Fui por recomendación de un familiar al restaurante y ha estado genial. El primer ramen que he probado y tengo un problema, las expectativas muy altas para los que pruebe en adelante. Cocinero y personal muy atento y amable. Hay que esperar 25minutos aun que vayas con reserva eso sí, pero todo genial. P.D pedir extra de cerdo y huevo en el ramen si vais con hambre. ¡Genial! 😁 Fuimos a cenar aquí 3 personas el sábado 6-diciembre-2025 a las 22:30 y salimos muy satisfechos. El local tiene mesas tanto en el interior como en el exterior (terraza). Es muy recomendable reservar con antelación, ya que casi siempre está lleno. Si no, puedes hacer cola y esperar hasta que se libere alguna mesa, pero es mucho mejor reservar con antelación. La reserva no te asegura que te den mesa en el interior o en el exterior. En nuestro caso, nos tocó mesa en terraza (exterior), pero estuve bien porque había estufas cerca de las mesas para mantenerse calentito y no pasar frío. Además, hubo un momento en el que entré al local para ir al baño y noté que el ambiente estaba bastante cargado por el calor de la cocina y el olor de la comida. Por lo tanto, estoy contento de haber tenido mesa en el exterior (terraza). Servían platos por separado. Nos pedimos lo siguiente: ► 2 Tsukemen (12,90€ por plato) ► 1 Ramen de Miso (12,90€) ► 3 suplementos de huevo (0,60€ por suplemento) ► 3 botellas agua (2,20€ por botella) ► 1 Onigiri de Chashu (3,60€) ► 3 Daifuku de fresa (4€ por daifuku) El precio total de todo se quedó en 62,70€. Precio por persona = 20,90€. La comida me pareció toda muy rica y de buena calidad. Las cantidades también eran grandes y correctas (no me quedé con hambre para nada). Tanto el ramen como el onigiri me parecieron deliciosos, con ganas de repetir. La camarera que nos atendió (Karen) fue muy amable, simpática y cercana. Nos supo aconsejar en todo momento. Desde que descubrí Ramen Ya Hiro, he ido incontables veces y, sin duda, considero que es el mejor ramen de toda Barcelona. He probado muchos lugares, pero el sabor de su caldo, que según me contaron preparan durante 48 horas, es espectacular: intenso, sabroso y con la textura perfecta. Los fideos siempre están en su punto. Siempre repito, y desde que lo conozco, no voy a ningún otro sitio de ramen.

El mejor ramen con diferencia de la ciudad condal. De entrante pedimos unas gyozas, bastante buenas y de ramen el de miso con extra de shashu y huevo, tiene un sabor tan intenso y profundo que enamora al paladar. Increíble experiencia, se nota que el chef pone todo su amor en el caldo y en la calidad de los productos. Importante reservar con antelación, ya que se forma bastante cola, volveré sin duda.

El mejor ramen que me he comido hasta ahora. Bien es cierto que mi abanico con este tipo de comida no es muy amplio, pero no tiene comparación con todos los que había probado hasta ahora. Pedí el de miso con extra de huevo, y estaba muy rico. La carne casi se deshacía, y el caldo estaba muy concentrado, con mucho sabor. Recomiendo reservar ya que siempre hay gente.

Ramen-ya Hiro is an amazing find in Barcelona. The restaurant is small but food is excellent. The owner chef of the place is Japanese, so the ramen tastes authentically Japanese. Serving staff is polite. Even Japanese get their ramen food there.

Took a while to get a seat, but it was worth the wait. The menu was simple and the restaurant was very cozy similar to the ramen shops in Japan. Despite being very busy, service was pretty good and I even got to have a pleasant chat with the chef (who I also assume is the owner). Please give this ramen shop a chance whenever you are in the area!

I enjoyed my dinner at their outdoor tent. Immediately after they opened up at 19:30, there was a lineup. The ramen is delicious. Roasted rice tea tastes bland. Overall, it is a come-again restaurant.

One of Barcelona's culinary gems that we will long remember after we return to the US. The ramem is well worth the wait. Delicious and remarkable. Service was efficient and friendly. People were lining up an hour and a half before opening. There were over 35 people in line at 9pm after we finished our meal. Do not pass up experiencing this restaurant!

Everything was top notch. Tightly packed but cozy atmosphere and one of the best wakame salads I have ever ate in my life.

Ive tried 5 ramen bars in BCN and so far this is the closest to original taste. I ordered Miso since I like creamy ramen, it’s not really salty so I was able to finish the whole bowl. Price was reasonable too. You can walk it but you have to be wait since the queue might be long, so better to make a reservation.

