I ordered 3 inch gaskets and clamps from Moonshine Distillers and that's what they sent me. It was my error ; I needed 2.5 clamps and gaskets and they set me straight. That's why I have changed my post.

The product came without application rates or temperature requirements which are very important. If that info could be emailed to me everything could not get more perfect.

Love this boiler. Very heavy/solid material and construction. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because the lid does not use a tri clamp closure. It may not matter as I have not used it yet, but my impression is that it would be stronger and last longer with that type of devise to attach the top.

I received my heat controller and within 20 minutes it stopped working. Opened up the box and hot leg going into amp meter was melted. Discovered this wire and another wire going into relay were loose, which may have led to a short. Although disappointed with this development, the company sent me a new meter the next day.

Super fast service and shipping. Only downfall was my kettle has a damaged handle and a dent from shipping. Handle was sticking out through side of box at delivery. I'm guessing this is the same package it arrived from China in. That being said, company is good to deal with and prices are good.

My order arrived with several packages broken open. I contacted the seller and included pictures. Seems like the problem was caused by the packaging and the pressure of the packages causing them to burst open. I was told that they would issue a refund for the damaged packages but haven’t heard anything yet. The price was okay but the customer service has a lot to be desired.

Didn’t get what I ordered and it seems like they just want to make it difficult to make it right. Buyer be ware. Then it’s crickets notice they don’t respond to people that have an issue…..maybe it will fix itself

Not sure of which part of my distillery process your talking about it's not like any one company has sold me everything I needed to make shine from start to finish. Hope that helps you out.

3 bags of yeast were broken because you used an old Amazon box that was too small, and when you forced the lids shut, 3 bags burst. This is the 2nd time. I ordered 20 bags of yeast last year and 4 were broke. Look up my name. There will not be a 3rd order from you, I can’t afford to keep throwing yeast in the trash

Still waiting on my order. As with others, I have made numerous attempts to contact via phone and email. The only email response I got was someone saying they would "send it to the big boss". It was damaged in transit, and I see they filed a claim for it, so I'm sure they got their money back for the damaged shipment, however, they have not tried to complete my order. I really just want my money back (shipping cost included) at this point.
