Excellent place for the whole family. Everything is clean. The food arrives promptly. There's parking and even a playground for the kids. There's a fun games table inside! I recommend it.

As an American, this is shocking to see people inside and it being so busy at 9PM (21:00). Food was fast, thanked me for joining them, great place, America should learn from this location and team.

Dopo aver pagato 15€ di panino mi é arrivato un panino col pollo,dopo questo bevendo il mio te mi sono accorto che c'era un pezzo di insalata e un pezzetto di nugget(nessuno col nugget nel menu)nel frattempo al mio coetaneo ha dovuto aspettare una mezz'oretta per mangiare il suo panino

a parte il servizio molto lento, a colazione dare alla clientela la possibilità di stare davanti al bancone e che possa toccare tutti i vassoi in preparazione non lo trovo molto igienico, va bene il servizio al banco ma ti avvicini solo quando il tuo ordine è pronto

Intanto che aspettavo il ritiro al Banco guardavo la cucina..nessuno con i guanti o pinze, prendevano tutto con le mani e buttavano nei panini

Personale inadeguato, non formato abbastanza. Lenti lenti lenti, mai una controllata se i tavoli sono puliti...se il bar fosse loro fallirebbe in una settimana

The worst McDonald's in the area, slow service in every way, I went to order a simple breakfast at the totem and they took an hour to serve a cappuccino with brioche, the cappuccino arrived cold, I absolutely do not recommend it as a place

Every time I order from drive-thru, I get home and find something is missing. Sometimes it's the Happy Meal fries, sometimes the sauces... Tonight it's the McFarries. I understand that mistakes can happen at work, but it must be the guys' habit of making incomplete orders.

Sinceramente mi chiedo come facciano ancora a stare aperti Personale incompetente, tempi di attesa lunghissimi, ordini sbagliati e pezzi mancanti Mai più!

Questa mattina entro alle 8.05 per fare colazione, ordino uova strapazzate caffè e spremuta d arancia, alle 8.35 ancora non mi sono state servite le uova, alche chiedo spiegazioni e con aria seccata mi rispondo di pazientare che stanno arrivando…sono arrivate alle 8.45.. Non è la prima volta che attendo così tanto tempo in questo mc donald, gestione da rivedere….

Non si chi gestisce questo McDonald's,ma non è in grado..siamo stati io e mio marito questa sera, nei video per l'ordinazione, mancavano i numeri per il tavolo, erano tutti vicino alla cassa, abbiamo dovuto andarci noi a prenderne uno,e il ragazzo alla cassa ci ha risposto male dicendoci "è sera,le metteremo poi" seccato. Abbiamo atteso 35 minuti per due menù normali, e a me è arrivato il MC crispy completamente freddo. Carne freddissima, quanto il resto. Le patate di mio marito con il formaggio,erano di gomma, le mie, normali,senza sale. Il mio tè era a metà bicchiere, solo ghiaccio. Locale non pulito,abbiamo provato diversi tavoli,ma erano sporchi. Volevo reclamare ma visto la lentezza e la professionalità del personale, ho preferito lasciare perdere. Non ci andate. Meglio Romagnano Sesia o Biella.

Extremely long waits, but the place is empty. The fries are always cold, a bit embarrassing. People have been complaining for months and no action has been taken. Where are the managers when they're needed? It's 8:08 PM and we're still waiting.

This is the third time I've gone for breakfast with my family, and now I'm tired. Rightly so, if the wait times are long, I like that they bring half the order as quickly as possible; the problem lies with the other half. Lost behind the counter with the staff who don't know who gets what. Disorganized, a cold savory breakfast, and a waste of time.

LIKE EVERY DAMNED BULLSHIT, THEY THROW THE SANDWICHES INTO THE CONTAINERS, WHICH IS ALL OUT. AND OBVIOUSLY TONIGHT AGAIN, THE DRIVE-BY SERVER WAS MISSING SOME STUFF FROM THE ORDER, AND WHEN WE ARRIVED AT OUR HOME, HALF AN HOUR AWAY, SOME STUFF WAS MISSING TOO. IN FACT, THE LITTLE GIRL DIDN'T EAT ANYTHING, AND THERE WERE DOUBLE THE FRIES ON THE MENU. PLEASE CHANGE THE PEOPLE WHO CHECK THE ORDERS BECAUSE THE SERVICE IS REALLY AWFUL.
