Texas Roadhouse is a family favorite. The atmosphere is always full of life. The staff was attentive and checked on me multiple times. Would go back again!

We come here often. The food has been great each time. Our servers have all been friendly, attentive and efficient. Everyone has been so friendly!

This was our first time at a Texas Roadhouse. It was really good. I ordered a Sangria Margarita and the chicken critters with ribs. It came with two sides. I got the loaded mashed potatoes and the caesar salad. It was delicious! It was a lot of food. We were three at the table and we ordered two plates and it was a lot. We could not finish it. So come hungry or bring more people!

Carry out was fast friendly and correct. Food was delicious.

As we walked in, we were offered the option to handpick our steaks—which completely surprised me in the best way. I’ve been to Texas Roadhouse locations all over Texas and even in Tennessee, and I’ve never had that offered before. It was such a unique and personal touch. Our server, Kaylee, was absolutely fantastic. She had an upbeat and friendly attitude, gave excellent service, and was incredibly attentive. We never had to ask for a single thing—she kept everything running smoothly the entire time. The food was delicious, and our steaks were cooked perfectly—exactly how we ordered them. You could really tell care was put into the meal from start to finish. This was hands down one of the best Texas Roadhouse visits I’ve ever had. If we’re ever back in the Midland area, we’ll definitely be coming back!

Texas Roadhouse is hands down one of my favorite spots, and this location in Beaumont always delivers. I use the app to do a pre-check-in before arriving, which definitely saves time—it helps get a table quicker, even on busy nights. The food is consistently great, from the rolls to the entrées. On the rare occasion there’s been an issue with my order, the staff has been quick to make it right without any hassle. Service is always warm and attentive, which keeps me coming back. The only heads-up I’d give: the parking lot fills up fast during peak hours, so you might need to find off-street parking nearby. That said, their curbside pickup is impressively fast—I’ve used it a few times and had no complaints. Every staff member I’ve interacted with has been kind, professional, and efficient. The management and the service are amazing. The kitchen staff cook the steaks as close to perfect as you can get. My only complaint is petty. They have pictures of country legends all over the place, but play nothing but terrible modern "country".

I travel for a living and I’ve eaten at several Texas roadhouse good food, good prices, good service and never been disappointed with this restaurant. I’ll admit that they have messed up a steak or two here and there but they’ve always made up for it and brought me out another steak the way I asked for it originally.

I came in, sat at the bar, and was greeted by this friendly bartender "Courtney". Great service, smile, and easy on the eyes, made sure I had everything I needed so I could enjoy my meal. I was raised on a cattle ranch, so steak is and will always be my favorite, the ribeye cut in particular. When i say they made my day with a perfectly cooked med steak... I throughly enjoyed every bit of the steak down to the explosion of flavor the fat gives you when ever so slightly seasoned with salt... my grandfather would be proud. Paired with a baked potato and makers mark old fashion and stick a fork in me I was done.

This place is one of the best steakhouse that I have been to. The steak was done right and very good. The waitress was fun and up beet and quick to help. Over all this is well worth your time and money.

I love the entire West Texas area franchise of Texas Roadhouse!! Whether it’s Odessa or Midland, my boyfriend and I are huge fans. However, THIS one is our home. We come here for date nights pretty often 🥰 Their steaks are my favorite. The cooks are always on point with what we order. The vegetables are always perfect. House salads are impeccable, perfect amount of everything perfectly balanced. The sweet potatoes are always good. The green beans are one of the absolute best things on the menu! EVERY TIME. I give 5 stars because price, quality, consistency, customer service are always on the mark or above 😄😄 We ❤️ y’all and thank you guys!!! Also: even the to go side of this restaurant is just as good as the inside “dine in” experience.

Nikki was my waitress and she absolutely rocked it. By far she was the best waitress I've ever had at a roadhouse. She was very knowledgeable and helpful while ordering and just overall was amazing at her job. I will be back and will definitely be sitting in her section again. I love Texas Roadhouse. I love that each location connects so much with their community. They offer great food and at affordable prices. The people seem to love to work there and the management is always good to visit the tables. My steak was delicious (medium rare 12 oz ribeye) with salad and fries. I took my picture after I started eating because it looked so good! 🤣 Staff seemed a bit busy and slow to respond to drink orders, and they were out of a couple of beer types that my friends wanted.

