Sbarro West Covina Reviews
As usual Sbarro does not dissappoint. The guy who helped me offer the 2 slice meal for a better value. The pizza was good. We had the supreme, later another in my group tried the meatball pizza, which was good also.
I had a very Positive experience here at Sbarro Pizza In West Covina. Gabriel is very talented at making pizzas. When he was preparing my pizza it looked like he was painting a picture. He is the Bob Ross of Pizza. Nadeen has very good customer service. She was very Kind and Made sure that we were satisfied. The Pizza had a Great Taste, Texture, and Look. It looked as if it came straight from a commercial. Gabriel told me that he was making a specific pizza for the first time and it looked like a pizza of a commercial. He is very Gifted for making pizzas. Nadeen and Gabriel will always be my 2 favorite people at Sbarro Pizza In West Covina. I will be certainly returning for more pizza. Thank you so much for your awesome service guys!

The pizza is good but a little on the greasy side.
Never been to Sbarro before. The servers were friendly but the food was a little dry. I had a stromboli that looked like it had been sitting for a little too long.
I'm from New York originally, and their Sbarro was 10 times better than this stuff. It tasted like somebody dumped whole bag of salt on it.

I was born and raised in NY, so I know what NY style pizza is. What they serve here is not NY style pizza. First of all the crust lacks that chew that NY pizza is known for. Also, the crust is a little too thick and stiff. The sauce lacks any flavor, you barely even notice it's there. As for being "XL", I've seen bigger slices at Costco. There is nothing NY about their pies, not the crust, not the sauce, nor the size of the slices.

I used to love their pizza but its changed so much and not worth the price any more. The pizza was ok but maybe it was old but that would honestly make it worse to me. The bread sticks didn't come with any marinara sauce so i had to go back and ask for some. Well when i did the guy getting to orders ready was getting a big order ready so i asked if i needed to wait for him or if i can just ask the cashier for sauce he told me i needed to wait for him while he got ready 9 individual slices of pizza, the cashier heard and since he was just waiting for the order he got my sauce and handed it to me for free. I just wish the sauce made the bread sticks taste better.
I'm writing this review because some one cut me in line and the staff did nothing but oblige such a rude and inconvenient gesture. The service staff in general feel like they don't want to be there and are miserable. They are very unwelcoming and I some times question my judgement when choosing this venue.

Service is terrible. Owners should train their line staff on providing exemplary customer service and not behave as someone who does not have manners. Simple, "hello", "how may I help you", go along way. Sandra at the cash register is a terrible employee with customer service. Does not listen to what the customer is asking. I simply asked her and gave her mt receipt to inquire if my whole pizza was ready. She returned my receipt and said nothing. I had to ask her again, if it was ready or not. My daughter asked her for a Dr. Pepper refill, she gave her Pepsi instead. Every time my husband visits and asks for chicken and spaghetti, they never have chicken.
The place is understaffed and the staff present there lacks training as well as a sense of professionalism when dealing with costumers. The pizzas are sometimes burned . The staff also rejects any order after 6pm as they claim they are "closing" but they continue to hang around there after that time. In an occasion I arrived at lunch time with an order of 2 pizzas to go. However, I was met with the response that they where on lunch break and if I "really" wanted the pizzas I would have to wait until their break was over and the pizzas themselves (around 50 minutes). I asked them for another employee to take the order but they responded that the remaining staff could not be bothered with orders. I persisted on the option of just transferring the order to the other staff member but I was responded with a rotund denial that emphasized the lack of care for the consumer at that establishment.
Everytime I try to order a whole pie I am given a 45 minute wait time. Unacceptable. I am a 20 yr experienced chef from NYC the capital of pizza. The management an or ownership of this location need to be changed. Their open time is 10am... Yet the first pie is never available until after 1130???? How is this possible. Ive lived in 7 states and worked for 4 franchises. This is by far the worst ran, sorriest excuse for pizza in SoCal. I demand. Someone contacr me with solutions and fix the management porblem here
Second time at this location. The customer service is not friendly at all. The menu says create your own combo, choose any side, yet your only option is bland watered down spaghetti or salad with nasty cheap dressings. False advertising in my opinion. Why can't it include baked zitti? Not worth coming back for
They don’t specify what type of phone payment you can pay with. I feel so embarrassed when they said they don’t take Apple Pay after i already have my food ready. I always pay with my phone in the past. They should put a sign somewhere noticeble so people like me don’t go through that embarrassing scenarios...I was so mad😡 had to drive all the way to bank.
There was 3 worker in the front and none of them ask me if i need anything they just kept there backs turn totally ignoring customers and paying no mind to them this really say a-lot about the work ethic of these employees and reason why your food sits out so long before being disposed i find this experience horrible and lacking
Went to this sbaros and asked for baked zitti I asked the server if I could have the cheesy portion and he told me he couldn't he said he had to serve it in sections only. That is ridiculous if I am the paying customer I should be able to get it as I requested and not like you want to serve it to me. Never had this problem at any other sbaros that I have eaten at. Will never return to this sbaros again totally ridiculous.
This is the second time me getting pizza from this place and both times it made my stomach start to hurt 😞 and both times it mixed my stomach and I threw up both times. So I’m sorry to rate it one star but it just makes me sick by throwing up and I get diarrhea ( to much info)
Hi everyone one just to let you know they put a gang of ice on sodas .and only 1 refill. Not going there again
Did not reheat the food, it was cold and like eating day old pizza. Not worth the money.
