I really don't understand the hate this restaurant gets. Their food is phenomenal, if you look at all the previous reviews it's about service. However I never expect stellar service from non-corporate restaurants. Plus the food is fire, some people need to chill

I came with my family to Logan's as we haven't been to one in years! The bread was warm and so delicious! Our server helped us out so much and our food out in a timely manner. My food tasted so good and the family gobbled their food! Can't wait to comeback!

Great atmosphere, great music and the food was delicious. The service it took a little longer, but it was very busy and is understandable you have to wait a little longer. Our waiter Keith was amazing, great service, very friendly and totally knowledgeable about the menu. One of my favorite places to eat now. I recommend it 5 out of 5 👍

I had a roadhouse steak Cobb. It came so beautifully plated. My steak was cooked perfectly. My son had the steak stroganoff and that was also very well plated and cooked to perfection. All of the staff stayed busy and looked happy to be at work. Our waitress was very nice and very attentive.

Let me lead off by saying I was skeptical going in as I have not always had great experiences at Logan’s. So glad I gave y’all a chance! Marli was our server and gave us fantastic service start to finish. The food here was the best I have ever received at a Logan’s and felt like a bargain for the quality of meal that came from the kitchen. Thanks everyone!

I drive up from San Antonio, TX, to eat here. The food is always amazing, and the restaurant and bathrooms are super clean. The staff are very nice and on the ball. There was absolutely no wait to be seated. I highly recommend this restaurant. Good job management

We have been here a couple of times now with a decent size party of 10+ and had a great service experience. Food is good, and if anything is needed they have taken care of it. I didn't catch the managers name last time but he always checks on us to asks how things are which is awesome!

Wow what to say!?…Friday afternoon 5/3/24 my Family , and I decided to order togo, and enjoy lunch at home. After greeting General Manager Mr. Sal was prompt to take the large order. Sal was a great help on recommendations of the special steak cut for my Son. We ordered 5 entrees Medium NY steak was grilled to perfection w/ sautéed onion and mushrooms. My Wife and daughter’s freshly breaded and fried Chicken fried steak was impeccable with fresh mash potatoes/Mac N Cheese! My freshly grilled Chopped Beef steak was popping with savory flavor as well! Baked Yam/sweet potatoes was also delish especially with Logan’s amazing Cinnamon Butter not to mention their amazingly soft, hot and fresh dinner rolls. Hats off to all of the amazing Cooks and Grill masters for their Topnotch perfectly plated entrees! Congrats for the amazing front end Customer service as we were greeted with a smile by Miss Jasmine (Hostess) as we arrived and exited. My Family and I had a great dinning experience at Logan's in Buda. Our server was Kevin. He was energetic and kind. We ate very delicious meals that came to us hot and ready. My steak was medium well which was to my taste. The ribs fell off the bone and the mac and cheese was cheesy good. For my Moms birthday we shouted Hooray. And she got to pick any dessert from the main menu. Overall, good food, good fun, and I can't wait to go back!

Food was pretty good recently price service was on point we had a young man this is our server usually I have servers that aren't always attentive towards my water drinking and he was on it brought me another cup right after I wasn't even doing my other one and I was like this guy is getting a good tip. I ordered a meatloaf grilled meatloaf and it was pretty good super filling the portion size is very good. We'll definitely be coming back to check it out.

Kelvin was very friendly and brought more fun to the table. The rolls were delicious and the Strawberry Lemonade I ordered was a delightful surprise. I ordered the Shrimp Scampi, which came with delicious cheesy garlic toast. The shrimp is cooked Cajun style packed with spice. Very delicious, and will be coming back with the family soon.

Road house food and atmosphere. TVs all around. It is a bit loud, but that is to ne expected. They have a great weekday special with steak, 2 sides and a beer. Very economical. Quick and attentive service.

