Mom and I would gorge ourselves on yogurt granitas and yogurt ice creams. All the flavors available are exceptionally high-quality and flavorful, but the yogurt flavor is so good we can't finish them all. The mandarin is also wonderful, and I recommend pairing it with chocolate (actually, with any chocolate, because there's more to it than just one type). The only problem is that it closes too early in the fall; it should stay open longer; their ice cream is good year-round.

The manager was super kind and friendly, and the gelato was delicious. I happened to be there on the weekend when they were offering a 1+1 deal before the seasonal closure, so I got a nice supply of gelato for a ridiculously low price.

Small shop, but great quality. Soban's gelato is delicious, with a wide variety to choose from, and a special focus on vegan and gluten-free options. Stefano Soban, the owner, occasionally adds new flavors that are truly unique and unmissable. Of course, there are also granitas and gelato cakes, and a truly delicious spread: Sobanella. If you haven't tried Soban products yet, that's a real sin... of gluttony!

A small gelateria on the corner of a crossroads, easily accessible either by foot from the historic center or by parking in the surrounding residential neighborhoods. It offers dairy-free fruit flavors, as well as dark chocolate and a vegan flavor. They also serve milkshakes, smoothies, and yogurt.

The gelato is the only positive aspect: the quality is unquestionable. However, the service leaves much to be desired. The girl at the counter (blonde, light-eyed) is rude and seems annoyed by the presence of customers. She rushes you through your selection of flavors, as if waiting a few seconds were a problem. Furthermore, when I asked, "It's gluten-free, right?", she replied ironically, "Yes, but you've already tried it anyway," laughing. An unprofessional attitude that ruins the overall experience.

RUDE I arrived at 8:35 PM and noticed a guy cleaning in front of the front door, looking for a tub of ice cream. I tried knocking the first time, but the guy didn't even turn around. I tried again, with the same result, and two women on the crosswalk laughed at me. Considering the closing time is 9:00 PM, I don't think I'll come back or order again.
