Yesterday, I ate from Chipotle for the very first time. I've always heard about it but never tried it. Let me just say the service at this particular location was awesome, and so was the food. I dined with family that has tried Chipotle many times before, and they said sometimes it's a hit or miss depending on the location. I'm just grateful it was a hit at this location. Especially with it being my first experience. 😍 I must say I will return.
Very good service. Staff is super friendly and the food sees to be very fresh. They actually give you the good amount of everything and it’s always my to go chipotle in the neighborhood. parking can be a bit tricky since it’s off the main road but all manageable. Definitely try them out

I was visiting Fort Lauderdale, looked up this Chipotle, read the poor reviews, and thought "Oh man, this might be a rough ride." But I decided to risk it, drive to the location and then walk out if anything seemed bad enough to ruin my lunch. Well, the parking lot on Saturday around 1pm was one of the most insanely busy clusters of "close beach parking" freeloaders I've ever witnessed 😂 - *so* busy and backed-up, in fact, that I had to park about a mile away and walk back to the restaurant. But that's not Chipotle's fault, so I'm not going to dock their rating for that. When I finally arrived, the line was practically out the door - however, I soon found the front line workers were quite efficient. I definitely made it to the line in less than 10 minutes. Although the staff wasn't overly friendly with brimming smiles, I thought they were polite, and the bowl portions were quite generous. I chose to sit outside, and the tables/chairs seemed relatively clean. I really didn't have any complaints about the food, staff, or dining experience, and would return without hesitation - though, if it was a Saturday afternoon, no way am I running the gauntlet of that plaza's crazy parking lot ever again. Learned my lesson once. 😛

Really have a lot of respect for this Chipotle location! The place is always packed with a long line and they somehow always manage to get through the line incredibly fast and the food is made great, and most importantly tastes great. The team that works here is incredibly nice and cool. There's a good amount of seating available inside and outdoors, just wish there was a bit more chairs available since it does get busy packed. If you're in a rush for lunch you can definitely count on this Chipotle location to have your meal ready. They also offer catering services if you're looking for that.

Average place for vegetarian people. We asked for the pure vegetarian options but the staff seemed to be confused about what vegetarian means. We had to explain to them 2-3 times then they prepared a vegetarian bowl. The food quality was good. The rates are value for money considering the Fort Lauderdale Area in the USA. Parking spots are available.
The restaurant was medium busy but the issue was they were running out of food quickly, even though they make it fresh they were not able to keep up with the pace. The chicken was not as hot as it is normally served. The chips were horrible. And the restaurant was not that clean. You could tell they were either short staffed or just did not have enough help.
Slammed always busy you'll be waiting in line. In a more busy section here and parking will usually be full. Staff is pretty slammed here so if you can tip well it would be nice to. Other than that if you time it right you'll be able to get your meal in
I love the food here. However, they seem to run out of chips around 3 hours before closing, pretty often. I’ve come twice this week at around 7pm (they close at 10), and no chips left. The seasoned chips are my favorite part, so I usually get extra. Three stars because the food is great, as always, and the service is fast.
Location was basic. The chips were stale, and the guacamole contained lettuce. Not their best effort.
My local Chipotle. I've been here hundreds of times. The place has its up and downs. Unfortunately right now the online/mobile app orders have issues. Especially with not being ready half the time. I'll place a takeout for 630, get there at 7 and it won't be ready. I ask about it, Then I'll sit there while walk in customers get their food made before mine. There are times I could've walked through the line twice over before I get my "to go" order. The portions have also noticeably gotten smaller. I came today to place my order in person to see if that was better. It wasn't. The steak was heavily marinated in this kind of spicy sauce. In the several hundred times I've ordered here including hundreds of times before I primarily got take out the steak has never looked like that. As someone who gets steak as a meat every time, I don't enjoy this version of their steak at all. I merely asked about it today and the one lady behind the counter caught an attidue, which is also par for the course lately. Sweat tea isn't made here anymore. Unsweet is rare too. The non fountain drinks are also often empty or verging on it. Read the other negative reviews about poorly prepared ingredients and poor customer service from employees that don't seem to care. Those reviews are pretty accurate. They did better than this even when covid was the most restrictive and impactful.
This ain’t burrito for sure!!! Simply dumping bunch of carbs (with no flavor) with a pinch of meat and condiments (also with no taste) onto a four tortilla & charged a lot. Rip off trendy establishment. Service was mediocre to poor. Dining area was typical fast food. First try, never again!! Save your money, go to Taco Bell - better flavor, way cheaper. Trendy ain’t necessarily best.

