Olive Garden Conroe Reviews
I love coming to this location of Olive Garden. Service is always on point! Shout out to Sky our waitress! She went above and beyond with her service on my lunch visit today! Sky was very attentive, nice, proper, professional and friendly!
I was shocked of the service. That me and my wife and our families experience at olive garden in Conroe. The manger and the staff was extremely kind. You see me and my wife. Had just gotten married and yeah, we were on a very tight budget. The manger was kind enough to give us a lunch special on a Saturday. That morning, I picked up the cake and took it to olive garden an hour before they opened. Then after the wedding. We all went to olive garden. The cake was already on a cake holder. The lunch menus were already at the table. Since we had a large party. The manger closed off, the back room at no charge. The service, that our family experienced was beyond amazing and the food was excellent. That it really brought tears in me and my wife eyes. All I have to say is, may the Lord continue to bless the manager, staff and Olive Garden.
Cameron B. Did an amazing job. We've been here many times before and we always enjoy the food and the staff is always friendly but he definitely stood out. We went out to celebrate my sister's birthday and even though we were a little late (about an hour before closing time) he never made us feel rushed and he was very attentive. He made it a very fun and memorable night for all of us with his jokes and playfulness which I am grateful for because I could tell my sister was enjoying herself. Very very glad we got him as our server. ❤️ Hopefully he's scheduled the next time we decide to come in.
Food and service were great! Building was clean, staff were smiling. Really good experience.
Incredible environment and staff that are very accommodating and the food is always incredibly on point and Delicious! I really can't say enough about the staff either. They are polite, helpful and very good at what they do!!! They have consistently made my experience at this location one of great memories and quality! I highly recommend visiting this location!🥰😋
The waitress was exceptional! She checked on her tables several times. She suggested a Raspberry Lemonade for my drink, which was delightful. She even brought me a drink and soup to go. I wish I had gotten her name, but I wasn't feeling very well at the time. She was wonderful!
Great customer service. Food was excellent. Thank-You .
Malik was a wonderful waiter (I think that's how you spell it) We had actually stopped going to olive garden but because of our wonderful waiter the other day, we will definitely make it a point to drive the extra miles to eat here again!
WE JUST LEFT THERE... MEAL WAS AMAZING... I ALWAYS ORDER STEAK SHRIMP SCALLOPS OVER ALFREDO.... AMAZING....
We had a wedding rehearsal dinner there and they reserved the entire back room for our group of 45. We had an exceptional experience! The service team was outstanding, Skye was friendly, helpful and the whole team served us quickly and went above and beyond to give us good service. Very happy with our experience and the food.
Our service and food were spot on. Will definitely come back if I’m in the area.
We had recently received an Olive Garden Gift Card for $25.00 and wanted to see if 2 people could eat at Olive Garden for that amount. We ordered All you can eat of their Soup and Salad and two drinks. The total was $24.72. We have never been more pleased with the food, and our server, Jada was superb and the feng shui was on top!
Eric Piper and his team provided top notch service on Christmas Eve! Thank you all for working so hard on a holiday!
The food was great tiffanys service was amazing definitely needs a raise!
No wait for a Friday evening. Great service. Food was excellent.
Great for a quick lunch. Salad was good as usual. The Minestrone soup was a little bland. Connor was an excellent server.
Great service and very clean restaurant. Nicest one I’ve visited
We had a large group on Sunday. We were seated quickly and our waitress was very attentive to all our needs. The salad and breads ticks are always amazing. Recommend getting a boat of alfredo for dipping your bread in. To finish us off we all got their signature chocolate mints which are great!
I had the spicy meat sauce on angel hair pasta and my wife got the lasagna. Both were excellent!! Wanda was a hoot and our servers were on their game. We had calamari to start and the chocolate lasagna to finish. Of course the salad and bread sticks - great as always. Twas a fine evening!!
