Love them in the morning! The best staff! Order always correct they make my ice coffee with love. In the afternoon is s hot mess! But the staff is still nice.

We ordered 2 kids meals and a meal set today for lunch and we waited for over 10 minutes. There are nearly no walk in customers in this restaurant but there is no staff having the time to take walk in orders. There are about 10 staff inside the kitchen that are very busy to handle the drive through customers.

The service was great fast and effective. \nThe food was very good and the staff was finally trained not to charge for jam. I am surprised they actually listened to the customer.

We go to this location quite regularly. Their drive thru is much faster than going inside. However I do recommend checking your order before you leave the window because they often forget to include a thing or two in your order; happened to me at least 4 times. I won’t say the staff is rude but dry is probably more appropriate.

I’m a fan of this location, but somedays it’s really hard to eat here because it gets so swamped and I feel bad for the employees, especially when people call off and leave 2-3 people doing a 5-6 person job.

I went threw the drive thru at around 4:30am on July 8th.. I asked for 2 number 1s and 2 number 7s. I pulled around received my food and paid. After looking at my food I thought something was off, as i only recieved 1 number 7 so I pulled around to ask. The lady (assuming the manager on duty )saw me and came over. After opening the window I had mentioned I had requested 2 number 7s she said I had only been charged for one. As I started to say we just wanted to be sure we weren't charged for 2 and only got one (as mistakes do happen) she let the window close and said she needed another number 7. She had an attitude the entire interaction. I wasn't trying to get anything for free I was trying to politely make sure things were right. I did receive another number 7 at no cost as I was just handed it and they let the window close. I was willing to pay for the second one. Drive thu also was pretty empty. Not a great experience.

Could be the location and how busy it is here but the wait times for food are way too long and the service is not great. Employees seem inconvenienced to have to help you. Last time I visited it took 45 minutes to get my order. Food quality is on par with every other McDonalds I have been to.

Convenient location, really nice cups for cold drinks. Drive thru wasn't too bad, a bit slow. Service was very friendly. The food was not good however - Worst fries I ever had from McDonald's. I am sure it was just a fluke, I'll try again next time I am down.

We wanted a milkshake late in the evening and doubted they'd be making them that late but they were! Long line but it moved quickly.

So there is this weird inconsistency to this location but I feel bad complaining because there are a lot of well-meaning employees. But then there are weird things, like how sometimes it’ll close for “reset” while other times it’s cash only. Or the fact it takes an hour from start to finish some nights in drive thru. A lot of this I suspect is door dash but then businesses need to accommodate when they take on these amenities. Also, occasionally weird quality issues. Like today. You can’t tell me whoever worked grill didn’t see this chicken was half the normal size and instead was still served. It’s funny but at same time I still paid full price. Also, check your sauce packets. You open boxes with a knife and put holes in package, then serve. Someone will get sick.

It's a pretty standard McDonald's. It's not bad, just average. The order was correct, and the overall quality of the food was just about as I expected it to be. The person taking my order kinda seemed like I was bothering them by making an order, but you'll have that I guess. Maybe if management paid people a living wage instead of making everyone scramble to make ends meet, that might change.

I got a sprite and there was no syrup. It was all carbonated water. The girl in the drive thru really seemed to hate being there. When I said thank you she just walked away. It might just be RBF but at least acknowledged me.

The service at this location is very slow. I ordered lunch and had to wait at least 20 minutes. The food was mostly okay, however, the fries were not fresh nor were they salted properly.

I waited about 1520 minutes to get 3 sandwiches and a hashbrown. The two egg mcmuffins had the wrong meat on them and the steak had no onions.

Slow to answer the drive through. Order and blue/red slushie and a frozen Coke. We get to the winter and was informed that the coke needed to be unfrozen 🤔ᴴᴹᴹ

I am rating this based on my sandwich I ordered. I dont usually eat McDonald's but I decided to try the limited time only spicy BBQ chicken sandwich and boy was I disappointed!! Compared to the picture on the menu, my sandwich was a FAIL!! Not worth $7.