The chips were overcooked (used my free member reward). The guacamole lacked flavor. Whomever was preparing the food probably shouldn’t have been. I’m not a local resident. On the road for business. This location’s dining experience isn’t the prototypical Chipotle dining experience (not in a good way). Its unfortunate, I passed up on other food options to spend my hard earned $ here. If you’re a fan of Chipotle, you may want to avoid this buzz kill.
I’ve never been to a “bad” Chipotle until this one. The food is always salty and dry. I’ve given this specific one many chances because it’s the one I live and work closest to but it never fails to be a disappointment. Their food is so salty a gallon of water wouldn’t be able to quench your thirst after. Even their guacamole is insanely salty!!!!! On the plus side they’ve never gotten my order wrong but it was still inedible 2/10
Edit: Unfortunately, To Go orders here are almost always backed up. Your order is often not ready by the selected pick up time. If you see 10-15 people in the Walk In line, they’ll all finish their orders and leave before you get your To Go order. Be prepared to wait here!!! Food is sometimes too salty. It’s become hit or miss here, folks. Original review: I used to consistently get great and fast service at this Chipotle; however, since I started coming on the weekends, that view has drastically changed. For the past few visits on the weekend, I've been met by either a rude server, a spoon half-full of meat (and charged extra for wanting more), and (very consistently) a poor and loosely wrapped burrito. These are things that I never experienced there before. Not sure what has changed.
Good portions and good service. I got the same thing I usually get, but either the smoked brisket or mild salsa was way spicier than normal and ruined my bowl. Will be asking for salsa on the side from now on.

I love Chipotle but this one on 17th Street in Fort Lauderdale doesn’t live up to the standards that they promise. I found this OLD, HARD chunk of rice in my bowl. It is at least a day or two old. Very disappointed
ABSOLUTLEY DISGUSTING!!!! Management please take action and take a look at the attached pictures. Who would want to eat the food at this disgusting location? Imagine how’s the kitchen if this is how they mantain their installations. Hope no one gets sicks by eating at this place.
Every time I visit this location, which is frequently since it’s the nearest one of me, it’s always disgusting. When I say it’s disgusting it is an understatement, the employees never take out the trash nor do they clean the tables and floor. The counter where they prepare each order is messy and dirty. Today was the worst I’ve seen it and felt sick when I went inside the store, so much so, I decided to leave and drive an extra 15 minutes to the next Chipotle. I truly believe/hope that management does something about this store because it’s an absolute chaos, the quality of the food is the worst, and they are losing customers. What I thought as soon as I saw how filthy the restaurant was, if this is how they have the “public” area of the restaurant how is the kitchen looking like?! That kitchen must be absolutely disgusting and I’m not risking my health because the employees don’t like to clean.
I was extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Chipotle. The quality has taken a huge dive. My bowl was filled with blocks and chunks of rice that were clumped together, making it impossible to enjoy. It felt like they were cutting corners with portions and preparation. Chipotle used to be about fresh, quality ingredients, but this experience has me rethinking my go-to order. Definitely won’t order from this location.

Always a disappointment. This location needs to close down. The employees are rude and dont care. The place is filthy. The portions get smaller at every visit. Not to mention I got food poisoning once. AVOID THIS LOCATION
The women who work here are extremely rude. No life in their face at all. Made me feel so unwelcomed. I ended up not paying for my order and I just walked away without the food. Chipotle usually has friendly smiles and good energy. I don't want to eat any food that carries negative vibes. IF YOU HATE YOUR JOB, THEN FIND A NEW ONE!!! Never coming back here again.

