First time going since it was close to home. It was better than anticipated, and our server was very attentive to our needs. The food was great altogether, but the charro beans were everything!!! The mango margarita (or was it pineapple???)snuck up on me, I guess I drank it too fast 😆

I can't say enough about this amazing place. It has a fun atmosphere with beautiful colors. Our waitress was so sweet and helpful with the menu. The chips and salsa were yummy. They had corn chips (instead of flower) and the salsa had a nice little kick of heat at the end. I ordered the chicken and shrimp fajitas and they were amazing! Everything was perfectly seasoned and the portions were enough to feed two people off of just one order. They also have a drive thru, which I found interesting. We will definitely be returning for more great food.

The chips and salsa were quite bland. The quesabirria was average mainly because the meat wasn't flavorful but the consome made it much better. The service was prompt and friendly in a quiet cozy setting

This was my first time here and I'm not sure if I'll be back. The restaurant ambiance was alright, I brought my 4 month old baby and I wasn't worried about the noise. The service was quick and the young waiter answered all of my questions politely, and the food came out hot, however the food was nothing special. To begin with the salsa was watered down and lacked tomatoey flavor. My husband ordered the beef fajita plate and it was pretty good, the meat was juicy and tender with a nice flavor, although the charro beans were nothing special. I decided to order the ramen birria and it's made with traditional lamb. It had a very odd smell, and I think that maybe the noodles were bad or simply had a weird smell. It did not taste like any birria I've ever had. I did not complain because I'm not sure I would've been able to exchange my plate just because I thought it smelled weird. Their bathrooms were also pretty clean.

Went for a friend's birthday party. Food was okay, not the best tacos I've had and I was charged 2.50 for some cheese. The drinks were awesome. Staff was amazing and handled our rowdy crowd well. The DJ had the music bumping. It was a good time all around.

Was in town to visit family and they picked this spot as one of their favorites. The atmosphere was lively for a Saturday evening, decor was cool, very colorful & traditional. My husband and I come here just about every weekend, we never once have had a bad experience until today. First let me say our food was delicious regardless of how terrible the service was. Our food is always amazing any time we visit this restaurant. Typically our food comes out quickly today despite being on the slower side than they usually are our food came at least 20 minutes after we ordered. The waitress we had today I’ve never seen before, her demeanor was off and she had an attitude. I chucked that up to maybe having a bad day. As the lunch went on the service drastically got worse. The server never once asked if our food was ok, if everything came out correctly, never asked for refills (all of our cups were empty btw), she messed up my order, forgot the sour cream side, we also ordered a large queso which should have came with chips, she never brought chips so we left with the bowl of queso. Keep in mind the entire time we ate there was a pregnant employee in the back left corner from the check out station, chatting with an employee… we finished our meals and needed to go boxes. Now we are waiting and looking around at all the waitresses socializing with said pregnant employee and her friend that had been dining in. As we continued to wait my husband was becoming more and more irritated. Shortly after the pregnant employee and the other few socializing moved to a different location where they were cackling and hugging all while we are waiting for our server or any server at this point to come over and give us our ticket to check out and so we can ask for to go boxes. Our server was MIA this whole time. Finally my husband jumps up and starts asking for help with food boxes and our ticket to check out… pregnant girl has a MAJOR attitude asking him condescending questions that should have been directly asked from our server! We are both really disappointed with today’s visit we brought a family member with us that was visiting, because we have always loved this restaurant. However after today we will not return and will not recommend it to anyone ever again.

Enjoyed my birthday celebration here. The food was great and our waitress was wonderful. I called the day prior and was told reservations can not be made and to show up at 4:45pm to grab the tables I needed. Upon arriving, I informed my waitress and did as instructed. The manager on site took the tables, despite people in my party needing them. No other customers were present to use the tables. I was a bit disappointed by the lack of communication between staff. It complicated the start of my dinner. However, it eventually all worked out, and we were able to enjoy dinner as intended. The food and drinks were great, and the patio is a nice addition. The restrooms could have been a bit cleaner. I may return for lunch, but I would recommend reconsidering for larger groups.

We had our first dining experience at Taquerias Mexico and it was OK; not a good experience, but it was not a bad one, either. It was just an okay dining experience. However, I wasn't impressed with my entree. Food: It was OK. Our entrées were nothing remarkable and arrived at our table on the cool side. I ordered the Chili Relleno with cheese, and it had a lot of liquid under it on the plate, which made it rather soggy. Plus, it was kind of cold, so I did not find it very appetizing. I have never had a chili relleno sitting in a pool of liquid. I couldn't finish it. My refried beans were rather thin and more on the runny side. My entree gave me little desire to return for a visit. My daughter ordered the Birria Tacos and thought they were OK. Again, they arrived a little cool. My husband ordered the Enchiladas al Carbon and thought they were okay. Nothing remarkable. The salsa was good, and so was the Chili con Queso Super Compueso with ground beef, pico de gallo, and guacamole, but again, it was not really warm. Our waitress was exceptional! Five stars to her for delivering top-notch customer service and being absolutely fabulous! The service was great! A BIG Complaint: They charge you a 3.89% fee of the total bill for use of a credit card or debit card. I'm not happy with that. I've never dined at an establishment that practices such a thing. And because of that, it's highly unlikely I will return for another visit. If you go, bring cash and save yourself some money.

Staff was very polite and made sure our visit was pleasurable. The horchata was a bit sweet for me but was still good. The chips, and tortillas all tasted store bought and take away from the experience of a sit down restaurant in my opinion. Wish they at least had chips that tasted a bit more fresh. Our waitress must have been having the worst day of her life. Never brought out queso that was ordered. Asked for sweet tea and it came out over brewed so I asked to exchange the tea for a water and when I asked her to take the tea off the ticket she rolled her eyes. Burrito was good but came out cold. Should have just driven the extra 3 miles to Los Pinches. Now we know better.

This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at this establishment. I come here quite frequently and have always had outstanding service from servers like Angie, who consistently provide 10/10 hospitality and make every visit enjoyable. The food has also always been excellent, which is why I’ve continued to return. Unfortunately, during my most recent visit, my experience was completely different. My server, Araceli, displayed a very unpleasant and passive-aggressive attitude throughout the service. It made what should have been a positive dining experience uncomfortable and disappointing. I hold this restaurant in high regard based on my many prior visits, so this interaction was especially surprising and frustrating. I truly hope management takes this into consideration, as service plays just as important a role as the food itself.

This place is going down quickly. Hell even Darth Vader's Super Star Destroyer was slower crashing, going right into the Death Star. Drive-Thru menu, disgusting (see pictures) We couldn't be heard. We couldn't hear the girl taking our order. Frustrating! I told the staff member about the towel on the menu and maybe that's why we couldn't hear or be heard. She said I know it's there and dismissed it. I asked for the jalapenos to be on the side (see picture). Barbacoa tacos? Well the blandest I have ever had. The cilantro tastes off like it wasn't good. We didn't ask for any sauces, she never asked if we needed any but we got a bunch (see picture) we got home had no napkins. No utensils. This Sith Lord will not ignite any lightsabers or salute you in anyway. A long time proud member of the Sith Empire....this has me furious.