The service was ok..the girl at the window was very polite..then me and my sister go to her house to feed her family and it was crazy..2 of the triple cheese burgers only had 2 burgers..and they were all over the place..the fries were hot but hard..it was a weird experience...spent alot to get what ever that was we ate anyways..because we were hungry and they were really busy..oh well😒

I used to love this McDonald’s location but lately it’s just gotten worse and worse whether it be wait time or employee attitudes it’s going down hill. I waited in the drive thru line for 45 minutes today and because I placed a mobile order I couldn’t just get a refund and leave and was told there is no guarantee that I would get my refund if I left. Very disappointed in this “fast food”

Ordered Mc nuggets at the kisok. The receipt did not print out. Woman was rude and did not have the common sense to tell what is on the order, like I pay attention to the order no. She took it back like I was going to steal someone's order. Get better customer service

Went there again after a Sabres game on the way home. There’s always an issue with something, some way and somehow at this location. I don’t know if it’s staffing issues, training or management, but simple orders shouldn’t contain incorrect items and attitude.

Terrible service on every visit. The saddest thing is that it's the closest McDonald's down the street from the factory outlet when visiting from Canada so a quick handheld meal would be nice at times. The order taker ask for us to repeat the order several times and when received at the 2nd window, items are missing, or not made as requested and the coffee and Tea is not made as requested - always cold as if its been sitting in a freezer ready to be served. We asked for milk packets and we got 1 small cup of cream. No stir stick, no spoon, no sugar although we asked for 2 sugars in the coffees and tea with extra sugar packets on the side. The chicken nuggets were cold and tough... I guess they've been sitting in the warmer for quite some time. From my knowledge, there's an expiration date after the nuggets are cooked and placed in the warmer, so they should have been thrown out and new nuggets should be made and served to the guest/customers. It's always a disappointing experience at this McDonald's location @ Military Rd & Niagara Falls Blvd in Buffalo, NY.

Went here to grab food for me and my friends. Ordered for 3 people. 1 Double Quarter w/cheese and 2 Big Mac meals. Took forever to order. When I got the order, I didn't check it, my bad, but when I did, holy crap. There were half filled boxes of fries, and the burgers were a complete mess, as if they were just thrown together. They should take better care of what and how they handle orders. Probably won't go back to this location if ever in the area again.

I have ordered from this McDonald’s numerous times and I don’t even know why I keep going back other than it’s the closest one to me. Their service is horrible. There’s only one employee there that actually has decency. The rest of them are just plain old nasty Their order accuracy is horrible and the way they treat people with Hearing disabilities is appalling.. I tried to reach out so I could get in touch with the owners to let them know about the situation and I get a generalized email saying thank you will do better next time. So incredibly rude. Went through for a 2 for $6 deal on their menu. The woman taking my order laughed at me and said "No you're thinking of another restaurant. We have no specials right now." When I pointed out is on the menu I am currently looking at, she cut me off and told me "that's Burger King" and told me about other chicken nugget amounts I can get that were more expensive. So shockingly rude! If I play Devil's Advocate and consider maybe the menu outside wasn't updated for some reason, she shouldn't have cut me off or laughed at me. See picture attached. The employee serving us had an attitude, had she not had an attitude i wouldn’t have written a review. Multiple orders that where placed where removed from the “now serving” screen without being served. We got our orders without cups then she was giving an attitude when we asked for our cups. There were basically no straws available either and the washrooms were not great. I will be doing my best to avoid this location. Sat at the drive thru for fifteen minutes waiting for them to take my order. The other lane had eight cars go though. I tried to get their attention by saying hello but no answer. The cashier was apologetic. Do t go to far side drive thru go to the one closer to the building apparently they get better service.

Multiple times in a row now I have placed an order on their mobile app and have gotten half my food handed to me with the wrong drinks. When brought to their attention I was met with attitude and handed the wrong order again. Couldn’t receive a refund for multiple food items and drinks missing and corporate offered no solution other than “we will let the store supervisor know your feedback” that place is a theft of money and a waste of time.

Every Wednesday I get a delivery for 3 grandkids. It is ALWAYS missing items. The items are even listed on the receipt attached to the bag in GIANT letters. What? Is the problem. I’m the idiot because I keep ordering. It’s a game now. What will be missing or when will it ever be correct. Total order is between $50-$75 with delivery and tip.