Food is all you'd expect of any chiplote, but the service here was abysmal. Went for a quick bite, went to use a free guac reward, cashier rang it up, refused to let me use the reward and just said "won't scan", the put up the guac. When I asked her why she angrily told me my total and say "pay now". Watched as I ate as she reacted like this to every customer. Someone please take that girl off the register and have her work the back...

Recently ordered from there the other night. I got a Chicken Bowl The Chicken was disgusting and undercooked texture was rubbery. The working stations where filthy and staff acted like we where more of a bother then anything. Undercooked Chicken and the Steak wasn't any better. won't be coming here again for quite awhile.

I go to this location a lot since it’s right down the street from my house but lately the portions have been slacking big time. When I get doubles it’s like one portion which is disappointing. The quality has gone way down at this location. I don’t think I will be going to this location anymore unless they change the portions again unfortunately.
Without a doubt the WORST chipotle in the ft Lauderdale region. This is the second time in 2 months, they completely ran out of chicken & literal burritos? They will scam you on queso & guacamole like their life depends on it. HORRIBLE TEAM, save your money & go to Publix or Taco Bell, literally.
By far the filthiest restaurant I've ever seen
I’ve been to 316 different chipotles across the nation. I’ve enjoyed 1000 of burritos and bowls, never once dissatisfied. I’ve been to this location to give it a chance now 8 times. I can say with confidence it is the worst manger and worst service facility on the planet. The employees could care less, the salsa is always soggy and old, they’re always under staffed, and the people working don’t even talk. My last experience I waited for 10 minutes as the first person in line for them to then tell me they were only taking online orders. There was an employee across from me looking at me for those entire ten minutes.
Terrible service. Lobby dirty. Everyone that worked here didn't speak to me just stared and said nothing. Told them what I wanted and still had to tell them multiple times as they were making it. Sold me a fountain drink even though the fountain was out of order. When I came back they told me a bottle drink was "a few dollars more" even though it was 75 cents difference. Now I have to wait 3 days for a refund because of the ignorance of the cashier.I came here because Chipotle is usually a safe bet for good food. Not this one.
This is the worst chipotle I’ve ever had Food lacks flavor and service is sub par. I rarely write reviews but, this place is so bad that I feel obligated to let people know that the food being prepared is absolute rubbish and flavorless I also have been served undercooked chicken in my most recent order.
Nominating this as the worst chipotle in the US. Food looks days old. Workers extremely rude. Don’t even look at you. Forgot to add a tortilla like I asked. Then they blame it on me and charge me for it after the fact. What a joke
I should've read the reviews before ordering from this place. I ordered online, i went to pick up my food. I checked it in the car and i was missing the chips and salsa (which they charge for). I go back and the girl and her manager are there and i tell them and they just say they were out. Didn't even bother to tell me. I say that i paid for it, the girl is just staring at me like she don't care. The manager doesn't even look at me and just says give him a drink. I recommend walking next door to Zona Fresca, friendly staff and they do their job right.
I’ve been a loyal Chipotle customer for years and I’ve never had this kind of experience from their restaurants. I usually order online from this restaurant and they have failed at getting an order right every single time I order from the app. Today I decided to go there in person, and it was worse than I previously imagined. The music was extremely loud so customers and staff had to raise their voices just to get their orders correctly. The counters were dirty. But above all, the attitude I (and other customers in front of me in line) received was borderline disrespectful. When I asked for fajita veggies, the employee making my bowl walked away, when she came back she started the following customers order, never telling me they ran out and they’re not making any more for the day. I had to find out from the next employee that they ran out. It’s not even 2pm yet… they close at 10pm. This chipotle has given me countless headaches and if you don’t live nearby, I would choose a different Chipotle to order from. Unfortunately for me, this is the only Chipotle that delivers to me. So I will keep drawing attention to this matter until management decides to finally do something about it. This restaurant is entirely ruining Chipotle’s reputation for me. I thought going in person versus ordering online would get me a more positive experience, but I was completely wrong to think so.
This Chipotle location is absolutely disgusting. From the food bar being mixed with all bunch of other foods to the forks being left with the eating side up so that you have to grab the part you eat with and not the handle of the fork which gets touched by everybody. The ingredients to my bowl were not fresh and honestly looked like they were dead. The employees were waddling around, just talking amongst each other and had very poor hygiene. Not to mention the entire place smelt like homeless because of the homeless person that was sitting outside who continuously would come in and out of the store and ravaged through all of the utensils and napkins. When it was time to pay, I waited around for roughly 3 minutes until the cashier decided to come ring me up and once she arrived at the cash register, she asked me what my order was because she had absolutely no idea. The bathroom looked like a jail cell and stunk of urine as if somebody had peed everywhere except for inside the toilet, yet this place proudly displays a certificate from the health inspector. It was a very unpleasant experience.