We had a table of 6 we were seated in under 10 minutes and had the best server (Big Mo) he kept our drinks filled and gave more than enough ranch, lemons, bread, the guy was on top of it! Visiting from Oregon, it was my husband’s and I first time at Texas Roadhouse. It was a busy crowded Saturday and we were seated quickly. Service was quick and great, even of how busy it was. We are use to ordering a lot because most places give small food portions, but here, we took 3 boxes to go. So much food! I would definitely come back. Thank you to our server and manager who made our first experience a great one.

While my steak came out overcooked, our server Kourtney was incredible and made the experience so much better. She was friendly, attentive, and had such a warm personality that it honestly changed the whole vibe of the meal. Customer service like hers deserves recognition!

The prime rib was on point, the rolls have gotten a little smaller but still fluffy and hot and awesome paired with the butter. The staff was great, had a trainee and trainer, he was teaching new guy well. Atmosphere was great besides the loudness but in a way you can't get past that. Overall we were extremely satisfied and well taken care of.

Texas Roadhouse offers great service and tasty food. The rib eye is highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy a flavorful, tender steak. Every time I visit Midland, I make sure to stop by. The only downside is the parking, which is almost always full, so it's recommended to make a reservation in advance. Despite this small detail, it’s a place worth visiting for a great dinner.

Always busy, I love the text feature to let you know to check in. The food was great, and the service was excellent. We got seated on the little hall next to the entrance, and it was freezing cold. The little tablet was not working correctly to receive payment. Tried it a couple of times until the waitress tried with NFC and it took it.

My family and I enjoy coming to this restaurant regularly because the food is consistently delicious. The bread is one of our favorites—soft, fluffy, and buttery—and the cinnamon butter takes it to another level. The service is always friendly and attentive, which we really appreciate. However, I do have one ongoing concern. We've had a recurring issue with our steaks not being cooked to the requested doneness. While they occasionally get it right, more often than not the steaks come out noticeably undercooked. It's a bit disappointing, especially since everything else is so enjoyable. We truly hope this is something that can be addressed going forward, as we'd love for every part of our meal to match the high standards the restaurant usually delivers.

I always love texas road house. It's atmosphere, its family friendly. Though the music is quite as loud that hard for me and the waitress to hear each other. Only reason for the 2 stars was that the food was good, the service however was completely lacking. Went here because I wanted a steak and I had eaten at Longhorn and Salt Grass steakhouses, the host was friendly and accommodating, asked me if I wanted a booth or to set up a flat top at the bar so I figured why not the bar. Once I sit down Aubrey, the blonde her bartender asked if I would like a drink, I requested an ice tea unsweetened. She gave me a menu and some silverware, and then brought my ice tea, there were obviously people she knew sit next to me because she spent most of her time chatting with them and with a couple guys at the other end of the bar about 10 minutes later she took my order, I ordered the grilled shrimp appetizer and the hand cut 11 ounce sirloin steak. Well about another 15 minutes went by after taking my order and another person who I think was an expediter brought out my steak, but no shrimp, she went and talked to Aubrey and shortly after that my shrimp showed up. Nobody ever check back with me during my meal, was never asked if I wanted anything else got my check and left. I have worked in the food and beverage industry for many years, I’ve been a server, a bartender and I have been a dining room manager, and it amazes me how places like this don’t train their people to treat all paying guest and customers, the same whether they’re drinking or not. The food was great, but the service is probably the worst I’ve seen in a long time. If you do go here, I suggest sitting at a booth or don’t waste your time and money. Longhorn steakhouse definitely has a lot better service and just as good food. Update 8-6-23 Received a personal call from the Manager Aaron and he apologized for them missing it on service, we talked and he was very professional and polite, I changed the rating to 4 stars for the simple fact that he took the time to reach out and discuss the matter, I have no ill will towards Aubrey and hopefully we can just put this behind us and go forward. Met a friend for dinner at Texas Roadhouse. Food was good, as was service. Meals came out in a reasonable amount of time, even with the restaurant full, in the middle of dinner service time.

