entiendo lo del segundo turno (yo no reservé, imagino que entonces lo dijeron) pero que te traigan tan en seco la cuenta, queda mal.
Very nice experience! The food was good, took like an half hour to get the steak, but it was worth it! The waiter Andres and Yissela helped us very nice, he was kind and friendly even gave us shots at the house! Overal a good restaurant, would really recommend! Only made a picture of the dessert and the free shots!
Terrible customer welcoming and average taste. We went on 19.10.2025 but just having time to comment. Please read before you go this place with expectations. We arrived around by the time opening time of restaurant with reservation, there were only 2 tables and rest was empty. In whole empty restaurant, the lady at welcoming wanted to put us to table with swinging chairs next to fridge!🤯We refused. Then she took as to very corner which had sticky table. I asked why the table is sticky and said its because of wood. After this i was getting angry and asked them why playing this? They said sorry and wanted to move us to another regular table in the middle part of restaurant which is fine but they had to ask and confirm for this for 10 minutes, IN EMPTY RESTAURANT!! 🤯 Crazy, i asked what we are waiting? Told us they need to check because they have reservations. I said we came with reservation as well what is this is not even a explanation! Welcoming lady on reception was terrible on arrangement. After changing two tables on empty restaurant we finally sat on normal clean table. Ordered Friesian bone in ribeye, and some other side food like buratta salad and carpaccio. Waitresses were good 👍🏻 thanks to them. By this time restaurant started to get crowded. But taste of steak was nothing more than average. I had better steak in Barcelona, Milan, Istanbul and so on. This place was only average or below.