I just walked in at 3:50pm, empty restaurant with only one guy in the corner eating, nobody in line, and apparently an associate cooking vegetables. I spotted 4 other employees and clearly they saw me standing waiting to be attended. EMPTY place and no service, no hello we'll be with you soon. Worst chipotle i have ever been to. I understand that mistakes can happen but if they mess up your order they give you attitude. 3 times this week now that they cant get a simple order right. staff is incompetent and lazy
Completely overrun by delivery services & staff acts like you're crazy if you show up for your own online order 5 minutes early. They don't even use the pick up shelves they just have the drivers crowded around the kitchen. Seems unsafe and unsanitary to me lol but Chipotle has always been subpar, just convenient. They made me wait 8 more minuets for my online order and then just lazily threw it together 5 minutes late.......
12-15 min in line and only 3 people in front of me. Food tasted old. An employee or friend of an employee had a shirtless baby running around the dining room and behind the counter. Except for maybe 1 of them, the employees are doing less than the bare minimum to run an operation like Chipotle. What a disservice to such a nice area of Ft Lauderdale.
While the food at Chipotle has the potential to be good, my experience has been marred by consistent errors with my orders. On multiple occasions, I've received the wrong dishes or food that wasn't prepared according to my specifications. This lack of attention to detail is frustrating and undermines the overall dining experience. I would recommend Chipotle only if you're willing to gamble on getting your order correct. If accuracy is important to you, you might want to consider another restaurant. Maybe they will get new staff who actually cares. People want more pay but do a horrible job. Just pure laziness!
The manager allegedly doesn't like "ISLAND PEOPLE'S COMPLAINTS!" Very biased! Does she not understand that her employees are from and descended from the Caribbean? I've been left utterly exasperated by my repeated visits to this particular Chipotle establishment. It's astounding how consistently inept they are at fulfilling orders placed through the app. It's as if they've made an art out of getting my order wrong, turning what should be a simple transaction into a recurring saga of disappointment. But the poor execution of the food is only the tip of the iceberg. The customer service at this location can only be described as abysmal. It's as if the employees have collectively decided that they have no desire whatsoever to be in their positions, let alone to serve customers. The apathy they exude is palpable, and it leaves me questioning why I even bother choosing this establishment. The cherry on top of this lackluster sundae is the way they manage to make you feel guilty for simply asking for what you've already paid for. The condescending looks and the exasperated sighs that accompany my requests are nothing short of insulting. It's almost as if they expect me to feel grateful for their half-hearted efforts to fulfill an order that they've managed to mess up time and time again. And let's not forget the management. The so-called "managers" at this location seem to have mastered the art of selective hearing. Suggesting improvements or addressing concerns falls on deaf ears, as if they're content to perpetuate this cycle of disappointment. It's disheartening to realize that they don't seem to care about the reputation of their own establishment. The icing on this disastrous cake is the staff's unprofessionalism and rudeness. The interactions I've had with them have left me questioning their training and ethics. Their lack of basic manners and respect for customers is utterly appalling. I'm left to wonder how an establishment like this can even continue to operate with such blatant disregard for the customer experience. In summation, my experience with this Chipotle location has been nothing short of a continuous, infuriating letdown. Their inability to properly prepare orders, coupled with their dreadful customer service, has culminated in an atmosphere of apathy and incompetence. The lack of accountability from management and the unprofessional behavior of the staff have solidified my decision to never set foot in this establishment again.
Stale chips, apathetic employees, empty/non working soda machine. Told them twice about the soda but the 4 employees leaning on the counter did nothing.
The food prep process was nice a smooth she placed everything on the correct bowl but then didn’t label correctly not enough meat in my bowl, I requested receipts for my 3 orders a the cashier didn’t even bother to print out.
This is the most empty chipotle I’ve ever been to and for good reason. The people that work here do not even acknowledge your presence. They don’t look you in the eye and they barely speak when you’re talking to them. The chips must have been three or four days old and did not even crunch bit into. The food is old. Loyal customer for years! First time ever --- charged for hot sauce. Seriously? Salad without dressing. Asked for red sauce instead. Same thing I've ordered a hundred times in other locations throughout the country.
My order pick up time is schedule for 2:20 but still my food was not ready. It was ready at 2:40. Portion is so low. Especially protein portion so low. I barely find any protien in my bowl. This is not only first time i faced. Every time I order from this chitpotle I face same portion problem.