When Morgan was a server we were regulars with her, being that she’s been there for a while, she’s moved up on the schedule and work more during the day and became hard to see her. Morgan now works the bar and she is phenomenal at it and since then, we’ve been seeing Kelvin who is an AMAZING server. If you want excellent, attention to detail and attentive service ask for Kelvin, he WILL NOT disappoint or Morgan if you are sitting at the bar!

Our Service was excellent! The food is always good. However, MOST people who work in food service know better than to douse themselves with cologne/perfume. A manager frequently walked by our table smelling like she showered in old Avon perfume and baby powder. I’m assuming it was a manager because she was not actually working.It was so strong that I lost my appetite and had to get a go box. Nauseating. No one wants to be assaulted with odors while eating (especially).

My 22oz porterhouse was barely a 16oz steak, and the cut was extremely thin. A proper steak should be about 2" thick so it can be cooked properly.

I took my kids out for lunch. My oldest had a Dr's appointment, and it was a rough one. I let him pick anywhere for lunch, and this is where he chose. His top favorite options are the rolls, loaded mash potatoes, and the fall off the bone ribs. My youngest and I got the chicken strips. The lady who seated us was very cheerful and nice. I'm not sure of her name, but I did compliment her hair. Our server was nice, but he definitely seemed like he was having either a rough day or just didn't want to deal with us. He wasn't very welcoming when it came to introducing himself and getting our drink order. He was good about remembering our order and hurrying around and helping people. Once we did get our order, he dropped it off quickly and rushed off. I had to catch him as he was passing me. It just felt as if he was in a hurry for us to get out of there. Once we got closer to leaving, he seemed to warm up a little bit.

The steak was sooo good! The sides and wait staff was very nice as well. They had a few entertainment options while we waiting for our food, like a person making balloons for the kids! The food did about an hour to come out. It gets super busy, however, when you’re trying not to fill up on bread, it gets hard. It was about an hour and a half wait, then another hour for the food to come out. Came in on a Friday.

Food was good had to ask for some of our sides that did not come out with the meal.

First time to a Logan's, pretty good all around. Service was very friendly and prompt. Free peanuts at the table, you throw the shells on the floor. Had chips & queso and a chicken fried steak, food was great. Fresh baked rolls were amazing as well, they're made for the table and come hot and buttered. Drinks were cheap, I think we were there during happy hour or had a weekly special. Peach island tea or something like that. It was nice. Space on the actual table top is limited at tables for 2, the menu holder/condiment holder takes up a lot of room.

I haven't been here in a long time. So, I decided to come because I had good memories about this place. The Croutons on the salad was stale. The fish, fries, an onion rings were ok. The potato skins were the best thing ordered. The waiter started sweeping the floor toward us after the food was on the table. Told us because he saw something that came over into our area that was gross and he didn't want us to see it. Other than that the service was the best thing of the visit.

Ate here yesterday. Pros: There was one person acting as hostess, bartender, and waitress. She did a fantastic job all things considered. My husband’s hamburger was really good. Cons: I ordered a ribeye steak. It was awful. It was thin, dry, and tasteless. It was a gray color like it had been previously blanched in water and then just thrown on the grill for a few minutes to get that grilled look. It did not look like a ribeye and definitely did not taste like one. If you go here, save yourself some money and do not order steak (even though it is supposed to be a steak house).

I haven't had great experiences with Logans lately but I thought I would give it another try. The staff at the Buda location were awesome and on point with their roles. Since my last two disappointments at Logan's (at other locations) were steaks, I chose chicken this time. The food was just average and the chicken was a bit undercooked. Letting it rest on my plate a bit evened out the temperature so that it was cooked all the way through. The green beans tasted like they came straight from a can with no seasoning. In short, this location has awesome staff but mediocre food.

