Hooligans Eastside Grill Webster Reviews
This bar is such a special place. It is an oasis of fun and good vibes and it is made so by the phenomenal bar staff: Carly and Chrystal are absolutely wonderful and make this place a home away from home, for everyone who visits. We are privileged to call this place our local!
This place is fantastic! Our server was Chrystal and she was AMAZING! Super friendly and gave us a great deal of care and attention. Our first time here and because of how Chrystal treated us and the great food we will absolutely be back! The clam chowder was a home run!
We recently had a graduation party at Hooligans Eastside Grill’s party room, The Grill Room. What a great space! It was very open and bright, with its own private entrance and restroom. We did the BBQ package and the food was absolutely fantastic!! Jenna, our bartender, was so sweet and friendly too. Everyone had a great time! Hooligans made everything run smoothly…thank you!
A great bar/restaurant, staff is always great. Food has always been excellent and any shortcomings (sauce, sides, etc.) have always been quickly remediated. I would especially recommend their pizza options as it's made to order and in your face with their brick oven if you're at the bar. The people working the oven are pros and it's usually one person doing all the pizza prep and baking (Peter was freaking awesome). Outside of that, wings are good and sandwiches are well put together but sometimes the buns are a little too thick. Despite the franchise look, it's a local staple both personably and culinarily.
I was getting my car serviced close by and was not told "drop off" meant it could be up to four hours till it was done. I had time to kill and the lovely waitress at this establisment was so kind to allow me to keep a table and stay out of the cold. She made a bad afternoon much better. The French onion soup was delicious. I stayed way longer than it took to eat a bowl.of soup and appreciated the hospitality
Great place to enjoy a drink and watch a game. Huge TVs and bar area make for a fun time. Pizza is delicious, and the menu is pretty expansive. Beer selection is pretty good, would like to see more options on draft but the cans and bottles list is large.
Kate the great is the best server/bartender we have ever had. She is attentive and knowledgeable. Definitely will be back to see her!
Date visited : Jan. 18, 2013, 6pm. 21st birthday. We had a party of 40 people. I want to say the whole experience was wonderful. The waitresses Ange and Chasity were polite, fast, personable and on top of everything. They Rocked it! The food was excellent. I would definitely have another party there.Thank you for a great service to the community.
Great menu. Great food, and very good service, Jenna was a great server. My Grain bowl, Greek chicken, feta, was fantastic. Will go back again next week to watch some football and enjoy food and drink. A+
Hooligans is the perfect place to go if you are hungry for some classic American food. Awesome burgers, pizza, fries, ribs etc. Great beer selection as well. The service is always prompt and courteous and I feel their prices are very reasonable. They are really good about takeout and usually have food ready for you in 10-15 minutes and offer a curbside pick up option. We visit often. Highly recommended!
This year we had our fantasy football draft at Hooligans. Our table was all set up for us when we got there. The food and beverages were very good. Jenna gave us excellent service. We will be having our draft there again next year. 🏈🍻
Y'all are incredible. The SUNY New Paltz band visited when they were coming up to Rochester for the NYSSMA conference. We were a MASSIVE group and you guys handled us amazingly. Thank you for being patient and understanding with us. The food was incredible, the atmosphere was amazing (very family friendly), and the service was exceptional. Thank you 🫶🎺
This is a great sports bar. Always good food and good service. It's big enough to keep the noise and crowding to a minimum. I attended a retirement party in the venue room, and it is a perfect location such events.
Great bar and restaurant in Rochester. NY. Very busy the night we were there and the environment is very cool, as busy as they were they sat us down very quickly. We had the saracha honey wing plate served over Mac salad and French fries and a grilled chicken wrap that was huge. Food was very tasty, and the prices are reasonable in this inflation driven economy that we're in today. Definitely worth a try if you like flavourful food.
My son and I stopped at Hooligans a couple days ago and had a fantastic chicken French panini! Highly recommend. Service is great atmosphere is outstanding, TVs everywhere large spacious. Perfect place to go for sporting events, social events as well as great food and drink!
Never disappointed here. Great bar room area, attentive staff, even when busy the food comes out quickly. Wish we had this in Penfield instead of Jeremiahs.