I did a mobile order and it was the worst service ever! We waited FOREVER in the drive thru. Then when we pulled up they told us to pull up for our food. We waited there for 10-15 minutes. Disgusting place. Waited ten minutes to use the bathroom, while waiting I looked around and found blood in the sink. I mentioned it, to who I assumed was a manager. She said "I'll call maintenance"... Went back to the bathroom, waited another 5+ minutes and an employee steps out. I asked him if he enjoyed his break and showed him the blood. What I don’t understand is being fully acknowledged 👀👀 (locked eyes, twice) while standing alone at the front counter and still not being spoken to at all. No “I’ll be right with you,” no “one second,” nothing. Just silence 😶 This involved the tall woman working the front counter at the time. There was already a DoorDash order sitting right on the counter 📦🍔, clearly marked, and I had to awkwardly step closer just to get acknowledged 😬. When I finally asked, I was told “it’s gonna have to be a second” ⏳ — even though the order was visibly right there. Turns out… it was mine 🤦‍♂️ The interaction felt dismissive and uncomfortable 🚫🙂. Being busy isn’t the issue — attitude is. As a delivery driver, we’re basically contracted extensions of the brand 🤝, and moments like this make you feel like you’re in the wrong place for simply doing your job. I can’t judge the food 🍔❓ because I didn’t try it — but based on this experience, I won’t be coming back to try it. Customer service is the face of a business, especially fast food 🍟👑. This experience made me not want to pick up from this location again 👎🚫

Mixed girl over charged us and then pocketed money. Would not give us a reciept. Another mcdonalds location charged us the exact same for $10 less. She took our money for herself.

Probably the worst Mcdonalds in the entire Western New York area. High bar to set, I know. But it genuinely is. Almost every time food is cold. Fries under seasoned. And the kicker... a quick time to get food is about 20 minutes on average (no joke). I have had two times this past month where it was over a 45 minute wait in the drive-thru. I placed a mobile order so there's not much I can do. My one wait was so long (52 minutes from check in) the Mcdonalds app automatically refunded me a couple hours later. And I know it's not really the staffs fault. The manager here is honestly a joke. They are clearly understaffed, but they never hire anybody lol. Kind of silly.

Went through the drive through on February 2nd. Got there at around 6am, sat at the speaker for 5 minutes to no answer. Said “hello” to see if I could get their attention. Nothing so I drove around, not a single car in drive through, and get back to the box where I sit for another 5 minutes. I’ve now spent 10 minutes waiting at the speaker so I’m thinking it broken. I pull up to the window where I sit for about another 3 minutes getting completely ignore by those inside. They’re on their phones, I can hear them laughing and yelling at each other. Whole thing looked like a first period high school class. Never got my food, all I ordered was a sausage McGriddle. One sandwich with a single item on it and that was just to much work for them. I hope these employees get reviewed or face some kind of consequences. Want to get paid more but not even worth the 15 they’re making. Diabolical.

I honestly don't know where to begin or what to write but even giving a ONE STAR is too generous after the situation that happened last night. Given the circumstances and the time, I understand it was going to be moment on receiving food in the drive thru especially being short staffed around overnights. But last night rubbed me and my wife the wrong way. When we got to the cashier in the drive thru, I told the employee that the root beer needed to be no ice nicely but then she proceeded to tell me that I told her light ice even though it wasn't the case. So I let her do her thing hoping this person was capable to do her job, but unfortunately that wasn't the case. So when we received the food, we were missing ten piece nuggets and our fries were cold, other than that the food was exact for the most part. So since the dinning room was closed, I proceed to go to the mobile delivery station where Uber Eats and other service pick up and ring the button. With it being below temperatures last night and stood outside for more than HALF HOUR until someone came up and I tried to explain hey we are missing just ONE TEN PIECE AND ALSO IF THEY WOULD BE KIND TO GIVE US FRESH FRIES FOR OUR TROUBLES since our fries weren't hot. So instead of being a measly 20 min wait, my wife and I ended up being at the store for more than HOUR and I had other people concern as well seeing me trying to keep myself warm while waiting on the food. So we did finally end up getting the food but again the FRIES WERE STILL COLD . This is completely unacceptable so honestly I would GIVE them negative stars at this point. PLEASE DO BETTER. I KNOW CUSTOMERS CAN BE IMPATIENT.

