I came here after seeing many good reviews on Facebook about their Banh Canh Tom Cua (seafood udon) (number 3). I would say it’s pretty good, as expected. The staff was very friendly, and the ambiance was nice. We also got Bun Cha Ha Noi, which was absolutely the best I’ve ever had—none of the places I’ve tried before could compare to it. The BBQ pork slices and patties were so juicy, with a nice BBQ fragrance and the best sweet and savory broth, served with a variety of veggies. I will definitely come back just for the Bun Cha. I also recommend the Bun Rieu and Bun Vit Sao Mang.

I order the Fish cake Noodle Da Nang style: - the broth is good at the standard - fish cakes include 2 types: 1 steamed like, 1 fried. they are good - the side veggie is fresh - space is a bit small - service is fast

9:57 am Sat 4 Nov. Plaza has some nice covered parking. I enjoyed the $15.50 Beef Organ Stew with baguette and tamarind sauce, fresh crushed chili. $1.50 can Diet Coke. Good deal with friendly staff.

We passed by this plaza around Lunar New Year and wanted to give it a try. Everything was very tasty and delicious. Servers were kind and have great services. Decor is pretty modern with concrete floors. We will come back and visit again soon.

Bánh canh cua at DK Cuisine is a savory delight, boasting a rich and hearty crab broth that perfectly complements the thick, chewy noodles. The dish is packed with fresh crab meat and aromatic herbs, offering a taste of authentic Vietnamese cuisine. Bún chả cá is another highlight, featuring flavorful, well-seasoned fish cakes that are grilled to perfection. The vermicelli noodles and fresh herbs provide a refreshing contrast, making each bite a harmonious blend of textures and flavors. DK Cuisine excels in delivering traditional Vietnamese dishes with exceptional quality and taste.

I've had a lot of bo luc lac or shaking beef in my life, and this was by far the best. Would highly recommend.

I'm blown away - their noodle soups are amazing! We had Bun Rieu, Bun Bo Hue, and the beef wrapped in betel leafs. The betel beef was the best bite I've had in a Vietnamese restaurant in OC so far. The vibe is spot-on, cozy yet modern. The staff is welcoming and friendly. If you're into noodle soups and central Vietnamese food, this place is a MUST. Can't recommend it enough – 5 stars all the way!

The Bún Chả Cá Đà Nẵng here is a standout. It captures that authentic Central Vietnamese flavor with a light, slightly sweet, and savory broth infused with tomato and pineapple. The star of the bowl is the fish cakes—they are springy, well-seasoned, and come in both steamed and fried varieties, giving you a great mix of textures. The bowl is served with a generous side of fresh herbs and crisp cabbage, which adds a refreshing crunch to the warm soup. If you like a little extra kick, don't forget to add a bit of their house chili or a squeeze of lime to brighten up the broth. The restaurant itself is clean and modern, and while it can get busy during peak hours, the service is efficient. It’s a great spot for a comforting, high-quality meal that feels like a true "escape" to Da Nang.

A solid 4 stars Vietnamese cuisine. I had their bun cha. The portion seems small but I was full when I'm done. Their bamboo duck soup was also delicious. This is a great place to take your non- Vietnamese friends for lunch or dinner.

We had bánh canh cua came out piping hot, the fish cake come with it was tasty and with a touch of red pepper and lime juice it was delicious! Bún chả Hà Nội, the fragrance grilled meat perfectly done soak in the warm sauce a little sweet for my taste but my partner enjoy it! Small place and very busy…. Prepare for the wait but it worth it!

This is a cool little spot to come get a variety of Vietnamese food. They even have steak and fries with their home secret Tabasco sauce.

The best for banh canh cua, not sure about other dishes. Our family to go for banh canh cua (tapioca noodles with crab) and it's very good in price and taste. We recently tried another dish, steamed catfish for $60. It's not as tasty as the grilled catfish and it's more expensive! The meat is overcooked and the sauce is not good. Overall, I recommend banh canh cua and not the steam catfish.

I drove an hour to try the Bò lá lốt here. It was booked marked as one of the restaurants I most try when in OC! The restaurant is small and was still crowded even at 1:45 pm, which shows how popular it is. The Bò lá lốt came with a different set of veggies and herbs than what I’m used to, which was interesting to see. Unfortunately, the staff seemed overwhelmed with how busy it was, so I didn’t get water or much guidance on how to enjoy the dish properly.

Today 9/3/23 After 1 year, the experience was so much better, friendly n sweet staff especially the young smiley gentleman, he opened the door for me. Bun rieu cua dong with oc was legit like always except the noodles were all broken up n rau thơm was very lil, missing tía tô n others 1 year ago The last 3 times were pleasant n came back today to support them again but the food n cs were extremely disappointing. Mien ga was normal n banh canh cua had a bad pork aroma so we ordered another dish n the rice was dry/hard like it's been left outside for hours but the unhappy young man didn't show any concern and not even a smile nor thank you when we paid, he should've taken a day off. Hopefully someone will address this issue before they'll have to close it down.

DK CUISINE is a typical as many other restaurants in the Orange County. It is a compact-size restaurant and foods are OK. We came here couple times to enjoy Bun Cha Ha Noi was specialty dish here. Last time we came here was on Thursday 5, 2026 with the same ordered. This time we found a long hair was mix with white rice noodles. We called the waiter to complain and he replace another bowl. We also complain about the cup of water so dirty and the waitress changed another clean one. From these issues came up, we don't want to come to this restaurant anymore due to the health careless of these management restaurant.

Food is okay. I ordered some for dine-in and some for Togo. They didn't prepare it until I asked at the end. It was 40 minutes for Togo food and 25 minutes while I was eating. The total was almost an hour.

1 star for how I don’t like they don’t give enough veggies for an order then that makes you have to order more and pay extra. They’re doing it on purpose. The extra paid veggie is fill up while the original order is little for a meal. I had Bun Cha Ha Noi and the noodles always little and so is the veggies.
