Unfortunately, I have to downgrade from 5 stars to 1. The chicken is still delicious, but it's starting to have issues. I've ordered chicken a few times and it doesn't come with tortillas. That only means three things. Or, since it's a takeout order, they don't mind sending the entire order. They have no quality control and check to make sure it's complete. And the last option is that they don't buy enough tortillas and run out before the end of the day. Finally, there's a package that includes two baked potatoes, one with ham and one with flank steak. Last time, they gave me two with ham instead of the flank steak. It's back to the same old story. Did they run out of flank steak potatoes and/or didn't they pay attention? If they don't have any available, the customer is notified. The food isn't spoiled, thinking they won't notice or complain. Previous 5-star review: After trying various chicken restaurants in the city, where our favorites were "Pollo Pepe" and "Compa Pollo," but finding the quality of these two significantly lower, we decided to order from this place on Uber Eats. We didn't have high expectations, but we were pleasantly surprised. The chicken, spaghetti, and especially the roasted potatoes were delicious. We will definitely order again: 10/10.