My first time there. Our server Deanna was amazing, attentive, friendly. She made suggestions to help us decide on food & beverages. The food....cooked perfectly, fresh, great tasting and to my surprise, presentation was beyond expectation for a "sports bar." Would highly recommend and for sure I will be back!
I visited recently with a friend. We were pleasantly delighted by this place, thinking it was just another place that serves bar food. The food was so good by friend ordered another appetizer just to take home, the drinks were well made and the service at the bar was overall great. Even with several other customers we never really had to wait as they were attentive. We’re already planning to go back
The braised BBQ bowl was out of this world! It's a healthy option and full of flavor. It's a September special, but I asked Dan, the manager, to make it a year-round menu option. Definitely be back a few more times this September! The service was attentive, and the food arrived quickly. Outstanding experience. Definitely recommend this place for your dinner plans for this September, and get their special Braised BBQ Bowl.
Stopped in there with my parents, I had some chicken wings and some salsa and chips, I loved them!! The service was great and the waitress was great!! The atmosphere was awesome my parents told me you have a new addition and are going to book a graduation party there coming up with summer.
Kae the manager reached out to me and I appreciated her heart and customer care concerning our experience. I did return and the dining experience was top notch from the waitress to management. I hope my tip of gratitude was noticed. Thank you Kae for everything
We had a gathering of about 20 classmates. The food and service were fantastic. We were amazed at how quickly they were able to get all of our orders out. I would definitely go back.
Jamie the bartender is amazing and every meal we've had has been perfect!! Great job everybody!! Please keep those smiles and great food prep and service going
Our experience was using their new party room and we can't say enough about it. The food was excellent. The service was perfect. Ours was a sad occasion, post-funeral reception. Hooligans went out of their way on short notice and we never had to worry about a detail again. Excellent find! We all plan to visit the restaurant soon. (In memory of Gerald R. Scardino - our sincerest thanks)
Nick was my bartender and was so attentive and friendly! He made sure I had everything I needed and never let my cup go empty. I tried a few different drinks and he made them with so much showmanship I was entertained and delighted the entire time. I would highly recommend going here and seeing him- as well as the rest of the staff. If you come to Hooligan’s make sure Nick is working!
One of the Best friday nights. Had the pleasure to meet Mark the old manager one of the best 👌 guys here Dillon is amazing has the best sense of humor 😅 Harley is super cool 😎 The red headed bartender very nice prompt service A++++++
Always a great place to get together, really fun when sports are on, tons of TV's. I like that the owner is often walking around saying hi and making sure all is good. Great servers and many have been there a while which is a good sign. Great food too!
Food was amazing! Prices were great. Pretty dim lighting and atmosphere but we did arrive at opening time. Waitress was great and attentive and she made our visit great. Highly recommend for those visiting Webster
Had a great time.Food was good and so was the service.
Food is usually always great. Tonight we ordered two breaded fish fry’s and they were excellent however I’m a tartar sauce lover on my fish. Tonight the tartar sauce was not as usual. Not sure why but whoever made the tartar sauce, left out any seasoning, mayonnaise only. It was horrible. I ordered double tarter but couldn’t eat it and threw it in the garbage. I will give it another try but will not order again if 2nd time is not better.
I have a group of friends that frequent this place and I’ve gotta say we’re always blown away. Jamie is so attentive even when the place is jammed during lunch. The bar is gigantic and we’re always amazed that she manages to run the length of it for everyone doing drinks and QuickDraw and you still get your ticket in on time and a cool drink to top it off! Kudos to the Hooligans gang!
We have been here a few times and no issues. We stopped in Friday night about 7:30pm to get food and a drink or 2. We sat at the bar ordered a couple drinks got them right away. We both ordered the fish fry. One was baked the other beer battered. Also ordered chips and queso as an app. We got our fish fry’s but the bartender forgot to put in the chips and queso. He did comp our drinks which was very nice. How ever we did sit and watch some of waitress’s and bartenders do 3-4 shots each. That was just the hour or so we sat there. Im glad im not the owner or GM and you got employees drinking on the job. Maybe they are allowed to do that. If they are should hide it a little better.
Location is great, right in the center of Webster. The only place I feel comfortable and at home. Food is always great and comes out on time. The staff is always great and very friendly. They also have split rooms, dinning and bar. So you get the experience of both, which is amazing. Truly recommend going for any event.