Too many employees airing out their differences or frustration in the restroom.. like 2 locked in a stall together or by the bar area. Food was great! Our service was awesome! Thank you to Nikki for providing excellent service and drinks.

Food is very good and serving size is good , prices are reasonable, the only thing I dislike is that the employees park close to the building knowing that costumers barely have parking spots and makes customers park in the Walmart parking

I had a bad steak experience here. I ordered a medium rare steak and me and my wife waited around 45 mins just to get our food once I got it was basically well done. So I had to send it back. Waited another 15 to 20 minutes to get my second steak and by this time my wife already finished eating I cut it open and it was broader line medium. I would say medium well. At this point I was already upset and really hungry I didn't say anything but the steak was so dry I couldn't even finish it.

Howdy partners! We ate there in 12/29/19, I ordered the grilled chicken and sirloin plate; the chicken was kind of dry and the sirloin steak was kind of chewy – I ordered it medium rare., My gorgeous wife ordered the ribeye and ribs plate now those ribs were delicious and even the ribeye was more tender and also ordered it medium rare. I don’t get what’s the deal with all those peanuts they serve in small buckets ??? but they taste pretty good. The rolls and butter they serve when you first get there are also pretty good, sorry I did not get a picture of them before we swallowed them up. The ticket was kind of steep for me ?, we ate there because my sister gave us a gift card for Christmas so that’s the only reason we went there but the food was pretty good. Good food, our server (Leif) was fantastic, but wholly cow was this place packed... The servers that I came in contact with were all wearing masks and the restaurant had plexiglass up around all the seating areas for social distancing as well as communicable fluids that could be spread...As for food, I had the ribs, sweet potatoes and a Caesar salad which they were all good...It was average...The service is what was exceptional...

Maybe it was a one time thing. I travel through Texas and NM and have been to several Texas Roadhouses. I got an order to go yesterday late afternoon. Host was friendly, girl who took order was polite. Not a lot of people, and food was ready in about 20 minutes. I had to quickly check everything was correct (many times when I get to a hotel with to go, they inevitably leave out dressing, plastic ware, etc). Things seemed there. I get to room, and then opened the dinner up. Sadly, for what I paid, it left me disappointed. Ceasar Salad was flat, discolored, very little parmasean. Dressing was ok. Bread was hot and soft. Broccoli was very wilted, and lacked flavor. Dark green bordering on brown. Baked potato was perfectly cooked and large, with enough butter for my liking. 10 oz butterfly filet was just ok. Asked for medium, but was just a tad overcooked. Pink in very middle but quickly went drier towards edges. Wasn't bad, but my preference is for a little more pink throughout. Flavor was decent, though kind of dry. Overall, I know Texas Roadhouse does great food, but I also think to go items tend to be rushed compared to dine in customers. Put a little damper on my night. For $40+, was hoping for fresher experience. I will give it another chance next time I'm in town. Maybe it was just a one off.

Me and my significant other went out to eat tonight for a date night. We love Texas road house but tonight we were very disappointed. I ordered a medium rare steak and my partner ordered a medium well steak. When the steaks came out hers was bleeding and undercooked and mine was complete raw. Hers came back over well done and mine came back still raw. When mine had came back still raw one of the managers ( terry or Jerry something like that) was rude and looked at me like I was stupid when I told him it was still raw and explained what I wanted , I wish I had a picture. When it came back it was slightly over cooked but I still ate it. The only thing that saved this experience was the sides and the server. I don’t remember her name but she was extremely nice and understanding.

Food was OK, it's not a fine dining restaurant, I know. It's easier to eat with the wife at the bar than to get a table with the kids because of the wait. Our waiter was quick to help and keep the drinks filled. Food was average at best, but the place stays packed and that's all that matters for most restaurants.

food was good, service was terrible. saw our waitress about 5 times in the hour and a half we were there. had to ask about when we were going to get our food, seeing as a table that had been seated after we had even ordered got their food before us. the manager didnt really seem to care what i had to say about our experience. will not being going back.

