This was my first time at a Vips Smart and it wasn't bad at all. Everything was delicious and the staff were very attentive and friendly throughout. The beef gyozas were exquisite and were probably my favorite dish this time.

A highly recommended place to eat. The food was delicious and good value for money. The staff are very friendly and helpful. One detail we liked was that when they told us about the dishes they had off the menu, they told us the prices, which is something they don't usually do in restaurants and then gouge them with the prices. The place is right on the riverbank, where there are some very cool natural pools where you can swim in the summer. Just don't forget your water shoes because there are lots of stones.

I've been to this VIPs several times and have always had to wait an inordinate amount of time for food. This morning we tried again, ordering only pancakes and a crossaint, and the wait was excessive. The service was good, the food wasn't bad, but it seemed to me that the time from ordering to the moment the food was delivered took 30 minutes.

People are a little to slow, and very little variation on food

Desesperante. Pides y te indican que te va a llegar el pedido en 15-20 minutos. Después de hora y media todavía no te lo ha llegado el pedido a casa. Intentas llamar al restaurante a ver qué ocurre y no te cogen el teléfono nunca. Además la comida llega fría y en mal estado. Con lo que ha sido Vips y en lo que se ha convertido. Una cadena que ya encima no destaca en ningún tipo de comida, solo vive de la nostalgicos que pedimos por el recuerdo de cuando eramos niños.

The food is delicious and very well prepared... the downside is the prices, but I won't go into that in detail. Instead, I'll mention that it took 30 minutes between being seated and being served. And the worst part was that for an order of three pancakes each for four people, it took almost a full hour to be served. They put a lot of effort into the dishes, but the service is terrible.

It had been quite a while since I'd been to Vips, and I was right to go back; the quality has dropped considerably. There was only one waitress for the entire dining room, and the other one barely left the bar, so the service wasn't adequate. And it wasn't the girl's fault—she was lovely, all things considered—but they're definitely understaffed. So you can't blame the employees, who do their best; it's the fault of management. The food was cold, not because it took a while to arrive, but because it had already been prepared. The fries were ice cold, and the Vips Club sandwich and the hamburger were both frozen solid, except for the meat, which I understand is the only thing they cook fresh. They don't even bother to heat the bun, but that's not the employees' fault either; I understand it's their protocol. It's a disgrace.

Llegamos y la camarera nos dijo que nos sentáramos donde quisiéramos, a nosotras y a otras 4 personas. 15 minutos de reloj estuvimos esperando a que vinieran a tomarnos nota y nos tuvimos que ir sin desayunar porque nunca vinieron. Y no, no había tanta gente como para que esto pasara. Y tampoco es que no nos hubieran visto. Una decepción y una vergüenza

No puede ser que te sienten y pasen 20 minutos sin haberte tomado nota siquiera de la bebida. 2 trabajadores en la entrada mirandome y no se les ha ocurrido preguntar después de ver que la otra chica ignoraba a la gente despues de 20 minutos?? Ni me han preguntado por qué me iba, muy vergonzoso.

Día 30 de enero de 2026 a las 11:20 h Después de esperar media hora a que nos atendieran y tras llamar a las dos camareras que había más de 2 veces, nos hemos ido. No tienen ningún control sobre la gente que entra porque te dicen que te sientes directamente y atienden a la gente que se sienta al fondo, dejando totalmente olvidados a los clientes de las mesas más próximas a la puerta a pesar de haber llegado mucho antes que los clientes que se sientan al fondo. Después de decirle a una de las camareras que nos íbamos explicándole los motivos, no nos ha dicho absolutamente nada, ni siquiera ha pedido disculpas, ni se ha ofrecido a atendernos.

I placed a food order at 9:29 PM on a Saturday. The app indicated it would take 50 minutes. After an hour and 45 minutes, during which I called the restaurant several times without answering, the order finally arrived. I ordered the burger medium-rare, and it arrived charred. It's incredibly disrespectful to send meat like that (and I say this as the manager of a restaurant that does deliveries). Let's not even get into the fact that it took an hour and 45 minutes to deliver a ready-made meal, where everything is practically pre-cooked, but I wouldn't give a burger like that to my worst enemy. I'm still waiting for a response.

Terrible experience. I'm posting this review because after filing an official complaint with Vips, they haven't even bothered to respond. Very bad service, terrible food quality. Everything we ordered was unavailable: brioche bread, eggs… and finally, a ham and cheese sandwich that was completely burnt and inedible. I won't be back. Dinner was on October 26th. On the 27th, I filed a complaint directly with customer service, and they didn't even have the courtesy to reply. Quality and service have completely disappeared, especially at this Vips.

I can't really say who they are, since Google would block my account, but I can tell you they're not responsible. Every time I order delivery, they never show up with the order or they bring it until the wee hours because they just keep delaying it. Does it really cost that much to make and deliver a damn, lousy sandwich? The thing is, this damn restaurant has a staff that doesn't want to work. On top of that, if you call the establishment, they either hang up on you or don't even answer.