Food was good, no complaints at all. 5 stars is for the service. Came in after a long day of travelling and was made to feel like a local and a friend. Very personable staff - thank you.
Chrystal is the best server. Came in with a small group on a football and hockey night. In all the chaos, Chrystal still managed to be attentive and personable. She refilled our drinks before we even knew they were empty. We will be back just based off just the service!
Had a great night with friends. From drinks, dinner and then coffee everything was great. Food was hot and delicious. Drinks were always filled. Waitress was amazing and never rushed us. We'll definitely be going back.
Emily was great, best margarita in Rrochester! Sarah and Sam were awesome also. Drink specials, $1 chicken wings! I highly recommend the habanero chicken wing sauce the place to go on Sundays . Artichoke French with long stem artichokes!
Great wings, great beers, great atmosphere. My buddy Jenson fell flat on the floor from tipping in a high-top stool, and the kitchen made him a chocolate covered hot chicken wing for his Bday.
Love the nachos! They have the best buffalo chicken salad. The buttermilk ranch dressing is the best!!!!
Who doesn't like old fashioned Jagerbombs around the holidays? Hooligans in Webster is always a fun the time. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. The food is delicious and there is a wide selection. They feature traditional bar fare and some hearty entrees as well. Great for a quick drink on the way home, a lite snack or even dinner with friends. Check out Hooligans.
Had a very nice time Our waitress was very nice Good food and great portions. Will definitely come again
Hooligans is a great place. It's clean inviting and the food is great. Super attentive staff very friendly. Im from Florida and I really enjoyed my lunch. Hopefully will be back on a future visit.
Stephanie is hands down one of my favorite servers at Hooligans! She’s super friendly, always on point, and somehow remembers my favorite drink every time without me even asking. If you’re heading to Hooligans, definitely try to sit in her section. She’s the best!
About 30 of us gathered in the bar area tonight for a class reunion get together. Everyone had a good time. Maddie -our server- was exceptional. Not only did she keep all the orders straight but she did it with a smile. Thanks again.
We had our team lacrosse dinner here and couldn’t have been more pleased. The service was efficient and friendly, the food was excellent, and the pricing was very reasonable. The staff was incredibly patient and accommodating, making the evening smooth for both players and parents. The players were well taken care of in the dining room while parents enjoyed a relaxed evening in the bar area. Would absolutely do it again in a heartbeat!
Hubby and I came for Easter dinner. I had the shrimp scampi and he had the French combo (chicken and artichoke). As always, the food was awesome. It seriously was as good, if not better than some other restaurants in the area. Jess, our waitress was super attentive and friendly. Always a great experience and value for the price. Love our Hooligans family!! ❤
This is a place I would never have expected to write a good review about but the last time I was there (early November 2024) and the last several times for that matter the food I ordered was cooked well, tasted great and the service was good. I stick to stuff like wings, burgers, chicken sandwiches at places like this. I thought the wings were very good. They had Genny 12 Horse which is really good and I was surprised they had it. I like the atmosphere. IMO this is a bar with good bar food. By all means send your food back if it's not cooked properly. That's the only way Hooligans is going to know they have kinks to work out.
We had a client appreciation party at The Grill Room which is a totally private space attached to Hooligans for private parties. It was fabulous!!! All of our guests commented on how nice the venue was and that the food and drinks were delicious. Staff was attentive and very helpful. A Huge Success. Highly recommend!
The crowd is usually pretty good here. I have ordered allot off the menu and one thing I would recommend staying away from is the calamari. The consistency of food does seem to vary on who is in the kitchen, but I have always been taken care of with respect and courteous attitudes
Had a great time watching the game. They were very accommodating to all us Browns fans. The French onion soup was steaming hot and delicious and the service was great.
Great place to go with a group, your family, or yourself. There's a typical dining area. A sports bar area. Even and outdoor area when the weather allows. The food is good. I'd recommend trying a pizza. The beer selection is respectable. They don't get super rare beers but if you don't want blue or blue light, which seems to be the official beer of Rochester, then they have plenty of options.
We were there for an early happy hour on Thursday afternoon. We had a good time with drinks and a some snacks. We may have been there a little early the service was a little slow. Plenty of tvs with all of the sports and highlights. I would certainly go back and try the nfl.