Haven't been to an Olive Garden in years, but so glad we went to the one in Conroe. We had a carryout order of a simple meal. We ordered spaghetti and meat sauce and the tour of Italy which has lasagna, alfredo pasta and chicken parmesan both with side salad. We called in when we got there and the lady brought our food out shortly after so the service was great. The food was good, although the tour of Italy was not as hot as it should have been. The side salads were amazing. They were large and well proportioned. My wife ordered hers without olives and peppers and guess what? Instead of just removing things from our order that we paid for, Olive Garden offset the subtraction by adding more tomatoes and onions!!!! Way to go Olive Garden. Attention to detail like this is how good restaurants stand out.
The food was amazing love the zuppa tuscana and talking to Tiffany was great amazing service she needs a raise!
Went on Mother’s Day. Was very busy. Got seated right away. Great server. We ordered our drinks and an appetizer calamari of course. The calamari didn’t come out like an appetizer it came with the food. We were ok with that the server apologized and said the manager comped it and it was paid for. So amazing. Didn’t have to do that. Always good service here. Little cold in there but good food
We went today without a reservation. A group of 11. They had a table ready in less than 20 minutes. They already had salad set up and ready to go and was prompt with service. My family and I enjoyed a great meal. Thank you for such great attention to detail.
My cousin and I came here after having not seen each other in over 6 months, so there was a lot to catch up on ! The server was so aware of this and was so polite to try not to interrupt our conversations. I haven't been to an olive garden in probably 10 years, but she was so sweet and made me want to come back soon. (And the food was amazing as always, no complaints at all)
On (02/26/2024)My boyfriend took me there we haven't been in a long time didn't even know there was one in Conroe our waiter Christian what's the most awesome waiter ever and I will continue to request for him he was very on point and was constantly making sure we were taken care of he needs a raise and needs to be recognized for his kindness and I can tell he cares about his customers I will continue to share this with my friends and family and I will continue to come to Olive garden we had the most fun there sincerely Cathy Bunn.
We were quickly seated with no wait. The hostess was nice, and the waiter came over and got our drink orders. He bought our drinks with bread and took our food order. The salad and soup came out quickly. The main course came out in perfect timing and was very hot and looked very appealing. I had ordered chicken parmesan with spaghetti and meatballs, and my wife had ordered ravioli carbonara. The waiter kept our drinks full and came to check on us periodically. Both of us enjoy the food. The service was excellent, and we will be back.
Love this place. Food is not an issue when we come here.. it's always delicious. But the service is always a hit and miss. Luckily, Fred waited on us this time and he was awesome. We will be requesting for him every time we go there.
Had a great evening thanks, in part, to an outstanding waiter! I had mentioned earlier that it was a cool evening and I could go for some soup. Apparently, she brings our grandaughter in here occassionally for "soup & salad"? Well, I was pleasantly surprised! It was a comfortable atmosphere and with the "soup & salad" for dinner, you have your choice of multiple soups, a salad and breadsticks; pretty much as much as you can eat for $10.99 a person. This was delicious. I tried two different soups. The salad was great and the breadsticks were fresh and hot! There is ample standard and handicapped parking & accessibility. All the employees we encountered were outstanding!! You cannot beat this restaurant for quality food and people in a family environment scenario or tucked away in a booth as a cozy evening for two.
I have no complaints about this particular location. Each time we have lunch or dinner here which is often always with family, they never disappoint. Always good service and fresh food. Compliments to Management and or owner. I really enjoyed fried ravioli appetizer and 5cheese marinara and Italian margarita ON POINT
The atmosphere is always so inviting and so beautifully decorated as this location. The fettuccine w/ grilled chicken was great! I chose the salad option. I love their salads! I had them add plenty of grated cheese to the salad and fettuccine. Sooo, sooo good!!! Sicilian cheesecake is so freakin good with a cup of their wonderful coffee just finished that meal sooo perfect! Can't wait to come back. Actually, I will on my birthday at the end of this month.
During a very busy period with several large groups, our waitress was understandably stretched thin, and the manager Christine proactively stepped in to help. she attended us till the end. This is called customer care. Which we really appreciated.
I haven't been to Olive garden in a long time and I recently came here a month ago for the first time in years. I've been back 3 times since then, the food is always fresh and hot - the servers are super nice and attentive and the restaurant is always so clean. I LOVE this place so much, I'll surely be back soon.
