The food was barely edible and my husband told me the cashier was incredibly rude to the woman in line in front of him. She was laughing at her for being upset she only received half her order then someone came from the kitchen and told her to come in the kitchen and cook it herself if she didn’t like the wait. We won’t be back.

11/26/24 at 6pm. Alameda Blanding wing stop have the worst service, I ordered a 10 piece with flats only and got the opposite with only 2 flats out of 10, the. Chicken was overcooked. When I get there I see a bunch young people in the back laughing and playing around. I called to complaint and they are picking up the phone laughing and hanging up. Wing stop in Alameda needs new management. Just horrible

On 11/03/23 I placed an online order for pick up. Once I walked in I was greeted as if I was a burden. I then gave my name, then a bag was tossed on the counter with the cashier saying here. I then proceeded with checking my order. I then noticed my fries weren't fries, just left over scraps of fries that were scooped from the fryer. I then proceeded to ask for assistance from the young man that threw the bag on the counter and asked for a new batch of fries. I was then questioned "why?" "Whats wrong with them?" I had explained that they were left over fries from the fryer, I was met with attitude and eye rolls and being spoke about to his other Co workers as "he's complaining about his fries", "he wants knew fries". As they spoke about me I stood there directly a foot away, as all the workers glared at me, rolling their eyes and said why can't he just wat these fries, why is he complaining as if I did not just pay for the food with my hard earning monies. I am a paying customer that had a minor issue with the food I had purchased. I wasn't aware that the food I am purchasing isn't to my liking and requesting a fresh batch of that this would be such an issue. I was then thrown a basket of fries on the counter with extra salt. When I had ask the boy why was there so much salt on the fries, I was then told "that's fry seasoning" as if I were dunce and had no clue of what I was looking at, when clearly the fries where drenched in salt when I had asked for no salt. I proceeded to ask for a new batch of fries I was meet with anger and hostility when the female worker snatched the food. Then they proceeded to talk amongst each other and acted in a way which me me uncomfortable and I no longer wanted to be there. Thus asking for my salt drenched fries back and not wanting to be a hassle for them to cook me another batch. The worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. I then asked for the Manger, which I was told there wasn't one on hand, then asked for the lady and young man's name and was told no you can call back tomorrow and speak to the manager. I advise people never to buy food here, please go to lake shore, or go to another location.

This is the worst wingstop I have been at. This is the 4 the time I come and they never have bread rolls. Today they could not do only flats not they had come. I asked to refill the coke and the girl just answer and said " we have what we have" not even making an effort. I feel that we pay good money to be treated with decency and for them to try and make an effort to accommodate the customer's needs.

I ordered 15 boneless wings; 7 Original Hot and 8 Smokin’ BBQ and only got half of my order. Some of the wings; if you can even call it that, were so small it didn’t even make sense to place it in my order. I called about the issue I had and they couldn’t even give me credit for next time. They did offer to give me 5 wings, but I’m already home, I don’t want to drive back out there for 5 wings. The register girl was nice, but does the cook know how to read? Is this the cooks first day? I honestly thought this was a joke. For anything you order, make sure you check that you received everything before driving off. Lesson learned!

I went to get some boneless wings and what I got was chicken tenders cut in half and some really small pieces. I don’t know if you can call them “boneless wings”. Next time just put in your website that you don’t have them available and don’t cut your chicken tenders in half or small pieces. Not sure if I will go back there.

Ordered off door dash at 830 pm on a Tuesday, still didn't have my order 2 hours later. Store keeps saying we are extremely busy. I'm sorry but it does not take 2 hours to fry 20 wings. This store is prioritizing online orders that pay for expedited delivery and that is bullshit. Never order from this location.

This Wingstop one is always super late with their delivery. I was okay with it and just adjusted my time accordingly but today was the worst, I ordered but the dasher person did not leave the food at my door but actually took off with it. In addition this store told me that they could not redeliver my food. I was offered a refund. But, that is not what I wanted. I wanted the food to be redelivered and for the stolen food to be remade. I had been very graceful with this store for being consistently late but at least the food will still get here and successfully delivered in the past, but today this just got worse with no delivery at all. I am never ordering from this place again. I encourage other people to find another location. You will be highly disappointed with this location.

Dirty facility also the soda machine ran out of mostly all the flavors. Food was decent but the fries were too salty. The employees were too generous with salting the fries in a bad way. Bathrooms needed attention and it didn't seem that busy and there was quiet a few employees. Hopefully management gets better with ordering and maintaining the facility.