We have been here many times. This visit I waa not that hungry. But no orsrws a new chicken sandwich that was on the menu. It sounded good. Came back a little dark. It was still moist and easy to eat but there was a funny texture to it. It was breaded. It had little taste. I ate half of half and some of the sweet potato Fry's. I order the pretzel and it it huge with 2 dippers. Only ate 1/4. Not sure if my taste buds are off or I just did not like the chicken. I have ate other items that were good. Thamks for listening.
The food was really good, but the service could have been better. Prices were a little higher. I had a burger and fries and an an1gry orchard cider on tap, which must've been $10. The bill was $25 not including tip.
I ate at Hooligans Thursday, April 25th with my Daughter's, Mother & my oldest Daughter's boyfriend. The 5 of us had a wonderful time. This was my first time eating out in Webster in 3-4years. We all shared Nachose as an appetizer & we mainly ordered some variation of chicken & burgers. The portion size was enough for the majority of us to bring half of our entree out in to-go boxes. The total bill was around $120 for 4 adults & I teenager to eat individual entrees, one large appetizer & beverages. The dining area was very large. There were numerous families gathered & the abundant televisions were tuned into the NFL draft picks for the 2024-2025 season. We had a lot of fun & enjoyed the ambiance.
The waiter was awesome! The food was actually delicious! We got the sampler, the honey siriacha wings, and the pizza! Not to mention it was all timed out perfectly between appetizer and main dish!
Nestled in the vibrant heart of town, Hooligans Eastside Grill beckons with promises of hearty fare and lively ambiance. Stepping through its doors, I found myself immersed in a haven for food enthusiasts and sports aficionados alike. The menu boasts an array of indulgent delights, but it was the Grilled Cheese Hamburger that stole the show. Nestled between two golden-brown slices of buttery bread, the succulent patty melded seamlessly with gooey cheese, creating a symphony of flavors that danced on my palate. Each bite was a testament to culinary craftsmanship, leaving me craving more long after the plate was empty. Accompanying the burger were a generous serving of perfectly seasoned fries, crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. It was the ideal complement to the main attraction, adding a delightful crunch to every mouthful. For those seeking variety, Hooligans doesn't disappoint. Their pizza selection is a testament to culinary creativity, featuring an array of toppings to suit every preference. From classic pepperoni to gourmet combinations, each pie is a work of art, baked to perfection in their wood-fired oven. As I savored my meal, I couldn't help but appreciate the ambiance of Hooligans. The spacious interior provides ample room for gatherings of all sizes, making it the perfect destination for parties and celebrations. With an abundance of TVs scattered throughout the establishment, sports enthusiasts will find themselves in paradise, never missing a moment of the action. Hooligans Eastside Grill is more than just a restaurant – it's an experience. From the mouthwatering food to the lively atmosphere, every aspect is designed to delight the senses and create lasting memories. Whether you're craving a delicious meal or simply seeking a vibrant social scene, Hooligans is sure to exceed expectations.
Food was decent. Very large portions for pub fries and fried dough bites. Dining side the server was great and food was fairly quick. After we finished our meal we went to the bar side and over there service was abysmal. It took a very long time to get 1 drink on the bar side.
Good service, but not good food. EDIT: Hello Nate, I said that the food was “not good” because I felt that it was cold, and there was a lack of meat in the sandwich. I did tell the waitress, but it was a while back when I ate here. All that I remember is that it seemed cold with little meat. Thank you for reaching out though. I will definitely come back now that I now that you replied! It shows that you care about your customers very much!
About a 20 minute wait to get seated for 3 on a Saturday evening. Service was polite Appetizer arrived immediately before food was brought out. Food was average to good. Prices reasonable since everything is so expensive these days.
Great atmosphere. The wings needed a little more sauce, they were pretty dry. I had the steak salad medium rare. The steak came out more rare than medium. It was pretty raw. Over all, good food. A little high $$ for what you get. The pretzel was Awesome! The wife said the Cuban was great.
We frequent this place quite often. It has a sports bar vibe, but a little more upscale. The food is usually pretty good, but the service can be very slow sometimes, wondering where your waiter disappeared to. But overall it's always been a good experience for me.
Great sports bar that has good eats as well! Pizzas are tasty as are the wings. Salads are also good. Lots of TVs for football watching with beer specials most game days.