Drive thru is a joke in the morning. This morning, Monday December 15, 2025 i arrived at 4:23 am at the speaker to order and there is not a soul besides me at the location. Finally at 4:25 someone came on speaker for my order which consisted of one value meal, a number 2 to be exact. I then proceeded to the pick up window arriving there at 4:25. I sat and waited at this window til 4:36 where i seen Noone neither to collect my money or even in the store. After this I had to be on my way so I departed with nothing as I could not wait any longer. BTW this isn't the first time I've received terrible customer service since they're the only place open at this time.

This is the most disgusting food I’ve ever eaten. Three times I’ve eaten here twice in the last week and it tastes like vomit. I couldn’t finish my food, the fries are cold, the burgers are cold the breakfast steak sandwich doesn’t even fill the bun half way , the burgers litterally taste like vomit as well as the steak bagel . After that when I repeated my order again to the cashier, she still didn't hand me my burger and had the audacity to ask "I asked you what you ordered you didn't tell". Get another job please. It's not my problem you didn't listen TWICE!

Everything was disgusting from the hours old burgers (2 of the 6 burgers were hardened and cold) that they served us, to the half cooked fries that were not even close to half filled. Seriously... I paid for 4 large fries and lucky if I got 1 and a half large fries total. Will never return to this location because of how bad they ripped me off.

Ordered online around 930 pm on a Friday night, waited forever in the drive thru. Didn't get my nuggets, I got some kind of slop with onions and sauce in the box. I dont know what it is. Clearly it was a joke by the night staff, never seen anything this pathetic. They must hire anybody, never again lol.

This is a sad excuse for a location. Absolutely terrible staff. Order was incorrect and then was told that there was no food left due to change over to breakfast, which is legitimate, however when offered to replace the meal with a breakfast sandwich, the breakfast sandwich was made incorrect as well. They could not provide a refund because there was not enough money in the til?!? Please stop Pinocchio. To top it off while waiting, I was Dashing as well and received an order. Was told no order came through, then another car pulled up behind from Uber to pick up and they were told there was no order for them either. Dear Lord please correct your employees

You know it's a sad location when you're staring at your own time on the drive through count down but you have yet to see an employee at the window. 15 minutes for 2 sandwiches and 2 fries. Then they handed us somebody else's food. Do not go here, the franchise license should be revoked. It's been 18 now and everybody else behind us is still waiting because they're inept. This is the type of location the makes you swear off McDonald's

I dont set the bar high for a 24 hour McDonald's but to have at least 5 employees who are doing clearly nothing while waiting 20 mins for an order and then providing us with someone else's order only to then send out something resembling a burger, just thumbs down all around. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

Ordered at the kiosk two egg McMuffins, one hash brown and two bacon and cheese biscuits, which come without egg. Got home and opened them. I received two egg McMuffins, one hash brown and then two egg and cheese biscuits no bacon on them with egg added onto them and they looked absolutely disgusting falling apart. I called and they said that I could not get my food replaced because it was right after breakfast, even though it would require only cheese and bacon and two biscuits All of which they serve 24 hours except the biscuit. Spoke to Ray not very helpful. Did not even ask a name or offer to do anything But replace them the next day. Typically, I cannot stop at McDonald’s for breakfast as I drop my son off at school and go directly at work at nine but today I had the morning free. I feel I should at least be offered a refund, especially considering I could not get my food back that I ordered today so I am not able to eat Breakfast with my boyfriend, I do not eat eggs and the food look like absolute garbage in a wrapper. And to make it worse, it was not even busy whatsoever in the drive-through or inside which it typically is at that location

First, the lady taking orders in the drive-thru is sweet and pleasant. Only good part of this store is her. Second, I don't go to this McDonald's often and I'm reminded why every single time. Waited for "fresh fries" (nbd) but half the fries were missing. That's a large fry and the Big Mac was straight nasty. It looked like it was from last week. This mess set me back $13 and took up 26 out of my 30 minute break. If you don't want to cook food for a living, then don't. I got better food when y'all made $10/hr. Ridiculous.