Okay so this week we've gone to Texas Roadhouse, Saltgrass Steakhouse, and last night we went to Logans Roadhouse. This experience was more than lacking. The steak cuts here are way less quality than the other two restaurants. Also, this restaurant boasts a new side dish available, green beans. With this thought, you might imagine some well seasoned and slow cooked green beans. NO! They are serving canned green beans with no seasoning. It is literally straight from the can! I ordered a steak medium rare, and the steak came out more of a medium cooking. My daughter who ordered a medium cooked steak got hers well done. These steaks are being over cooked. The NY Strip that my other daughter ordered had so much fat trimmings that we were confused by the quality. She compared the taste to a microwaved, unseasoned brisket. The sweet tea at this place is good and their bread rolls are astonishing! this place needs a lot of menu work!

Came here on a Sunday to eat lunch with some friends, the menu is big providing a variety of food combinations. I decided to get the “Country fried steak” a house salad with balsamic dressing and a loaded bake potato. The steak it’s basically a Chicken fried steak, I didn’t like that the crust was falling off and the stake was chewy. The salad was good and the baked potato was ok, but for being “Loaded” the potato lacked ingredients in my opinion. It could have had more bacon, shredded cheese and chives and some sour cream. Overall, its was an ok place, but I wasn’t impressed with the food. Perhaps it’s what I ordered. The rolls however, were pretty good, that was about the only thing I liked. Not sure I’d be coming back. Not my 1st choice for food.

Definitely not the worst food we've had but when you're spending $20+ on a steak you expect it to at least be above average. The steak came out squishy with zero crust. It was so oily too like it was cooking in butter or something. First time here, not sure if I'd come back for how much and how underwhelming it was.

Standard Logan's chain & fare. Fairly tasty as normal. Service was well above average. Lot of tables, including some large ones, & our waiter gave us decent attention in spite of the chaos.

Let me start by saying that the service in this establishment makes up for the negatives. From the moment you walk in the doors to your waitress, you feel welcomed. This was our first time eating at Logan's. My mother thoroughly enjoyed the food, and my husband thought the food tasted okay. I, on the other hand, did not like anything except the rolls and the baked potato. The food is not seasoned at all, so it works well for someone like my mother, who has hypertension. Unfortunately, my fried fish was overcooked, so it was extremely dry. I could barely cut the fish, but as for the rolls, I could eat them all day every day. So, the reason for the three stars is the combination of flavorless food and outrageously disgusting restrooms. My husband, who is not picky, said the overwhelming scent of urea is enough to make you vomit, and the waste basket overflowed onto the floor. I didn't dare approach the ladies' room. Unsanitary to the max! I would have given one star, but since my mother thought her chicken tenders and steamed broccoli were delicious, I gave three.

We got there at 8:30 pm. Waitress was obviously ready to go home. I didn't get my salad until meal was almost done. Dressing was not on the side as requested. Didn't eat my late soggy salad. My friends steak was not cooked as requested. My friend asked if soup comes with meal. Waitress did not tell her it was extra. And it was cold. Probably a one-off experience, but doubt I'll go back.

First time trying this location, there was no waiting time. We were sat immediately, our server was friendly and attentive. She served us fresh bread and butter while we waited. Our food came out relatively fast, but I can say our burgers were not the greatest, they were ok. I tried a watermelon margaritas which it was ok as well. Then I ordered the Rancher Rita and I can say this one was better than the first one. They offer a loyalty program with rewards for recurring customers. Overall our experience was ok. Nothing that stands out and I can truly say this is not the best Roadhouse out there.

I ordered online because I was passing through and did not have the time to sit down somewhere. When I arrived at the time my food was supposed to be ready, it was not ready. I waited for over 25 minutes after the food was supposed to be ready. When I opened it, it was missing the mushrooms I paid extra for to be put on my steak. The side portion was also extremely small. Overall, the meal wasn’t worth anywhere close to what I paid for it.

The food is great but time after time this is one of the slowest kitchens for a logans. The kitchen used to be really good not sure what happened. Hope some day it will be back to its normal self.