Stopped in for dinner on a Saturday night. The place was busy ans we had to wait for a table so we decided to go to the bar for a drink. They had a decent selection of beers to choose from which was nice. Once we got to our table, the waitress was very polite and attentive. She was not pushy with having us order right away and was able to offer recommendations. We ordered fried pickles and loaded fries for apps which were very good. They both had nice crunch and flavor and the toppings on the loaded fries did not miss. For dinner we got chicken parm and a cuban sandwich w/ mac salad. Both of the items had good flavor although i felt like the cuban could have had more pulled pork. The mac salad was just ok. For dessert we ordered a slice of carrot cake which was also good. All in all, I enjoyed the restaurant and would come back again.
I've always like Hooligans. The chicken wing plate is delicious and it's such a great place to watch sports. Unfortunately I can't suggest the burger plate or mashed potatoes. The meat sauce tasted like it was sub-par from a can. The potatoes tasted and had the consistency of instant which was disappointing. Plus side, great beer selection.
I've been to the TC Hooligans at Greece Ridge. That location is slightly better. This Eastside location is decent though. I sat at the bar area, which was clean. I ordered the Saturday night special chicken and vegetable soup. It was hot like it should be and tasted good. The bar staff was very nice. The men's bathroom was very clean. I'd certainly go here again.
Go here for the TVs and good service, not the food. Great atmosphere for every sport event imaginable, but the food (at least on Sundays) is disappointing. Pizza was cardboard, quesadillas soggy, chicken cold, and soup bland.
...im sorry to inform but i wanted some bar wins and asked for garlic pam and got something else then idk what they did but dumped garlic parm on top of this bbq and i asked if it was honey bbq ans they said no since i said i was allergic to honey...and i come home to having hives all overy face...im allergic to honey...sorry but there is a difference between garlic and bbq honey...wont be getting wings for a bit...
This used to be my favorite place to go but I don't know what happened. Salads shrunk and price went up. I understand prices are up everywhere however lettuce isn't that costly to shrink the salad. Pizza is made totally different and just not as good anymore. I heard new management was part of it awhile ago but what ever it is the original owner did it much better.
Food was decent. Shouldn’t have ordered an Italian dish (chicken French) or is it French? But it looked and tasted like hospital food. But the Cajun wings were good. Service was ok cause it’s a Friday but still it took them 10 min to get a drink to our table. But still not bad. Wouldn’t come back though. Maybe if I’m wasted and want to eat junk
Nothing great about this place, food was not good(chicken parmesan), house salad was fine. Probably not gonna go back.
The waitress brought our bill before Halftime during the Bills game. Most of our group were wearing Bills attire. We all would've had two or three more adult beverages, but she did everything but boot us out the door. Even when we sat and watched most of the rest of the game after bringing the check, she never asked if we wanted anything else. Not impressed with her Service. Food is good though.
My only complaint is the max salad. It is not mayo-based. It is more like a pasta salad with just macaroni and some kind of coloring. There is absolutely no seasoning to it. The macaroni is not fully cooked. No one at our table of eight adults ate more than a couple trial spoonfuls. This should be removed from the menu completely.
Food was tasty enough, though nothing exceptional. We got one of the samplers, wings, and pizzas. Only been once, so in all fairness, haven't eaten too much on the menu. Pizza logs should come with marinara for dipping, but don't for some reason.
Place is nice tv's cover the walls and server was nice. The food was not much to be desired. I got the app sampler.
I have been here dozens and dozens of times. It’s bar food, but it’s very good bar food and a great place to watch games. I just got some Nachos to go on my way home from work and was told there would be a 3% fee for using a credit card. Nobody does this. I have not had a single other restaurant in Rochester do this. Not a single other company of any kind. I am a sales manager and I would be so embarrassed to tell our customers we did something like this. The person ringing me up said “it’s only about 60 cents. It’s always charged by the credit card company, we’re just passing on the fee”. I just bought $18 nachos and you’re telling me that those 60 cents aren’t built in? Yikes. I don’t know if that’s poor money management or just greed, but it’s an ugly image and from looking at their reviews over the last few months, I’m not the only one to think so. It’s disappointing because I genuinely like the food, but Pub 235, the Filling Station, and several other similar places in the area are every bit as good and not so petty, so I will be going elsewhere from now on. I was told they’ve been doing this since July. I’ve ordered to go from here multiple times since then, so they must have been charging me and not even telling me. Even worse customer service. I hope the 60 cents you saved was worth losing a customer.