Awful service, out of products and food was not fresh at all. Employees are not invested and don't care about presentation or experience. My bag was left at the back of the counter after I paid and I needed to reach back to get it b/c the cashier was already onto the next person. So awkward and weird and it was like I was in her way. Burrito was messy and not at all like a regular Chipotle burrito. Never going back again and caution others to do the same.

Came here on my lunch break and this location the people are rude as hell. Ordered my food the girl asked do you wnst any drink I said a apple juice. When she gave me a kids apple juice I'm like umm what kid do you see with me so I'm like the other so with attitude she took it back and gave me the rite one but wanted to charge me full price I'm like naw take the difference from what you already charged me she got kinda mad smh just crazy
We came in today at 1:50pm on a Saturday in this upscale plaza just to say the main/ most popular proteins such as chicken , honey chicken , and steak are not available . Only protein there was barbacoa ( which was not even enough to make a bowl .)The attendant also seemed to give off an “out of it “ sense of attitude as it seemed to be our fault there’s no more protein. It is the weekend so preparations should be made to accommodate the crowd and this area is always busy. Just a disappointment and very much of a shock to not have these staples. It’s understandable if this occurred at night / close to closing but it is early afternoon so it’s very odd .
When is it enough? Why is it that EVERY time I come to this location it’s absolutely understaffed so the line is eternal, theres ALWAYS 2 employees in a corner taking a break and EVERY time they’re serving LESS and less food for the same price. Started with the protein and that’s understandable do to being the most expensive ingredient but now EVEN THE FREAKING RICE! I had to ask this girl to GIVE ME MORE RICE!. I don’t know how a multi billionaire company absolutely abandoned their management like this probably exploiting this poor people that it’s not their fault. This is the last time A eat on this absolute TRASH and always dirty location after over 3 years. Do not waste your money and BTW they serve oxidate guacamole that has gone DARK already and the mixed and twists to sell it like that. I was vical with the cashier about the ridiculously smaller portions and she looked at me in the eyes… and just ignored me put the receipt in the back and replied “have a great night”. The same way they became billionaires they can go broke…….. don’t say that you don’t know why @chipotle .
Super slow and inefficient staff. They had people making the food but no one billing. My food was ready and waiting at checkout and took 10minutes before someone came to do the billing. The lady infront of me just left since she waited more than me and no one came to check her out so she just left. Also I got home and saw that the extra guac, ranch sauce and queso I purchased was only 1/3 full. They didn’t even fill up the container and they forgot to give me chips that I paid for.
Arrived to a pretty much empty restaurant, two people dining in and no one in line except me, and the whole restaurant is filthy. Trash bins are overflowing and the line is full of food and sour cream. While I’m waiting to order my food, one of the managers walks up to the line, sees me, doesn’t even acknowledge me, and proceeds to slide the loose pieces of corn that were covered in sour cream back into the corn container with her hands to serve to customers then walks away. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. She didn’t even clean or wipe down the disgusting line after that, she just “saved” a few pieces of dirty corn and put it back to sell.
Staff is rude. While in line I noticed that for black people they would overflow the bows with food, while for other people it was very little. Staff was all black.
Super dirty place. Asked the manager to clean up the food stations and gave me a dirty look.
So i just reviewed the other post and its ridiculous that the big girl in the rice/chicken section has a nasty attitude. She caught me in a good day because i was about to call her out. If people can't deal with people, don't work with people. Simple! Every post names this girl or their staff