In the past several months, this place has gone downhill. The steaks are obviously coming from a different supplier. The ribeye and sirloin are now just… weird. If i had to guess, i would say the steaks are now prefrozen and loaded with paipan or some sort of other tenderizer/ preservative solution. The steaks are now mushy, no flavor, and loaded with sodium. I have been eating here very regularly for almost 2 years, and the difference is very noticeable. The management claims there has been no change. Luckily, Texas Roadhouse now has a location here, and will be getting my business from here on out. After reading some other recent reviews, others have been noticing as well. We’ve noticed that the service has degraded as well. It’s very sad, as there are so very few good steak places around, and this has been a staple for us. The rewards program has been good to us since we dine here so often with our friends and family. I am afraid, however, that Logan’s has lost seven loyal customer with us.

Atmosphere wasn’t that bad but the hostess sat us all the way to the back corner so it felt very closed in. No windows or anything that would lighten up the mood. Surrounded by wood panels basically. Food wasn’t all that great except for the potato skins. Had to ask for rolls for the table and our waitress never asked if we wanted more and didn’t feel like asking a second time. Service was friendly but we waited too long to give our order. We did tell her it would be another minute but felt like we waited a good 15 minutes after that. She did however kept our glasses full of drinks so no complaints there. It was an ok experience but so many empty seats on Tuesday and we get put at the back. It’s not like it was a busy Friday. Do better plz. We go to restaurants to be seen and enjoy the place. Don’t hide your customers especially if the place has like 7 empty booths with windows.

Changing my review: Got seated and served quickly. Ordered a smaller strip, medium rare. I got a gray steak that was medium leaning toward medium well. Nobody checked on me so I decided to go ahead and eat. The steak was barely acceptable but then again this chain uses such thin cuts, there’s no chew or anything or anyway. My next interaction was with the server who was trying to clock out. I will say that the host refilled my tea for which I was grateful. Old review: Logan’s is always a favorite of mine. I can get a good steak at a reasonable price. There was no wait when I arrived which was a bonus. Service was relatively quick and the food great.

Trash food, dead at 8pm on a Saturday for a reason. Slow service, crew is un-enthused. For the same money you get better at Longhorn, Texas Roadhouse, or any steakhouse for that matter.

Placed an online order for curbside pickup. Ordered the chicken fried steak, with mash potatoes and gravy, and corn. Appetizer of potatoes skins. The only thing good about this meal was the corn, and mash potatoes. The Chicken fried steak, was completely over cooked, I had issues cutting through it. The potatoes skins were dry as a popeyes biscuit. This was my first time eating at this establishment, and I was not happy. This meal did not warrant the price I paid.

We first ordered the deviled eggs thinking they were going to come out looking like the pic on the right but we received the ones on the left that were just soupy, salty and the egg itself was extremely cold and unappetizing. My husband ordered the maui skewers, i got the fried cheese and bacon burger both medium. The burger came with cold mozzarella cheese-sticks sitting on top of wet lettuce to the breading was soggy. On the menu the cheese was advertised to be extremely hot to be cautious so i was pretty bummed out and just ordered a plain cheeseburger instead but still had to wait for it to be made so we just took it to go. Meanwhile, the maui skewers were well done and chewy. We were just kind of feeling defeated at that point and just left the dish there and split my burger otw home. The cheeseburger was great and fries were crispy. The waitress was pretty apologetic as she could obviously see the issues with the food.

Missing half my order, steak was overcooked and tasted about as good as a Denny's steak. The salad was clearly left out overnight then sold the next day as the lettuce Was browning and the croutons were stale. Spent 50 dollars on that. Taxes went up and quality went down.

Management is Not Keto Friendly We started frequenting Logan’s Buda location about a year ago. My family and I are on the Keto diet so we’re always looking for places that serve meat, chicken, and fish. Logan’s does, along with a nice Chicken Caesar Salad. Things were fine until recently when our server informed us that the manager said we were no longer allowed to order a la carte items (eg hamburger patties and chicken breasts) unless they were add-ons to a meal. We don’t have problems ordering a la carte at other restaurants, like Cheesecake Factory, Chili’s, Mighty Fine Burgers, McDonald’s, etc. I was disappointed, but it is what it is.