Just celebrated my birthday here with a party of 12. We were seated quickly and service was fantastic! Out waitress did an excellent job. Food was good as always.
We always have a great time at Olive Garden for our annual ornament exchange. But this year AND last year, we had the BEST WAITRESS! VERONICA! There was 16 of us. She took all our orders by memory! We were on awe! Her attentiveness to us was remarkable! Thank you to Bree as well for getting our reservations on the book!
I had the Chicken Alfredo and the Zuppa Toscana. Both were very good. The Zuppa Toscana is definitely my favorite soup. The availability of very reasonably priced take home entrees also adds to the value of eating at Olive Garden. I took a Spaghetti with meat sauce Home for my Daughter to enjoy while I had a large enough portion of the Chicken Alfredo to enjoy a second serving at home with her. Olive Garden is definitely my goto grip am enjoyable Italian meal at a very reasonable price!
Our server Natalie was perfect! Definitely recommend requesting her if you come , her service was 10/10, great energy from the start til end, covered everything and all that we needed/wanted! One of the best around there, if you get her as your waitress your visit will be well worth it!!!
Great family restaurant with good prices! We dropped in for lunch and was buzzing with activity. However, the full house did not stop outstanding service. From the hostess to the floor manager, we felt welcome and all were attentive. Exceptional service came from our waitress Tiffany! While she had her hands full with numerous tables, she was incredibly friendly and we felt her service to us was priority #1, as we noticed she did the same for all of her tables. Kudos for this outstanding waitress! Tuscany soup and chicken and gnocchi soup were excellent with good seaming flavors. Calamari appetizer was crispy and flavorful as well. Our entrees were spot on with just the right amount of sauce. Excellent everything!
I really enjoyed my meal. It wasn't too busy and the food came right out in no time. I had the cheese ravioli topped with melted mozzarella with the marinara sauce 😋 & bread sticks & a bowl of their delicious chicken gnocchi soup my favorite, along with dr pepper. There are alot of different menu options for you to choose from. So the next time you feel like eating a little Italian food I recommend Olive Garden take a friend, or a family member go and enjoy a nice meal.
The food was amazing and the waitor was really nice and friendly and checked on us often to see if we needed anything. If I could remember his name I would put it. My 2 boys scarfed down the spaghetti and meat balls and had dome to take home because they got the adult meal. My daughter loved her fettuccine and alfredo pasta ate all her grapes and almost finished her fries. My husband ordered the Salmon and said it tasted delicious. I ordered the Chicken (grilled) Tortolloni with extra sauce it was so good a lot on the plate so I got to bring it home with the awesome soup they had chicken gnoochi omg that soup was soooo good. Everything i had tonight I've never tried before so it was great that I got to really enjoy what I was eating for the first time. We spent 130$ plus gave a tip. It was a nice family dinner trying this Olive garden for the first time and we will be coming back. Oh and the bread sticks were awesome as well.
Andrew was seriously the sweetest server i've ever had. Great energy & did his absolute everything to accommodate to us. Thank you so much Andrew. The world needs more of your energy

Lexi was our server and she was absolutely wonderful!!! We love our Alfredo sauce and bread sticks.
Good quiet family restaurant, as long as there arn't babies crying. Most of the patrons are there for a quiet Italian meal.
Son was having a rough day so I told him I'd take him out to eat. He chose Olive Garden. We hadn't been in years. We were seated immediately even though the parking lot was very full. The waitress seemed very busy. Got our drink orders and when she dropped them off I told her we wanted to order an appetizer. She quickly turned around the iPad screen and said to order from there. Kinda rude about it, but we did as she suggested. She came back to take our order and was very rushed in the process. The pita chips with the spinach artichoke dip were way over cooked. The dip was great. The breadsticks smelled and tasted like plastic. Salad is always good especially when you order extra peppercini peppers. Son ordered shrimp fettuccine and loved it. I ordered the ravioli carbonara and it was very good. Towards the end of our experience the waitress seemed to be less stressed and starting chatting with us a bit. When we walked outside we realized we were missing something. The mints! We walked back in and someone said "the mints?". They gave us both a handful but they were hidden behind the podium. Overall it was okay. But those breadsticks? What has happened over the years? The waitress even agreed that they are not the best. I didn't get photos like I normally do. I'm off my game apparently.
