This location doesn't get enough credit. The service is always fast and accurate. The staff is great and they have to deal with a lot. It's always a show if you dine in.

It is a McDonalds. Nothing really bad about this place. If one thing to complain about is there is a decent amount of homeless people around outside. It’s not McDonalds fault, it’s the city. They do have security guards posted outside so there is that.

The food is always good but they almost every time make us park in the front and wait for quite a while. My son gets very antsy and impatient. It can also be uncomfortable with some of the people walking around and approaching you at your vehicle.

McDonald’s needs to bring that time clock back at the drive threw were you can see the time it takes Back in the days if they didn’t have your meal in a minute you get a free something. I’m at the drive thru for 5 mins or more now. Or sent to go park at one they empty spots to bring your meal 😂 this ain’t fast no more more 🤔

Went to order some food and they canceled my order for no apparent reason they took money from my card obviously the order went through, but don’t know why they canceled it. This place sucks won’t buy here again.

They did not allowed me for the bathroom , I told the Asian lady at front I will buy after I use the bathroom , but she demanded that I have to buy something first. It was a disgusting experience first time at McDonald that they treat a human being like this . That was inhuman .

Waited about an hour in line for some reason...why the hell it takes so long to take orders and prepare the orders it took about 10 to 15 minutes per car to move..this is not except able..I placedy order on the app and can't get a refund unless the store approves it but no one answers the phone or to tell the for a refund so I can go somewhere else...what's the reason for such a long wait...

Slow services. Missing food. I ordered foods through the app for lunch. when I got to the location, drive thru line was long so I parked and did curbside pickup. Waited for 20 min before I finally got my food and it was Missing a hamburger.

I’m not sure if the owner know. But everytime I come to this McDonalds in the morning before work(4am to 6am). The hash brown are always cold and old and the eggs inside of the Sausage egg McMuffin’s are always green! 🤢 Please please do better, this is the only McDonalds that’s close by the hospital for workers to stop at.

Came to pick up my sister lunch and I still haven't received my order been waiting for 30 mins now. This is ridiculous for real. They came out just to tell me they didn't have a certain item on the menu. I'm very upset.

This location needs better everything. Managers & cooks should be the 1st to be replaced. The burger served today was not prepared correctly and it was over cooked to the point its dry as the street.

Their customer service here is ridiculous. Drive thru people are always slow to take an order and management itself are rude!! It shouldn’t take 20 to 30 mins for some fast food!! Highly unprofessional and they just don’t know how to talk to the customers. They seriously need employees who are willing to take on the job and provide great service. The drive thru service is ridiculous!! Literally sitting there for 10 minutes for someone to take an order!! Like come on it should be the fastest service.. seriously this place needs new employees and faster service

I haven't been to this location in a while cause ive always had bad experiences..but me n the family had a late night craving and it was the closest location to us so thought I'd give them another chance.. let me just say I was once again disappointed.. was suprised to see no line there on a Friday night so i figured our service would be quick n efficient.. but we had to pull to the front to wait for our order when we got it some of our buns were burnt to hell our fries were either refried to many times or just fried wayyy to long they were literally translucent and hard as rock all 6 of the small fries were cooked the exact same way inedible I couldn't even give them to my baby cause I was afraid she'd choke.. this location I feel is just beyond repair always homeless ppl, orders never right and have workers with either attitudes or with no clue what they're doing... all of my bad experiences have been at this same location will not be returning..