We had dinner at Logan’s Roadhouse in Buda last night and sat at the bar. The restaurant was quite busy, and the bartender was working solo, responsible for both the bar and preparing all the cocktails for the restaurant. She was incredibly hard-working, never stopping for even a moment. Unfortunately, the experience left us frustrated. We ordered two salads, but at least three other customers who ordered after us received their meals first—one even getting a full steak dinner before our simple order. The bartender was clearly overwhelmed and didn’t have time to follow up on orders, which we understood. However, it was frustrating that no one stepped in to support her. The restaurant appeared to have enough staff for the dining floor, but the bar was completely understaffed with no barback. Glasses piled up, and servers left empty bottles on the dish rack instead of disposing of them. Some servers were just waiting around for bar orders when they could have easily stepped in to help with small tasks. This points to poor training and even poorer management. It also seems like the restaurant might be cutting corners to save on labor costs, overworking their staff at the expense of both employee well-being and customer experience. We felt bad for the bartender, who was doing her absolute best, but the lack of support made the visit disappointing. We won’t be coming back, and I hope the management or ownership takes a closer look at how this location is run.

I showed up on a Wednesday evening 730ish. There is no one at the front. A young person with unkept hair walks up and says pickup? I reply "no I'm here to eat" he or (whatever their pronouns are) says nothing and walks away. Two guys walk in after me and these two get seated while I'm still standing their waiting to be seated. It wasn't busy there were plenty of seats available. They didn't sit in the bar area. Anyway it could be just a misunderstanding but apparently being a white male alone isn't what Logan's wants as customers.

Worst experience I have had. I returned my food, grilled salmon due to it being extra salty. Waitress came back with my plate and asked if I wanted something different. I told her I wanted the same thing. Waitress says,I feel if get you the same thing it’s still going to be salty. So, I asked for a grilled chicken salad. After 35 min still no salad. My husband paid for his food and we left. Not coming back.

We went during the weekend for dinner and the place was empty for good reason. It was hot inside? No silverware, then we asked waitress only brought 2 sets we had 3 people.Asked again to another person they never came back. Our waitress did say she never was a waitress before but these people didn’t really show her the ropes once? We were the test I guess and for the lack of service and unbearable inside temperature just go to Texas Roadhouse this was the last time for us.

Definitely the worst experience I’ve had at a restaurant in a long time. To start all 3 of our steaks came out well done when ordered medium rare. We sent them back to at least not get something over cooked and that’s when the table next to us is seated with a dog (Pomeranian clearly not a service dog), this is important for later. The second round of steaks come out and one is nearly raw - cold to touch temp wise and the other is yet again completely over cooked well done. The dog at the table then starts barking and going crazy, so they set it down from the booth on the floor and it starts barking at a cockroach!! An employee steps on it and squishes it and it popped like someone snapped their fingers it was so big and juicy Dogs shouldn’t be allowed in restaurants, just eat somewhere with a patio - I don’t understand why this was allowed. If you want over or under cooked steaks, dog hair, and cockroaches with your food this is the Logan’s for you.

Mallory was our server. This place was disgusting 🤢 my steak was not cooked how I ordered it and drinks didn’t get refilled unless we asked multiple times. The service was terrible. We were in the restaurant over an hour and still didn’t have our food. No apologies or anything!!

Went around 845 on Saturday night. Hostess didnt greet us. The table was sticky. A few workers walked past and didn't say a work. So me and my wife left and went else where. This is our 2nd time having a bad experience here. Prob just gonna start going to the new tx roadhouse just built. I just wanted to eat steak with my wife.