Quickly greeted and seated after walking in around 6:30 pm (on a Friday night no less) Service was great thanks to our server Brian Food was great (I recommend the stuffed chicken marsala), drinks were well maintained by our waiter Brian at all times. Restaurant was slightly cramped so some of the other wait staff were stumbling over one another trying to squeeze past to their tables. All in all a great 1st visit to this location and will definitely be back.
Everything was great till we received desert we paid bill and she never returned too see if we would like a bag for togo food or drinks or say goodbye
Normally great, but lately when using curbside the service was not so great. The first time they forgot to add a soup, this past time we sat there for over 20 minutes after they said our food was ready. When we went in to ask about it, the bag was sitting right there.
Service was amazing. She handled our large table with ease. Appetizers were great, main dished could have been better.
Our family outing with a party of eight was on a Sunday afternoon. The restaurant was packed. We had called ahead to alert them to our large party, and they were ready when we arrived. The dining rooms were filled with people, so it was quite loud, but we managed to have a great time celebrating our grand-daughter’s birthday. The food was quite tasty and consistent with my expectations. The Carbonara with shrimp and chicken was delicious, as was the chicken parm. The salad was plentiful, with our bowl filled often. Breadsticks were devoured…delicious as always. The servers were friendly and attentive, and helped make this a special outing for all.

The food did not meet my standards. The best part of the meal was the bred sticks and the salad. Waiter was really good and super quick.

Food was great. Had a large party consisting mostly of 13 year olds celebrating my child's birthday. In the 3 hours we were here our server refilled my water once and never asked another guest in our party if they wanted anything else after they had ordered the neverending soup and received one bowl. I understand that a large group of kids probably isn't a servers favorite group but knowing this I had planned to tip generously for good service. I was very disappointed. Overall the kids enjoyed themselves and the food was tasty but the service was far below my expectations.
Food was mediocre at best. Olive Garden food has went downhill.
Use to be my favorite place to eat. I don't know what yall have changed but haven't been happy with the food I order and iv gotten sick a few times.. love peach tea your salad and bread sticks .. but steak wasn't cooked right Alfredo noodles were hard.. soup was disgusting.. and we tried new marinara thingys were over cooked to hard to even eat.. told our Waitress but she didn't care nor took off my bill... I spend a lot of money with yall and tip every well.. I'v been a server for years I know how hard u work and people don't tip right or leave a few bucks on the table.. when I Waited tables I made good $$ made sure my people had everything drinks filled food cooked right.. everywhere iv worked every1 that comes in wants me to wait on them... my job now I have been here 10yrs.. sonic I make 4.50hr car hop and bring home ne where from 100-400$ a day! So u need to get your staff on same page and cooks.. make sure they know how to cook and if it's not right to remake it! Thanks.. we did come every Monday and weds but I don't know if I'll b wasting my money there ne more
Food was good. Very large salad quatity. Service was mediocre. Just under staffed.
We have always had good experiences at Olive Garden. Tonight was very different. My daughters French fries were dark brown and overcooked. I received my meal several minutes later to find my chicken parm was overcooked and could not even cut it at the edges it was so hard. My server was nice, but the offer was for a dessert, which was not what I expected. I came here for chicken parm, not dessert. We left paying full price and disappointed. I would not recommend the Conroe, TX location again.
Went for a birthday party. There's never enough toppings on the salad. But you can always count on the bread sticks with marinara or the cheese sauce. The meals are always plenty but just mediocre, nothing to brag about. Our server was amazing. Couldn't of asked for better service!
It's pretty bad when the waitress tells you all of their draft beers have been down for over a month!