The music is always so loud we have stopped going. It’s a club experience more than a family restaurant. Ordering food is a chore because you can’t speak over the music. Having a conversation is only possible when you are actually yelling across the table. Which only makes the entire restaurant that much louder.

I ordered online like I have done several times on the past. When I arrived, the food was not ready and it was 7 minutes before anyone even acknowledged I was waiting. When I finally got the food and got home, the cheese fries I ordered were in a container half the size as normal and had no bacon but the price was the same as larger container. The sirloin steak was overcooked. The containers of corn and gravy were just over half full when they are normal much more full. For the price paid, I just expect the food to be the same as previous visits. I also tried to talk to management by phone and was out on hold for over 10 minutes. I finally hung up with no response.

Our server left our table for almost 45 minutes while continuously making rounds to all the other tables in her section. After we received our food, we asked another worker to refill our drinks as they had been empty for 30 minutes by this point. And when our server returned, she had so much attitude and was making smart remarks towards us. She was then directly behind our table gossiping to other servers as if we could not see her. We are a young couple, but very kind and always tip very well. We had not been rude at any point, we simply asked for a refill. By the end of our meal, it was extremely uncomfortable and awkward. Our server's attitude was extremely unprofessional and disappointing. I am not sure why we received the treatment we did, but it was very unexpected from a Texas Roadhouse employee.

LOUD and FREEZING!!! The room we were sat in, at this location, was colder than I’ve ever felt a restaurant be! Unnecessarily so. Our entire table was using cloth napkins as small blankets to block the AC from pouring down on us like a meat freezer. It took us asking two waitresses until we asked for a manager, to make any change. He then turned it up but it didn’t last more than 15 minutes before blowing freezing temps again. Our food should’ve been comped. It got pretty cold fast. This is absolutely ridiculous. …As we walked out, the rest of the restaurant was normal temperature. If you can stand loud music and plan to eat here, ask to be seated anywhere EXCEPT the front room that is all the way around to the left!

We went to Texas Roadhouse for dinner tonight and were extremely disappointed. These days, dining out is just too expensive to not receive what you ordered especially when you’re treating yourself after a long, well-deserved day. We placed our order online, and the app experience was great. We arrived a few minutes early, and our food was ready right on time, which we appreciated. However, once we got home and cut into our steaks, we were very let down. One was completely raw, and the other was not just well-done it was overcooked. We had ordered them medium and medium-well. I called the restaurant to see if there was a way to fix the issue, and Michael said someone would be reaching out to me. I truly hope it’s resolved, as we’ve been loyal Roadhouse customers for years. All of our sides were great, but the steaks were incredibly disappointing—no flavor and cooked completely wrong.

We always came here at any anniversary birthday, but today was awfull, first our food was super late, they bring the food first to another table after us, and one of the steaks was crude, and they bring back to the cook, they bring us another one, after 30 min they bring us another totally different, the manager wasnt any helpfull

Ordered $100 worth of food picked it up and take it across town only to find out that it is inedible. Our food was so disgusting. None of us could get through two bites. I’ve eaten plenty of Texas roadhouse before but this time these idiots severely over seasoned. Everything is so salty at hums in the box. Called and talked to the kitchen manager AARON, who told me that was impossible and disregarded all of my complaints. He stated that all of the food comes out of bags premade; so much for made from scratch. He said it’s impossible for them to over season the food because everything is basically premade and the cooks just warm it all up yuck!!!!! we picked up everything off the table and threw it in the trash. Do not waste your money! I messed around and found out.

We arrived and waited 20 minutes before the waitress came by. We ordered our drinks and food at the same time. Our drinks took almost 15 minutes to arrive, the food was cold when we got it, and the waitress only came by once and it was because she was sitting another table. We love Texas Roadhouse but this location is not it! Also forgot to mention that the restrooms were absolutely disgusting. One of the stalls had vomit all over the toilet and another one had feces all over the seat.