Left really disappointed. From the service of our waiter who had a bad attitude to the quality of the food and to top it all off the restroom had no toilet paper . The last time I came , the night shift crew did really good i got a different experience in the day today. This will probably be my last time coming here .

First time at the Buda location and was the worst experience we've had at a Logan's. We got seated right away but waited for service until the server from the section next to ours came to check on us (our server didn't show up) so Kelvin took it upon himself to bring us rolls, drinks and apps until our server could show up (still no server) So Kelvin took our order. After what was probably 45 min to an hr we didn't receive our meals. I went to find a manager not realizing Kelvin did too. The manager came to our table to apologize for the wait. Offered a 25% discount and said our food would be out in 5 min. About 15 min later no food. So we were done. I Let Kelvin know to cancel our order and asked for the check. A couple min later a server comes with our food. I explained to her that we were leaving so she took the food back to the kitchen. While we were waiting for the check Kelvin comes with a cheesecake to wish my son a Happy Birthday and apologized again for our experience. He felt soo bad that he told me not to tip but of course I did because he went above and beyond to try to make up for our bad experience.

1 star too high. Ordered a menu item that was 4 dollars more minus one side just because it was a call in order. Mngr said they had to charge for extras...what.??? A paper bag and a Styrofoam box means penalize a customer for more than 7 dollars. Terrible business ethic... And the food I purchased was disgusting. I am a caregiver for a disabled vet who wanted to splurge and get a chicken fried steak. It was a burnt pile of breading in the shape of Indiana. He ate 2 bites and threw it in the trash. Will never ever ever ever ever ever ever go back. Ridiculous and disgusting in more ways than one.

Service is great but the food is terrible. Potatoes are dry and taste like box. Steak seasoned wrong. Buns are not even good. Shitter version of Texas Roadhouse

Another disappointing visit. After giving them the benefit of the doubt the first time, it's clear that poor service is a consistent issue here. The waitress forgot our silverware twice, leaving us to track someone down just to enjoy our meal properly. The food also took an unreasonably long time to arrive, with no proactive communication from the staff about delays. It's evident that customer service is severely lacking. I would not recommend this place at all.

We started going to this location when we first came to the area 5 years ago and always had great or at least decent service. As of recently over the past couple months we've had HORRIBLE service in the last 3 visits and the last one was the straw that broke the camel's back. I ordered the zucchini fries with no parmesan (which the server repeated back to me) but still came with it, salad with no cheese, still came with it AND not the correct toppings (she told me I ordered wrong but after showing the menu she found out I was right), and then forgot my son's french fries. Up until recently going vegan, this was the best grilled steak I eat from a restaurant but I guess it's a good thing I don't have to worry about that anymore...won't even return for the salad.

I ordered a sirloin and it was disgustingly fatty and tasted like it was ground meat pressed together to form a steak. I ate two bites and left the rest because it was so fatty and gross. One of the worst steaks I’ve ever been served, because I definitely didn’t eat it, in my life. In town from Lubbock and I definitely wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone. The highlight of the evening was the very nice and respectful waitress. She was so nice that I didn’t even complain about the steak, I simply left it on the plate , paid and left.

I visited Logan’s Roadhouse and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. I ordered “The Logan” steak rare, but when it first came out it was closer to blue. I sent it back, and when it returned it was cooked medium well instead of rare and had a grainy texture that made it unpleasant to eat. I took a few bites but ultimately decided not to continue the meal. We asked for the check, paid, and left. Between the incorrect temperatures and the poor texture of the steak, this visit did not meet expectations. Sadly, I won’t be returning.

Malory was our server and we had the worst experience!! My first time there after my kids had told me how wonderful it was. Never got our drinks refilled unless we asked multiple times. Most of the things we asked her for we ended up getting from other servers cause we were tired of waiting. We were there to celebrate my 63rd birthday but we never even got to address that. IF I ever go back there we won’t have her as a server! My food was cold and my son’s steak was wrong.