I will say my previous experiences have been really bad and there was one particular employee that set the bar this time. She was knowledgeable on the phone, she was polite and did not rush my order, she offered me a drink while I waited so my bread sticks were able to be remade. I was a few minutes late and she felt they needed to remake them. The salad was amazing. The gnocchi had a good amount of chicken and fixings in it. I do believe it may have been put into the plastic a bit too warm because it had an off flavour this time. I will be back and I will order it again. I have revised my review because of this one individual and I think she needs to be training the new hires. She's been there long enough to read my review and make it a point to turn service around. Thank you!
Less than positive experience at this Olive Garden. Food was excellent and service was on par for an Olive Garden, but not stellar service. Our waiter wasn’t as attentive as other Olive Gardens. What made the experience not ideal is the noise. It used to be Olive Garden was quieter than other similar chain restaurants. That’s not the case anymore. Noise level is distracting at this location. The other issue is the entitlement of some guests thinking that it’s OK to watch TV on their phone really loud. Restaurants like Olive Garden do not enforce any type of policy and are OK with ruining other patrons experience who know what proper etiquette is at a restaurant. Unfortunately, I’m adding Olive Garden to my list of restaurants I’ll skip next time due to this experience. Restaurants are so expensive now and people with etiquette shouldn’t have this experience.
Well we went in at 11:00 when restaurant opened. Got seated and then went to restroom to wash hands and use restroom after being on the road 3 1/2 hrs. DISGUSTING!!! Looked like the floor hadn't …
We get there the waitress takes 15 minutes to even get our drinks ordered so we figured might as well just order the food since its going to take a long time. The waitress never came to our table to ask if we needed anything else we literally had to hunt her down. Her face said she didnt want to be there. The food was great and the atmosphere was awesome the only problem I had was the service
What an uncomfortable and unfriendly service. I found myself apologizing and feeling nervous because it was clear the waiter was not happy to be in customer service. On our way out a big group of servers were in the kitchen area loudly discussing people's skin colors. The bathrooms were filthy. Mirrors dirty. A pair of pants near a trash can. Not a single smile. Not a welcoming place to be at all. Food was not good enough for all that.
I got the Alfredo which the noodles were hard and stuck together like they were cooked the day before and so little sauce that it couldn't help the noodles. The salad and bread sticks were great. I won't be back as there are other restaurants that don't serve you warmed up day old food.
Was told there was no Gnocchi soup after we ordered everything, one of the reasons we decided to eat here tonight.
I'm disappointed with this visit. The waitress started off strong. She offered an appetizer and we went with the calamari. She had the answers to our questions. Then everything went downhill. She never brought the calamari. We asked her for a straw and she said she'd be right back and stopped to chat for 15 minutes. Tried to get her attention again ... with so much effort, she finally came. It was a special occasion and the experience just soured it. 2 stars because the dessert was good.
Service was horrible. 20 minutes to get a glass of water. Waitress said the bar was backed up and actually raised her voice in a condescending tone to my husband. It was his birthday dinner. Ordered never ending soup and salad after the first bowl we had to stop another person to ask for a second. They lost 7 out of 9 guests in our group. Apparently the waitress only enjoyed serving two out our group. We still tipped. But never again.
Got to the restraunt at 8pm. They maybe had 5 tables seated but refused to seat our party of 5 until the entire party was there. When you don't have any business you should be seating everyone as fast as possible. In my opinion.
Pasta Alfredo wasn't good, didn't like it. Much better at the Grand Lux cafe . Waitress at the end wasn't friendly at all, she took our drinks from the table, and we told her we were not finished she said sorry, kitchen want to wash dishes, we will soon be closing. Didn't like what she did, and she never came back to our table.
I had a graduation lunch with family and friends, but the service was horrible. The place wasn't even busy; it was slow. We were seated and waited 10-15 minutes before we had to flag down a hostess just to get any service. In all, the food was delicious, and we loved the service we got in the end. I believe her name was Kate; she was amazing 👏
The food was enjoyable, and the service was very professional. However, we were extremely disappointed to see a German cockroach crawling on the wall next to our booth. After looking into other reviews, I noticed similar complaints dating back two years. It’s clear this location has not addressed the issue. It’s unacceptable and poses a serious health concern.