They’re not as good as they’ve been in the past. Every time I order a medium rare steak I get something between raw and rare and the fix is always to “heat it up a little longer” after it’s been sitting for 30 minutes already.

Did a curbside order 5:00 pm this was at 2:42 so they had plenty of time to work on the order. we arrived at 4:56 and tons of people showed up for their order and left in a timely fashion. At 5:20 I called to see what the status was on the order. The girl who answered the phone was stupid. I simply stated we had an order for 5 and we had been waiting a while and wanted to know the status on it. She asked if I had texted I said yes. She then said well you can come inside and talk to curbside if you’re that upset about it. Great customer service when you are calling to see how much longer! I hung up on her and instead of waiting longer and got a refund. Her response for a simple question is what did it for me because I just called to get a status and she made it seem like I was a problem for asking on a status. I didn’t read the reviews until after! Horrible don’t waste your money. Gave them a second chance after a steak was literally raw should have just gone with my gut.

Let me preface this by saying we had a group of 10 and we usually love eating here but tonight was the worst food and service we’re ever had. We waited 1 hour for an original wait time of 35 minutes which it’s not all their fault, other tables to clear out first. While we waited, we got drinks at the bar and the bar staff were great. Once we finally got seated, our group got separated. We did try to combine our tables but got yelled at by the manager that it was a fire hazard and we couldn’t move the tables so we moved them back. When asked if there was another section we could sit together at she told us no. We didn’t get her name but she was wearing a purple shirt tonight. We were seated in the front section and it got EXTREMELY hot and uncomfortable. Three people from our group left because they started feeling sick from the heat. Our waiter, Robert J., was pretty slow and so was our food to come out. We never got a refill on our drinks either. Some of our steaks were incorrectly made and he promised a manager would come out to give us a new steak which never happened. We are not usually picky about steak and never send it back but it was really bad for us to have to send it back tonight. Said steak didn’t come back to us until everyone was done eating. At this point we were getting our own to-go boxes since our waiter was nowhere to be found. When it came time for the bill we were given the completely wrong ticket and our table kiosk did not give us the option to pay. The button to pay was greyed out. Some of the items were wrong on the ticket also. Overall pretty disappointed with the experience tonight. Don’t come here if your group is larger than 6 because you most likely won’t sit together. Pretty disappointing coming from TX roadhouse where they’re usually consistent on service and food.

We left when the hostess wanted to post us in a tiny two person booth in the back corner of the building. We asked for a larger booth with more room and after following her back to the front of the restaurant, she returned us right back to the same back room of the restaurant and tried to put us in another booth besides the small one. Tons of room in the restaurant so we just walked out....

Tbh, I was in food service for a long time and know what welcoming your customers suppose to be like. One lady with a pink head band on was super rude when I was going to get seated and my server asked to open my steak for her. When I said it should be fine she asked what was wrong. She then said it’s fine just eat it and looked at everyone at the table and laughed. To me It was a joke to my expense. Maybe I should go when it’s not super busy but like I said. I’ve worked in high volume restaurants myself. 1 star

The worst service ever. The waiter just took our order and didn't come back to see if we needed anything else. It took him over an hour to bring our food, and when he finally did, it was completely cold, and he still acted offended. Never going back to the place

As always, the food was delicious, but unfortunately, the service was terrible. The girl who served us, named Angelica, kept leaving me talking to myself and served my daughter juice without even looking at her. When she brought me the box to take away the food I had left, she practically threw it on the edge of the table! You don't expect to be treated like that. It leaves a bad impression. They should supervise the staff, especially those at the main tables.

First off I’d like to say the service was great. But I’m there for a good meal and I can honestly say it’s the worst I’ve had in awhile. We all three of us felt the same way. My burger was honestly just nasty. The meat had no flavor and it was really juicy but the juice was just water…? The bacon tasted Microwaved in the cheese tasted fake. Same for my buddies burger and the other guy had a steak that was way over cook and had a bad taste he said. They were super busy, so maybe they just rushed the food out, but it tasted nasty and I felt bad the whole next day. BUT the roll and fried pickles were good.