The irony of the pork chops tasting better than the steak is not lost on me. Every time I've come here there has been an issue with something. Last time the steak was overcooked for a medium rare, and this time the center was undercooked... From my estimation based on how brown the meat was and the center being that way - they thawed the meat and my terrible meal was the end result of that. I still have a terrible taste in my mouth from that "steak". Oh and lest we forget about the hair in the bread - that the server did nothing about. And the kicker is that he took our military ID just to NOT apply the discount. Unbelievable. I am incredulous at the idea this establishment has a 3.8 with how regularly they disappoint. This will be the last time I come here.

We were sat at a dirty table. I asked our waiter for a towel to wipe down the table and he never did. The table was very sticky and it made it hard to enjoy my poorly made salad. If you like lime juice, this margarita is for YOU! There was NOT AN OUNCE of tequila in that margarita. I have been on blood thinners since '21. I am ONLY ALLOWED one alcoholic beverage and ONLY have one when we are out to dinner. Therefore, I look forward to this very much. This one? AWFUL. I knew we were in trouble when it arrived with a sorry looking lime desperately hanging from the side of the glass. I took the first sip after stirring and there was NO HINT of tequila in that cocktail. My glands immediately begged to be released. I grabbed my water and took a deep drink. My husband had one sip. He told me not to drink it as it was awful. I told the waitress who insisted it had been made at the bar. I am certain it had. I mean, it wouldn't have been made in the restrooms, right? We ordered the beer-battered onion rings which were outstanding. They provided sweet rolls which were also really good. Thank goodness because otherwise, I would have left hungry. Our daughter had a good meal- she had the coconut shrimp and fries. My husband ordered his steak medium rare. As soon as it came out, it was far too well done. I knew as soon as I saw it. The steak was TOUGH. Not a good cut. At all. His corn? HAD NOTHING ON IT! No butter, no seasoning, nothing. Why??? I ordered the "battered chicken tenders" but they were "battered" with bread crumbs and not flour? Our daughter ate most of them because when I removed one from the plate, the underside was SWIMMING in oil. So, yes, it's fried but you are supposed to drain it before you plate it. I was really looking forward to the baked potato. I like mine with butter, sour cream, and chives. I gingerly removed the foil wrap expecting the potato to be HOT. ONLY the UNDERSIDE of the potato was warm and barely that. The butter was not melted and there was barely a teaspoon of sour cream. The waitress was not available- at all. She had forgotten about the margarita and we had to remind her. She only came back to check on us and by then, it was time for the check. I used the butter from the sweet rolls to "doctor" the potato and after 2 bites, decided not to eat it because it had the flavor of having been heated and reheated. It wasn't a fresh baked potato at all. Finally, when we arrived, I counted SEVEN wait staff/greeters at the front desk. I am disabled and we were immediately seated right behind that entry area. The banter stopped as soon as we entered and didn't resume. I don't mind them doing that. It's good to have fun. I know I did when I worked in a restaurant in high school and college. When we were being seated, I turned to find all eyes from that staff on ME. They were actually STARING. I was stunned. I started back of course but how completely unprofessional! My husband was livid. It takes a moment for me to sit due to my disability as I have an incomplete spinal cord injury. My husband was helping me into the booth. The silence was deafening but the stares? Completely UNPROFESSIONAL and no, that alone? We will not be back. EVER. Talk to your staff including those in high school and in college. I'm not an "Old" person but some young people do use mobility aids. We do. STOP STARING. It happened again when I had to use the restroom. That was very clean by the way. The staff that was standing around in the front was talking until I passed and then, stopped. When I went back to our table, they turned to stare- again. So, no, not a fluke. Rude and unprofessional. Fix this. Stop watering down your cocktails to save money. We don't return to restaurants that pull this "trick" as we PAY good money for those cocktails and for me? They are MY TREAT. I only get one. It's a complete waste of money when I get one and it's lime juice that makes my glands revolt on the first sip. We will not be back.