What can I say! This location made it so I will never visit another Olive Garden again! The service was just okay to start with. That’s fine. Our food took forever and when it arrived it was cold. The plate was hot but the food was freezing. When we complained the waitress immediately sent over the manager as if she didn’t want to deal with it. The manager came over and was literally in our face almost spitting on my husband’s food! She asked what do you want me to do in a very rude tone(obviously this is a reaffirming issue she has to deal with hence the attitude). I felt so bullied I asked her to please just leave the table. I should have walked out then and then. To make matters worse after we complained our waitress literally disappeared! I had to wave another waiter down for boxes and then to pay the bill! Absolutely worst dining experience I’ve had!
expierence was so poor today. we love coming here but today was an entirely different ballgame. there was a roach crawling beside our booth. i ordered chicken alfredo and was not given any chicken. ii had to ask twice for it. no refills on anything i had to ask. our server hardly showed up to us. my wife had shrimp alfredo and her shrimp was burnt and you could tell they tried hiding it with the sauce. the sauce was so watered down with our meals that you couldn’t taste the sauce it was like water with milk in it. tried to tell someone but we waited 45 minutes after eating and no one approached us. this was before we paid. took the food to go to give it to my dogs. we never have left overs here.
When we arrived (3.28.25) there were 4 employees at the front just talking with each other. The first woman greeted us was holding a tablet and she was nice. The next three were just there and seemed like they didn’t want to be. We were seated and then 2 different people got our drinks. Okay fine whatever, but then the waitress came over and was rude. Joey was her name. She seemed high on something. She took our order. 3 of us got the same thing, chicken Alfredo and the gnocchi soup. The 4th got a salad. The salad came out and our soup. We finished everything. She didn’t clear the finished plates and would refill our drinks but we kept waiting for food that never came. We were there almost a hr….Then The waitress came back saying “did yall get your food?” I answered no and then she said she forgot to put our food in. We were going to the movies so we didn’t have time to wait so we just said don’t even put it in. Terrible experience and won’t go back. How do you forget your tables food?? Especially when we all got the same thing….i did leave her an undeserving $5 tip when I shouldn’t have had to pay for any of it. I can’t say enough that I will NEVER go back to this place. Over priced for poor service and subpar food
I swear on my mother's soul that I will never set foot in another Olive Garden restaurant again for as long as I live. I have been feeling unwell since 4 AM. I stopped at Kroger in Willis to grab a cup of soup to go for dinner, but they no longer offer freshly made soup, so I ordered a bowl of fagiole soup from Olive Garden in Conroe, which is about a ten minute drive. We enjoy this Olive Oil and have been here many times. When I arrived, I called the number on the to-go sign, and after some back and forth, the person on the other end of the call told me that my order would be ready in approximately fifteen minutes. Twenty-five minutes to ladel some soup in a cup?! Really? I reminded her that it was just soup and asked if they had to make another pot or could they just ladel some in a cup and bring it out for me. Common sense would dictate that since soup, like salad, is an unlimited item, there must be a pot already cooked in the kitchen. It should not take fifteen minutes. I could even walk inside to grab it. So, she asked me to hold so she could ask her manager. Five minutes later after being on-hold, another lady picks up the phone and says, "Thank you for calling Olive Garden, how can I help you?" That was it! I just wanted a bowl of freaking soup to go because I felt terrible and had not eaten all day. A simple to-go container with some already made soup, and I could go home and slurp it down and lay down for the night. Unfortunately, that was too much to ask for. Now I'm going to bed hungry because my stomach is upset and there aren't many places that serve decent soup to go. I will never step foot in an Olive Garden restaurant again. Ever.
This place use to be good now avoid it like the plague. There food is bad.Their management is bad.Their service is bad.You can go there at noon and their parking lot is empty that says a lot.
I rarely leave reviews, but my experience at Olive Garden was just awful. The manager was shockingly rude when we politely brought up issues with our meal—condescending and completely dismissive. The service was incredibly slow, and when our food finally arrived, it was cold and clearly had been sitting out for a while. No apology, no attempt to make it right. It felt like we were an inconvenience just for showing up. Definitely won’t be returning. Total disappointment.
