I had an amazing experience at Chili’s! The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, and cooked perfectly. Every bite was full of flavor, and you can really tell they take pride in the quality of their meals. What truly made the visit outstanding was the service. My server, Savannah , was incredibly attentive, friendly, and welcoming from the moment we sat down. She made sure everything was correct, kept drinks filled, and checked in at just the right times without being overwhelming. Her positive attitude and professionalism really made the dining experience memorable. Great food, outstanding service, and a wonderful atmosphere. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend asking for Savannah if you visit!

Had their $11.99 3 for me meals. The burgers were delicious the the appetizer soup was tasty and the appetizer nachos were gigantic (a meal in themselves). Great place for a cheap lunch, the staff were also friendly and attentive.

We sat at the high tops, so there was no wait for us which is great as it was a busy Saturday night. The adult beverages were on point, the food came in a quick and timely manner and was delicious! To be honest, I think the mozzarella sticks are too over-hyped; but overall good. Price wise, a little more expensive than I would like, but worth the random splurge. Only thing that bothered me a little was a nat/fly that wouldn't go away throughout dinner time lol. But definitely had a great time here, will be back for another date night!

Shout out to Shana and Cindy—they always make me feel welcome. Whether I’m with the kid or just winding down with a few drinks after work, this is my go-to spot and it never disappoints. My only suggestion would be to offer a larger drink special for those of us who aren’t looking to buy premium cocktails. I genuinely love this place. It’s comfortable, consistent, and always a great time. I wouldn’t want to spend my evenings anywhere else.

My daughter and I go on date nights and this has become her favorite Chilis. The servers are always nice, food is good and brought out very timely. I had the Salmon Anchilles amd she got the chicken quesadillas. We started with Mozz stick that never disappoint. They are big! Salmon was cooked perfect and the sauce gave it nice flavor. She couldnt finish all of her dinner but she loved it. We went on a monday night and it was a nice quick dinner.

Pretty good all around! It’s been years since I’ve been at a chilis, definitely upgraded since I’ve been in and the service was good. Was starting to pick up as the dinner rush was upon us, so glad they are doing well. Keep up the good job. Went back because it was so good last time! Again, a nice experience! Sat at the bar and the bartender was great, very good service and the drinks she made slapped🤟🏽 The street corn was awesome and the chicken crispers, nice and crispy!!!

I arrived late that day, almost thirty minutes before they closed but they still treated me super. At first the chips were very crushed, as seen in the photo, but we immediately told the server and she brought us new warm chips. Food is great. Update: 04/24/2025 Huge thanks to Allison for the amazing service during our visit! She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. Her warm and professional attitude really added to our experience. We’ll definitely be back!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Chili’s Winter Garden Grabbed takeout on a packed Friday night and everything was great. My wife loved the Triple Dipper (wings, sliders, mozzarella squares), and my Bacon Rancher burger was juicy, flavorful, and one of the better chain burgers I’ve had. Fries and ranch were delicious, and pickup was quick despite the crowd. Using a gift card was a nice bonus. Solid takeout experience — we’ll be back.

visit: feb 26th, 2026: walked in, didn't seem like it was very busy.. place isnt the most comfortable place to eat (Canada's swiss chalet has a better vibe) Shaina was our server.. she is very good! be careful of the gaming thing on the table! starter was waaay better than the fajitas. something is off with the meat (fajitas).. starter is the best thing we tried

We love this chilis the service is always fantastic especially at the bar. BUT yall need to recover your portion sizes. For a small example - on the 3 for 10, I chose an appetizer salad. Typically I get a good amount that fills the little bowl and it’s presented well. The photo shows the salad after I poured the tiny cup of dressing on top. It’s like a dressing soup with 3 pieces of lettuce. Used to come with cucumbers and good amount of accoutrements, it was just lettuce and some croutons. I took 3 bites and finished it. Feels like they’re skimping and we saw this with other pieces of our meal. Also, please do inventory. All of the cups we were given were chipped around the edges. Ran my fingers over it, pieces came off. Why would you proceed to fill, walk over, and place the cups at the table knowing they look like this. Do better! We don’t want to change our chilis.

Terrible reheated Luke warm food. What happened to Chili's? Chicken was tasteless in one dish and over salted significantly in the other. Fries where mediocre but may have been better earlier in the day. Salad was fresh and nice. Worse it wasn't even good value.
