Tap Room Los Angeles Reviews
As we arrived at Art District Brewing Company at 12pm, there was $3 off early beers. So the Two to Tango (Guava Vanilla Wheat Beer ($8) became $5). Two to Tango did have the mild guava flavours with creamy taste of vanilla. It was also mildly sour from the wheat beer fermentation. Strange Powers (Hazy IPA ($8) became $5) and it had the aromatic hops and was juicy with slight dank which we enjoyed. Having drank so much IPAs across the world by now, we felt that it lost out a little on the aftertaste. After drinking the beer, your mouth quickly becomes bland without the lingering hoppy bitterness which we think marks a great IPA. We then moved on to Traction (IPA ($9) became $6). Traction did taste like IPA but strangely though, it looks like a lager with its yellowish golden hues. We love that it was hoppy and had a very mild bitter aftertaste... We’ve been multiple times and it is always an enjoyable spot to hang inside or outside. We weren’t kicked out since had kids and dogs with us which was a big plus for us!
Awesome microbrewery that has an atmosphere which is both microbrewery and sports bar at the same time. There is also pool and other games. They sell very good snack foods like burgers, fish tacos nachos, quesadillas etc...
Go during the week for awesome lunch specials! Beer is delicious and there is a nice variety to choose from. The guy pouring was very kind offered lots of samples which is cool. Bathrooms were clean and the whole place was just really nice and maintained. I'll be back next time I'm in LA! :)
The bartenders are quick to acknowledge you and are able to give you back your card after they start a tab. That’s very convenient since some people forget their card at venues after they’ve had a few. Got to try a bit of the fish and chips dish and it was good. Lots of people on a Friday night. The only thing I didn’t like was that they kicked us out of the outdoor patio around 10pm even though it was busy, full of patrons.
This was my first time to Art District Brewing. I really enjoyed the games and the outdoor patio. Great place to relax with friends and have some drinks & food. Parking is great because there is a parking lot right next door which is hard to find in DTLA. Would probably return when I’m in the area.
Arts district brewing company is the quintessential brewery pub with exquisite beers on tap and a delightful menu! The gorgeous building is beautifully restored and includes not only the brewery and restaurant, but also vintage skee ball machines! For the athletic crowd, axe throwing is also available. If you're coming to the LA arts district, this place is not to be missed. The staff is amazing!
This place was my starting point on this adventure and a definite brewery to visit again. We stayed inside as it was off peak time at 1:00 p.m. There was another group who came in for a round of beers but that was it. I can imagine it gets super crowded at night. The food looked decent, but the beers were really good! (I tend to pass on the food to save the space for the beers. 🤣) A definite place to come back to again!
During our trip to the Arts District, we stopped by this spot for a few drinks. I had been here many moons ago and remembered they had a full bar, so I was surprised when we ordered two mojitos and saw them poured from a handle, similar to a beer tap. That was a bit disappointing, I was expecting a freshly made cocktail. On the bright side, we ordered the ground beef nachos, and they were delicious. There were a few tables reserved for a party, so we sat elsewhere, but eventually, the group ended up taking over part of our table. The host was incredibly kind about the situation and even offered us baked goods and cake as a gesture for the inconvenience. Overall, it was a memorable experience. I just would’ve preferred a handcrafted cocktail over a premade drink.
The energy here was great! Especially during the GSW Celtics final game. Food was good. Mixed Drinks were solid! The speaker system did make it a bit hard to talk with coworkers. But that might be different another day.
Big space with great food, beer, and games. Great place to meet with lots of people — but can definitely get super busy. Would love to see more pool tables
Not my favorite spot but from the times I have been here I've enjoyed myself! This is a spot you can go to alone without feeling awkward. Nice plus with the arcade games! Helpful staff!
Great brewery! The building is industrial type with a ton of interior space. The open entry leads into a large, long, 2-sided bar. Additional seating is available on the raised side of the building as well as off behind the bar.. with the showing sports on a large screen. There's also a cool game room for the adults..I mean the kids? Ok, both. Service, at first, was disappointing. We waited awhile to be acknowledged. However after we were waited on, the dude was super attentive with a great persona. I tried a few different IPAs and was impressed with each. Great flavors, balanced, good mouthfeel. Recommended and will be back!
had an uncomfortable experience here. The bartender appeared intoxicated while working, and their behavior during my order made me feel uneasy. This affected my comfort and overall experience. I hope management addresses this, as professionalism and safety are important.BARTENDER WITHA WHITE HAT

Tap Room: More Than Just Pizza in the Heart of LA
I was chatting with a friend the other day, looking for a reliable spot in Los Angeles that hits all the right notes, and Tap Room immediately came to mind. You know those places that just *work* for almost any occasion? This is one of them. While they’re known for their pizza, Tap Room offers so much more, making it a truly versatile hangout. First off, this place is deceptively big, but it manages to maintain a really chill, welcoming atmosphere. I’ve heard about folks dropping in on a Sund...