Our hostess was super nice and friendly. I am not sure if she said Chelsea or Ashley, but we were seated in the bar area. Service was absolutely horrific. Our dishes were not cleared right away and we kept having to ask for refills. Our food was bland and my soup was not warmed all the way through. When my soup arrived, you could see where it had been latteled into the bowl as the rim and plate had not been wiped clean. My ravioli was not cooked properly and had hardly any sauce. Our waitress vanished and we ended up paying.with the kiosk on our table and leaving. Even if we had taken our left overs, I do not think I would eat them or feed them to my dogs because the food was so bad.
Ordered pick up. Mash potatoes were cold and look old not fresh Got spaghetti with meat sauce, this was very cold, the sauce was cold and the spaghetti was undercooked and cold. I guess this is what they do if you don't tip or tip too little.
Over cooked dry bread, over cooked pizza crust, no drink refills, or additional salad. This is our second attempt with bad luck. Will be driving to the Olive Garden in Spring moving forward!!! We decided to drive to the Spring-Woodlands location to eat, after our bad experience in Conroe. Everything was perfect, as always!
Just last night my wife and I decided to go out and eat at Olive Garden for my birthday. To our surprise in my wife's broccoli it had a worm. The waitress was kind and asked us if we wanted to replace the meal or she was going to get her manager to remove that charge. We usually come to Olive at least 10 times out off the year with my family of six. Very disappointed the manager didn't at least come to our table to make sure that this wasn't the last time we come to the restaurant. There's nothing he could have done but it would have better to at least hear an apology for the inconvenience but it didn't happen. To everyone out there please check your food before you start eating.
Let me just start by saying I travel all over and leave reviews at different locations to make sure the service is the same across-the-board. Today I gave Olive Garden a shot and they missed the target by a longshot. I had to continuously ask for refills. My guest that was with me had the unlimited soup and salad and instead of asking her what soup she wanted he just continued to bring her the same soup after she asked. It’ll be a while before I come back I wasn’t happy
We got there at 9:05 last night. There were people eating and they close at 10. We were never spoken to and ignored by two employees at the desk. We stood there for 10 minutes and no one spoke to us or offered a table. 2 separate waitresses walked by and said they would get someone yet no one came. Very disappointing as we have eaten there many times in the past.
Not satisfied with the service of our server, we went Sunday I ordered a pasta with marinara sauce and crispy chicken, kaylee the server came out with our food and the order had meatballs instead I politely told her that was not what I order she took it back and brought wrong again.Nonetheless I won’t be going back and if I do I will request a different server.
Make sure not to go here if you need a table and a high chair. I walked in today 2/26/26 around 4:30pm the restaurant was pretty much empty and I was told when I requested a table with a high chair that they did not have one available. I kind of chuckled and said your restaurant is almost empty to which the lady replied yeah but we don’t have one available. Ok thank you and have a great day. I will say shoguns was more than happy to accommodate our high chair needs.
Just don’t come here. They don't have a full service bar, as they can’t make dirty martinis and their drafts are out of order. We ordered one appetizer, two bottled beers for my husband and I had one cocktail, but in the middle of the night I fell very ill, and have been unable to keep even water down. Seems like some cross contamination took place during our visit, or past due ingredients were used. Regardless, I will never be back to this location. The bar area looked like it needed a deep clean, but the worst part is that damp, likely bacteria ridden, wash cloths were left by the register on a bar top next to all of the liquor bottles. What appeared to be the manager, would touch them then proceed to make drinks without hand washing. You can tell the staff and management do not care about the customers.
We went to the conroe texas location and the experience was horrible considering it was my daughters 18th Birthday Dinner and I told 2 people..the host and our waitress Jazlyn that it was her birthday upon our arrival. They assured us they would take care of it. We sat and ate for close to an..hour awaiting her surprise...It never happened.. when I questioned her, she said oh, I'm sorry I forgot about it. After paying for 150$ for dinner and nice pre paid tip that I paid assuming the birthday surprise would come.. I was pissed when I spoke to her..the hostess gave her a piece of cake as we were leaving while Jazlyn never showed her face, the manager didn't either... I wish I could've given the sweet hostess the tip