So we've been to Hooligans and ordered food for delivery several times. It has progressively gotten worse. The last time we went in we sat at a table for 20 minutes without being served while people who got there after us were served, so we left. We tried again today. We ordered the pretzel for an appetizer and alfredo meals. The cheese with the pretzel was old and gritty, so we asked for alfredo with it. That too was gritty. We asked to just get the check, so we could leave, but were told that we had to talk to the manager first. The manager came over and was snotty talking to us. That was their last chance. We will not be eating at Hooligan's again.
Tried to order a drink and was barely acknowledged. After a while, after walking up to a bartender/waiter walking around and asking, I was not even offered an apology, and instead was made to feel like I was a nuisance. Totally unacceptable and rude service. The food my coworkers ate looked mediocre - just average greasy, grubby pub fare. Literally no redeeming qualities for this establishment, go elsewhere, there is plenty to choose from.
We were there Saturday afternoon during the NCAA tournament not intentionally. The speakers were way too loud, the food was terrible especially for the price, and the pizza cook had quite the attitude in front of customers. We used to go there a lot and the last few times we have been there it has been far from good. Food quality has tanked and the prices have increased. Not a good combination.
Sweet potato fries were the only thing we enjoyed. We ordered a Reuben sandwich and a Cuban sandwich. The Reuben was dry and tough. One of the worst I’ve had. The Cuban had almost nothing on it. One slice of ham and you had to search for the pulled pork. Macaroni salad was bland. Not sure why so many positive reviews. We were disappointed and we won’t be back.
I ordered a take out wing plate, and it was unedible (so disappointed I had to throw away my whole dinner plate). I truly think they used a complete container of salt on my order... I doubt I'll go back to this location
Update…Mr voss get your reply correct before you accuse someone of lying. You have the wrong customer mixed up or this is how you like to lie so other customers think you are right and the customer is lying. 1 we NEVER EVER asked or spoke to a manager. Number 2 you NEVER took off 3 plates. Infact you never took off ANY from the bill only remade the chicken sandwhich which we sent back after 1 bite. Thank you for proving your food and customer service LACKS with MORE and MORE customers! We never even mentioned the other two plates if you would have read my review! What is going on? This is not the Hooligans we have been going to. First the margarita tasted like straight lime juice. Bbq boneless wings were so DRY. They didn’t even look fresh the sauce was all dried as if they had reheated a order. The spicy chicken sandwich was toasted with so much butter when you bit into it all you could taste was the melted butter grease. The chicken cheesesteak was also dried out. Yes they remade the chicken sandwhich. We didn’t complain about the other things as the whole meal was horrible. We did not want to send back 3 plates and the waiter was already annoyed by us. Sorry but it was a very very bad experience for us. I hope this is not the norm going forward. I don’t think we will be back for a while as I am afraid this would happen again and I don’t want to waste $100 plus dollars. Ended up at Wendy’s drive thru bc no one ate.
Went around 1 pm for lunch; three of us ordered are food; no utensils or water was brought to the table until our food came; our beers came and that was it; my sister ordered water with ice and lemon and received it at the end of the meal; both my sister and brother ordered a BLT; one slice of bacon in the sandwich; my brother told the waiting person he wanted a house salad. That was brought out at the end of the meal; chopped up iceberg lettuce that looked like it came out of a garbage bin. My pizza was soggy and tasteless. My brother paid to be nice. I would never suggest this to anyone; the place was not crowded at all.
My wife n 6 friends were.there sunday 4/24 at 4pm . All ordered.. 4 had frenchfries n they were all cold. They complained and nothing was done about. Not could for the establishment.i guess ill never be back n the girls wont either.way to take care of your customers that were there drinking n eating for 3 hrs.french fries of all things.
Me and my girlfriend came in Friday for some dinner. I got a buffalo chicken wrap. After the first bite I could tell it was off and should have sent it back but not wanted to be rude I finished it. The chicken barely had any sauce and it seemed like it was old bottom of the bin meat. Since then I have been sick with food poisoning. Trust your gut folks, if it doesn't taste right at first bite just send it back....