Went just after midday for some hot ramen and they only serve cold ramen at this time. I was disappointed, but I gave the cold ramen a try and it was very good. Service was also very friendly and responsive. Highly recommend.

*Be prepared to wait one hour to get in* not sure if they take reservations?, because we came 25mins before the opening time, there were already 14 people, however at 7:30pm when opening, the other side has a short queque and they get in first not sure if they had booking already? we are confused. Ramen has 3 flavours, shoyu, miso and seafood. miso brouth is very thick, pork chashu only comes two piece. you can add extra toppings. Chef is japanese and with other local team, good work in the kitchen, I appreciated. Food is great. However I hope they improve how to organsize the waiting queue or increase opening hours.

Ramen was ok. Not great, just good. I had a ramen, tea and coke. There is no vege option, only meat option. Two pieces of pork meet roll is included in basic. Cold tea is disgusting. Warm tea portion is very small, enough only for one cup. I had a reservation for 19:30, so just for the opening, ordered at 19:40 the latest and waited for an hour for my order. When sitting outside it gets very noisy something - a car or a motorcycle - passes the terrace. Generally, nothing super special about this place, I would advise going elsewhere if you have a choice.

Un poco decepcionada al ir a este restaurante con la idea de disfrutar de una sopa de ramen caliente en invierno, pero a la hora del almuerzo solo ofrecían menú del día y “ramen frío”. Me lo recomendaron como el mejor ramen de Barcelona, pero sinceramente, para mi gusto, la experiencia no fue buena. El chashu del onigiri tenía incluso un sabor extraño, casi a pescado 🤔, nada que ver con el chashu clásico servido en el ramen. Pedí ramen caliente, pero al no haber, decidí probar el ramen frío para conocer el sabor… y lamentablemente la decepción continuó. Quizás debería volver otra vez para probar el ramen caliente, pero sinceramente, no creo que vuelva.

the ramen is delicious. but i agree with reviews saying the experience feels a bit rushed. we were ordering desserts and a server ran away without hearing us finishing our order, then brought us 1 dessert instead of 2 we initially wanted and already a check with it. the other server helped us get what we wanted but it still was an awkward experience, considering we haven't even been dining for long, maybe for like 30 minutes. the restaurant is always packed and everyone is pretty close, so no special atmosphere as well.

The food was really good, but I personally felt a bit rushed. My bowl was taken while I was still finishing my drink, and although I know the team was busy, it made it hard to relax. Several staff members checked in on me throughout the meal, which I’m sure comes from wanting to offer great service, but for someone a bit more introverted, it had the opposite effect. I also got the impression that I needed to keep ordering if I wanted to stay longer, with frequent offers for add-ons or dessert. It’s a lively and energetic place, just not the right atmosphere for the quiet dinner I was hoping for.

My friend and I arrived 10 minutes before the restaurant opened, and there was already a long queue. At 19:32, the staff started separating guests based on reservations. (So if you’re planning to visit, make a reservation beforehand!) Since we didn’t have one, we were informed that the wait would be around 40 minutes. Fortunately, we only ended up waiting 30 minutes before getting a table. We ordered gyoza, soy ramen, and seafood ramen, finishing off with black sesame pudding. For drinks, we had two glasses of wine. •The gyoza was tasty and arrived very quickly. •The ramen was good, but not extraordinary—nothing I would personally wait over 30 minutes for. The seafood ramen had a lighter broth, while the soy ramen was much thicker, almost unnaturally so. •The black sesame pudding was enjoyable at first but quickly became overly sweet after a few bites. When the staff brought the dessert, they also delivered the bill. As soon as we finished, they cleared our plates and asked us to pay. Even though we still had some wine left, they came back again to tell us we had to leave because other guests were waiting. Overall, I’d give it a 6/10. No matter how tasty the food is, if the service and atmosphere don’t feel welcoming, it takes away from the experience—especially for €13 per ramen plus a long wait. So, if you’re planning to try this place, the best advice is: MAKE A RESERVATION!