This chipotle is terrible. Staff is super rude. They need new management. I have gotten food from here before and it’s just not right.
Worst customer service. The workers are slow, rude and everytime I come here I feel that I’m bothering them. Also this place never has steak. I would try another chipotle.
I've had the worst experiences in this Chipotle location, yesterday my brother went to have lunch there and one of the people who make the bowls and burritos was not wearing a mask. I've also been there a couple of times where the employees lock the door so that no more customers can come in at lunch time, during this time one of the employees even yelled at a lady because she didn't close the door after she entered the restaurant. Said employee would yell to anyone going out that would let any customer in the restaurant. This week I had the worst experience since I found a long hair in my bowl, the worst thing was that it was not laying around on the top of the bowl, no, it was mixed with all the food at the center of the bowl. I will attach the pictures I took of the hair since it was a thick long black hair and it was all over my food, I almost vomited when I saw it and couldn't continue eating. All people I've talked to about this Chipotle location say the same thing. Customer experience is the worst on this place. I really recommend going to another Chipotle and if you have a bad experience here please report it.
My family is visiting from out of town and we visited this location and the experience was not so good. We ordered chips and guac and the chips were so old and nasty we didn't even eat them! And the customer service wasn't so great as well. I really wouldn't recommend this chipotle to anyone!
I ordered a burrito, 2 orders of chips&guac (one order to be offered to the driver to be kind) and a drink through grub hub. I waited over an hour and yes I understand grub hub’s promise window, at this point it was exceeded, also the location was no more than 10 mins away. The driver handed me one bag reluctantly saying he asked for the other items and they sent him with just the one bag. Only the burrito was delivered and not the burrito I ordered (I ordered sofritas and got fajita veggies instead which I dislike and surely did not order). When I called I was put on hold for 15 mins then hung up on, and when I called back they told me to call back in 10 minutes... finally I was connected with the Manager who offered a refund but clearly was not bothered by the lack of service his store is generating.
I’m vegetarian, always go for veggie bowl. Arrived to the location and there is no veggies, only meat. Not in the back and not cooking. Had no choice but get just beans&rice what a sad bowl. What a disappointment. Won’t come back to this location! You should always have grilled veggies ready as vegetarian option!!!!!
The staff specifically the young lady preparing food is extremely rude and has 0 customer service skills. The restaurant it self was not cleaned and had napkins, plastic ware and hot sauce bottles scattered on the floor and as well as the outside windowsills.
I am very familiar with this Chipotle as, I worked around the corner at a law firm. I hadn’t been here in a while but today I decided to come and get lunch and was immediately advised that they had no lid covers for the bowls (so even if I wanted to take my food to go I couldn’t) the prep table at this restaurant was a complete mess! Rice all over the prep table, beans thrown all over, was very dirty and unclean. Being I am on a lunch break, I still ordered and ordered a fountain drink to, when I got some sprite, it wasn’t sprite, was seltzer water! I was told that none of the fountain drinks were working either. And the fountain machine was filthy as well (which is why they gave me a bottled lemonade drink, as you can see). To whomever owns this restaurant FIRE THE STAFF on 2 o’clock shift because they are running this business to the ground. Horrible service! Nothing available! This is the most GHETTO CHIPOTLE I have been to, and it’s sad because it wasn’t always like this. Smh