Got there 3:20PM. Host seated me and my little boy. Servers never came to even greet us. I walked out at 3:51pm. My advise to management is to develop a more team oriented environment in which all servers are required to keep an eye at all tables whether it is your table or not. I am in the food industry myself and I am aware of the challenges we are facing with retention and quality of workforce.
Local place that used to be good, so we have them 3 recent chances. 2 out of 3 were take out. First time the food was 20 mins late- happens. Then we went with a group (with a reservation), arrived early and our table was already given to another large party, service was sub par. Today- take out order was 40 minutes late, came out cold and was way light in quality (boneless wings). No more chances.
It’s was my first time there with my fiancé and my sister and her boyfriend and the food for all of us was very horrible tasting and we got the shareable player and it only came with 3 mozzarella sticks,2 buffalo wing eggrolls and tortilla chips for 18 dollars. It was not a good experience at all for how much it cost
The meal was a letdown. The rice was thin and watery, and the salmon was so over-salted it was difficult to finish. To make matters worse, the service was inattentive throughout the night. Disappointing overall.
I ordered take out on line. Spent $35. I was told to pickup between 2:30 and 2:35. I got there at 2:25. Waitress went to check on my order. After 5 minutes it's was brought out by a man. I am assuming the GM. I gave him my name and asked if that take out was mine. He looked disgustedly at me said yeah, and then set the food on the counter. Apparently, handing it to me and telling me to have a good day was out of the question. Opened my food in the car, country sweet quesdillia, it was cold. The cheese was hard, the chicken burnt and virtually no sauce. I also got a salad with grilled chicken. There were 4 slices of chicken, an extra $5, and it too was cold. Totally disgusted. I will not be ordering here again. So unfortunate.
Unfortunately, tonight was the 3rd strike for our local favorite spot. When we dine in, aside from a minor forgotten side or substitution which gets handled quickly by the waitress, we have no issues. The problem has been with our take-out orders. The same issues and then some: forgotten substitutions (we subbed ranch for the typical blue cheese with wings....an up charge we have no issue paying because their ranch is delish!), wings were not crispy as ordered and the buffalo chicken salad that COMES with ranch had blue cheese. One could even conclude that they just subbed the ranch from the salad to our wing container and swapped the blue cheese over to the salad. Here is the kicker, I called to explain the situation, while the young girl on the phone was extremely apologetic she seemed to not have the authority to issue any sort of compensation or solution. I was placed on hold for 3 minutes and was told the manager was too busy to speak to me(doing what I'm not sure because when we went to puck up the order 5 minutes prior there was MAYBE 15 people in the entire restaurant) I have over 35 years experience in the food industry and understand mistakes happen; but solutions always need to be offered and the fact that I was brushed off makes me wonder if that is why on a Thursday, during football season, the place was empty 🤷♀️. It's upsetting to know that take-out orders aren't shown extra care and consideration given that people drive to their establishment then back home after ordering; patrons expect their orders to be correct. But apparently, given the history of our take-out orders being incorrect numerous times, they just don't care about their customers unless they have to look them in the eye when they make mistakes.
Disappointing visit. Went with a couple people that recommended their food. I ordered a watermelon splash for my drink and for my entree I had their veggie wrap (Spinach, roasted red peppers, red onion, cucumbers, tomatoes, provolone, avocado, and garlic aioli in a pressed tomato basil tortilla) with my side being mac salad, and they were both so… bland, tasteless. The mac salad was either overcooked(?) or needed more mayonnaise, and it wasn’t seasoned properly at all. It tasted like I was eating tiny rubber boots. I attempted to put a pinch of salt & pepper on it to help, but to no avail. The description looked good for the veggie wrap, too, but all I could taste was the tomato wrap and the insurmountable collection of red peppers inside of it. Not to mention, the hostess and whoever our waitress was, were terrible. We went at a quiet time and the hostess seemed so bothered by us coming inside and asking for a seat outside? She was not friendly, welcoming, or even nice. She just looked like we ruined her day by entering. Our waitress wasn’t friendly either, it just seemed like management didn’t know how to train anybody that worked at this establishment. Wasted 26 bucks here and will not be returning to waste a dollar more, I advise anyone that reads to do the same