Fui con un amigo a cenar ya que había ido otras veces y la experiencia había sido positiva. La comida y ambiente a priori estuvieron bien. El primer problema fue que las gyozas estaban pegadas entre sí y se notaba mucho que no eran recién hechas, de hecho fueron bastante decepcionantes. Luego pedimos los dos ramen miso con picante que estuvo bastante bueno. El segundo problema fue que al decir que no queríamos postre, nos pusieron la cuenta sobre la mesa cuando recién empezabamos una segunda cerveza que acabábamos de pedir. Hasta ahí no había tanto problema, lo malo fue que un minuto después se acercaron para pedirnos que paguemos. Ya con la sensación de que nos estaban echando, aunque sin considerarlo tan grave, nos apuramos en terminar la cerveza. 5 minutos después vino otra camarera y me dijo “Realmente necesito la mesa” a lo que mi amigo un poco incómodo contestó que aún tenía que terminar la cerveza. Cabe destacar que habíamos comido entrante, dos platos de ramen, dos cervezas cada uno, todo esto en poquito más de una hora, no es que estuviéramos más de 3 horas ahí sentados. Lamento que tengan que apurarte de esa forma para sentar más gente en una misma noche y ganar unos euros más, no me parece la forma adecuada. Volviendo a la comida, anoche nos gustó pero hoy tanto mi amigo como yo estamos con algunos problemas gastrointestinales de los que prefiero no entrar en detalle. No me gusta dejar malas reseñas porque siento que perjudico al local y no es mi intención, pero en este caso me gustaría que la gente sepa con lo que se puede llegar a encontrar.

Hicimos una reserva para seis personas, confirmada con antelación. Un día antes nos enviaron un correo para reconfirmar la hora, pero en ningún momento nos informaron que los grupos serían ubicados en la terraza. Habría sido importante saberlo, ya que en febrero por la noche hace frío y no esperábamos cenar al aire libre. Desde el minuto uno, la camarera se mostró muy antipática. Al llegar, nos dieron una mesa pensada para cuatro personas con dos pequeños taburetes en los extremos. Detrás había una mesa de siete con sillas normales, lo que nos llamó la atención. Le pedimos si podía darnos un par de sillas con respaldo porque los taburetes eran incómodos y apenas había espacio, pero respondió de mala gana que solo podría darnos una cuando llegaran el resto de las reservas. Esa respuesta no tenía sentido, sobre todo porque había sillas libres justo al lado. En un momento llegué a tomar una silla disponible, y la camarera vino de malas formas a decirme que no podía hacerlo porque “estaba reservada”. Yo también reservé. Si todos pagamos lo mismo, lo mínimo sería ofrecer las mismas condiciones de comodidad. Ya hacía frío como para, además, tener que cenar en un taburete. En cuanto a la comida, el ramen estaba bueno, aunque el de soya resultó demasiado salado.

El ramen está muy bueno (aunque hay mejores en Barcelona), pero el servicio es pésimo. Si llegas 10 minutos tarde (aún habiendo avisado) te cancelan la reserva y te hacen esperar de nuevo. Luego te meten prisa para pagar y casi que te echan para meter a los siguientes. Supongo que sufren de su propio éxito y como siempre va a estar lleno, les da igual el trato. Was initially full of anticipation to try this ramen seeing the hype, but ended up being sorely disappointed. Although we did not have a reservation (advised for those who disliked queueing), we decided to go ahead and queue for a good 75 minutes (7:45pm - 9pm). Initially, they did not open the second store (mainly used for take out), but upon seeing the slow turnover rate, they eventually opened it and we were ‘fortunate’ to be the ones to be seated there. Upon taking our orders, we still had to wait another 15 minutes for 3 items to arrive— gyoza, miso ramen, soyu ramen. - gyoza was carelessly served, with the sauce spilling out of the condiment tray all over the gyozas, spoiling the integrity of the fried gyozas. Taste wise— it was decent but not top tier. - both ramen bowls were completely not up to par for a Japanese-owned ramen restaurant. Although most ramen cannot be compared to those in Japan itself, we were horrified to find out that the ramen broth was not genuinely boiled, but instead, it was made from instant concentrate, making it taste extremely artificial, with the broth clinging onto the tongue. Took a photo of the remaining sediments found at the bottom of the bowl, something not natural of elite ramen. Overall, experience was a huge let down, we were out of the restaurant within 15 minutes, after having queued for 5x as long. I didn’t even finish my bowl of noodles. Could have gone for instant cup noodles instead. Will never be back, will not recommend to anyone.

This is review for take out. Don’t use this as a guide for dine in. Ordered to go/takeaway. Very bad. Ordered miso ramen, miso ramen with picante sauce, and tofu salad. We had to cook our noodles and warm up the broth. But the soup was strangely thick: perhaps they used a thickener like flour, cornstarch, or a nut paste. My friend could not finish the noodles. And this person loves noodles. Too much work for a very bad bowl of ramen. Better off with instant ramen.
