The only Dunkin that makes the sweet black pepper bacon well done! All the other ones give me soft, stringy bacon but they actually crisp it here when you ask.
Very good Dunkin! When I want Dunkin this is the one I go to. Very consistent. Very good food, fresh donuts and coffee. Nice staff. Fast drive through service and friendly. Clean. $6 meal deal, yes please! I was very pleased to have learned of this.
I stop at this location about once a week. Ordered on the app for drive-thru pickup as usual. Service was good. Was disappointed with the quality of food and beverage this time due to no fault of the employees but due to Dunkin products. Ordered the Chocolate Chunk Cookie that was on special and was disappointed to find it's a prepackaged cookie. Also ordered a chai latte with the unsweetened vanilla flavor shots. I get the chai frequently, but this was my first time trying the vanilla flavoring. It totally ruined the drink. I do NOT recommend it. I will continue to go to this location but will not order either of these items again.
Last 3 months service has gone down. Drive through line long takes forever for them to take order.
Took over 20 mins for 3wraps to come out. Employees did a lot of talking and not as much working. Our hash browns were dropped, and had to be remade. We were standing there waiting for our order to be made when finally someone asked us what we ordered. Come to find out our order never went through, even though we paid and everything at the register. So they rang us up again and we waited forever for our food. Not a great first impression. Food was subpar once it actually came out to us.
This location used to be great. Ever since the new space upgrade they have run off the rails. 3 out of 5 orders I got were not mine. Another order was a right out of the fridge cold egg on a bfast sandwich...gross. I go inside next time to be ignored at the counter...she was so busy with arranging donuts.... so sad.
My husband and I frequent this Dunkin location in Webster for our weekend coffee. For the past few weekends our order has been off. I would have given a 4 for service, but when you’re not taking the time to add the proper amount of flavoring to coffee, not once, twice, but three weekends in a row, I have to say something. Last week they forgot a coffee order and the coffee we got had no flavor. When my husband told them, the one girl got annoyed, and made the coffee and didn’t fill the cup. The ice coffee’s had so much ice in them that there was barely any liquid. If you want this busy to thrive you have to be consistent and give people what they’re ask for and are paying for. Might have to try a different location.
I waited 13 minutes for my food in store after ordering online 7 minutes prior with orders coming out that just ordered. I got my food finally and then once I left and checked my order was wrong. A whole lot of chatting by the workers too. So much time for my order to be made and it was still wrong. kinda sucks. I can't have cheese, and on my order it says no cheese.
I hate leaving negative reviews! But of all the Dunkin Donuts in the Webster area, this is probably my least favorite one. I've had bad drinks from here before, but was working in the area and figured I'd give this location another chance... It doesn't matter if you get coffee or espresso-based drinks, they're always basically milk/creamer. It's just not worth the money to stop at this one when I never have this problem with any of the other Dunkins! The dining area is clean enough, and I only have waiting issues if they're super busy but.. coffee should taste like coffee! I got an iced cappuccino that was literally just iced milk.
They employee young girls that couldn’t care less how long you wait in line or if you ur food is burnt to a crisp. I was in line for 13 minutes (I timed it on my phone because it always takes forever). Ownership seems to keep hiring the same type of people and as a result fast food turn into a blood boiling experience.
Every time I order the drive through takes 20-30 mins. I'm not exaggerating I've literally timed it. In my opinion, the upper management for the Dunkin’ locations in this area really needs to take a serious look at the people they have in leadership roles and beyond. From what I’ve experienced, there seems to be a lack of direction and accountability, and it feels like no one is truly in control of what’s happening.

The chai was excellent, but the customer service was disappointing. The staff appeared uninterested and had noticeably sour expressions.
Won't ever go again, very disappointed in ordering and food and drinks. Gone for breakfast and seemed like the person at the drive through didnt help at all, I meant for a peppermint mocha iced coffee and then I was charged for 3 drinks when I only ordered 2. At the window I said I didnt order right and wasn't able to drink the drink anyway since only one was oatmilk. Very unhappy with the whole experience.
I just had an experience where I ordered a Mobile doughnut. I went in to pick it up and was standing there for a few moments, looking ahead. One of the workers there did not realize I was paying attention. With a non-gloved hand, he put his hand inside the drawer warmer where the hashbrowns were being kept warmed. He popped one in his mouth. Then went over to the register with the register, still with not a glove on his hand, then wiped his nose. I did alert the manager, but needless to say, I did not eat my doughnut
I placed a mobile order on the app. My sandwich came with egg when I asked for no egg so I couldn’t eat the sandwich. And right now they are advertising the summer bucket let when you order 50 munchkins. So I paid the 17 dollars for the bucket and I didn’t even get the bucket they put them in a regular box. I didn’t even want the munchkins I only got it to get the bucket. Never ordering again from this location seems to be a trend here of not giving you what you ordered.
Incoherent kids that don’t want to work, or don’t care to. Having to repeat yourself 5x per item because apparently asking for common things is difficult. Asked for my coffee with 3 brown sugar, literally repeated it 4x and there’s none, but there’s regular sugar and I asked for Splenda. Asked for coffee milk as the dairy for my coffee “we can’t do that” ask why and the response is “you can’t do coffee milk” … do you not have any or is it because you can’t find the option or is it because it’s an up charge? Missing food, wrong food given, extra random food in the bag, literal idiots. We’ve tried coming here multiple times and the pure incompetence of the workers is astounding. I’m all for giving people a chance, maybe they’re new to the job or overwhelmed and need some extra time but sheesh. Will never go there again as this is a regular experience.
Whoever is running this location has the employees not filling drinks all of the way. Attached is a photo of my nitro cold brew I got today. This drink doesn’t have ice to begin with and it’s not like I asked for no ice and it’s still not full. This is the fourth time in two weeks I’ve gone here and had my drinks not full. I’d even pay extra to get the amount my drink is supposed to have. The drive through is never quick, but I understand that. If I’m not getting my full drink I shouldn’t have to pay you full price.
Whoever is managing this place needs to figure out the employees they can't run a drive through. I've waited twice now for over 5 minutes. No one has even said hello. I end up driving to the dunkin down the road because they are at least more efficient.