I’ve never had a bad experience with chipotle until today . So when I arrived at 630 the doors were locked (both) the girl inside came to the door and when asked if they were closed she said “no”. When I ordered my food I told the girl twice I wanted a steal burrito. I get to the end and notice there is no steak ... so I ask if she can put in steak. Then the poor girl could not roll the burrito. It ripped while she was trying to close it . Half of my stuff (including the steak and guacamole I paid extra for , fell out) I asked her for another tortilla so she can double roll it and she just put the tortilla in the bag , and gave me my burrito falling apart , ripped. It was unable to be picked up/ eaten ): I figured she might be new and didn’t get adequate training so I didn’t want to make it a huge deal but the worst part was that two of her co-workers just stood by watching , not saying anything. So disappointing .
Garbage food!!! I never order Chipotle but last night I decided to give them another try. BIG Mistake!! There was absolutely no meat. I was shocked. These employees must hate their job if they're making food like this. I will never order Chipotle again. Taco Bell is way better and even that is junk food!
Crazy to write a bad review about chipotle. No pico available as a topping on peak lunch hour. Got charged for the wrong item at the register (2$ more than expected) really rude and long faces from the majority of the staff. No napkins available for the dining during peak lunch hour also. Water flooding a big portion of the dining room with no wet floor signs. 17$ for a quick service order where you can’t get exactly what you desire and can’t have the right utensils to eat it. Disappointed.
100% sure they dont clean out where they store the food. I had pieces of old hard rice in my bowl. This is by far the worst food quality I have ever received at a chipotle, and I have been to many. This one is way below par.

It is so hit or miss here depending on who is working. There was a family ahead of me ordering for the first time the lady taking their order was rude and seemed annoyed to the point where I walked out. Btw they were out of half of their items. Please get better help for the location
One of the worst chipotle experiences here. Cross contamination of all utensils and where chicken is literally being thrown on top of the veggies. A line going out the door at 7:45pm. About a 35-min wait, where no one is staffing the purchase counter or the veggie counter - causing a whole backup. Literally had two people just walking around up and down, doing nothing. The lady at check out threw my bowl into a bag and the receipt. See image of the mess made because of just throwing things around. This is super unacceptable. Save your time and go somewhere else. All of the servers were rude and didn’t care at all about the food and meal. I usually get a Veggie which has guacamole. I wanted to try Sofritas - first time — and no one told me guacamole would be extra. The check out lady (receipt says Cassandra), then said “Everyone knows guac is extra.” It doesn’t say that on any sign… I was livid. At that point, I just said “It’s fine. I’ll deal with corporate on this.” Looking at the other reviews, it’s absurd that this place is still open.
This is the worst managed Chipotle in the country. Every time I go in around lunch they are out of rice or chicken. Today 3 managers standing around doing nothing stated they were out of white rice because they got too many catering orders. I personally watched 3 people get to the counter to order, and then left without ordering because of the missing ingredients. Every manager working today should be immediately fired. Your job as a manager is to MANAGE the restaurant. That includes ensuring you have enough ingredients prepared for the customers. Clearly the owner doesn’t realize how much money the store is losing from management’s incompetence. Oh by the way, I was there at 12:30 during lunch rush. Chipotle as an organization is losing millions and quickly going out of business due to lack of care for their customers. Shame on this location’s management and owner.
Every time I visit this location, which is frequently since it’s the nearest one of me, it’s always disgusting. When I say it’s disgusting it is an understatement, the employees never take out the trash nor do they clean the tables and floor. The counter where they prepare each order is messy and dirty. Today was the worst I’ve seen it and felt sick when I went inside the store, so much so, I decided to leave and drive an extra 15 minutes to the next Chipotle. I truly believe/hope that management does something about this store because it’s an absolute chaos, the quality of the food is the worst, and they are losing customers. What I thought as soon as I saw how filthy the restaurant was, if this is how they have the “public” area of the restaurant how is the kitchen looking like?! That kitchen must be absolutely disgusting and I’m not risking my health because the employees don’t like to clean.
I was extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Chipotle. The quality has taken a huge dive. My bowl was filled with blocks and chunks of rice that were clumped together, making it impossible to enjoy. It felt like they were cutting corners with portions and preparation. Chipotle used to be about fresh, quality ingredients, but this experience has me rethinking my go-to order. Definitely won’t order from this location.

We came in today at 1:50pm on a Saturday in this upscale plaza just to say the main/ most popular proteins such as chicken , honey chicken , and steak are not available . Only protein there was barbacoa ( which was not even enough to make a bowl .)The attendant also seemed to give off an “out of it “ sense of attitude as it seemed to be our fault there’s no more protein. It is the weekend so preparations should be made to accommodate the crowd and this area is always busy. Just a disappointment and very much of a shock to not have these staples. It’s understandable if this occurred at night / close to closing but it is early afternoon so it’s very odd .
